I
am
not
happy
with
the
services
of
oyo.
I
have
booked
one
room
in
my
choiced
hotel
through
there
service
desk
where
oyo
staff
has
confirmed
my
booking
telling
me
there
will
be
no
problem
reaching
at
hotel
as
he
had
words
with
hotel
manger
but
when
I
reached
the
hotel
manager
has
not
entertained
me
properly
and
he
said
there
is
no
rooms
available
for
oyo
customer
after
making
complaint
to
oyo
customef
service
staff
he
booked
my
room
in
another
hotel
telling
me
that
we
are
sorry
for
inconvenience
caused
we
have
logged
your
complaint
to
your
first
booked
hotel
and
blacklisted
them
!
Why
there
relationship
manager
are
not
engaged
with
such
hotels
??Those
are
not
dealing
good
according
to
agreement
and
if
they
can't
why
don't
they
cancel
it.
so
that
customer
do
not
suffer
choosing
and
booking
from
oyo
app
otherwise
he
will
think
twice
next
time
worst
experience
oyo.
City
park
hotel
was
not
my
choice
booked
by
oyo
staff
but
overall
hotel
is
average
in
all
terms
as
per
my
review.
