Scam!! KOTHA!! WORST IN HYDERABAD!! They will manipulate you & will tell that OYO is scamming, rates have been changed & would force you with good butter words to make higher rate of payments. Totally money waste just like a scam. If want to go to Zoo of Insects, best place. Rats, Mice, 🪳, flies & bed sheet full romantic honeymoon print 💦 They checked within half of Stay. We requested to change room & bed sheet pillow change & more many simple things. Their common excuses are-- laundry guy is on leave, it's not peak season, Oyo is charging more, no profit & such foolish excuses you will not even imagine any rebuttals to their answers. They have hired people from Bangladesh & Bhutan & then they say India is not a good country. Never ever go to this.

This is a very genuine review. The rooms are super bad and ac doesn't work at all. V reached around 5 am to the hotel however couldn't rest at all as the ac was not working. The staff asked us to wait inorder to check the ac and they did not turn up for such a long time. Save ur money don't stay here for sure no matter what.

The rooms are not clean and un hygienic. And there is no hot water supply .. simply the hotel staff will tell the house keeping has forgot to on the geyser ,as he is new comer. This happened every day same old story. And there is no ventilation,quite suffocating, rooms alway smell with some mist and bathroom are very dirty. And the house keeping guys never listen to you. Not recommended to stay at this price. Think before you choose to stay.

Extremely bad place I have ever stayed. Room is not cleaned had broken glass pieces. Which entered into my feet as well as my son's feet. Service is very bad.bathroom ceiling was opened. All the wires and pipes can be seen through the ceiling. Rooms are not like shown in OYO.

Very Very Good and Polite Staff. Good Rooms. But remember only one thing don't book room vai Oyo. Books rooms directly vai calling to reception. We booked room through oyo... After reaching the hotel... Their said to pay extra amount... We refused and we called to Oyo Support also... After that also they are demanding... It was happened in the time of 10.30 to 12Am... Sooo think before booking here

There are few things which you need to ensure before booking this hotel. 1) Dont book from online coz they treat like they are giving the room for charity. 2) this hotel is only for animals not fit for human as it stinks. 3) No hot water / no cleaning / no utensils 4) Have decent distance from receptionist Sanjay he mouth is also filled with gutka . 5) it's worst hotel available in Hyderabad

First thing the hotel wasn't clean. Zero hygiene maintenance. Second these Oyo shows cheap amount when you book (to crub the competition) and when you reach hotel, you have to pay extra money if you want the room.

One of the worst Oyo experiences I have ever had. AC is not functioning and despite repeated calls they promised to come look into it but didn. . The landline wasnt working. Buckets in the bathroom were too ugly to even feel comfortable to take bath in it. When I asked them to fix the lock or any or others so that I can feel safe I was only mansplained. They knew it was days after my dad died. Even that didn't get some basic whatever from them. Even getting back the money will not make up for what they put me through.

This is the best hotel ever i visited in my city and the food yum its really taste good and ill prefer this hotel to visit stay and enjoy litteraly ! so good hotel room , services , food all good ! i would thankful to hotel team !

One of worst hotel in Hyderabad. Staff cheating the customers. Whatever rate mentioned in OYO app is different and they are blackmailing for more amount after reaching the hotel. Sincere suggestion to family people not to stay / book this for any purpose. At last moment after we reach their reception they will play drama and they will charge more amount whichever not mentioned in online at the time of booking. Even though contact OYO they will tell you...you need to pay more amount or you need to cancel the booking after we reach at hotel with family. Booked through oyo for easy access to my bus , room was pathetic not working ac weird washroom with broken ceiling, it was scary.

It has been few hours of checkin and here are few imp things before you book: Pros 1) location 2) wifi 3) AC is working 4) Good space in the room Cons 1) room is full of cockroaches 2) no proper cleaning, room and washroom covered with layers of dust 3) no hot water coming from tap so you have to keep calling them for hot water and they will give you one bucket after one hour since they have entire hotel to serve 4) third class service 5) when you come for booking, they show you nicely cleaned room and at the time of checkin, they give you third class room 6) washroom taps are broken 7) fan speed regulator does not exist on the board (so fan can be either ON or OFF) 8) please do not even think of TV is working 9) landline is just a show piece - they have mobile number for reception 10) Dirty washrooms - my sister was about to slip, luckily she managed to protect herself. 11) Lift was smelling like it has a dead rat We did checkout from the hotel in the same day instead of staying for two days.

Like to share my genuine review I am not happy with the services of oyo. I have booked one room in my choiced hotel through there service desk where oyo staff has confirmed my booking telling me there will be no problem reaching at hotel as he had words with hotel manger but when I reached the hotel manager has not entertained me properly and he said there is no rooms available for oyo customer after making complaint to oyo customef service staff he booked my room in another hotel telling me that we are sorry for inconvenience caused we have logged your complaint to your first booked hotel and blacklisted them ! Why there relationship manager are not engaged with such hotels ??Those are not dealing good according to agreement and if they can't why don't they cancel it. so that customer do not suffer choosing and booking from oyo app otherwise he will think twice next time worst experience oyo. City park hotel was not my choice booked by oyo staff but overall hotel is average in all terms as per my review.

The parking lot is very dirty and stinks. Rooms are okay but again aren’t as same as they look like. Washrooms are large and spacey( thats the only thing i liked ) The thing that made me very uncomfortable and made me Neva go back to this hotel is staff. They are arrogant, disrespectful and never respond in a humble way, If there’s any issue that we need to address. May be the worst place we have stayed in. The room was unclean, toilet was dirty and the bed spread and pillow covers weren't changed at all. Moreover there were bed bugs and cockroaches! Terrible experience! I booked this room via Oyo and that was my first booking through Oyo after which I even uninstalled it.

The Hotel is pathetic and the restaurant manager demanded 500 rupees extra to check-in where in the complete payment was done through makemytrip. Please avoid this hotel and dont waste your time and money, the hotel is run by goons and they are saying on face that we dont have any tieup with makemytrip or oyo. My parents are senior citizens and they are now stranded in heavy rains with no hotel reservations. The Hotel manager is rude and abusive so please avoid this hotel at any cost. Might as well pay some extra bucks and book a genuine hotel.

It was a very bad experience with the hotel receptionist, They were asking for more money even after the booking was done by Oyo They took my phone and cancelled the booking. They are very rude Please don't go to the hotel The most important thing is they are asking for more money from north people. Please try to avoid this hotel and be safe from these rude fellows.

Blankets are getting a bad smell they are not washing it since 2010 it seems.. AC not working switch boards broken roof broken.... Washrooms are also not good.. They are not providing anything.. My experience at this hotel was extraordinary. Despite a long stay I had not a single reason to complain. The reception staff was courteous and very helpful. The rooms very clean and the housekeeping staff was brilliant!

Before online booking, I found lots of negative reviews so this hotel was not included in my preferred list. However, situation forced me to check-in this hotel and the stay was awesome. I must appreciate front desk person and the service. Only thing is during checkout time, front desk person asked for payment for staying 4 days even though I made payment during booking time. That sorted out in few minutes. It is a nice place to stay and location is also good. Nearby metro station is 600 meters. Bus stop is 350 Meter and good restaurant (Grand Hotel ) is within 600 meter. Next time, it is will my first preference. I am definitely recommending this place.
