This is the worst Hotel on earth. Do NOT stay at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for two nights on no option basis and below are my worst experiences. Very very Rude staff They did not provide me the towels as the front desk said that their laundry is not working. No drinking water bottles They switched off the air conditioning on both the nights. I had to argue with them every morning to get it ON. Pathetic room service No guests allowed at all. I had to go out of the hotel to meet my friends No toiletries at all with lots of mosquitoes everywhere Unhygienic mattress and pillow covers Filthy smell throughout the corridors Never ever stay at this hotel, you might get sick due to the above reasons.

1) Cockroach centre 2) No hot water. You. Have to use heater coil in room provided by them. 3) Toilets don't have latches 4) No cleanliness 5) No GST bill. They don't have GST itself

Such a pathetic experience. Stayed there for 33.5 hrs. Faced with the water shortage problem, electricity went off, my room lock can't be unlocked with the key. I needed to call one of the staff persons to unlock the door using a screw driver. Most importantly there's no lock for the washroom from inside. Now, think before staying over there.

Totally the rudest staff I have ever seen in my life in the entire hospitality sector. These guys will take your entire money in advance and make sure you will feel totally helpless after that. On top they will assure you of parking, wifi and hot water before you book and totally disown those promises once. They won't hesitate to say things like 'you can leave if you don't like the place' absolutely without hesitancy. This place is not worth even for free. I trusted the OYO rooms rating of 4.3 and booked this hotel. But now I found out that no person in their right mind would give this place anything above a 2 star. Definitely no vallet parking or any parking at all. Oyo ratings are definitely boosted for this hotel using dummy reviews and any person can confirm it by staying in this hotel and making their worst holiday experience ever.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the manager at this hotel. The manager was rude and unprofessional, with a condescending attitude towards guests. When I asked for help with my room, he brushed me off and made me feel like an inconvenience. Throughout my stay, I witnessed the manager speaking disrespectfully to other guests as well. It was clear that he had no interest in making our stay comfortable or enjoyable. To make matters worse, there were numerous issues with my room, including a malfunctioning wifi and tv. Despite my repeated complaints to the manager, nothing was done to fix the problems. It's clear to me that the manager at this hotel is not interested in providing good customer service or ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and your concerns will be taken seriously.

Sheets were dirty and staff was not willing to change. Washroom had seepage from roof. Telephonic jet was unusable. No parking. No geyser. AC had no remote. All in all price were high as compare to facilities. More like lodge.

This hotel is defaming the OYO brand. Below are the details. No oyo standard rooms. Very annoying staff. They don't allow us to pay through oyo app. They don't accept card payments. No proper parking. Rooms full of insects. Washrooms are totally trash. No towels provided. No hot water. During checkout the receptionist took my phone and false rated the hotel. I would have rated it 0/5. Ratings on oyo app for this hotel is all fake. This hotel did not deserve to be listed in oyo. Worst experience ever.

Better avoid this hotel . Before taking room they will say so and so facilities.after that you won't see them wifi is not there at all.No hot water.Tv will be there but it's not working.Rude behaviour staff .Room not cleaned before giving to me.

Its one of the oldest hotels in Hyderabad (& in an excellent location), but, currently is in very poor condition, both the Hotel & It's rooms

The photos for this hotel are deceiving, and were probably stolen from another hotel. The hotel is old and choppy, there's water leaking from the taps, no hot water available, the bed sheets are dirty, unclean floor, everything about the washroom is terrible and unhygienic. Would not recommend staying here.

One of stupid hotel i have ever stayed, there is no proper service whole hotel run only with one rod water heater, no respect for customers all low class people are maintaining this hotel, room boys will knock your doors at midnight to get the rod water heaters. pls avoid this hotel, Please don't plan to check in here, if any case you checked pls don't stay in 2nd floor its haunted.

Located at the prime location, still not functioning well. We got suit rooms but the quality of stay is worse. We reached hyderabad early morning so didn't booked any hotel through online as some hotels says booking time from 12-12. If time is not the constant then by searching around can get better options.

Room service is time to time cleaned and service is good location is good and in the room fans is slowly run and restrooms don't have lock
