I
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
6
days
so
I
have
seen
everything
about
this
hotel.
Extended
my
stay
twice.
Bad
Incident
1:
I
had
a
2
day
booking,
however
the
receptionist
guy
named
Karunakar
or
somebody,
the
main
receptionist
guy
called
me
and
asked
me
to
checkout
after
one
day
because
he
had
the
Full
hotel
booked
for
a
marriage
party.
When
asked
about
my
re-booking
&
refund
he
told
to
check
with
OYO
without
even
providing
the
solution
for
my
stay
for
the
next
day.
However
when
called
OYO
assist
stepped
in
and
asked
me
to
continue
at
the
hotel
and
not
to
listen
to
the
receptionist
that
my
2
day
booking
was
confirmed.
Bad
Incident
2:
When
I
gave
them
bad
rating
for
a
previous
stay
rather
than
asking
me
politely
the
reason
for
that
and
working
on
the
feedback,
another
male
receptionist
called
to
my
room
and
asked
me
'Sir
what
is
your
problem
?
why
did
you
gave
bad
rating,
you
should
have
told
us
blah
blah
blah',
I
am
like
its
not
my
problem
its
your
problem,
your
hotel
problem.
And
in
the
background
the
Main
Receptionist
(property
manager
I
guess)
is
prompting
the
guy
on
phone
to
tell
'If
you
dont
like
the
hotel
why
are
you
staying
in
the
hotel'
and
the
caller
told
me
the
same
''If
you
dont
like
the
hotel
why
are
you
staying
in
the
hotel,
why
dont
you
check
out'
This
is
how
this
hotel
guys
work
on
the
feedback,
they
ask
the
guest
not
to
stay
there
if
they
have
anything
negative
to
say
about
the
hotel,
indirectly
forcing
the
guest
to
give
good
rating.
But
they
will
not
work
on
improvement
of
the
hotel.
