If you plan to go there to have good coffee then do yourself a favor and totally skip it. They have advertised about Fiesta Coffee house and all they serve is Hot Coffee. When asked about the coffee house one of the receptionist pointed us to go in and when we did not find any coffee options inside the receptionist later said that Fiesta Coffee house no longer exists here. I totally felt cheated here, something that he could have avoided. I would have at least been satisfied if the coffee itself was good but it is not better than any road side coffee. Totally waste of money and time visiting this place. If you can then skip this place and find yourself a better coffee house

Wonderful ambience with sights of mosquitoes and coackroaches. The bedding and towels provided are so spicy and span that they have spots and stains all over. Not to mention the rooms - so tidy that layers of dirt in suite category and smells so good that people who cannot tolerate cigar smell can't even step in. A lot more on the list like linen not being changed and even if done they seem used. They don't provide basics like hot water, in-room pantry of just the coffee and tea, toiletries, the in-house phone services are not in service and instead we end contacting through mobile, the lights are not proper so are the electrical points, hospitality is to the heights- while booking they demand advance as a full payment for your stay of 3 days. My plate so full that I can't provide further experience. Hope you consider this during your visit and plan the stay accordingly. On a serious note the food is really yummy and tasty which a good option for vegetarians though they have very few non-veg options. Though not friendly ambience but service at the restaurant is quite good. The only positive observed with the place was the restaurant with a glitch that it is not available 24 hours as they say.

Rooms are big but not ventilated by clear glass window. Maintenance required in bathroom. Breakfast is good. Blue Fox Restaurant is good but little costly.

Nice location- you can go out for shopping on the main road itself, walking distance. Parking is not a problem. Rooms are really big and quite comfortable. Coming to food, i had buffet dinner and one word comes to my mouth is WOW. Superb taste and buffet was having everything upto the mark. Chicken, paneer , rice, roti everything was awesome. Booking and checkin was damn smooth..Since it is having Tie up with my company, they immediately responded to my call and booked with MAP plan..fully satisfied and will look forward to come here again and recommend to others also..

Very Near to Secunderabad Railway station (10 minutes), and it's tale max 1 and half hour for Airport. (Depends on traffic). Need to work on Room cleanliness & Service. Food good.

Very Poor Banquet Services, Food is Next to Worst. Banquet Managers are not cooperative, will not be responding to mail promptly. Had a worst experience in banquet. Chosen due to the food taste and quality, Lack of those made this kind of worst review.

This hotel is pretty old, the maintenance is not great at all so you have uninvited guests like cockroaches, and that old place stench... the towels, the sheets etc don't smell fresh at all even if they change them everyday. Was very disappointed at the quality of the rooms and the ambience. Food is good... but what's the point if you don't feel comfortable in the room...

Unhygienic restaurant… Been here for breakfast and it’s full of cockroaches on the buffet counter. Was given the bill immediately after starting the food. Staff need to learn some hospitality and definitely food need some help. I would not recommend this place.

This hotel feels like a palace which has seen better days. The rooms are sprawling and palatial, with expensive fitting and furniture. However, everything is crumbling down due to lack of maintenance and disrepair. The bathtub in their suit is cracked and the polish has worn out, hand shower sprays water is all directions. It is strange why such a great property is being treated with so much neglect. Location wise it is good, not far from the metro station.

We did not enjoy the stay here. The rooms were below average and so was the cleanliness. The staff were rude to us. We had asked for an early check in of just an hour before and they never mentioned anything about paying. When we went there they insisted that we pay and while the portal mentioned free breakfast, they insisted we pay for the breakfast too

Stayed here for two days, rooms are neat, beds are comfortable, centralized AC in all rooms, breakfast is good. The hotel is showing signs of aging. Note that from ground level to reception one needs to take stairs not sure they have lift anywhere inside. It may be concerning for some

The hotel is centrally located and is a short distance from the railway station. We went in the evening, to the coffee shop not bluefox, and took the buffet option which was Rs 750 per pax. While the food was good, it was on the less spicy side for my liking. Also the veg starters were limited to just 1 option, which we got to know only afterwards. Ideally at least 2 starters for veg should be provided. The ambience was decent and spacious. Again on the food part, which is the main variable, I would say it is a 3 or 3.5 out of 5. I would like to add here that food in the restaurant near Kothapet of the same chain was pretty very good as compared to this branch, though I wouldn't say the food was bad in this branch. It was good without being very good.

A very good place for the food, ambience and the banquet halls. They have banquet halls for 200 capacity and 400 capacity. Well maintained and hygienic. Food tastes absolutely delicious and worthy. Valet parking is also available.

The reception employees were friendly and well informed of all the process and rules including complimentary breakfast. Went at the time of Ganesh Chaturthi, there was music played in streets till 1PM, next day they changed my room to the far end of the road. Easy access and near to secundrabad railway station

I planned a holiday in India with swan tours purely on basis of review and being my first holiday with swan tours I had a wonderful experience. Swan was quick and very responsive from initial talks in planning tour till the end. Very spacious rooms with such a nice experience. Breakfast was just lovely and enjoyed different cusines with awesome taste. Location wise also it is very good and you can visit nearby shops for shopping or food.

Room was bad. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and room. Very old room. Hard mattress not worthy to the price. I have stayed there vijaywada hotel, which is much much better. Food was good. Buffet breakfast was nice.

I have been staying at this property for 10+ years and still love staying at this property thanks to the location and the connectivity it offers to various parts of the city. Staffs are professional and the food is good but expensive. No worries you can order through zomato from Paradise biriyani as it is very near!! Reduced 1 star as the rooms seems to be infested with roaches. Management to act on this immediately as it is becoming way too annoying nowadays...

Been visiting this hotel for more than 5 years. Their house keeping staff are doing excellent job in maintaining cleanliness. Rooms are spacious. I love the breakfast. Every item served is tasty.

A really good place with a restaurant and a coffee shop. If you are a smoker though, you will have a problem as there is no specific smoking room assigned. The food is delicious and a wide choice is available on the menu.

The hotel is good. However the rooms needs to be relooked for servicing. The room in which I was staying needed some maintenance work to be done. The room size is excellent. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious and starts at 7.30.

Minerva grand hotel secunderabad was one of the best 3 star hotel in this region . This hotel has several branches and this the oldest one. Rooms are very big and spacious , location wise very excellent location where railway station was near to 1km. But the main drawback is the Toilets , rooms , etc not being renovated and being too old as we can see all the water leaks , gaps ,etc in the toilets. This hotel seriously requires renovation to sustain it's branding in the market

The hotel is old and they are taking up renovation in each floor .the hotel location is in secunderabad,which is in the heart of city .many places are accessible.Hotel may be good after renovation. Interior,beds and electrical sockets and bath fittings are old. many electrical sockets doesn't work also !

Great place, super staff I stayed there for 2 days for a wedding.....the banquet staff was superb, food was good and facilities were fully adequate. Rooms were very very spacious indeed and well equipped. All in all a very good experience.

It is good for All type of functions, Big 🏨 Hotel with multiple bonquet halls, as per our requirement. Food and hospitality is good. Valet Parking available. But at present in first floor wash Rooms are under renovation.and it's big inconvenience to Us.

The hotel is at a prime location, in secunderabad and pretty close to the bus station, railway station and a metro station. The rooms are of good size, but not so clean. The hotel seems to be quite old, using outdated furnishings. Even the bedsheets provided weren't really clean. Some of them were torn and some had stains where they have applied whitener to hide the stain. I also noticed a couple of cockroaches occasionally in the room which raises question marks about its hygiene. The room I was provided had a window but had no view. It was completely blocked and even the glass wasn't transparent. In room dining is good and the breakfast buffet average with decent amount of options. Their policies seem a bit too stringent though. Checkout time is 12 pm and they wouldn't let me stay even for a couple of hours more without charging a half day rent, even though rooms were mostly empty. The management should keep the convenience of guests in mind and be flexible based on room availability. All in all an average hotel in a great location but poor maintenance.

A good and a well maintained hotel. Visited for a business meeting, the facilities were good. Quite accessible from the main road but a little hidden from the sight. The only problem i faced was to find a parking spot. As it is located inside another business, there was no specific area reserved for parking. Otherwise, it's good.

Food quality & variety is very good. Minus points aare- Poor maintenance ( my room lock was malfunctioning. House keeping very poor. Every day they miss to replace something or other. House keeping took long time to provide items ones called. Provide only half a liter water per person per 24 hours. Then you hv to buy. Tariff seems more for over all experience.

Minerva is a good hotel definetly. Good food. Regarding business advance reservations, if one or two rooms is not occupied, hotel management will through away our long term relationship. In our case we have done group booking @20 rooms. We have not occupied one room. Hotel demanded to pay charges for notoccupied rooms for 2 days. Such attitude not expected from Minerva.

The rooms were not clean and had smell of pests. The staff helped us change the room but the other room also had some pest smell, the third room finally didn’t have the smell, but had bad bedsheets etc. the Houskeeping staff and reception staff were helpful and trying to help for every request but overall experience was not good at all.

Be aware!! Do not book hotel rooms via the ‘chat’ option, it is a fake number, the guy will show you pics via whatsapp and ask you to pay 3k or 3.5k to book a room. The next thing you know he’ll be asking you to make phonepe payment again , this time by entering first 5 digits of transaction id 😨 Either book rooms in person or via trusted website!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. The outdated facilities, pervasive cockroach presence, and unreliable door unlock mechanism made for a less-than-pleasant experience. The ordeal of waiting outside for over an hour due to a malfunctioning lock was particularly frustrating. However, the overworked staff, while friendly, struggled to keep up. On a positive note, the food was a saving grace – consistently served hot and fresh.
