I can't speak for the rooms but we rented the mini banquet hall for a small gathering where we would get dinner. Positives : food was fantastic Negatives: service was terrible. Staff didn't want to do any work. Didn't want to clean the place. had dirty tables, table cloths. Toilets that stank. Kitchen staff were arguing while guests were in the hall, abusing at the top of their voice. I could hear a lady using constant bAd language Someone turned off the ac while we were present. We asked for tea and coffee and one of the stagg refused to do it. They said service is closed Refused even the manager. Overall a terrible experience. Unpleasant for family. I would not recommend. The price for buffet is over priced for what is being served, the lack of professionalism, the bad service. I had to ask for spoons, plates, tissues, They didn't serve welcome drinks to everyone because it finished. The water was tap water, not even mineral. Location wise it's great.

We wanted to celebrate my friends birthday. Waiting for the last 20 minutes, water was served in a bottle and no glass was provided. Service is too poor

One of the utter third class and worst hotel in Hyderabad. Worst smelling very old rooms with lots of bed bugs 🐛. No proper food service is available. They won't provide anything other than bed bug rooms. Utter waste food quality. No water and frequent power cut in the hotel. I recommend never ever book and stay in this hotel.

Very bad service and no taste. They does not have proper staff and we shud open door ourself and get inside there was no proper tissues served after food. Manager or staff is very choosy. They treat every customer different. Would never recommend anyone here. Waste of your time

It is hi-fi hotel. We asked a extra bed ,they gave one old and worst conditioned bed later arranged mattress. In bathroom, we have to bath in 🛁 . Tiles were too slippery. Old people will definitely skid here. Friendly staff

We went for a dinner however the order placed took long time to get it .. spoons were not on table.. starter was bought late May be around 10.40 pm .. taste was not so good.. quantity was less.. quality was missing.. soft noodles looks like Bambino.. loose prawns starter was smelling .. bad experience visiting this place

The place is ok only but not as expected but over priced. The staff is not proactive in response The maintenance of lift and other facilities are not good at all. Had more expectations but turned our Dark for me.

I have staying in this hotel for the past 5 years and found this hotel is a home away from home. But my recent stay proved otherwise. With the changed management, everything at this hotel is changed to such a bad level except for the front office staff. Breakfast and the service staff were not fit to be there at all. House keeping is also a complete mess. Will not come this hotel again.

I have booked the banquet hall for ring ceremony. The management is least bothered about safety and hygiene.The stage and power sources are of worst quality and don’t work. The stage and the windows of the coral hall (6th floor) are prone to dangerous accidents (a happy event can turn into a disaster if the management is not bothered about the safety of their guests). I personally appreciate the catering staff for their extended support and service (excellent service by Manish ).

AC not functioning properly and rooms are not clean. Bedsheets are old. Did a mistake of booking this hotel.

Beds in double rooms are too close to each other. That's the only complaint I have. Otherwise, a very nice stay with great food. Location is also very convenient.

Rooms were decent with some damp & moss on side walls. Food & breakfast was average.

Nice and cool restaurant is available in the hotel. Interior and seating is good. Biryani served in pots. Kadai chicken is good. Serving of food is also done with care. Though Hyderabad is famous for Biryani, Mutton Dum Biryani can be tasted for once in this restaurant. Flavour and aroma of Biryani is good.

It's not old time square. Very bad service in room. AC NOT working and their maintenance team is worst. Rooms are not cleaned. Toilet and shower are in worst condition. They stopped providing shaving kit.

Very neat and clean hotel. Staff was very co-operative. House keeping staff Vikas kept the place spic and span, he was also very trustworthy....

I heard about the hotel and we celebrated a cradle ceremony on 3rd Jan 2021. I was happy with the hospitality service they have provided. Food was amazing and everyone has liked the food. Especially Mutton biryani which was perfectly cooked. Hatsoff to the chef who made this amazing food. Abhishek Reddy and Charan, they both are managers who were helpful in making all the arrangements smoothly. Overall Food 5 star Hospitality 5 star Ambience 4.5 star. Services 5 star.

No Liquor was served but it's mentioned on website and there is a hoarding states they serve liquor
