A beautiful place for having functions like Birthday parties, get togethers, corporate meetings, spending time with friends. Which has lawn for outdoor functions, swimming pool, projector facility. Wooden structured accomodation. Well maintaned. Calm environment. Which is around 15km from karimnagar.

On tuesday we hired this farm house with our friends, we're totally unsatisfied with check-in check-out time, And wifi plan is not recharged so we used mobile hotspots for projector, And main worst thing is projector, worst projector setup I have ever seen and poor sound system, my suggestion is avoid this farm.

Place is just awesome..very peaceful environment...u will definitely enjoy in this place they have swings, swimming pool. U can book for family gathering r any function like b'day, any functions r for marriage.

Games: You can play cricket and shuttle or football in the ground but you need to get all these yourself. Cooking: Cooking is allowed in outside veranda for big potions and big vessels are available.There a bit stove as well with gas cylinder.you need to bring all your prep items for cooking.i think they have a grill with them. The kithen in the house is not usable, there is only RO water and fridge available in the kitchen. There are no plates and no small vessels in the kitchen. You need to get your own plates glasses spoons bowls etc. It might be a problem to cook small meals amd boil milk in case you want to stay overnight and you have a child. Food: you need to order online on zomato and swiggy. There are kirana general stores for any general items. Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. There is only one geaser out of 4 bathrooms. There are are not soap holders in bathroom. No towels will be provided as expected.you need to get your own soap etc Some door handles are removed though, not sure why, may be for child safety. Campfire: yes, its there. Staff: very polite and welcoming. They were all helpfull and accomodating. Advise: get all your food and drinks and toiletries.
