am
not
happy
with
the
after-sales
support.
There
is
no
update
on
the
correction
of
the
manufacturing
defect
on
the
mattress.
I
bought
3
mattresses:
1
King
Size
Latex
Mattress,
8
inches;
1
Double
Size
Super
Soft
Memory
Foam
Mattress,
8
inches;
1
Queen
Size
Latex
Mattress,
2
inches;
As
a
complement,
they
gave
two
neck
pillows
with
king
mattresses
and
two
comfort
pillows
with
double
mattresses.
They
didn't
provide
any
pillows
with
the
Queen
mattress.
Also,
they
didn't
offer
any
latex
pillows.
They
provided
zip
covers
for
the
king
mattress
and
double
mattress.
They
did
not
offer
any
customization
for
the
quilt
stitching,
as
shown
in
the
YouTube
video.
On
Saturday
(Jan.
27,
2024),
I
visited
the
unit
along
with
my
family.
We
quickly
selected
the
customizations
for
the
mattresses.
They
cut
and
stitched
the
mattress
in
our
presence.
We
were
very
happy
with
the
owner,
as
he
took
extra
care
to
stitch
our
mattresses
in
the
absence
of
the
stitching
operators.
The
mattresses
were
delivered
to
our
residence.
The
delivery
staff
placed
the
mattresses
on
the
bed
along
with
the
zip
covers,
which
were
provided
as
complementary.
(Their
delivery
staff
received
good
tips
from
us
for
providing
the
service.)
However,
one
of
the
mattresses
had
a
manufacturing
defect.
The
dimensions
didn't
match
what
was
specified
at
the
time
of
production.
I
tried
reaching
the
owner
and
the
supervisor.
They
did
not
answer.
I
thought,
probably,
they
were
busy.
Then,
after
multiple
attempts,
the
supervisor
answered.
Upon
conversing
with
the
delivery
staff,
they
agreed
to
take
the
mattress
back
for
correction.
Today,
i.e.,
Monday
(29-Jan-2024),
I
am
trying
to
reach
both
the
owner
and
supervisor.
No
one
is
answering
the
phone.
There
is
no
reply
to
my
WhatsApp
messages
asking
for
an
update.
This
is
really
disgusting.
They
are
simply
ignoring
it.
As
a
valued
customer,
we
expect
a
reply.
I
gave
them
the
business
of
53K
in
a
single
order.
Now,
I
am
not
sure
when
I
will
get
my
corrected
mattress
back.
It
looks
like
I
have
to
revisit
their
unit
and
get
all
this
sorted
out.
I
actually
wanted
to
order
three
more
mattresses
for
my
parents
house.
But
now
I
feel
like
somewhat
cheated.
E.g.,
no
complementary
latex
pillows,
no
zip
cover,
and
no
pillows
for
my
2-inch
mattress.
Definitely,
I
will
not
place
my
next
order
with
them
and
would
like
to
try
other
manufacturers.
