Sales Staff is not supportive. We had tell him multiple times to arrange for the Shoe Measurement.

Don't ever go to this store. It will be definitely a waste of time. Those sales guys are still in pandemic mode and don't want to work. Whatever size or model you ask they will say it is not available. They won't even help you in trying a few options. They just have the shop there for name sake. Hopeless.

Mr.Uday is very polite with customers. Because of him my problem solved. Infact the salesperson kiran is not showing interest to exchange of unused shoes which I purchased a weak back.I came from long way to exchange. Thanks to Mr.Surya

Worst experience. The size wasn't available for the selected product. When insisted if the same can be ordered from nearby stores or place an order with the company directly, the staff didn't bother to check and was very indifferent. Pathetic customer experience from a very good brand. The staff in this store are not there to serve the customers.

Teach ur employees Don't judge the book by it's cover They are treating the people very cheap

Store staff is not supportive and they are not ready to show the size footwear even if it is available. Also they are in so much hurry and will not give you enough time to think and purchase the right thing. The staff is so confused about the sizes.

Bought a shoe of 8000 from skechers kokapet. Its quality is so bad that i got a hole on top where we have thumb within 2 months. And then on top of that store representative shared sketchers customer care and asked me to reach customer care for warranty. Also skechers customer care number doesnt work. Horrible experience, never buy anything from this horrible brand and especially skechers kokapet.
