The food is incredible, the ambiance is pretty decent and the prices are reasonable. But my experience on the last visit was absolutely horrible as the service was terrible. The waiting staff lied that UPI (gpay/Paytm) payments were not accepted, despite using it just the day before. They probably did that to get cash in n hand instead of electronic payment. I had to walk all the way to the atm but eventually they accepted gpay which proves that they were lying.

Excellent biriyani. The chicken in the biriyani was cooked so well! Almost soft as a fish. Drumstick was spicy but we enjoyed it. Poor star rating was for the guy who got the bill and demanding a tip. He didn’t even serve our table and was very rude in demanding tip.

A very cosy and comfortable lounge on 2nd floor, service is good, food is fantastic, vallet parking is available, one of the best place to hang out with friends in the Evening, weekends are crowded. Get a place near TV on a big match day and you are sorted for next few hours. Staff is friendly, there will music in the background with appropriate volume. Am sure you won't be disappointed. Service is too slow here but trust me the one who goes here must try their Prawns Biryani, maaaannnnnnnn it’s too yummy I say, Crystal never disappointed me with their Prawns Biryani, I tried so many starters and Biryani’s here, but in so much love with their prawns Biryani why because for the price they charge and the locality they are, it’s damn worth. I’m a very big lover of sea food and I know how other people clean and cook badly, here the prawns are too good. There are other places too which are very good, but in and around this location, this place is the only one I could get such taste and the tender quality.

I ordered a chicken starter (kasthuri chicken) from the today’s special board and that was very bad and it was very bitter. When asked the manager (Sekhar) about it, he was very rude and he refused to even taste it.

Recently moved and renovated at Rtc x roads , 3 floors building, ground floor is a family dining section, first with a bar and 2 nd floor is a lounge. On the whole, ambience is good. Service is late. Staff are a bit lazy to attend. Staters and main course are ok-ok. Must try fish tikka, tandoori chicken and mutton fry in starters and mutton kheem biryani. Main road view from the lounge is good and the music system is really nice but they never play it with high sound. (Increase the volume please) Car parking is available but very limited.

This restaurant doesn't deserve any respect for the customer service, all the staff are professional unfriendly to the people coming there all they care is for your money , as soon as they realize you are new customer will make you feel like non humanity nature. also they try to hit you and physically abuse with group of goons. IN spite of several things they are next generation goons for business.

Had Beer and side dish. Though food was tasty, the bar doesn’t provide any complementary snacks. Service was not satisfactory. They doesn’t even provide lemon / onion for Tandoori / Kebab.. will not recommend for taking drinks

Taste of the food was underwhelming, considering the prices of the food. It was located in a nice area and the exterior looked promising, but the food and the service was disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves on this cause I believe it has a successful future ahead.

It's a overall good place for a quick chill out within the city limits and for nearby staying people. Not recommended if you are looking for a calm and rich ambience. Recently they made changes to their prices which are not at all worth it.

Most hopeless eatery of the city....seems to be run and administered by goons....have seen the kitchen staff.....very very unprofessional...and added to that....the waiting staff, including the captain, steward and waiter....absolutely goon like.... They are just shouting/commenting on your face "YOU ORDER AND EAT IF YOU FEEL LIKE OR GET LOST..." The indispensible sweeping/brooming staff of theirs...who keep invading the restaurant floor every now and then and keep brooming while the customers are having their food.... Very very pathetic.....while the management and staff are least bothered about gaining disrepute...

Crystal has been known to serve some good food in the area for many years. However, on recent visit I found the quality has declined. Biryani was too bland with mutton pieces remaining raw and Chicken 65 had absolutely no taste. Veg items were a bit okay.

Ordered their food on Swiggy and gave the cooking instructions to put less spices, but on the contrary, we got very spicy food delivered...when, i called the restuarant to complain about it, the person who spoke said that he would look into the issue, but abruptly ended the call...there are no paneer pieces in palak paneer...so, zero rating for their customer service and quality of food!

The Hotel is neat and has a good Atmosphere. The Food is also good but Biryani is not up to the mark. The service is not slow on Sundays esp. overall Good Family restaurant in the ground floor.

A well laid out bar cum restaurant. Service is quick. A range of veg and non veg food. Good selection of liquor. Overall, value for money. The only disadvantage is that the non smokers section is on the second floor.

Visited this place nearly after a decade. It's located in a new premises. It missed the old charm, but still retains the customer rush. It became little expensive though. The trademark non veg dishes which we ordered, missed the kick.

Quality, taste of food as not expected with other restaurants which i have been. prices are common but no dum for non-veg foods. No family pack biryani and extra charges for onions and water bottles too. Instead of serving as restaurant there can use it for complete BAR service because atmosphere was design in such a way. Overall not satisfied with Menu prices and taste of food

It's a decent restaurant. Family section is available, wallet parking is available. Food portion is adequate and taste varies each time I ordered overall it is fine. Biryani is not spicy. My personal favourite is the mutton biryani family pack.

The food was so bad, can not recommend any food. The biryani was not dum biryani, it was just mutton-fried plain rice. Don't try anything in the restaurant. It's a waste of money and spoiling our health. The rice was not even cooked, too oily. The staff even don't what's good or what's bad. These types of restaurants make you sick.

Food was ok ( ordered Butter naan(size is too small and burnt part is more), Afghan chicken, spicy chicken(too spicy due to dark green chillies) and chicken pakoda). Serving people are directly asking for tips and showing displeasure if we add just 10 or 20 rupees. This actually disappoints me. Customer s wish should be taken into the hands of serving people. Thus, giving 2 out of 5.

I ordered veg biryani yesterday from here. It had 25 green chillies in a pack. It was too spicy . My tongue and throat burned just with a single bite of biryani. I disposed it without eating. Earlier, they used to serve dum biryani which was very good. But now a days, they changed the recipe and preparing worst biryani in RTC X Roads. Never going to order or eat in this restaurant.

Food was too cold. Inspite of reminding the waiter to serve the dishes hot. He just did his job of serving it cold. Ice was not available for the hot drinks. Even at 7 pm. They successfully ruined my evening. I've seen this bar since it was opened in 1969. Started going to it since 1982. It used to be a reasonably good one when it was in the Sudarshan complex. This was my 3rd visit after shifting to this new place. I've taken an oath never to visit this bar. I know the management will just brush my views under the carpet. God save the Crystal bar of yore.

They have different terms for Green peas fry and roasted ones. We expected Green peas ( crunchier ones ) ,but they served the boiled ones with spices mixed. The cutlery sometimes not clean, sometimes there is a foul smell of Non - veg from the cutlery.
