Comfortable, quiet and great location. I was in Hyderabad for 10 days to meet my family. The staff is helpful and its great value for money.definitely family friendly and extremely comfortable for women.

We came for Century Hospital for a treatement. Rooms are bigger than usual. Good for long term stay. Really nice Hotel.

At a price range of INR 2k, for a short stay for adults, this is a suitable property. I would not recommend this for kids or single women. It's located close to the main road, however the last 100m or so gets very dark at night. Cabs are available easily, and there are many hospitals around. The rooms and facilities are minimal and reasonably clean. The property is quite busy, most rooms appear occupied. There are 4 car parking slots and that's a limitation, but there's space outside in the alley to park. Breakfast is simple and functional. Not enough restaurants nearby, several eateries on the main road are temporarily closed. The reception desk is quite helpful and responsive for simple tasks like printout, cabs, food, water etc.

Need a mature management I suppose Edited and following added . post a reply from the management asking for areas of improvement : Starting with the Pros Good location , great budget Cons : Continuous sounds of furniture moved about on the floor above, even late into night . Restaurant not properly maintained . Food ordered at room service had too much salt in the dishes . Morning buffet : Had to ask and wait for plates. What is needed : simple standard operating procedures and instructions to the staff.. A Budget Boutique hotel does not mean that quality should be compromised. Offer whatever service you are giving now with a touch of commitment and quality . You are already giving the service so why not with more quality of service ? This can help in improving a customers stay and prompt for a continued patronage

I booked this hotel through online after going through the Google reviews and stayed here for 3nights in economy room. But unfortunately my personal experience with this hotel stay was not good experience. Also I don't understand why facility has 4+ rating and 3star Rooms are not so good, windows are dusty, staffs are not welcoming, even for the complimentary water we need to ask. Asked to clean the room in the morning after dropping the key, nothing happened till the time I came back in the night.after 3 consecutive calls they attended for service. Hotel is inside residential area, no nearby shops or anything. If you need a quick vehicle service you need to come down by walk for atleast 5 minutes. I regretted for the stay

We had a fabulous stay at The Downtown Hotel. The hostile and pleasant welcome is very impressive.. we really like the way the receptionist lady explains and coordinates with everyone. The lobby area is huge with beautiful sofas sets and a beautiful atmosphere.. the room services are fast and perfect. The staff is very polite and dedicated . We loved the room.. very neat and nicely setted.. beautiful curtains and very comfortable bed. The washroom is very neat too with soaps shampoos and tissues well kept. It has geasor also. Room services are quite impressive and quick. Complimentary buffet breakfast on the 4th floor n the area is beautifully maintained. Delicious food i must say!!! Guys this Hotel is a Compulsory visit.. Thankyou to the services and the staff.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms in this hotel through on line after going through the Google reviews and stayed here with family for 3nights . But unfortunately this was the worst hotel we ever stayed so far . Also I don't understand why facility has 3star rating Rooms are not so good, windows are dusty, staffs are not welcoming, There was no follow up from the house keeping The photo frame having full of fungus. Torn curtains had in the room no 102,108 and also very dusty with unnatural smell. No TV service provided in room no. 108 during all three days .Breakfast is very limited only 4 items: idly, Dosa, Poha, Bread Very bad attitude of management, Management have no control over drunken guests who were stayed in the other rooms , has been disturbing to every other family members with their silly behavior. This is very much serious issue that we faced .I Would never suggest this hotel to anybody. Bad Bad Bad

Very good & safe place to stay with family. Rooms are spacious, clean & pleasant. Food is good. If I have to say something about room service....sorry they have to improve a lot. Taking too much time (we will forget that we ordered something ) to serve morning bed coffee.

It was a family trip for us and we stayed for two nights here. Everything was perfect. Ms. Diana and her team has helped us beyond the call of duty. Rooms and washrooms were tidy, neat and clean. Hotel team helped us arranging a cab for Hyderabad sightseeing with economical price and a great driver. I recommend everyone to go ahead and book this hotel without any hesitation.

A very good hotel for family or individual in the heart of the banjara hills. A small lane inside the main road some 100 meters distance. Rooms are good and spacious. Staff are good and helpful. We didn't taste food so no comments however there is a restaurant on the 2-3rd floor I guess. The car park is limited

It was really a great stay in this boutique hotel. Prime location, courteous staffs, clean rooms, homely atmosphere.... participated and enjoyed Ganesh Chaturthi Puja in this hotel. All staffs, particularly Mamta & Nancy are very good human being.

Everything was good... People at reception were also quite welcoming Only issue I found was that the used plates were kept on the table with water filter and all the files on the food were sitting on the water tap... Too unhygienic But other than that it's a great place to stay at

Amazing place to dine out. Very tasty food and well mannered staff. Lots of variety in food with great quality and hygiene at affordable cost. Very spacious banquet hall, can be used for birthday parties, engagement ceremony and other family functions. Food and catering service for the the down town hotel is also very nice.

Located a little away from the main road with small but manageable access road and small place for personal vehicle parking (better to check with them before you plan to take your car there) Rooms are just fine with well maintained bathrooms. (The air conditioner in our room was sounding like a diesel generator though). Staff are reasonable. Restaurant with sizable seating is available on the top floor which is decent enough with room delivery.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed so far. They provided the worst ambience. The rooms were very dirty and were not cleaned on a daily basis. There was no follow up from the house keeping. The food leftovers were not cleaned for long and gave a very awful appearance. They have done no justice to the money we paid. The food was also very unsatisfactory. Really Really pathetic !!

It was a good experience staying in town town Pg. It was affordable and the management family has very good manners and very homely. A very reliable pg accomodation for females.clean,secure and authentic. Location is pretty good. Everything was good. It was a very comfortable to stay and the property is beautifully maintained.which I like the most is good facility like birthday party room and photo shoot rooms etc.. five

Worst experience during check in, despite confirmation by Hotel on mail about the check in time, I have to wait for 2-3 hrs for the room to be vacant ! Pathetic ! Manas the fellow at the desk is helpless ! If you are making a reservation off line, do ask about the vacancy of the room at the time. This does not give good vibes about the owner / management
