Don't fall for those reviews guys everyone is putting good reviews for getting advance only bcoz after putting review only he will give advance...After vacating hostel am asking my advance still he didn't give my advance, if I cal also he won't attend my cal,with in two months i called nearly 40 times he didn't pick my cal..one of my room mate paid 2000 advance but he get only 1000 tat too we need to beg for 4 months... there is no hostel in this area tats y this owner is behaving lik this.i stayed in this hostel for 10 months, food is very worst, maintenance also very worst,don't fall for those reviews..

It was nice and extremely better than other places I have seen in Hyderabad. Food is also good and main thing is staff is nice and we'll mannared and you can also talk to them about your problems.

I stayed for 1.5 years only for three reasons one is food is the best comparing to other PG nearly by and second the hospitality Owner Anna treats everyone one as family and take good care of every individual and third is hygiene and cleaning of room and bathroom two times for a week and all the room laundry is available all the time and alsowhich is nearly to my office also. I got all my college with me around 13 persons that much I love that PG

I am staying in this hostel from Since last 1year, the rooms are very good, the food is good, all the facilities are good, Wi-Fi facility available, and the rooms are clean ,very spacious and comfortable, It's very safe here, there are people from different states, talking with them, eating together on the terrace, felt very good.Cooler weather is better on the terrace, a different Tasty food is served every day,Cook and staff are very good chilling.The hostel owner was very nice and good person and responded quickly whenever I called,Everyone is treated equally and everyone is spoken to very lovingly. A lot of variety and delicious healthy food is prepared here for every festival. Bike and car parking is very convenient here.Water facility and power facility are always available for convenience. This hostel is close to all pluches, Nims hospital and other hospitals, metro station, restaurants, pvr malls are close by. My many memories are associated with this hostel.

Hostel located very near to irrum manzil metro station.just 3-5 mins walk-able distance. Hostel owner Sathosh speaks English,telugu,hindi. No issues in communication side. WiFi,hot water,lift,cctv camera facility available. Rooms have attached bathrooms. Food provided 3 times a day and the food is not good. Room maintenance is not good when i stayed. 2,3,4 sharing rooms. They are providing day wise stay as well. Advance amount is 1000.Need to inform prior before vacating the hostel. Otherwise the advance amount is not refundable.

I was there for the 3 months and I experience the best services. If any problem related accommodation within it will be solved ASAP by management. Hi to everyone I stayed here for 2 months location wise good very near to my office Rooms : old apartment it needs renovation...I stayed in 2 sharing room my personal experience and opinion ..they change bed sheets monthly twise , brooming weekly twise ,I think weekly once for bathroom, bathroom comods are old should be change...I felt flush not works ..properly A C and tv just for demo if you want to use it they ll charge extra . Food: Food wise I give 4.8 out of 5 very nice food no restrictions in friendly environment you can eat ... Management: santhosh garu friendly with everyone nice person.. they won't force for rent ...only one thing from my side they won't react immediately when u give complaint on something... Others things are very flexible.. Finally. Hostel needs renovation in many things .. This is my personal experience and opinion thankyou

The host Arun was unbelievably kind. Due to some issues my booking was confirmed even when the hostel was full. But Narsimha and Arun both allowed me to stay there free of charge. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place for their travels in Hyderabad. Cheers!

Reasonable rooms at reasonable prices. Do not expect much. The building is kind of old and the washrooms are not that much well maintained. But the price is less compared to others. So i guess its ok ok compared to prices.

I opted for Double sharing Room with Food . The rent is affordable and Rooms are far better than any other nearby areas. Best thing about the Hostel Management is it worked perfectly fine and offered best possible help during LOCKDOWN and after. They are taking very good care. Room: My room have all amenities like LED TV , Wifi connection. Food : Food is like homely and best for the persons belongs to south India. Surroundings : it's very peaceful area and nearby metro station. Mostly all the tenants are working professionals like engineers, software employees and doctors .so everything is professional here . I stayed here since June 2019 to July 2020 . I really loved 13 months stay here .

Located in the prime location of Hyderabad ie Punjagutta. Conveyance facilities are easily available. Nearest metro station is Irrum Manjil around 5 mins walk from premises. Local bus stand about 200 metres away. Auto and cabs are also easily available. Food is good (All 7 days food is provided) Staff is polite and gentle. Bed sheets & pillow cover are changed in every 15 days. Room cleaning is in every 3 days. Wifi facility at free of cost. You can land up here with your luggage & id proof anytime and you will get a room to stay. They have single / double / triple occupancy Ac and Non Ac rooms. You have to bring your own plate and cup for food and tea. Suggestion: 1. Prepare more number of chapatis for dinner.

Pros : Location , rooms and staffs are great . Basic things like water , wifi is available 24/7 . Regarding food , it is prepared hygienically. Regarding taste , if u r from South India then its well n good but as a north Indian, you will need time to blend into it. Rooms are properly ventilated. Hostel is full of professional people, so you don't have to worry about environment . Great for students,great for professionals. Cons : price might be challenging for people who have a strictly tight budget. Any way do checkout this hostel once if u r hostel hunting , this is one of best place to live in as of my experience.
