Found a cockroach in coffe cup ....after asking working asking these people they said woh sub chalthe rehthi ji ....here I'm asking you people, who visit kadak chai ...for refreshing ... would you be able to visit the place which contain no hygiene and find cockroach in the coffee.. please feel free review....waste place ....for

Worst taste, worst management no extra cups , Even if you're ready to pay.

Worst management irresponsible staff. I ordered chai waited for 30 minutes. When I asked him. He sOd he forgot & said milk over.

It's ok kind not an extraordinary taste, just go head kind, samosa available, some sandwiches available, stand and have it, good taste, need to improve the taste a bit. Need more samosa small and big ones and hot samosas not cold ones. Please arrange some chairs and stools.

Its a small Tea Joint on road. You get a variety of snacks, milkshakes, tea etc. We ordered Signature Veg Sandwich, Peri Peri Fries and Tea. All of them were really nice.

Visited on: 10th Jan'23 Ordered: 1.) Banana milk shake (4/5). Less quantity they given. 2.) Mango milk shake(4/5).

Tasty food options and lots of beverages! I certainly want to go there again. Only concern is it is little bit pricey

I didn't like the taste plus it's quite very expensive 50 rupees tea that was the worst taste I ever had .

Taste is good. Can park your car or bike easily. But, at the time I have visited, there is no crowd, hardly 5 - 6 customers. Though a simple carrot juice took 25min to prepare. Staff responds well, simply smile and say more 2min but I got order 25min+. If someone is short on time please avoid. If not it's a good place to go. My rating is towards the waiting time.

Usually I visit Kadak house at kbr..went to the Rd no. 12..as it was closer and needed a quick chai..went for a regular Irani chai.. the guy there just heated some old chai and served me a disastrous milky chai..very unlike Kadak House tea. For sure he didn't follow the usual process of decoction and milk..the tea was there before.. Highly disappointed..not visiting this place again..and the stink of milk all over..pls fix this guys.

Aloo samosa was good. Tried peri peri fries and sandwich which are also tasty. Quick service too…

Ice tea was good and value for money

The place has been moved from main road to building in the Kawasaki Showroom. Not that great Tea. Over-hyped. Just for the name sake it's good. Otherwise, there are lot of Tea Places that serve better teas.

It adds to the list of best places to have traditional Irani Tea, with quick Samosa-fried chillies. Not enough place to sit, you can however grab a quick tea and snacks. Taste wise the tea ranks top in the city. Recipe is quite similar to that of other Irani Tea shops.

Ginger tea was awesome with more extra ginger with reasonable rates..Nice place to relax at any time. Really I enjoyed the tea. parking also available .Must try

I have been drinking tea here from last 1year the owner talk very positively but the staff is very rude his name is Mosin he was super annoying kindly address him how to talk with customer teach him, CRM

Pathetic. They charge 100 rs for 10rs Lassi (basically it is packet Lassi which you can get at any milk parlour). When you say taste is not good they reply this what they sell.
