One nice place in Hyderabad. How useful, not sure. HMDA is on the 3rd Floor. One part in ground floor. Visting hours 3 pm to 5 pm. Couple of stores selling Handicrafts etc. Beautiful to see. Well maintained.

Aadhaar Seva center is located in this building in3rd and 6th floors. Visit only if unavoidable. Always crowded throughout the day. Typical government office scenario. No parking for 4 wheelers.

It is having some govt offices and Aadhaar regional office and TSco etc. Now it has become old and not cleanly maintained.

Over all clean and neat environment inside the complex some lift doesnot work waiting for the aadhar card still continues even if your patience is post. That all i known by visiting for my aadhar issue ...

Ameerpet Swarna Jayanti Complex(adjacent to Maitrivanam Building) well organised floor wise offices, mainly the 4th floor HMDA West Wing Planning Section and Officers. Zones: Shamshabad, Medchal, Ghatkesar, Shankarpally, City Area, TS-IPASS and Change of Land Use(CLU).

Government Building... Affordable office space... Looks good after upliftment... Can still be maintained well.

Here Aadhar related complaints center available at 6th floor, the staff is very cooperative and food manner.

It is a great place situated in a busy centre with many offices inside also different stores available. Facilities for the customers must be improved and particularly drinking water facility and backup for the lifts required

To much of public... There is takone system.. Tokens given from 4 am.. Only 200 below tokens available at a day... Very bad experience ... It is in 313 room 3rd floor, swarna jayanti complex, near ammerpet metro station. Adhaar unblock service in 6th floor there is also token system..

Swarnajayanthi Complex is located at Ameerpet main road. Adjacent to Maithrivanam building. It is too near to the Ameerpet Metro station. TSRTC Bus stop is also there for public convenience. Mainly in this complex H M D A office is located at 4 th and 5 th floors. Inside the H M D A office atmosphere looks like corporate sector. There are 3 sides Lift facility is available but the only drawback is function of Lifts are little bit slow. Parking place is too conjest when compared with built up area of the building. Any how it is a good looking and best serving building to the people of Hyderabad twin cities.

Good Decission by the Govt. & HMDA...they have the complete HMDA office to Mytrivanam X Roads...maintaining well clened...No. of Lifts in working stage...

A very busy place. We did not get a place to park car. The best way to check me to this place is my metro

Complex was well built with ample space for the staff but no proper facilities for common public like seating chairs & canteen for visitors. It is so called govt organisation.

A lot of variety on the menu, had the double cheese mozzarella pizza with a side of French fries. The pizza crust was soft but the taste of pizza sauce was not the best. Not for me at least. The fries were thin and chewy. The service was okay, could be quicker. I give them the benefit of the doubt because there's a lot of variety, and I haven't tried everything.

Public building have office of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority which is primary authority which look after planned development of Hyderabad Metropolitan Area and issue various kind of Development related permissions.

I went for aadhar update Full of crowd, no proper person for enquiry and even lighting facility also not there.

Less parking. Have to go out to park my vehicle. This has to be taken car in future. People going on work there will waste lot of time. Better we should avoid own transport and use public transport. This will also save environment in a way

When we entered there, the security was so rediculous that he is telling here we have token system and so on, inspite when we had seen inside the office there were only hardly 10 to 15 members inside, After sometime.yhr.situstion was handled by one of th senior person who at last given us the token and explained the details to every person politely with proper examples Thank you so much sir...

Service people good support, but executive only 3 members. People waiting more hours. Tokens issue upto 200. No toilet in 6 th floor aadhaar kendar. Thanks staff.

Very Bad Maintenance. Very poor cleaning though many higher government officials working here.. Maybe they will take care of their own cabin areas.... Lifts are major problem. Parking is okay okay... Overall very bad.... Many people are coming here for aadhaar related issues... But for them not even single chair also available... Many old people, kids, ladies will suffer like anything... But no one is bothering...

Good complex , well maintained it has good number of govt offices.Aadhar regional office is located in 3 and 5 th floor. Aadhar enrollment, mobile linking is also done here. Very poor parking place, we don't get place to park your car. It is best you park car inside the nearby by colony roads and visit.

HMDA Office is open for visiting from 3 to 5 on weekdays.. the response from HMDA is really great. They have been patiently listening to the problems and responded appropriately. Thank you for your service HMDA.

Here I came to update my aadhar card it is in the 3rd and 6th floor of the building My aadhar work was over in just 30min I think it's pretty fast . The people are nice and interactive
