Chennai Shopping Mall is good cloth wear shopping destination. Whenever I go here I usually find some choice items. I bought a Anarkali dress, a pallazo suit and a frock. The pallazo suit I liked at the first sight. Good points: 1. Chances are high you'll find or get some cloth wear of your selection 2. If you request for discount they might give 3. You'll have free alterations 4. The staffs are good Bad points: 1. In the festive season also they don't provide discounts 2. In certain sections there are limited stocks and you won't find any other colour of same design or any other varieties. 3. You will not get quality alterations

Excellent collection for the price range budget I visit Hyd once in year and try to scheduled for Chennai sarees .. and prepare to meet Mr Manoj Jha excellent sales person; He understand my teste contribute his services towards customer the organization.

Not my taste. But it's great for people who want to buy party wears. The mall is usually very crowded as a wide variety of clothes are available...both cheap and expensive .....which attracts people.

Gratifying mall, and well segregated sections for all age people. Better to have more parking place. No seating available for the people came with shopper.

A.S Rao Nagar branch High cost. Discount are available during festival season. Wide range of textiles available. 3rd floor Men's, 2nd floor kids, 1st floor Ladies and Ground floor sarees, cellar is parking. Alteration can be done in cellar at no cost. Drinking water facility and Rest room available. Outside of this mall near car parking area you have panipuri, Pizza, Rolls, Shewarma.

Good for shopping for sarees, dress materials, etc. But the sales person doesn't give clear clarification regarding the size, cost of the material. They are forcing the customers to buy the materials in the showroom. Need to educate the sales person who doesn't know how to sell the materials. They must be genuine to sell the materials.

Very Good collection of bridal wear, sarrees, mens wear inluding intimate wearables spread across Ground plus 3 floors.Expensive look but within budget. Ample car parking space in front of the Shop. 2 wheeler parking celler and alteration unit in basement. Very good behaving staff and prompt service. All covid protocols are followed. Highly recommended.

Range and pricing was ok but few staff customer service is poor and washrooms are maintained to the worst.

Very expensive place the staff is hope less they never show you / sell you what you want instead they try to sell what they want . Limited place very difficult to shop during covid situation the public do not maintain physical distance nor the management least bothered .

On the first day of shopping, the experience was okay. Sarees were patiently shown by the staff. Overall, a bill for 40K was made and we went home. It wasn't until we got home that we realized that the sarees we liked and bought were damaged. Next day we went there 2 times for an exchange. The way they treated us when we went for an exchange was definitely not pleasant. We liked what we purchased, but since they didn't have the same sarees, we had to settle for something that wasn't exactly our choice, so we took our time to find something close to what we liked. The staff told the guy showing the sarees that they showed the same sarees yesterday, but we didn't take them. One of them got irritated when my mother requested to see the same sarees that they had shown. Their attitude was that we were wasting their time. For them, the sale is completed. So they are not as interested in showing us and get frustrated that we are wasting their time. The company does not offer returns even when their product is damaged, but instead forces us to take an exchange even if we don't like the other products. Added to all of this with their inconsiderate behavior, it's just a bad shopping experience. Overall an unpleasant experience.

One stop for shopping 🛍 from kids to elder they have nice collection but make sure before you purchase u open whole saree or dress 👗 and check sometimes they r ripped or there are black marks on the saree. When ur spending soo much make sure you double check what ur buying.

Super I've bought 3 soft silk saree first I went with my relatives so bought only 1saree which I liked it but in ashadam sale then at the ending i bought 2sarees before sravanam sale now one for my mom and another for me gona buy more colours literally like the soft silk sarees

I'm a regular shopper here. We mostly buy chudidar materials and sarees which are very good in quality. Baby frocks and traditional wear is also good here. This pattu langa for one year old is 1100/-

Rate are reasonable, easy for all not a complex mall, all types of cloths are there. I recommended for sarees and gents trailor cloths.

Not much of new collections here in Men's wear, especially formal shirts..

CSM is a wonderful & budget friendly shopping mall for the whole family. I'm going to CSM since 2008 and I never got disappointed, I do refer to everyone, it's my favorite mall. I have been(still goes) to Secunderabad/Ameerpet/AS Rao nagar branches for clothes/jewelry, I just love the quality and the pricing..

Worst customer care, they will be very rude n give some bad comments if we do not buy,. Very worst behaviour, earlier when the mall is new, now they r so adamant, , hurts badly. It's our wish to buy or not, while we r spending thousands of money for marriage purpose, without satisfaction we cannot buy. Hope admin of this should see this

Personally my experience was very good because there were sale going on and the prices and collection they have were awesome. They treat customers very well.

It is a nice place for clothes shopping. They have quite big team of salesmen and they act promptly to show clothes as per your requirements.

On the whole my purchase was good in the first floor. Good kanzivaram collection and very good salesmanship. Saw people crazy about sale though didn't like a single sari which was on sale

Very bad experience loosing the brand value. We purchased a saree & found it to be defective after coming home. Need to to back the next day to exchange by spending another 200/= by auto. They have to have quality check before display & selling the products. Asked what about the travelling expenses will you refund & reply was vague smile.

Different types of clothing for kids, and women and also for men are available at an affordable prices, but the place so conjusted and suffocating which won't help you to peacefully shop......

Place has got wide range of clothes for all age groups and genders. Got food courts outside. Parking is bit hassle. Overall the place is good enf.

We will get daily wear kurtas, joggers leggings ,plazzos... for a very reasonable price. Sarres are also good 😊. For gifting purpose sarees are also good 👍

One you select clothes here, they put in some machine and send it to 1st floor for billing, in this process they pin the clothes in a bag which is OK. The same happened to me, however they pinned my mothers saree worth 3500 instead of cover and when I asked for a replacement they said they don't have same one. Very disappointed with this as I didn't get what I like and had to compromise with another saree

Went for saree purchase. Different collections and exp. sales men. Felt rates bit expensive than other shopping malls in AS Rao Nagar . We purchased a Saree. Parking space in front of the mall. Pizza and shawarma center beside the entrance. Overall good.

Let me start with STAFF...The Chennai Shopping Mall AS RAO NAGAR has the best staff who treats every customer the same way.One stop for complete family shopping, best range of clothes@very reasonable prices. Tailors available here.

Except for two three points, the mall is good. There is no seating arrangement at all. Anybody wants to sit for a while is difficult. Like elders who accompany the youngsters can't move along all the four floors and might feel like sitting for a while while the others do their shopping. Second point i observed is the rest rooms are on the fourth floor and the lift access is only upto 3rd. You need to climb the 4th floor, which is again not so very convenient! (I don't know if there are any rest room on any other floor!)

My mother did her shopping at this place and she does it there regularly. During her last visit Mr. Manoj who manages the ground floor really helped her solve her problems with the merchandise she bought and my mom insisted she give a review on google.. She is very happy and hope all team members of the establishment also emulate professionalism what Manoj exhibited. These rating that my mom has given are for Mr. Manoj. The person on the first floor was obnoxious and rude. It was Mr. Manoj who saved the day for my mom and as well as the reputation of Chennai Shopping Mall.

Iam satisfied with the shop of Chennai Shopping Mall,A.S Rao Nagar when I am go for puja shoping with my wife first time. Great collection from low range from Hi range to help all categories of people's choice. Really we are happy to see the collection.

I have been visiting this store 3 or 4 times for my family members, I couldn't get any suitable product for any of my family members. I didn't understand why so many sales representatives, I feel like over crowded and their intentions are very clear to sale something to customer that's all, no matter customer satisfaction
