We visited this restaurant for lunch in June month on a Sundayvand below is my experience. 1. It was a bit crowded and the AC wasn't sufficient. We complained to the restaurant guys and they were least bothered. It was very suffocating inside and we started sweating. 2. The staff looked were very serious as if they were forced to work there. Not even a single person was smiling not sure what's behind it. 3. The food was decent. We were vegetarians and we liked the food. Though the options were limited, the quality was decent. But the items got over very quickly and need to remind the staff for the refill. The dessert options were very little. 1 icecream, 3 sweets that's it.

He was constantly keeping an eye on items and was serving to the customers. Food is rich, be it ghee or cashew or cheese etc. Recommend to keep the physical menus updated with the prices etc. We came to restaurant for family time but again we were forced to look at online menu to order.. apart from that it was a great exp and we will surely visit again. We had Buffet, all iteams are so nice but ice cream is not maintained in cool condition.. Service is also so nice , the Ambience is also very good. Rating Service 4/5, Food 3/5, Ambience 4/5

Pathetic service. One waiter was managing the entire show🕺🏻. He would take the order and vanish into the kitchen. We jokingly suspected that he was even cooking it for us. He would then only return with someone’s order. So it was kind of difficult if one would want to order another dish in between. We had to time our requests and had to wait until eternity to get a glimpse of him. The place is poorly lit and it’s difficult to even read the menu. We asked for a candle🕯 to ease out our ordeal, but the waiter was clueless. He listened to us intently, and gave a blank look, and vanished until we figured out that we were not going to be blessed with the candle after all. So we managed with our phone torches🔦 🔦. We ordered Sarson ka Saag and Makke ki Roti 🫓. It was authentic and delicious. But the Makke ki Roti was burnt. The waiter proudly placed it onto our plates and scurried away. Now our choice was either to eat it while the Saag was still hot, or wait endlessly to submit our appeal. We hesitatingly chose the former. Our other order was Kurkuri Bhindi Masala. I had great expectations out of this, but it turned out to be Kurkuri Bhindi with Masala on the side. The Bhindi tasted burnt, and the Masala was absolutely bland. We were disappointed and were longing to go home, as it was way too late than we had expected it to be. We begged for the check🧾 and left disappointed to have ruined an evening.

Good taste. Has Jain options too. They have a buffet. 599 each. Ala carte carte is also good. Most of the people we noticed were going for Ala carte. Service is slow, food is tasty. Quantity of starters are also good. Prices are of a fine dining restaurant. For a group of 5 adults it costed us 2700. Mirch Roti and Butter garlic naan are a must try. Rara Paneer was also good. Afternoon service is from 11.00 to 3.30 pm. Evening starts from 7.00 till 10.30. They don't have breakfast menu. Over all must try for vegetarian food.

Food was mind boggling and most recommended. Ordered dal tadka, veg pulaw, aloo jeera and crispy corn. Aaloo jeera was out of the world and a must have at this place. Cannot recommend enough if looking for awesome north indian veg

I wish I could rate this restaurant Zero star...or negative even for that matter. The food was pathetic. Yes Pathetic. I went for dinner. First I ordered soup (Tomato basil shorba) and this was the worst soup I ever had. Yet I went ahead and ordered starters. 1. Hara bhara kabab and 2. Afgani seekh kabab. To my surprise not one but both the starters were undercooked and tasteless. I mean what was that... You pay 350-400 rs for a starter and you get undercooked dishes. Then we said enough is enough... We left the place without the main course.

Very good experience. Tried buffet as well as a la carte, on different occasions. Both are really good. Wide range of options available for vegetarians. Tried Indian, Continental, Thai and Mexican. All have been superb!! A must try!! Sometimes wait time is more. In multiple visits, my family members told that ladies washroom was not good. It needs to be maintained well, along with other parts of restaurant!! Rest all is good - ambience, staff courtesy, cleanliness, hygiene etc.

The restaurant is purely vegetarian restaurant and very good option for foodie north indians. The food was awesome and tasty too. I ordered Malai Kofta, and it was very delicious. Also I ordered corn soup which was full of vegetables and tasty too and ofcourse good quantity. The service was very good. The staffs were helpful and also co-ordinated with us. The prices were little high but it was worth spending. Do try Rotis Veg Restaurant atleast once. They have a variety of foods and mocktails with them.

Went once n will never go again.....we opted for buffet .... it was a weekend n surprisingly no one was available at reception..... the buffet spread was very limited n tasteless ... refilling was very very very slow .... pathetic service by waiters .... our table was not arranged even after waiting for 15 min, we had to ask for everything like tissues, spoon, glass , water even plates n bowls .......... they simply threw a bundle of tissues on our table with no tissue stand..... No live counter, only 1 ice-cream flavour, welcome drink was not cold but main course was cold...... price is 600/person which is not at all worth..... Ambience n decor is good..... dont even dare to go to washroom, railway toilets r 100times better than this

Cannot give zero as there is no option ... In buffet... Everything was over and refilling time was more than 30 minutes, we had to wait for rotis for 20 minutes and rotis were cold. Plates and soup bowls were over has to wait for them and has to asked them to get the same. Mr Rohit (Manager) didn't bothered for the things as we complained him. All desserts were over . There was serving of chat and dahi papdi after one hour of repeated reminders. They could have informed us if food wasn't sufficient rather than giving such pathetic service and ruining our time and celebration We were in group of 13 people. Not recommended for buffet at all after paying so much there are no services.

A small and cozy North Indian buffet restaurant with just the right amount of variety and very reasonable pricing (₹600 per person). The staff was also super polite and welcoming. Surprisingly good pani puri, and unlimited! The desserts were also all very good.

I must say, I just loved it. Been for lunch and felt happy for choosing this place. Economical, tasteful, quick service. Food tasted very good with number of options in buffet. They also have a long list of items in the menu. Kulfi falooda was the show stealer for me. Service was decent and staff was good. Definitely must visit place for a good time. Note: Even non-vegeterians loved the food.

A hidden gem for Vegetarians. In a city famous for it's serving non veg cuisine, it's refreshing to find something catering to needs of Vegetarians. The restaurant is located in high-end commercial location of Hitech city, opposite CyberGateways and can be easily overlooked in sea of flashing lights and fast moving vehicles. To start with I was surprised to find more than usual options for soups than a usual restaurant. The restaurant menu has a dedicated item list for Mexican cuisine, apart from regular veg stuff. I tried the Mexican menu for change, items were delicious and not to heavy on stomach or wallet. Apart from food, liked the ambience, staff courtiesness and best thing, food was served super fast, no unnecessary or unwanted delays. Overall very happy and looking forward to next visit.

Nic ambience, fast service but food was average.Penne Pasta was not good. But the starters and main course was fine. Also at last we got pan shot which was complimentary. So overall one visit is fine.

Tasty food

The place ambience is good, but if you land up in parking area, there might not be lift to the restaurant. You need to come up and then board the lift. Also the place closes at 3:30 pm. Apart from that, the service and food is good.

Great ambience. There are different options to choose from. You definitely cannot taste all the unique dishes offered there in one sitting. It is a great place to consider. There are many dishes for Veg and Non-Veg. You can't expect chat items to be good there, because the restaurant mainly focuses on dishes related to rotis. Although the food is expensive there, it is a good place to go as a family as children would enjoy the exotic and fancy dishes provided there. Hope it helps. 🙂

Very pathetic experience, visited this place after Covid for the first time, and it has gone to the dogs. I could see the difference between pre covid and post covid era.. Longer wait times, not so tasty food are the highlights, if you want to waste time and money, do visit this place

Went there after 2 years. Food taste has changed and so have the prices, both directionally opposite. On top of got a stapler pin/wire in my food. They promptly replaced the whole food but it definitely left a rusty taste :) . Might not be trying again. (Two star for the food and experience. Added one more given they promptly replaced the whole food)

Service was poor. The wait times were unreasonable and we were served last, after all the people seated after us were served. We had ordered some drinks and the straws had dirt in them. On requesting our drinks be replaced, they brought back the same ones after adding a bit of soda to them. The food was pricy for its quality and taste. It had good decor, but the place was not maintained and dirty. I would not go back to this place.

Why don't restaurants give regular water? What do they put in our food as water? Can't they give us that? The spoon was dirty. Service slow, casual. Seems the staff is being forced to serve food, no initiative, lazy service. Dim lighting. Am sitting in the restaurant as I write and waiting for the bill for quite some time now.

Food was good in taste but some things were not proper. like the brownie in dessert was heavily over-roasted and the mushroom in starter was seemingly older. And although I told not to add any milk product in my main course but it was served with cheese topping. The starters were good in taste

We booked the table in advance for a family with elderly people. On arrival we were made to wait for 45 minutes. After we got the table- the whole place was jam packed and so under stuffed and not sufficient food... They almost compelled us to take buffet since they were under staffed to take a la carte orders. In buffet... Everything was over.. we had to ask for rotis for 30 minutes and by the time rotis came..sabzi was over.. by the time that got refilled rotis were cold. All desserts were over. There was no chat left. Customers shall be informed if food wasn't sufficient. Unhappy with food.service. staff and paying so much for no food served!

Avoid this Restaurant. A very congested place, very poor old infrastructure, understaffed, very slow service(they too 20 mins just to take orders, even when many tables were not filled on Saturday night). Unreasonable cost. Feels like local old city restaurant. After 1 hour plus of no service, we went to another restaurant at 10pm

Do not recommend this place. Parking is good. They had valet parking and when entered the place was reasonably crowded. However we found a table. One of the seat in that did not have chair and I asked a person to get it. They took literally 10 mins to get the chair inspite of my repeated reminders. We thought of going for Ala carte but they informed us it will us it will take time to serve. Hence, we decided to go for buffet but then we realized it was a wrong decision as there was no bowel to bring soup or ice cream and had to wait 10 to 15 mins to get and had to keep reminding the people to get it. I have posted the photos of items a you most of the items were empty and they never bothered to fill it inspite of reminders or shouting. If you are looking for good food please try Chutneys or Ishtaa but not this place.

Been to this place multiple times and honestly in love with the taste. Must have are Cheese Garlic Naan, Sheek Kebab, and love the paan shots served after dinner. Amazing food with good ambience ❤️

No proper pakaging chip cover. Food is also smells rotten. Cheap food hotel. Overly chaged for food that not even fresh. Never order from zomato or swiggy you don't know freshness.

The Gobi Manchurian was over fried and burnt and was awful. The noodles served was worst. The restaurant has lost its charm and taste and overpriced under quality food served and the service is poor and rude

This is all veggie restaurant. Really good one. The ambiance was good. Instrumental soothing music was playing in the background. Food was tasty. One of the dish I ordered was called "Mamridikaya Pappu", it had kachha mangoes in it. I really loved the taste. You should have something called "PAN shot". It really tasted like Pan, but in a takila shot Overall, good place to have Dinner.

Superb place to have different types of pastas. Specialist in variety of rotis. It has both alacarte and buffet for lunch and dinner. Good place for exclusive vegetarians near by hitec city area. Ambience is very good. Usually busy on weekends so minimum waiting time should be kept in mind.

Rotis is one of the best place for vegetarians. I loved each and every item that I ordered. I took my family and friends often to this place and every one of them really enjoyed the food. I usually order a curry and roti basket for two people.. it is more than sufficient for us.

Food at Rotis is good and reasonably priced. Interiors are done very aptly with "belans" as the name suggests. :) There's a buffet lunch that serves quite a lot of variety. The place is a little crowded though and getting good from the buffet can be a challenge during peak times.

Rotis- A perfect place for vegetarians in the heart of hi-tech city.. Food was very tasty and the show stealers were paneer starter and rabdi sweet.. The menu was very elaborate and had wide options to choose from. Ambience could have been better and the feedback was passed on to the owner who has accepted it politely and informed that they were planning to go for a complete makeover. Food- 4/5 Ambience - 3/5 Hospitality - 4/5 Would definitely love to visit again and recommend to people looking for vegetarian option near hitech city

Excellent experience. Authentic North Indian vegetarian food. Good ambience and nice service. Good place to go with family. Had to wait for 15-20 minutes for entry. Ordered paneer tikka, garlic naan, tandoori roti, and Dal makhni. All the items were very tasty and delicious. Must visit once.

This place is absolutely horrific. The staff doesn't know how to treat guests. The restaurant Manager treated us badly and started shouting at us for inquiring about the wait time. I've been to so many restaurants all my life and I've heard of bad customer experiences but never faced one before. We did not eat at this place since we were agitated with the Manager. If this restaurant wants more customers, then it should consider hiring better trained and polite staff.

Good place for food. Valet parking is available.... It could have been better if the place was a bit more lit up.... It is too dark and the power backup system is not automatic.... Ordered food takes longer time to serve.... Taste of the food is good

Food is pathetic, we 7 members visited today and no one liked the food. Definitely they don't have a proper chef. Soups are bland, paneer starters are uncooked, malai broccoli is just boiled and served. Strictly no.

The taste , the ambience , the staff perfectly matches the quantity and quality of food . Perfect spot is near the window with slow music which the play and relax.

The quality of food has gone from best to worst. It could be possible that they have changed their chefs post Covid as we were told the Italian and mexican varieties are not available. Soup and starters were very basic. Staff doesn't seem to bother about it. Not worth the money and time.

Placed order for Chilly Paneer , not delicious at all, spices burnt , onces feedback given to Manager , he said nothing is wrong with this , not agreed about the Quality , I have just left the dish ( photo attached) , paid the bill and thanks to the Manager. First time visited.

I ordered mushroom chilli, paneer lababdar, roti basket and browni sizzler here. Everything was good except paneer lababdar, it has lot of masala which was unbalancing taste. Ambience and service was excellent. They do not provide normal water. 1 water bottle is 48INR extra.

Excellent dining experience, been here on multiple occasions over the years and you will find the food here is very good. Only one issue is that the service time is a bit longer so plan accordingly. The wait though will be worthwhile as the food is simply good, no fanfare simply delicious Also hope they start the Mexican back always loved their Mexican

One of the best places for vegetarians. I have been to this place multiple times and every time I am happier than the previous visit. I love the quality of food they serve here. Well maintained and very clean. Price is reasonable.

A best place for the vegetarians as it is purely vegetarian restaurant. You will be having 2 kinds of soup,salads,3 kind of starters,pasta, noodles, flavoured rice, biryani and white rice combinations. Of course with Indian breads and curries. Only thing I always disappoint here is with desserts. You hardly see 3-4 varieties and a basic vanilla ice cream. Once in a while is absolutely worth.

Food is good but bit pricey. Ambience is normal. Light is very dim. Almost dark. Difficult to see what the one is eating.Service is good. Desserts on the menu were not available due to refrigerator break down.

The food and ambience is perfect for families. But keep in mind that they might not have Mexican, Italian and other international cuisines available except for Chinese. During our visit too they didn't have those which was slightly a bummer.

Went for dine in at 3.15pm Yes it's late for lunch and buffet was close to completion, so we had to go for Alacarte. Our experiences: 1. No physical menu. Half of the cuisines in QR Scanned menu are not available. 2. Food was spicy, both manchow soup and paneer curry were spicy! 3. We have to ask for water, menu options, bill. 4. Food once served was not reserved for the remaining portion. 5. No finger bowl and bathrooms are not properly designed. (Toilet very close to wach basin & old school tissue mechanism wasting lot of them) This is my revisit to Rotis, but very disappointed.

Pathetic service, they got 2 starters and missed the 3rd one. They never got the sauces with kebabs. We almost forgot the 3rd starter that is when they got it. We ordered curries and rotis, got the rotis and when they almost became inedible we got the curries. Curd rice was made with very cheap quality rice, it's smelling bad. It took them 20 mins just to serve gulab jamun after we ordered. If you're just there to talk and spend time and not worry much about what you ordered please visit.else stay away. All this when we went for dinner at 9 pm.

Ala carte is better than buffet to have tasty food. Buffet is ok for what they charge.

Between 2015-17, this was one of my favourite restaurants in Hyderabad. It had great North Indian food and service! I enjoyed dishes like Mexican Tortilla soup, Corn Tamatar masala. Now, in 2022 June, it's a shadow of the past. Place (and the building) and interiors looks old, waiters are very few, there's lack of co-ordination, and the food quality is ordinary. Time has gone past Rotis' good old days.

Had a very bad experience. Took more than 45 min to get food. It wasn't even very crowded. Plates were also very dirty. When I cleaned my plate with a little water and a tissue, the tissue turned brownish yellow. Imagine how dirty the plate must be. Avoid this place at any cost

My experience at this so called fancy uptown fine dine restaurant in Hyderabad was extremely disappointing. While the food itself was tasty and of good quality, the poor service and unwelcoming staff overshadowed any enjoyment we may have had. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the staff seemed to be in no hurry to serve us. We had to wait for a long time to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and lacked the same flavor and quality that we had experienced at other North Indian restaurants in the area. Adding to our disappointment was the poor condition of the washrooms. They were not clean and gave off an unpleasant odour, making the dining experience even less enjoyable. The only advantage of this restaurant is that it has valet parking, but this alone can not compensate for the poor service and unwelcoming staff. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. While the food may be decent, the poor service and unwelcoming staff, coupled with the unclean washrooms, make it not worth the visit.

The food here was extremely delicious. For spice lovers Mirchi roti here is the king. I had kofta dilbahar with mirchi roti and the spiciness of roti balanced the sweetness of kofta. And it was delicious.

Overall good place but need improvement in service time. We visited on non rush day, many table were non occupied, still there was delayed service. Taking orders to getting food was taking too much time. Another thing is they don’t have hand wash basin & they don’t provide finger bowl. You have to use toilet wash basin to wash hands. Food quality is good.
