Please don't choose this hotel. Worst service ever. -blanket, bed sheet and pillow covers are very untidy and it's not washed. -bathroom is not clean. Shower and bathroom door locks is not working. -delayed service by the staffs -high priced foods with poor service. have to wait for more than 1 hours for the food after ordering. -restaurant don't have kitchen and they're bringing food from the nearby street food vendor. all together had a horrible experience.

The view is so great.. Especially at night when the entire over bridge opposite to the hotel is crowded and lit up by their headlights.. Food is okay. Room service is also good. But the swimming pool on the terrace is the worst I have ever seen. It has not been cleaned forever..

1. What aminities they have don't explain or have on paper. 2. What is complementary don't tell. You have to ask. 3. Menu for breakfast told by receptionist was never found in 5 days of stay. 4. Bread kept for breakfast was sweet in taste. 5. Butter was so hard that you will loose interest in taking bread butter. 6. No toilet paper, when asked was informed that they don't have. They didn't purchase and fixed in 4 days of time. 7. Toilet door was not getting closed from outside as locking mechanism was not having main plunger. 8. No stool for bathing. 9. No soap case in bathing area. 10. No drinking glass in room and didn't provided even after asking. 11. Bedsheet was having a lot of stain and big hole. Was replaced when we shown to house keeping people. 12. Inetrcom was not working for 2 days. 13. Lift's indicator was not showing correct nos. 14. Open bislery bottle was handed to us, when we pointed out, it was replaced with sealed one. 15. Every day we reminded for our complementary drinking bottle. 16. Room was congested. 17. service staff not that good, doing as though they are obliging. 18. Many cockroach seen in the room. Plus point ---- having lift.

Hotel rooms are very clean and tidy. service is also good and prompt. I booked 4 double bed rooms and I didn't like 1room from that so asked to change and it's done. At late night 1 am my room AC was not working and I called for help boy came and tried to start AC but not able to start. He was ready to give another room at night also but we refused to change it late night. All are good. I recommend this Hotel. Restaurant is also have multiple options and tasty food.

Nice and value for money hotel for batchlors or family if you are looking for short time then prefer it. If you go by Trivago or online booking then it will cost you within Rs. 1000 but if you go offline and book at hotel they will charge you Rs.2500.... There is no restaurant service but room service is available and wifi is not fast but manageble.. Place is accessible....

Hotel is nowhere near to what we saw it's photos online. Furniture is too old, rooms are dirty (cockroaches in the rooms). But the staff attitude is excellent. Lift was not working dye to which we opted for first floor room & luckily we got onr

This is a very old building. although it has some good views from the window facing the flyover it is quite outdated. Not a good place to come with family, only good for bachelors who are here for a day or twos visit. Cheapest booking can be done from ibibo and makemytrip. The steps of the entrance are difficult to climb.

Don't honour their own booking. We had booking for 4 rooms booked 5 months in advance for double bed rooms with family. Even after reminding again and again the hotel gave single bed room only. We struggled to manage for entire 4 days with small kids.. The hotel staff was totally unfriendly and not ready to listen at all.

Room are good clean . All staff are good n friendly except . I stay for 4 days ( goutum reception ) has no way how to talk with coustum make totulay bilnd fath about service there is no electric katel ☕in every room .but discrice that is there after many requests goutum or other has not send any thing. service is bad .not good pool.for pool normal short which cost hardly about 50 rs tay provided low quality short for 300 rs. N no good experience.

I am not sure how can this hotel gets fair rating. I am writing this review just the day after my stay on 18-May-2018, which I ended up vacating half way through my stay. 1) Hotel Staffs took close to half an hour to hand over the room even though I had booked in for early check in. Infact, staffs were cleaning the room till the last minute. 2) Bathroom - Poor in shape with lots of dirty foot(slipper) marks. Room cleanier had used the bucket in the bathroom to dip his mop!. And we would need to use the same to take bath! The bucket was with dirty water while I entered the bathroom. 2) Room - Apart from bed nothing was kept clean. You can see dust all over from TV, chair, dressing table etc. 3) AC - this is the worst of all. Absolutely ineffective, even worse is it leaks water on top of your head and on to the bed when you reduce the temperature. 4) Door Locks - Such a poor quality lock. One can never feel secure locking the door leaving the stuff's behind it. It might take maximum a strong push to completely break and open it. Finally, when I had raised all the above complaints there came one more customer saying about ineffective AC and poor door lock. His situation was pathetic as he couldn't even lock the door and management did not assign him any alternative! Think before choosing this hotel. Yes, it is close to major bus stop and has good connectivity across the town, for those who wanted a budget stay and travel location makes sense. But your stay would definitely be unpleasant.
