I have an experience with the store a couple of years back, it happened. I went to explore a gaming laptop and the store representative was neutral in behavior. He was a bit rude after seeing a couple of laptops based on my appearance that I wore a pyjama at that time. I was a first timer at that time for buying my first laptop. I didn't find it suitable here at the store. I ended up buying online. The representative showed a couple of models which ranged around 55k with base models and NO graphics card. For a gaming laptop, a graphics card is necessary mostly and I was surprised to see graphic card models being at 65k+. I ended up buying my gaming laptop from Flipkart for 56k that's an Acer Aspire A715-41G. It was a nice experience with the store and I would never visit the store as I will not be buying Dell laptops anymore in my life.

The staff is courteous and helpful. But this feedback isn’t for the store but the laptop I bought here. I bought a Dell Inspiron 14 7420 2 in 1 laptop here costing 94k. As I had my work laptop, never got time to use this laptop to all its features. Not until recently I found the camera is not working. I reached out to tech support only to find that the hardware is faulty and not working since beginning as I never tested it. How could a laptop pass all the checks and make it’s way to retail store to be sold with faulty hardware. Utterly disappointed and won’t be going back to store to buy anything.
