Came across this place by accident. However, I went back home with my heart and stomach happily full. The place is a paradise for pet lovers. They take care of the animals as their own. The place is aesthetically pleasing, the owners are hospitable and warm, the food is delicious, and the animals are just so cheerful! The animals are well-fed during their stay here and kept open. They charge you 500 bucks for the entry that can be redeemed when you order food. And every penny is worth it! I could spend my entire day there! It is just so full of positive vibes. Perfect place to work from. Recommend this place to everyone.

My husband booked this place as a surprise on my birthday. It was one of a kind experience and I absolutely loved my time with the dogs. Unlike other pet cafés where people bring in their pets, the owners have rescued pets at this cafe, so even people without pets get to enjoy their time here. The dogs are so friendly, clean and well maintained. The entry is Rs. 500 per person which can be redeemed on the food. They also have an option for cake and decor on your special day for an additional 1000. Food was not that great, but the experience makes up for it.

(The coziest ambience which makes this place feel like home for us and our fur babies♥️ and for all you plant lovers, you're going to love the sit out area here) 5. Um, did I mention- the doggossss? And that they are all rescues? That's reason enough to visit this place immediately! I'm sure that everyone who visits this place will agree with me when I say that this is the most beautiful and special place in Hyderabad. While most of us give up on the homeless animals who are in pain, the amazing team who run this place work tirelessly to rescue animals and provide shelter, care and loads of love for them. You can't walk out of this place without a smile on your face, you have my word for that :)

One of the most difficult things for pet parents is to find the right place for their kids to put up when they travel out of station. We are super happy to find The Pet Cafe - Animals & More, Hyderabad. The pictures speak a thousand words. Zoey has been taken care of very well, monitored all the time. They did video calls and shared photos and clips everyday. She also had exotic preparations like Mushroom popsicle and so on. It's good to have great pet lovers like Deven and Swati doing this for the pets, absolutely and highly recommended. Thank you guys!

Amazing amazing place for dog and cat lovers!! There are rescued dogs and cats with friendly ones kept in cafe . All are very friendly. I must say this is a beautiful initiative by the 2 owners who also tell us the story behind all those pets. I loved going to place and would definitely visit again and again. Regarding food, it is average or on the better side only but something I dont consider when going to a pet cafe so won't say much.

As a person who's scared of dogs, I was very skeptical about going to a pet cafe. But the hosts here were very very kind. They introduced me to each dog slowly and gave me time amd space to familiarize myself and get comfortable. All of their dogs are rescues and each dog has a story. They have a rescue book as well which you shoukd surely check out. I had the food platter conlsisting of Nachos, sandwiches, drinks and desserts, true to all the reviews the food was YUMMY! And their quantities are good for 2 people. This place also has the best coffee. The cafe is a little tricky to locate from road no. 10, but it's less than 2 minutes away from the main road of road no. 12 (which we realized later). Hands down to the hosts who created such an adorable and warm space for both pets and pet lovers ❤❤

The Quality of the boarding can be ascertained by how happy your dog is when he is left at the place and when he is picked up back home. I cannot tell you how incredibly happy my pet "Mango" is whenever he is dropped for a few days at the Pet Cafe. Such is the quality of their service. They take care of your pet as if it is your human baby and do everything it takes to keep them happy and safe. I've left Mango for a week once and trust me when I'd to take him back, he almost refused to come - He made so many friends and it was heartwarming to see him filled with so much joy. Devan's team at the Pet Cafe is excellent and they take great care - Feed your pet with food on time, share updates and ensure that your pet is groomed before they're sent back to the owner's place. Undoubtedly the BEST place in town ❤️

Leaving my German Shepard for 5 days while we were out of town at a boarding would have been extremely stressful if not for Deven and team. It was her first time in boarding ever since we got her. We are at ease with regular updates. Daily photos and video calls made me stress free. When we went to pick her up, she greeted us and went back to play with her friends in boarding. This says how much happy she was during her stay in pet cafe.

As a new pet parent , I was very skeptical about leaving my dog ( Sky ) and going on a trip but once I talked to Deven and their team they assured that they would keep him comfy and safe! He’s been there for 4 days and made some good friends, regular updates were given through photos and video calls. Sky has an extended family now. ❤️ Highly recommended!

When I left my pup with pet cafe i was full of doubts and fears as he suffers from anxiety. But their fantastic care and dealing with his odd food requirements reassured me. Daily pictures and videos showed he had made many friends. Without doubt Neo became a part of their family. As pictures of him on the lap of the caretaker was so heart touching and specially when they went out of their way to celebrate his 7th month birthday which actually i told them in evening. A very passionately created space by Deven and Sonam. We accidentally happen to be there and till date am so delighted and grateful that I cud visit the place and meet the amazing couple. Very few people have the passion and courage to take this commitment of saving the abandoned and giving them new homes. It's a huge task and surely they continue to struggle.. As pet lovers and owners, I would request each one of us to contribute to this noble cause of Deven and Sonam, in whatever small way we can. The pet cafe is probably the best place to for your fur baby to stay in Hyderabad after your home, the owner Deven, is a humble pet lover himself and a passionate animal lover. I and my wife took a trip for 7 days and we were mortified at the thought of leaving Whiskey (our fur baby) alone at a boarding. To our surprise, he wasn't upset even for a second. He has been happier than ever with his other new friends and we recieved pictures and videos of him 3 to 4 times a day. Deven is prompt with his responses and understands the worry we have while we were away. Well, after seeing him this happy, we were actually kinda scared if he would want to come back home with us :p. Attaching some pictures below to justify our paranoia :D Would recommend every dog parent to check it out and I promise that you'll be as thrilled as we are with this experience.

The commute to this cafe was a little tricky, but all of that was forgotten once we entered the cafe. The host's warm welcome and the dogs' excitement will melt your heart. Ambient lighting, delicious food, along with cute pups make for a perfect Saturday evening. All the dogs are veryy well behaved and are absolutely paw-dorable! The hosts mentioned that most dogs were rescued, and they have been rescuing dogs for about 10 years, which I think is insanely nice of them. Oh, and did I mention good music?

It is hands down the bestt place❤️ feels like home. All those fur babies are so adorable I started crying. Celebrating my birthday here was the best thing I did. I forgot about all the people around me, all my stress and worries... honestly it's so therapeutic to be there.. surrounded by such brave and pure beings. I'm a mom to 3 dogs and had to travel urgently and was worried about boarding them as I was looking for something that would provide them a home like feeling. Luckily, The Pet Cafe came through and relieved me of my worries. They were there for a week and were so well looked after. Deven would share daily pictures and videos, keeping any worry of mine at bay. Home away from home, that's what this place is for my Snowy, Hachi and Max. Best part is that they're into welfare work and look after so many voiceless souls. Would definitely recommend their services. Very reliable, hygienic and heart warming ♥

Extremely extremely welcoming cafe. Super sweet hosts and owners. The dogs here are all rescued with some horrible past. But to see them how they are and to see what wonderful work these amazing people are doing is heart warming. The food was extremely tasty as well, served in large proportions befitting the decent price. I stepped in with zero hopes but walked out with my heart full. Beautiful to know that there are such angels doing such angelic work. Definitely coming back and definitely gonna tel everyone I meet about this temple of a place. Kudos!!

My experience with Deven and TPC has been nothing short of amazing. I have left Bella with them for more than 5 times now. No issues at all. They have been very accommodating even at a very short notice. Updates me with pictures of Bella two - three times a day. They love what they do and it definitely shows. The best part of what they do is the entire place is Cage Free. The pups literally sleep next to the caretakers.

Being a cat parent and having to travel for a week without him caused a bit of a stir in my head, which is when we thought of The Pet Cafe. Usually only into dog boarding, they were kind enough to accommodate my cat and give him an equally big room at that. I received daily updates in the form of pictures, videos, and other adorable media. In addition to this, I video called them to see how he was doing. They also made a cat play room where the caretaker kept him company almost throughout the day. Our cat was only used to packaged food and despite all our attempts, he never grew into home food, and to our surprise, the owners and caretakers managed to successfully inculcate this habit in him. He also had an irregular eating schedule which they were able to get back on track. Our cat is an aggressive cat, but surprisingly he was quite comfortable at a new place. The timings are also quite flexible for the pickup and drop. Overall I’m quite happy with my experience and how smooth things went since they were an all-dog boarding. I’m very grateful to have found this place, and the owners have done way more than I expected since our cat can be too much to handle sometimes. I really appreciate Deven and Sonam for this ❤️❤️

I left my extremely anxious puppy for a few hours at Devens. They really took good care of her and updated me with pictures. She was pretty comfortable and I am so glad I found a place where she can be comfortable and taken care of. In fact, Deven pampered her and fed her with his hands. Thank you Deven and Sonam.

This is an all rounder place for all pet parents, I've been here as a customer and as a boarder as well. I have 2 Indian rescued dogs, and they can be quite the handful. It was very difficult to find a cage free boarding service which would handle such anxious dogs. The owners Deven and Sonam did such a great job taking care of them, they gave us daily updates and also provided them with nutritious home cooked food, they catered to our dogs likings and food specifications. They provide home delivery for home cooked dog food as well. They charge a very nominal boarding fee especially for Indies. My girls had a wonderful time at the cafe, they came back happier than ever

The cafe is the best place if you love pets specially puppies. We spent around 2 hour with rescued puppies and a few more breeds. We loved the ambience, it's cozy and light. The pets are adorable and friendly. The cafe's owner is working towards a good cause which is why you should visit once. Don't forget to make prior reservation.

Irrespective of whether you are attuned to animals or not, it's a great place to come and connect with dogs. There is an access to both the hostellers and the permanent resident dogs here, and it's really calming to spend time here; the residents specially, it was heartbreaking to hear of their past and I'm so glad that they're being taken care of with so much love. Despite knowing of both the partners of the cafe, it was really wonderful to meet and their little family of all the cutus there. I will recommend Pet Cafe to not only the ones that love dogs to go there but also those that slowly want to explore physically touching/interacting with a dog as it'll be under their supervision. I loved their choice in music being played, the ambiance and the people. Please do go there or you'll be haunted let me tell you.

Initially I fell in love with the whole pet boarding services of TPC is because they don't chain up or cage the dogs. The care that they take of the boarders is impeccable. I left my dog at the cafe for three days and they kept me posted throughout. They made sure that I was not worried and they gave him toys to play with too! My pet had a good holiday there and didn't want to leave the cafe! It's the best place for pet boarding services, hands down! The other rescue dogs at the cafe are too friendly and cuddly. A visit to TPC will warm up your heart!

Amazing Pet Friendly hangout place. It is a lovely dog/pet centric cafés, they have a pleasant Ambiance where you can play with the pooches, and also enjoy scrumptious food. I always felt like home but with more extra me time. My buddy just feels like her second home with loads of friends around to play and have fun with!!! Love you guys!!!

For boarding, this is the best I've seen. This was the first time i was leaving my pup..and after a lot of research, i got to know this is the best there is. Boarded her for 4 days and I got timely updates with pics and there was also option for vdo calling. All in all they took good care of my pup. 650 per day may be a bit costly, but it is totally worth it because you know your pup is in safe hands. Would love to visit the restaurant too, once it reopens.

We needed to leave our dog while travelling and we're worried because it was the first time she was going to be left alone. Fortunately, we came accross The Pet Cafe and we were relieved of all our worries. Our pet had a lovely time without us and made a lot of new friends. We rely on them for pet boarding mostly. They are not only professional with their service, they possess extensive knowledge related to pet diet and health. They even have their own recipes that our dog loves. They are kind, honest, caring, and go above and beyond their duty for all the furry residents. They also have a bunch of rescues that are kept apart from the dogs boarded there. They have also reopened the cafe post-pandemic. It's a great place to meet dogs and play with them if you don't have your own. It's a great place to board your dogs for a while if you need to travel or due to other unavoidable circumstances..... And their coffee is good too.

We had two days to find a boarding for Tao in hyderabad. Luckily we found this place (thanks to my friend) and they had availability to take him in for 15 days. They keep you updated with daily routine photos and videos of your pet, which I really liked. Tao is usually very picky on choosing friends, but seeing him with other dog breeds made me happy and also he has cultivated some good habits from his stay here. The team of pet cafe have taken good care of him. I am quite sure to say I have finally found a place in Hyderabad where I can drop him without much worries. Thank you Pet Cafe team..

I have an extremely anxious covid baby, I was never confident that she'll ever be comfortable at any day care/ boarding. The pet cafe team made sure my baby doggo is loved when we're not there. This is the cosiest, sweetest place for you and your fur babies.

my family and I had gone out of station and we had left out Shih Tzu, Scooby with deven who was kind enough to celebrate scooby's birthday. we were overjoyed to see that they had also prepared a cake for him. I've always had a wonderful experience with deven and his team and this time was one notch above. i recommend The Pet Cafe to all pet parents.

I visited pet cafe with my pup and we got introduced to a bunch of tiny 1 month old pups as soon as we went in. We got to meet all the dogs residing in the place above the cafe! My pup, Simba had a great time playing with the pups and the staff of pet cafe while me and my friends devoured some delicious snacks. The way the whole staff treated us made me confident in leaving Simba here for around 10 days, while going on a trip. The boarding facility was a bonus I was very happy with! Deven updated me about Simba and how his day went with a lot of pictures and videos every day I was away. Him and the staff also groomed Simba and he looked really happy and content to be staying with them and playing all day long! I’m very grateful to have found and trusted The Pet Cafe family ❤️ 6 starts since google has only 5!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first time I went to the cafe, I had a blast! The rescue cuties were so so adorable, really dint wanna leave that place. Surprisingly, the food here was yummmm too. And ever since they started boarding, I was relived. Because I knew how much they love the doggos. My dog, Arya,was boarded twice at the cafe, and boy did she have fun! She is 4 months old so, it helped her socialize with dogs, which was huge was a relief for me. They send you videos and photos during the stay, which I think is kinda cute. TPC, thank you for having her, I'm sure Arya wants to come back for all the love. It's her second home now :) Cheers! ARYA- Woof woof woof woof! (Translation: I love you guys!) Haha.

My husband and I absolutely love this place and so does our furbaby, Bru. Bru was boarding here for a few days and they took such good care of him, sent us constant updates with multiple pictures/videos. We knew we left him in a safe place where he was extremely happy and cared for. Bru found a second home here and we can't wait to keep coming back! Definitely our most favorite cafe in town!

The café is owned by the most beautiful people with a golden heart and absolutely down-to-earth. They welcome you with the warmest of smiles (hidden behind masks these days). Hygiene protocols in place so no need to worry on that front at all. The café is super clean and ample space to move around and mingle with the furkids. Every furkid has a story and every story makes it so difficult not to love them. The place is so warm and filled with love that it just makes it an extremely heartwarming experience. I personally loved this place and the people. It's very hard to find such a combination these days. I recommend every single dog lover must visit this place once at least and I guarantee you that you will visit it over and over again. We didn't go for the food package this time, but definitely will go for it for our 2nd visit soon. Love the place.

Our boy Moonshine’s home away from home, the Pet Cafe is run by two adorable youngsters Sonam and Deven. You can visit with your pets or hang out with the many four-legged fur balls who are being fostered by the couple. The coffee and nachos are yum but the ambience is what makes us want to go back.

Without exaggeration I have to say this place and these 2 folks Deven and Sonam are the best thing that could have happened to dogkind! We were away for a week keeping our pet lab June at the cafe and not for a moment during our holiday we felt concerned or anxious! Trustable hands who take care of the pet - grooming food walks play time everything ... Thanks a lot guys for this and without an iota of doubt June will stay every single time at the cafe when we are off our expeidtions!

A beautiful & peaceful oasis with a lot of pawsitive vibes run by warm hearted & down to earth hoomans for the most adorable doggos ever is how I would describe The Pet Cafe. It was such a wonderful relaxing break from the rigmarole of daily life that it was difficult for us to break away inspite of extending our stay by an hour more. The little doggos kept tugging at our heart strings by their beautiful puppy eyes & incessant hugs and kisses. Can’t wait to go back there. It is so true - every dog is meant to be a therapy dog. It is their life’s purpose to make human lives better. I got a feel of it in The Pet Cafe.

Definitely worth a experience for the janta in Hyderabad. The timings are very tight - beware of them. Not dogs :P Of course the Dogs bark and are protective of the place. They will make you family with time..

Great place with the best ambience possible. One can clearly see some really good work that has gone into taking care of all streeties and rescue dogs with their histories kept in mind. The second pleasant surprise was the food, would specially recommend Hot Chocolate, it comes with a twist! Love the work being done by all the staff and 10/10 would go again!

Our visit to the Pet Cafe was long due before the lockdown happened. The visit to the cafe was more than what I had expected. The service was incredible, the food quantity was incredible, the food was a solid 5/5. The ambience of the cafe was extremely warm, welcoming and full of energy. I am so glad that my first visit post the lockdown was to this place! We had reserved a package for INR 2000 for 3 people for 2 hours that included LARGE quantities of food that we couldn’t finish. The fee was in our opinion very low for what you got to experience here. HAS TO BE OUR FAVOURITE PLACE. 5/5.

I'm a massive dog person, so this place is like a glimpse of paradise to me! The dogs are all rescues and each of them have their own unique story to tell. Please dont come here expecting the cafe to look and feel like your Wall Street Starbucks instead come here if you need some good ol' doggie therapy and would like to go back home with pawppiness. This cafe allows people the chance to connect with rescue pups that are looking for good homes whilst offering you an overall satisfying experience of some good food and drinks to go along with it. If you're a dog person looking for a small way to support rescue puppers while having fun and a stress-free day, this is the place you should be visiting.

I visited The Pet Cafe for the first time today, and needless to say I'll be coming back here again, I genuinely had the best time. 11/10 would recommend it to everyone! In this world where dogs are beaten up and treated like trash, these people have created an amazing living place for those babies. With Hyderabad pet Adoption assistance, I'm the proud parents of a yorkshire terrier name kiki. Her previous owner mistreated the dog. Who has then abandoned on the street 2+ months. and 3 months in rescue boarding. I so adopted her and raised her well. However, she dont have trust in human. And other dogs. She seemed to find it quite difficult to deal with separation anxiety initially through but, slowly coped up well .However as I had to leave alone at home due to work. After, doing extensive research and corresponding with pet boarding facilities I discovered The pet cafe Banjara hills, the location is highly customized, featuring a charming pet cafe outside and the dogs are not kept in cages, allowed to roam freely. Another plus is that they don't over crowd and on board many dogs at same time. Devan and Swati and the team have been very accommodating and professional it has been pleasure to deal with them. And this place is very economical as well. They send me every day video, call , picture. Kiki found her second home. And learn to be with other dogs. Thank you very much kiki family. Went here with my sister yesterday evening and had a wonderful time. The dogs are the cutest little furballs full of happiness, energy and love. The people working here are extremely sweet and courteous and the food was really tasty. Would recommend all the dog lovers to definitely visit this place. Kudos to the entire team of TPC and Deven's Hope ❤️

I don't think that it will ever get more homely than this place for my beloved canine son. We have always had "Deven" for rescue since our arrival in the city. You do not think twice before reaching out to him as you are so assured and convinced that your boy is in good hands and a safe place. His team would treat yours like their own. To top it you can always join him for shelter and rescue to adopt the ones in need, a noble cause. I wish them all the very best in this beautiful endeavour that they have been flourishing in for a decent time now.

The pet cafe is a very lovely place, I had a great time here, We have celebrated our pets bday here, it enjoyed a lot and also the food was so yummy. Here are few pictures of our celebrations.
