One of the most renowned and trustworthy hospitals in the country. The hospital is centrally located in Jubilee Hills, it is a multi super speciality hospital with excellent doctors and medical facilities. Only issue is that it is generally overloaded with patients coming globally and you might have to wait a bit for a good doctors appointment. The in-patient experience was also seamless with very cooperative doctors and nursing staff. They are generally on their toes to assist admitted patients. The food served is good and they also a very neat food court as well. Overall, a great hospital!

I have been to this hospital recently for Covid19 vaccination. The way they have organized the things are appreciated. The vaccination was happening at Apollo Medical College near to the Oncology building. I reached there at 10.00 am in the morning for vaccination. They give slips to those who have got slots. Priority will be based on arrival. Those who come first will get early slots. We need to show the registration form there. Payment process was also properly organized. Chairs were placed with 1 meter distance from each other. People will be allowed to go to the vaccination area after payment. Payment process was very simple. They accept Debit card payment too. After vaccination you will be on observation for some period of time. The observation room was also good. They gave coconut water and one small bottle of mineral water during observation time. A doctor was there all the time in the observation room for consultation. Apollo hospital staffs were there in the observation room to help. We can consult Apollo hospital doctors online if we feel any discomfort after taking vaccine. The consultation was free of cost since they gave one coupon for free consultation. There wasn't any rush at any area because of proper organization of processes. Since this is a private hospital we need to pay for getting vaccine.

Horrible experience. Staff deployed at vaccination center in this hospital did not wear masks. They just were enjoying while the people were waiting for covaxin. I had to wait for 1 hour 45 min to get the covaxin. There were others too who waited even more than I did. I am also uploading photo as a proof. Such kind of irresponsible behaviour results in people contracting the covid 19 virus at vaccination centers. I would never recommend anyone to book this hospital for vaccine and of course I personally would never do that.

Very big hospital and so much security the parking is very vast, employee are polite but lack dedication to work fast. Little bit confusing where to go no proper directions are provided, but the hospital offer everything at one location. Overall the hospital is all in one place to visit not for tour πŸ˜‚ but for health purpose πŸ™‚

Its a 5star Hospital and all 5 star amenities. Enough parking for 2 and 4 wheeler. Service is good but it's very expensive. Must have an insurance if you want to come here for something, else even your entire life savings isn't enough. Many people come here even from other countries for treatments .

Completely commercial hospital. You will be entering a β€œZero Humanity Zone” once you step in to main gate. You will be greeted with a dull and reckless security guard. In the reception they ask for Rs.200 to know you name, age and phone number. Once you pay them and give your data, they will guide you to another counter where you will be asked to pay Rs.800 to confirm these details. At no step they will ask your problem. After waiting for approx 1hr, 1.5hr just to satisfy you, some doctor who will be watching Netflix will see you for 5 min and after listening to your problem, without asking a question and without even touching the patient writes some expensive tablets which will be available only in their pharmacy. Finally a total loot of money in name of medical treatment.

One of trusted hospital in hyderabad. Overall experience is good and there are limited number of private rooms/ward, so there might be delay in admission. Admitted my grandmother in NeuroICU, charges are high. So Insurance is recommended. Doctors and staff are nice.

Dr. Sudhir Kumar Neurologist was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue very accurately. He took time to examine in detail and explain the issue to us. He was also very helpful and proactive to guide us on the next steps. I feel very happy that there was lot of effort to reach the root cause. The doctors are experts and they treat the patients with warmth but lack of staff here to manage croud. If the patient is on wheel chair or stretcher you have to wait for 15-30 min for staff to move you for test and the after test also you have to wait for staff.

Too dissatisfied with the service provided by the staff/the members of the institution. In every way a very disappointing experience. For a simple Ultrasound scan they had to take from 11am to 5pm. Still the reports are not printed for reasons best known to them. I spite of the legal enforcement of no parking fees in all over Hyderabad the whole campus you park your cars they charge you for parking. The experience with the doctor was only pleasant and fruitful experience we had in this corporate hospital. My mom aged 74 years had to get a ultrasound scan and we reached the radiology department at 11am she is been practically on an empty stomach till 5pm and yet the reports are not out. Not only that the charges are enormous upto 2000 bucks for just an ultrasound scan wonder how much the other CT and MRI scans would cost. Plus this is the level of service they provide to an elderly senior citizen. Very disappointed and regret we chose this big corporate hospital for one of the best medical services

Non technical and lab technicians (not doctors) have zero knowledge on their activities. My brother have to travel for Germany on 27-08-2020 and he has submitted sample for the covid_19 test at Apollo jublihills. Now a days covid results submission at Airport are mandatory. After 24hrs Apollo hospital's staff has informed us that the submitted sample was insufficient for the analysis and results were in conclusive. Finally my brother travelling has been cancelled. Staff (Mrs Pavani and Mr Srinagesh) behavior is very ridiculous with me when I called them for knowing the reasons on unsuccessful results of covid test. I guess staff values are not increased along with the brand value of apollo. Client satisfaction is very bad with Apollo staff. Management need to check employees capabilities and their dos and don'ts.

I've come here for a health check-up. It used to be well-managed, but now there's no one to guide us. We don't know exactly where to go for which test. Ultrasound and ECG have long queues, and there's no planning. They should support us by providing guidance on which test to take if there's a queue for a specific check-up. Even the washrooms are not well-maintained, and there's nothing for crowd management. I'm very disappointed. The ultra sound doctors have gone for lunch without thinking that patients have taken their last meal yesterday 8 pm.Very bad Apollo team...This was never like this.Poor manangemnt! Edit at 14:51 The person came after me is being called before me for the ultra sound test.If you ask what is the ques number they are not letting us know.Door is closed most of the time so that person shouldn't disturb the staff. Ultra sound room no 9 no doctor...no 10 one doctor

This is a review about the Infectious Diseases department in Apollo, JH, Hyd. While the doctors, both Dr Vishnu and his team are excellent, the facilities are extremely poor. The AC is hardly effective and it looks like a fish market with not enough space to sit. Dilapidated and shabby it looks. The doctors cabin is so small that. three people cannot fit.

If you are coming first time keep this hospital in optional I can here and first impression was not good the registration person is talking like he is the manager and giving free service. Registration - 200 Dr fees - 1200 I have taking many of relatives in different hospital but I never seen such type of things not only this while doing basic query they are not giving appropriate answer 😞 Part from this it is big hospital so parking will be very for not in the same building 🏒 .if you have taken appointment sometime it will not work I took appointment of 11;30 am but wait till 12:20 approx but in other big hospital not seen this. Branding is good environment is good

Got vaccinated for covid19 here. After a long wait got my slot booked here. Initially i was a bit skeptical about this place but must say that they are doing a great job, amazing way of handling vaccination. It just took less than 30 minutes for me to get my shot. One thing is if you are paying cash make sure to tender exact change or they'll say no change and keep balance. Perhaps this is the best hospital which follows covid19 norms.

My father went through valve replacement surgery by Dr. Vijay Dikshit sir, it was a great success and we had a very smooth experience overall. Everyone in the staff is so cooperative, dikshit sir is very experienced and one of the best surgeon in Apollo. Overall experience in Apollo was really great, as once you get admitted their staff will take care of everything. You will feel the cost you are paying is definitely worth it.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Apollo Hospital Jubilee hills for a medical procedure, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I stepped foot inside the hospital, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care displayed by the staff. The reception area was clean, well-organized, and the receptionists were warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait for an extended period before being taken to the consultation room. The medical team at Apollo Hospital Jubilee hills is undoubtedly top-notch. The doctor who attended to me was not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to my concerns and address all my questions with patience and empathy. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their hands.

I am currently receiving treatment at Apollo, and I must say it is truly one of the finest hospitals I have experienced. The level of care provided by the nurses is remarkable; their genuine concern and attention have made a significant difference in my healing process. The doctors, too, have shown exceptional care and dedication. However, I must admit that the same cannot be said for the floor doctor, who seemed less attentive. While Apollo Hospital undoubtedly offers excellent value for the services provided, I must mention that the costs are slightly on the higher side. If there could be some consideration given to reducing the expenses, it would be greatly appreciated and immensely beneficial. Overall, my experience at Apollo Hospital has been positive, with the exceptional care from the nurses and doctors.

Not sure if all hospitals forgot about COVID or not considering CENTRAL GOVT instructions on COVID PROTOCOL. zero social distance maintenance. Sitting chairs are unmarked in ortho clinics. Patients hardly know what is SOCIAL DISTANCE need and hospital hardly worries.

My husband has been treated for COPD at Apollo since 2009 and we have been blessed to have had a seamless hospital experience every single time, be it their exacting professional standards of medical care and their efficient systems of housekeeping (twice a day mandatory cleaning & mopping, including wash rooms) & F&B departments, the systems are impeccably run, be it the star-hotel-commensurate international wing or the general wards & rooms. Last week, we had a hospital stay for my husband’s wrist surgery and I found the housekeeping department very helpful, especially Mr Christopher Rajaratnam and Shalom helped me align Kamlesh a boy from housekeeping as attendant during the night to help my husband with washroom visits etc. Kind gestures go a long way in regaining confidence of a patient & Apollo Health City Jubilee Hills has done that again & again. Thanks, Apollo! πŸ™πŸ»

If having any better option n then go for that n never choose this one.if we don't know anything their charges too much cost. For any treatment they first go for the highest package n if suppose not in a position bare that package they negotiate below half of the package just like we bargaining at vegitable market. Its purely business not service oriented. Its purely a high profiled corporate hospital company. Note: you know ,no one did 20(twenty) plasma therapy for a patient in any hospital.but here they will do the experiment on the patient.

  • 5/5 RAMIDI AYUSH R. 3 years ago on Google
Hello, my name is Ramidi Ayush Reddy from class 6, Gitanjali Devashray. Today the whole world is suffering from 2 crises- 1. Global Warming 2. Covid-19. Both of these crises cannot be overruled easily. One of the main causes of global warming is cutting down of trees. Imagine everyday your hospital uses almost 10000 paper prescriptions a day. Papers are made of trees, so almost 10 trees are cut down to everyday, only for your hospital. So if you use up 10 trees a day, then it’s 3650 every year. And these 3650 trees are only used by your hospital every year. There might be almost 500 hospitals in Hyderabad, so everyday 5000 trees are cut down to make prescriptions for only the hospitals of Hyderabad. So roughly 18.5 lakh trees are cut down every year, for the hospitals in Hyderabad which creates a big impact on Global warming. So to stop this, I have a very simple idea. In this idea not cutting down of trees is included. So each patient who visits the hospital will be given a card. On that card will be a QR code and a patient number and that is their Trump card in lessening of Global warming. So all the prescriptions given by the doctor to the specific patient will be saved in the card. The doctors will be given a website through which they can get access to the patient’s prescriptions and each one of them will be given a username and a passcode, which on entering will only give them the access to the patient’s prescriptions and they can add new prescriptions to it and also delete the old ones. The patient will get access to their prescriptions by scanning the QR code present on their cards in an app. The app will also contain the helpline numbers of the hospital and a help guide. So now the use of papers is less than before and the trees will not be cut down anymore. This idea might be a small drop in the ocean, but these small drops will make the ocean full. So please consider my idea. Thank you.

My father underwent surgery for oral cancer 3 months ago. Pre-surgery there was no urine blockage whatsoever. He was catheterized after surgery which seems to be a normal procedure but three months have passed neither oncologists nor urologists have any idea as to why he's unable to pass urine without catheter and due to catheterization my father is getting infected very frequently and admitted twice in emergency the emergency doctors are no less than salesmen. They used all the tricks of the trade to scare us and get him admitted in ICU when he was being treated in emergency for the first time all his vital organs were normal yet they were telling us that the patient's condition is very critical and we have to intubate him right away. His covid 19 test result was negative yet they were insisting that he's clinically corona positive and must be kept in isolation ward for 48 hours we refused and got him discharged. seven weeks later again he fell sick we took him to emergency after seven hours we were told blood test reports are normal and the patient will be discharged shortly so kindly settle the bill after settling the bill they took a complete U-Turn saying that one report was pending which came just now in which WBC were found elevated so better get him admitted for a few days again we have decided not to get him admitted because they weren't making sense how come they did not know that one test report was pending I was literally shocked and couldn't believe that am in one of the so called best Hospitals. from ventilator, corona to pending report all sort of stories have been cooked up to make money. I used to hear many positive things about Apollo but in my opinion it's same as any other corporate hospital.

Worst hospital ever visited. Apollo hospital staff discriminate international patients. There is no respect for patients from the front office to the doctors, especially Dr. Manish. As international patients, you have to pay more and wait more time to see the doctor. No respect for your time. Locals come and see the doctor before you. No one listens. When you voice your complaints, Please avoid Apollo Hospitals if you are an international patient. Management will do nothing for your complaints. There are no refunds for the registration fee as well. Discrimination starts here and ends here.

I took my mother to this hospital for chest pneumonia Infection that was diagnosed in the emergency itself. They then admitted her to the MICU 2. They kept her there and gave her all the required medicines to treat her infection. After a few days, when my mother’s health stabilised, they decided to move her to a tracheostomy ward on one condition that we would have to hire a special nurse for her while she was in the word. Anyway, we made all the arrangements and the next day my mother was supposed to be shifted to the normal ward or the so called tracheostomy ward. That night, in the MICU my mother got a heart attack. She had no previous heart / cardiac issues but now due to this heart attack, she was admitted in the MICU 2 for another 5 days. This was a case of hospital acquired pneumonia. It should have been treated like that. But when you go to Apollo, they make sure that they consult every possible doctor on their panel for your patient to extract the maximum out of you. Taking a patient to Apollo it’s like taking a patient to either New York or London for treatment. There is absolutely no sympathy or compassion for the patient. All they want to do is perform every single test possible on the patient, consult every single specialist, give every possible expensive medicine and that’s it. At the end of a 17 day stay we ended up paying β‚Ή15 Lakhs for my mother’s treatment. I am no medical expert but I am sure they were just interested in making money in my mother’s case than actually treating her. This wasn’t even a surgery, just simple infection / pneumonia.

IP services are worst. No toiletry kits provided. Nurses don’t give update after you ask anything. They keep roaming not sure what they do. Hospital is so big that duty doctors don’t know or talk to concerned specialist, even if they talk they don’t inform back patient or attendant. In non-COVID block or hospital no COVID related sanitation done. If you get in contact with asymptomatic patient then god save you. When I compare to other hospitals in Hyderabad this branch is bad.

Covid treatment belongs to Pulmonology dept.. Got cured of covid beyond having high rate of covid infection. Thanks to Dr.Chandrakanth and Dr.Kalyani who treated us. After cure we had very little or mild after effect symptoms compared to my other family members joined with less rate of infection in other hospitals in Hyderabad. Food was very healthy and tasty, they used to give tulasi kashaya every evening. Room was clean and well maintained. Thanks to all nurses and helpers who helped us. One doctor used to visit room who used to clear our doubts quickly. Even Apollo covid treatment bill was also less compared to other hospitals.

I have visited for health check up yesterday. No complaints about the health check treatment. Dr and nurses are knowledgeable and trying to help patients at their capacity. This rating is for the management process. When I visited there are many people for health check up with limited information. People are stuck in single testing center while other testing centers are empty. I am not sure why the token number is assigned up on registering, if this token number is used to send the people to less waiting testing centers it will speed the process. This way people can complete entire process in a single day.

A good hospital, with expertise specialists. Treatment is done slowly, deliberately because they need to suck the maximum amount from the patient. My brother was admitted there because of kidney infection and severe anemia. They have treated anemia well(with blood transfusion and injections), but it took them 20 days to start treatment for kidney infection . Until then, infection spread allover his body and his condition got much worse.Physically you will be fine but financially you will be doomed if you opt for treatment here. ACCU(advanced critical care unit) charges are so high. They charge around 60k-70k a day. Apart from specialists and doctor's OP , nothing else is good here. Nursing is the worst part. They associate one nurse to 7 or 8 patients . As result ,the patient will not be attended with a proper care. The ambience is so good in the hospital except for the patient's room(as you know, no outsider visits there.) And you will be billed for everything, literally everything from tissues to drinking water.get ther treatment as out patient. Admit in the hospital if its mandatory. Once you get admitted, you will get in their hands and it will literally ages to discharge. Don't go to the hospital unless you are a cororepati or else you will be doomed. I have seen patients paying around 1-1.5 lakhs per day there.

Hi Guys, This is Raju Jallu from Hyderabad. I have recently had knee surgery in Apollo Jubilee hills hospital. Though it is very rare we get hospitalization, I felt very comfortable in getting treated in this hospital as from Doctor to each and all staff everyone were supportive and helpful and handled me very well as I was not able to walk. Team has helped me get my cashless approval in a short time. Hospital is equipped with all good amenities and other required things. Thank you to the hospital and digital team.

I took my grand mother at around 2 am as she had a fall and met Dr.sravan at emergency department in apollo jubilee hills and the way he humiliated and inhumane response and arrogance made us get away to another hospital.. I never met such a doctor, eventhough the treating doctor is good this fellow made me run away from there...

Firstly, the treatment is only for those who pay in huge Secondly, your entire insurance amount will be exhausted for sure even for 10 days of admit. Middle class families should definitely sell their dream home to get treated in Apollo for 15 days of stay in ICU //*Most importantly and truly, Huge Bed, Room and doctors charges than the medicine which are given for the patents.*// this is unfortunate. As it is a old building, There is no enough place for patent attenders to stay who are admitted for long time My dad was admitted in AICU each day easily 1 lakh it costs no matter what is the treatment As it is a old building, I was sitting on the bench there is no proper room provided for the attenders whose patents are in ICU for long time only Waiting hall is provided where we should sit continuously for days and days and months till our loved one gets cured The wash rooms are not hygene they are as old as the founder of apollo you get sick if you use the wash room in apollo hospital not a joke its true want to try use it :( lastly, when your insurance is exhausted and there is no money they will kick out saying Profitable business not for treating people Open challenge : Dear Apollo Chairman will you run the show for one month for free for everyone in this Covid-19 do not keep charity for name sake-in or out

Don't go to this Hospital. One star also wast. there is no human doctors. Doctors Can't understand patient simple Problems and they give "WRONG TREATMENT" ( it was simple pneumonia for me but Doctors Started giving Covid 19 Treatment to get more money) for me they charged 1,27,000 INR for one day. Horrible experience with Doctors and Hospital staff. (as per my Family members suggestion i went to another Hospital and taken treatment the Doctor give me one tablet and one injection for 3 days i am fully recovered in just cost 10,000 INR with all required test and Treatment). Very important thing is Most of the doctors are animal doctors (Please check below picture one of the doctor (not nurse) done RT PCR test for me. my nose, two holes between sensitive flesh cut and bleading because of animal practices they do) also look at what kind of food they give. If someone join Please get your food Don't take Hospital food. @ I begg each and everyone to help me. where i can give Complaint against this Hospital. i have all the evidence. As a responsible citizen i would like to save others life Please help me and support. Thank you all. @Apollo Hospital managment let us know what action are you going to take. Also post your action in front of the public.

Worst place for any kind of medical treatment or emergency. No proper entry from parking. Staff is not trained to guide new patients coming in. I would prefer to die but won’t come here. Radiology department specially ultrasound Lady doctor is at her worst. She was shushing patients and yelling at them.

Good management on vaccination process, all my family has taken the dose at Apollo hospital Jubilee hills. The staff has been well cooperative even with huge rush of patients. Social distancing is well managed. Parking is Little issue as too many vehicles and with ample space, still it's challenging. But far better than other centers

Best hospital in the city. Have got advanced medication and well experienced doctors to save the lives. It is a well known brand as well having multiple branches over the country. Patients are treated in a good manner. Reputed hospital for complicated surgeries and the success rate is also good (depends on the will power of patient as well). Although expensive, it has saved many lives with best treatment and surgeries.

Vascular dept is not at all good. They don't have proper knowledge. They only know amputation but not cure. They won't cure problems instead they prefer removing those problematic body parts. And the fees they charge is very very high. Unnecessary tests they do and charge heavily for those tests. So becareful before admitting in this hospital for any vascular problems or blood clots problems.

I had a very bad experience with this hospital....I went there for a surgery and just before the surgery they told me that they have a doubt that I might have covid and asked me to pay Rs. 50000 for one day isolation and extra 4500 for testing....instead they could have simply done covid test first and then the remaining tests....the washrooms were worse than public toilets....they simply loot people and are making money....I would strongly recommend not to go to this hospital. It will be waste of money and time.

Review is mainy for health checkup. Health check ups are very late.preference and smooth process given for the super rich and also their staff. Rest people have to stay from morning till 3pm and reports next day. Corporate MNC health checkup people are sidelined and made to wait for tests where there is huge queue. Reception people and SPOCs at test area are super rude.Only best people are blood sample test area.good amount of staff and helpful there. Rest all tests its huge wait time especially ultrasound and TMT so better to come early. There is no COVID distancing, all seats will be filled at waiting area

Overall experience was good in terms of treatment. Doctors were responsive and so was the staff. Dedicated number for housekeeping and calling ward boys was a blessing. But the food court here needs to improve. Some food prices are too inflated. We just wanted to have some Maggi and gave an order for the same to learn that the Maggi costed us Rs. 120/-. The Maggi provided was that of a Rs. 5 packet and I'm assuming that they gave one egg. The portion and prove is absurd and I was so amused that I decided to put this review Here's the bill and the bowl of Maggi and trust me that I can make better Maggi than this.

Visited on 9 Jan for Health check up. One of the worst experience I ever had for health check ups. Place was highly unorganised. No coordination among the staff and no one was available to properly guide the patients. Utter chaos for every check up. One of the staff member was rude to patients and had no experience in talking and in managing the situation. Most of the patients visited this day have shouted at staff for lack of proper arrangements.Very frustrating experience and I would NOT RECOMMEND this hospital to anyone for health check ups.

Apollo hospital has been doing a very good work regarding the international patients which comes here for treatment. It’s been approximately 3 months since I’ve been helping some patients with translation helping them in what they need and what I can. MRI department was very easy and simple, maybe because I went there in a Saturday afternoon πŸ˜… however the personnel were very helpful, the timing was good the receptionist very helpful and kind. The process didn’t take much time but the standard MRI time. From my side I’m content and satisfied There are some basic stuffs which made me kinda uncomfortable about the hospital but I guess all type of establishment has it. So good job APOLLO HOSPITAL πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Apollo Hospital's commitment to patient care and advanced technology truly sets them apart. Highly recommend for anyone in need of MRI services.
