I
appreciate
your
time
to
study
my
case.
I
have
some
queries
which
always
doubt
your
protocols
and
standards
which
directly
benefit
the
financial
goals
of
the
hospital.
1.
AFI
level
was
low,
what
steps
did
doctors
take
to
increase
AFI?
2.
Without
any
dose
or
medicine
how
does
the
AFI
level
increase
from
6
to
8.5
within
three
days
of
our
stay
in
your
hospital?
3.
Why
direct
recommendations
for
steroids?
4.
When
my
baby
was
born
with
low
sugar
levels
(25)
doctor
A
informed
us
the
baby
will
be
kept
under
observation
for
four
hours
and
if
sugar
levels
won't
get
improved
then
we
will
recommend
for
NICU
admit
but
after
taking
to
NICU
immediately
Other
doctor
B
advised
for
admission
without
any
delay.
When
I
inquired
about
the
sugar
level
after
four
hours
it
was
normal
range
40
and
without
any
medication
started
sugar
level
got
normal
then
why
continued
to
keep
baby
in
NICU??
Shall
I
reply
to
the
above
query
1.
No
steps
taken
by
doctors
to
increase
the
AFI
level.
Just
informed
us
no
medical
proven
to
increase
AFI.
2.
AFI
level
increased
because
we
have
taken
our
regular
doctor
advice
and
I
have
given
"Agri
Trust"
Daily
twice
to
my
wife
and
AFI
level
was
increased
from
6
to
8.5.
3.
Steroids
recommend
to
ensure
safe
delivery
of
baby(
lungs
growth)
in
34
weeks
and
then
keep
baby
in
NICU
for
three
weeks.
One
day
NICU
charges
more
than
35K
and
for
three
weeks
around
8L
financial
benefits...
This
is
what
is
explained
by
your
doctors
in
the
counselling
room.
This
was
the
main
moto
behind
delivery
in
34
weeks.
4
.
The
baby
was
admitted
in
the
NICU
and
again
counselling
is
done
for
financial
benefits.
We
come
to
Fernandez
hospital
with
trust
in
doctors
but
doctors
play
with
our
lives
(
emotionally,
mentally
and
then
financially)
my
wife
was
given
steroids
which
did
not
benefit
my
baby
but
sugar
levels
went
up
and
down
for
three
continuous
days
and
still
today
she
suffers
mentally".
I
had
a
positive
experience
with
Fernandez
Hospital
during
my
first
delivery
and
recommended
it
to
others.
However,
the
second
time
around
was
a
nightmare.
At
33
weeks,
the
AFI
level
was
low,
and
without
proper
explanation,
we
were
hastily
admitted.
Despite
our
reluctance,
they
administered
steroids
abruptly,
leading
to
a
tumultuous
three-day
stay.
After
reaching
the
36th
week
with
normalized
AFI
levels,
the
doctors
insisted
on
inducing
labor
at
37
weeks.
Post-birth,
they
claimed
low
baby
sugar
levels,
leading
to
an
unexpected
NICU
stay.
It
seems
they
prioritize
financial
gains
over
genuine
care,
as
my
wife
still
grapples
with
health
issues
from
the
steroids,
and
my
baby's
skin
suffered
due
to
unnecessary
NICU
confinement.
This
experience
left
us
questioning
the
hospital's
motives
and
practices.
I
advise
others
to
exercise
caution
and
carefully
consider
their
choices
when
it
comes
to
this
hospital.
