Experience with the doctor was very good, but when we went for ultra sound they told us said have water bladder should full, then we went said that it is full but there was no doctor available to do ultra sound and assistant was saying he is having lunch will come in some time. We had to wait for 50min when the bladder is full same was been warned them, their answer ok please hold for some time he will come, what a negligence they are, they are irresponsibly and never bother about the patient problems.

This review is specifically for administration managing Dr. Avinash Dal. They are polite and patient. Above everything else, they are either helpless or useless. Most often, when I bring my mother to meet the doctor, I have to wait several hours. This is despite either, already having an appointment or a confirmation from his assistant. Initially, I ignored this as sometimes Doctors can be busy and he is one of the best Cardiologists after all. I was always told the same thing, "Sir is attending to a surgery or there is an emergency". But for this to happen every single time only means one thing. The doctor is not being managed well by the hospital administration. Either stop the out patient clinic for him or organize things. If the hospital is dependent on only one doctor then they are very poorly managed.

Good doctors and nurses but worst worst Insurance Billing staff.They just laugh,eat,have chai breaks and when we ask them about the insurance approval they say to come after an hour and when we go after an hour again they delay by some time.The thing is that the staff in the insurance department are just time passing and wasting people's time.You know that you can't fight with these people.Literally no emotions in them,no time sense and no proper way to talk to people.Atleast the staff should be selected who have done MBA from reputed colleges.Rest here the staff I don't know what qualifications they have as they can't even know or have the basic courtesy to talk.They made me wait for 45mins outside their Billing office and I was hearing them chit chat on useless topics, laughing but not doing their job.Hope the management reads my review and make changes in the staff so as to improve the hospital rating.

I met with an accident recently and was operated at vinn for a fracture. The admission process thankfully was very swift. The doctors and nurses are efficient and empathetic here. It is a neat facility and I had a very pleasant experience at the hospital.

Admitted for kidney treatment. Treatment was good but the response from the staff was pathetic. No response, no information and waiting time extends for 4-5 hrs for any discussion. No proper communication between the staff at all. House keeping is worst service, No cleaning, no maintenance. And if we ask for anything, they replies "we don't know and it's not our department". Coming to Food... No need discuss and not even dare to think about the food taste n time. Provides lunch at 2.30pm for a sugar, heart, kidney patient. This is how they care the patient. No snacks at all, not even milk or coffee. Only the best part is that staff never asks the tips ( I felt that they know their service quality, that's y they dnt expected).

Oh God is this so called corporate hospital or small time street side clinic. The small town government hospital is better than this. After seeing some stupid ad in FB, I opted for health checkup for my parents on 31St December. During registration the power gone for 3 times nd took 3 hours for stupid registration. Then problems started , they made my parents roam around lab to lab with no proper communication resulted in spending 8 hours only for tests. Even after 4 days there are no reports delivered . I have contacted for reports multiple times , each time the call goes to stupid call centre nd replies saying I will gey reply by end of the day. I called around 3 times but still no reports. I sincerely suggest not to visit here nd get painful experience. It's sad to see one star rating from since any days nd still these idiots not changed. I would not have contacted if I saw this rating. Looks like the stupid management least bothered about this nd just boast about international presence. Insted of this stupid process, they can close the hospital to save the people themselves.

I took my son Chirag for treatment to the hospital and it was a terrible experience. My son was suffering from dengue. The hospital does not have trained staff or nurses. No care was taken. Forget about the care basic check up not done.Reports were not given on time and even after constantly requesting for the reports when I got them they handed me another patient's report.....The diet given to him was wrong. Infact the dietitian needs help. The room's air conditioner was not working... Lot of mosquitoes.......Dr. Rajesh was extremely rude...... The nurses talk so loud that my son could not even rest and they were not at all helpful...... Basic medicine like a paracetamol was not available at the hospital pharmacy........ Even though the management agreed that it's all their fault I was forced to pay the entire bill and they kept on doing useless tests..... And even though the management and staff agreed it's all their fault on the discharge summary it was stated that I am taking discharge against medical advice....... I can go on and on ...... *OVERALL A VERY HARASSING AND BAD EXPERIENCE*

We admitted my father in medicover hospital. That time it was going under renovation and all as it was vinn hospital before. To be honest we didn't find it worth. In the bill they just add things up like ultrasound was not sone and ot was in the bill. At last after payment and doscharge we asked them and then they rectified it. The doctor didn't Come for visit on Sunday but still his charges were added. Unnecessary Add ups. This was frustrating. For anything you need you need to ask the staffs over and over. They are out of staffs, may be because its newly opened. The billing department really need to work on themselves. They cant just take thhings so carelessly. These are out hard earned money. So these things don't add up and we lost our trust. Nothing personal but people need to be more professional and transparent here.

Last friday my brother had accident , we take him to Medicover hospital begumpet , emergency response team was excellent they done all required blood test and admission process completed within 1 hour , next day morning surgery done and he got discharged same day , very excellent services , clean and neat rooms , thanks to Dr.Venkata Ramana & Kala operations head , special thanks to Yousuf IP Managar who was with us from admission till discharge.

Doctors will not be available in the cabins. Non-availability of wheelchair at the entrance , to receive the patients. Attendants have to stop their car and get inside the hospital for wheelchair facility. Billing/ desk people are not thorough with the procedures and don’t know apt way of working. Example: I visited the Hospital today morning at 09:00AM. Requested the desk people to provide me the “ Essential Certificate “ for the medicines prescribed yesterday (as this is required by CGHS for essential or costly medicines) They didn’t know how to make it and waited for some other staff who knows that certificate. That particular gentleman did not report to duty till 10:15 AM. I requested them to make that form, which they know vaguely, and to show it to the Doctor and Doctor would correct , if needed. Doctor came to the cabin at about 10:00AM. I went to the doctor and requested him about the requirement . The Doctor advised them to make it. Doctor waited for about 15 minutes and went for routine rounds in the hospital. The desk people prepared the same after the doctor’s leaving the cabin and kept me waiting, for the doctor’s verification of the certificate, till 11:15AM. As I have some other appointments to attend to, I left the hospital. Had they acted promptly,this delay would not have happened. I collected the same at 13:30 hrs. by making another trip to the hospital.

There's no way I'm recommending this hospital to anyone. They steal from patients. When my mom was admitted to the madhapur branch, they said there were no rooms available, so they arranged an ICU bed for temporary, and when a room becomes available, we'll move in. But at the time of bill, they charged me for ICU care. We can't get in touch with the allotted person. This resulted in a high bill. The behavior of the insurance team is very poor.

I am myself a Doctor. I had referred this hospital to many patients for their master health check up package which theybwere offerring at 3000/- for males and 3500/- for females. Now that they got few patients they increased the amount to 6000/- and the staff at the reception is arrogant and egoistic, they dont know how to talk to patients or customers. This hospital was almost finished when these people started the packages , now that they got few patients , they are full of attitude. Better to opt for any other hospital and health packages rather than to come all the way to Begumpet and suffer.

I am satisfied with the treatment that I received at the hospital. I was admitted under Dr.Bhanu Hima Kumar, twice. He is very good doctor, who diagnosed and explained me my problem and the course of treatment to be taken in a very nice manner. The staff - nurses, housekeeping staff, PROs and billing department were also very cordial in their approach. The quality of food being served to patients could be improved. Overall it was a good experience during my stay at the hospital.

Cleanliness of the hospital is horrible. For a single room, despite the charges, the room is not cleaned, no pillow, no soap washroom is not cleaned, sanitizer isn't kept. They hire some Chinese graduate doctors who use language n way saying that this patient should not be treated only because he was not told the case history due to gasping , medical problems. Despite severe gastritis, attached is dietician prescribed - soft and non spicy diet lol.... anyone can understand what kind of spice is in it

My recent visit to medicover hospital was a total bust. The doctors were decent, but the place was a dump. It smelled funky, like they never heard of cleaning especially the washrooms, and the vibe was just off. On top of that, the management was a joke. They hyped up these new year package but couldn't get their act together on staff or equipment. Waiting forever for basic tests was the norm, and it felt like there were more patients than staff. Oh, and get this, they were doing just two tests in one bed, making the wait even longer my mom had to wait for 3hrs for just one test. It was like they didn't give a damn about anyone's time or comfort. Overall, the docs were alright, but the hospital itself needs a serious wake-up call. They gotta clean up their act and get their stuff together if they want to keep patients happy.

All low star reviews are really genuine. Doctors are good, but service is terrible. Many bad experiences but mentioning few 1. In ICU patient is in pain and nurses are in group discussions and laughing out loud. Zero emotional intelligence for the staff 2. If patient is in ICU, the attender who takes care of the patient has to sleep in front of the entrance like people sleep on floors in railway station. Next best option is to pay 10000 rupees (you read correctly) 10000 rupees for single room in which they won't turn AC, no TV (not priority) and not even clean. It's ripping off patients money. I have been to multiple hospitals which provide free room for attenders though it is like general ward. Atleast that option is not provided. This hospital is very bad. Is it a market or a stump for doctors? They are very careless about what is happening in the ICU. They don't even see the patient, they keep looking at the mobile. There are three patients walking in front of me and two of them had a date within two-four days. Our patient also came walking and made a date. And lastly, I have made a bill of 11 lakh rupees in your heart and until the bill is fully paid, the body is not given and I request all my brothers to go to Government Hospital but never come to the hospital under Medicover.

Worst service that I have faced, they charged high rates, even not required admission they will. I had paid 3 times consulting charges for one visit. Even it is not recommend single star.BILLING TEAM (CHANDA NAGAR HYDERABAD BRANCH) is worst behavior with us. they charged unnecessary adding in bill even they didn't provide the service. I request health department will look on these group of hospitals and shut it down.

Very Good Doctors are available and treatment was good . Hospitality was nice . Thanks to internal service staff too. Internal communication Gap was observed between nursing staff.

Very good catering services,but here in telangana people are in habit of that they will take first tea/Coffee in the early morning, and then go for eating tiffin.But you are giving Tiffin first and tea lateron.Except this remainig things or ok not bad.The hospital management also should think on this.

MEDICOVER HOSPITAL is actually very good in term of medical trestment. I personally had two sugerical operations with them and I shortly receverd hence currently I am doing very well . So, I will recommend them to all my knwon paitents back in my Country Sudann to be treated at the same Hospital.
