Today, I was admitted over there in the emergency ward. I was having stone pain & was fainted. The way I was treated over there was very pathetic. The doctor itself was very rude. Ms./Mrs. Gothami I think the duty of doctor is to make the patient feel comfortable & normal when he or she is in the panic situation but, I don't know why but she was extremely rude today. Not even with me (Patient) but, with my friends & family too. If they was asking something about my condition then, she was not answering them properly. She was very rude to them. So, it's a simply suggestion to the Doctor that it's your duty to treat the patient nicely & also to behave in a proper manner with the patient & its fellow members. So, that they don't create the bad image of yours in their mind & start judging you & the Hospital. God has given you such a beautiful capability to serve people so do it nicely, instead of being rude to them. Thanks.

Care hospital, Hi-tech city shows the way patients are to be served in modern day. Many hospitals are there which offer great medical treatment but only a few pay detailed attention to customer satisfaction like Care Hospitals , Hi-tech City does. Excellent hospital with world class facilities and great team of doctors who are dedicated to their duties. Doctors here are field experts who are caring towards their patients. The doctor we consulted there understood the complexity of the case as it was an emergency delivery and gave us the earliest slot for operation immediately. We went there for my wife's second pregnancy and they handled the case very responsibly right from admission to discharge. OT was well organized and wards were neat and clean. Every floor has a floor manager who takes good care of arrangements. We had an issue related to our baby's health with the room allotted but when I raised the concern they swiftly acted and changed the room for us amid the limited availability. We were moved by their kind gesture when they arranged a gift and cake cutting ceremony for out little one. These kind of experiences stick with you especially when they are related to big events like childbirth. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

Now it is 12.30 AM (Monday. 14th of August’2023), my daughter presently in the operation theatre in 3rd floor for spinal card surgery by Dr.GPV Subbaiah Garu. No. 1 in the field of spinal card surgeries in both states of AP &TS. My daughter surgery done. The hospital people celebrating 77th Independence Day, surgery successfully completed, and know to day she is walking perfectly, I don’t have words to praise Dr.GPV Subbaiah garu an his team, mostly Dr. Vinayak Santhosh, he has given moral support to my family. Thanks to the Care Hospital.

Worst hospital in entire world... doctors are so rude that they shout at patients' relatives who pay them bills.

My first time experience , I dont want to say dont choose this hospital, but i have very worst experience with this hospital from last two days. Everyone will say you one simple word that, I dont know , i am not concern person. In reception desk that person doesn't know anything. Always says that, please call this number, If i do this, what he will do as a receptionist. I dont know what can i call, but sure i can call that, never seen such worst service in my life. You will never get patient information , you will never proper details about treatment. They will respond you only one time while saying about treatment charges. Also they are collecting lacks of rupees for treatment, but they never give single water bottle to patient. It will be chargeable . They never pass any information to patient. Security team not aware of minimum basic things, Also bill coordinator never lift your call , once your payment has been done. I have so many things to tell, But hope this page is not sufficient. So this is my feedback after three days on this hosptial.

I am at the general physician waiting area at care hospital Gachibowli center and shocked to see even Covid patients are at the same area .Hospital authorities have just tied them a red ribbon. And we are sharing the same BP machine . No gpay or paytm is available for paying the fees. Behaviours are so casual. Had great experience earlier as they have best doctors and medical facilities. Recently my father got discharged from Care Hitech City, Dr Chanakya Kishore Cardiologist is an experienced doctor who has treated very well, Sir has great patience in him, he answers all our questions and suggest better approach. It was a great experience and friendly staff at 5th floor ICU, Incharge: Vinod and nursing staffs are extremely caring and friendly (Sneha Latha, Sunitha, Vyshali and Vanaja) are encouraging each and every patient in ICU, I believe that along with great treatment whole staff creates an homely environment which will help the patients in speedy recovery. It’s great to see all departments works well organized manner and coordination. I have seen house keeping staff(Kavitha & Anjaneyulu) are very punctual and do the best to keep the premises clean and hygienic. It was my dad's birthday on the discharge day, so patients wellbeing head Sony and Staff has celebrated it very well, sharing few pictures 🖼️. Once again thank you care hospital hi-tech city and staff.

Don't go here to lady Dr sahitya. She is business minded lady and very rude attitude don't care patient feelings. Deliberately she suggests open surgery in most cases. She don't deserve to be a doctor.

The receptionist (1st counter ugly lady) in the ground floor behaviour is very awkward. She thinks the hospital is her property. She asked me how could you do ultrasound scan with out paying me here.😀 According to her all hospital payments done to her. And she simply denied : " we do not receive QR code payments at care hospitals" ; whereas all over paytm scan code is visible (except her place). And she says, we are irritating her If you will have such experience at the entrance... Then how to manage with the other treatments and all?? Overall a worst experience this time

No proper response from staff.. They will make you rome around all counters.

Initially you will be pleased with the service. But when you take admission using insurance, you will be given all sorts of tests. Moreover they will not give you any sort of information about further tests and discharge. Please make sure you ask all kinds of questions on the discharge date, time, number of tests to be done. Else they will do one test a day and try to make more money. Today I had big tough conversation with doctor and he himself told me that because we have used insurance we will have to wait. If I'm ready to pay from my pocket we can get discharged soon. No one is aware here when will we get discharged. F.... The management

One of my relatives had an angioplasty there. Dr. Raju cleared every doubts and did his surgery. It is a well maintained hospital and they all facilities. It is little bit pricey and the lift service is really poor. Overall experience was good and the patient is also hale and hearty now.

We have been seeing dr rahul agarwal (internal medicine and infectious disease specialist) he is a very good doctor, very patient and explains everything in detail and detects diseases very well. I recommend him 100% Also care hospitals are top tier. They have been in hospital business since a very long time and have a very excellent doctors and have maintained the same reputation.

The hospital used to be good. Now the doctors here don't even care about the patients. I consulted with the cardiologist "DR. ALLURI STINIVAS RAJU" he was least intrested in checking up the files and providing a feedback what needs to be done. Seriously, I would prefer not going to this hospital.

Resently I have gone to this hospital for some health issues When I went to the hospital no doctor was available at the time I have gone to emergency for some reason and there was a team of doctors were there but they have not respond me in a good manner even after waiting for 4 hours I have not get cured by the time without checking anything they told there nurse to take blood sample for the test after taking that they kept me waiting for 3-4hr and they told me that report will come on the next day they took around 11k for 1 test

Consulted Dr.Bharat Vijay Purohit at Care Hitech based on his experience as Cardiologist. Had consulted Dr.BV Purohit for my Mother in law aged 85 years.Based as per symptoms he advised for Angiography which was immediately done.Due to 100 percent blockage of LAD angioplasty was done swiftly and now she is on recovery mode. Doctor is very polite and efficient and I would recommend him to all my friends and relatives in case of need. During the stay at hospital we could see that the entire hospital team comprising of Staff,Nurses and Doctor's team are courteous and highly devoted to their duty.

Hi All, Few days back my mom got admitted and discharged from Care Hitech city branch, everyone in the hospital had really took good care of my mom. She was almost 5 days in MICU where she recovered quickly. I really thank Dr Satish Reddy for his great treatment and he explained the patient condition to each and every person separately with patience. Hospital staff was very co-operative including security (did perfect duty) and house keepers (took care of mom’s daily needs). Canteen food was good but there is definitely some scope of improvement. I recommend some more neatness in 6th floor pantry, it’s just a suggestion. Overall had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hospital for others….

Excellent experience, right from diagnosis of the problem, to the smooth transfer to the actual inpatient admission and medication. Excellent doctors, nurses, housekeeping and food delivery staff. From the main neurologist to all the staff have been extremely loving and caring. The hospital has been kept very neat and continuous feedback is asked and executed. Overall an excellent life saving experience for my Mother and me.

One of the finest hospitals with highly skilled staff. Special thanks to the Dept of Critical Care, never seen a group of more dedicated doctors. The ICU doctors & residents didn't sleep throughout the night. One or the other was present at all times.

Good hospitality in ER. Well equipped and experienced (pediatric) doctors who listen you and take care. Admission process is easy and quick. Staff is friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. Rooms are clean and hygiene standards are maintained. Food quality is good and cost effective. Patient and their attendee both have separate food options. Anam from kitchen gave a great service during entire stay. Billing and discharge process was quick. Overall good experience.

I was admitted here with dengue to 9th floor and the hospital authorities from doctors to nurses to care takers, house keeping and the food the quality of service of everything was at point. Also special mentions to duty doctors. All of the doctors who visited took good care and the nurses to. I would like to put forward my gratitude and thanks to all who took care of me till i was present.

Baby born at 10:15 pm 01.05.2023 Dr.Rolika mam very concerned and pushing positive vibes till it comeout. So finally wife and baby are healthy and fine. Since then we are in constant touch of Geetha Ma'am. Also surgery was done by her. Recovery was very fast. My wife in doing really well with continuous improvement with on going treatment.

Worst service..I have ever seen. Rude behaviour of the management...using imparlament language towards the patient's attender...This hospital is more dangerous than the government hospital....j suggest not to join the patients in this hospital

Some of the Doctors seem to have less practical experience, diagnosis of problem is not proper.

We had a great help from Indrajit Maji-International Patient Services a very nice, patient and helpful guy. The Doctors were brilliant, Dr. Abdul and Dr.Asha and all the staff, and those who were on night duty as well.

Very poor reception. full Crowd and one counter was not open. The assistants to doctors seem less qualified. Doctor told one and she wrote something else. Only 3 lifts. Disappointed totally.

Plz tell patients clearly all hidden charges of PPE KIT its different for different people, for simple operation they take PPE KIT RS 10,000. ACTUAL cost of Branded PPE KIT is just Rs 500. It means for simple operation 20 people were PPE KIT. No doctor take complete responsibility of single patient.

13th October 2020 we made an appointment with ENT doctor for 4:50pm. We reached at the hospital to only know that the doctor had left the hospital much before. Pathetic operations process...very unprofessional. Never expected this in care hospital.

Worst hospital and staff. They ask you to vacate the room alloted while the patient is in OT or ICU and threaten to charge double if not vacated. They will also bill you exorbitantly. I was billed an amount of 1.32 lacs for a procedure that costs 18.5 K. You have fight with them in order to get the correct bill. The hospital will also charge you a fixed amount for PPE kits no matter how many PPE kits are used. There was no curtain in the room for patient privacy and even after complaining no action taken.

Visited Dr Ratnakar coz he was close by to the place where I live and it’s the best decision. The staff and the nurses are very accommodating and informative. As far as Dr Ratnakar is concerned never seen a more compassionate person than him. The knee pain has subsided to a great extent. The treatment is still underway so that will update the review accordingly.

Visited Dr. Asha Subbalakhsmi and got good diagnosis of the issues I was facing. The line of treatment is good with lots of diagnostic tests. The management services are good and takes good care of the patients.

My dad had undergone a minimally invasive heart procedure at Care under the supervision of Mr. Vijay Purohit around a week ago. As a family it was a very challenging time for us as the diagnosis and subsequent treatment had been administered in a short turnaround time but the team including the junior doctors, nurses and consulting doctors, in conjunction with Mr. Purohit always ensured that my dad felt comfortable and content before and after the surgery. We will always be indebted to Mr. Purohit for his expertise and timely assistance.

Scammers, charged near Rs. 2300 for doing a bunch of tests and gave no test report what so ever. I had to go to a better hospital to get a proper report to submit to my employer. Attitude of the receptionist (emergency) was so high up from the ground that at first I thought he was the MD of the hospital in disguise. Their improved IVR facility of customer care is so advanced that no one will attend your call. I have seen more professional people in the local flea market I visit.

Care hospitals hi-tech city has got the well experienced team of doctors, I am pretty much satisfied with the treatment and comfort levels. As far as my experience I was referred to Dr.Padmini (plastic surgeon) and her team, who dealt in a great way winding up the suture process with utmost care and peace. I am glad to refer this place for a pleased treatment pattern. The staff is supportive as well.

Providing little more seating capacity in the ground floor would be helpful to visitors and the same goes for canteen as well. Everything else is good and they take good care for patients.

I was here for my son online appointment, came here just because of the doctor, everything is fine, but the payment I have paid through online is not reflecting into their system, I had to wait for 30 minutes to get this resolved. Staff is courteous and supportive. They need to fix the SW issues in the online booking system, ample parking place. Neatly maintained OP block.

Was admitted here for Dengue’s treatment . Although the cost is at a little upper side but a proper hygiene, prompt service, doctors and nurses and food service (Abhishek) all makes it worth. I got a room at 9th floor with a beautiful view of Khajaguda lake. I could only admire the beauty of it once my fever went off.

My father admitted care hitech on 30th August with viral fever. Before admitting to care he was treated at various hospitals which includes our own clinic.but no one is able to diagnose the root cause. I would definitely recommend care hospitals as the doctors are really good, experienced and polite. Even all the staffs of the hospital are very well behaved and professional. I had gall bladder surgery here and was admitted here for one day. My experience has been good. I felt relaxed and did not face any sort of issues.

Will give you my detail experience post discharge. Think how worest service you have here. When the patient is taking time to give rating post couple of hours from the surgery. I have seen 8-9 patients in ICU. Not only me 4-5 patients are with same opinion of we should have opted some other hospitals. If they see this review. They will also confirm it.

My husband was treated at Care Hospital Gachibowli last month for a deep cut on his left thumb. We wish to thank Dr Rajesh Vasu (Plastic Surgeon) and his staff members (Deepika, Rosalind) who were extremely professional in their approach and care. Our first stop was at the ER, and the staff there also were prompt and meticulous in their approach to stopping the bleeding. The charges are somewhat pricey, but for the quality of care we received the expense seems justified.

Worst hospital. Unwanted testing, unwanted billing. Case 1: My mom had stomach ache & they took her blood sample 6 times. Then they called us in the evening to collect blood reports and asked us to give one more blood sample as the last test is not giving correct result. Then they asked us to go for endoscopy & ecg. ECG like seriously!! Patient is having problem in stomach & you are asking for ECG. They just want to make money & collect blood. Case 2: My sister in law was pregnant. She was feeling weakness. We went to Care Hospital & told the problem and as usual they asked us to go for blood test. That lab took 6 blood samples. Patient whose is already weak with hemoglobin 7. How can someone take 6 blood samples of that pregnant patient. This is absurd behaviour. Please STOP making money in the name of hospital. Hospital is a place where a patient goes with some hope. Kindly dont make it a business.

Worst in the city, top to bottom worst management. Ground staff is good. They really spoil the good name and Fame Care has. Unwanted tests and random billing..if questioned they don't hv an answer.

Not following COVID precautions at all. I went there for BLOOD TESTS 2 days back but my repots are not ready at, worst experience with it I have never seen such irresponsibility.

Visited both for critical emergency hospitalization and doctor consultation at OPD. Service quality is satisfactory as I personally observed delayed response; one has to ask for everything everytime, then only can expect that to get provided. Nurses and staffs are trained and of decent behavior, but I somewhat found them a little careless as several times they didn't provide the medicines on time. They have good and modern equipments (they MRI machine suddenly malfunctioned though for one entire day), good and experienced doctors visit here. Emergency section is also decent and provides prompt treatments. It has an internal cafeteria with very limited food variety but cheap in price. I found patients from outside countries also who came here for treatment! In general ward, one person is allowed to stay with the patient always. Overall this is a good option for treatment and can be recommended. Point to be noted: All the services are pretty much costly here, be prepared for a fat bill before discharge from hospital!

However, admin staff like security team, lift people and room distribution people are sick.... Hospital team should work on them and need proper training for them.

Very friendly and professional staff. Food quality very good. One thing you should take care of is insurance. Whenever your insurance is approved make sure to check the amount with your insurance company. The hospital staff would try to trick you by deducting around 10-15 percent of money under "Patient Charge". Patient is always entitled to get the 100% of amount that has been approved by insurance company. You may have to argue with the hospital staff, but dont let them do this. For me they gave up after arguing for 10-15 mins.

I have undergone a surgery in care hospitals . Dr rajesh vasu sir and padmini mam has done my surgery in both my axila .i was very tensed in the begining when we thought of a surgery but but talking with the doctors we felt so relaxed and confident abt the surgery. The surgery was done on 30 th September and i was there in the hospital for 2 days after surgery i felt the whole staff and doctrines and nurses so friendly and also very caring . They r continuesly monitoring the patient and higien is also so high . Disappointed with the doctor Vikram Verma Gen.Phy in hi-tech city branch. Went for low fever and though I have paid consultation fee Rs 550 they asked me to bring surgical dress for doctor, it costs to Rs 400. I went inside the consultation room and he is almost 5 metres away from me separated by glass. Even he didn't touch me. They are taking 400 rs extra amount for each patient this is not fair.

I came here for my father's yearly health checkup. Took the Sr Citizen package, a very comprehensive one with quite a few tests and consultations. Real helpful and polite doctors who listen and guide with any health issues. One of the best experiences was the coordination throughout the process introduced recently. Our coordinator - Divyani was extremely helpful, resourceful and an amazing support system throughout. I honestly recommend her who can ease in any process queries and help out with the step by step consultation and planning.

This was my first visit to the hospital. Security provided clear directions to the consultation room. Safe distance was maintained and the hospital was very clean. Registration was easy and some small mistakes were corrected immediately. My appointment with Dr Sindhura was excellent. She listened to all my concerns with patience and understood my issue with no difficulty. Loved my first visit. Will visit again definitely for any of my future health concerns.

Me and my mother went for our master health checkup last week staff were really very polite and helpful.All were guiding us in a proper way and without waiting we even met doctors. Breakfast provided in the package need to be taken care. It was almost about to finish when we went. Staff named Priyanka was very helpful ,she was with us throughout our checkup. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.Almost all doctors were very polite except few.

Overall service is very good. Nursing staff are very cordial and took at most care. I recommend nursing staff team communication among them self should be improved. I recently diagnosed gall bladder stones....consulted 2-3 big hospitals for consultation in Hyderabad.....their approach and COVID-appropriate behaviour was not satisfactory. Then tried CARE Gachibowli....the consultation with Dr Mustafa Hussain Razvi, Gastroenterology Surgeon was smooth and comfot...the sample collection, pre surgically procedure, surgery...billing ...everything was smooth...the entire staff was cordial especially Asha garu was excellent. Visited Care Hospitals (Gachibowli) for Gallbladder Stone Surgery. Dr PP Sharma and Dr Sabir sir are the best doctors.. they have guided me the complete procedure for this surgery and surgery done on time. My wife is feeling much better now.. thanks a lot..

I have had a really good experience with the staff and the doctor that helped me cure my infection.The care taken by the nurses and reacting to every problem instantly is far beyond great. The people who treated me are really jovial and heartful.I am truely thankful to them😄. I was able to get through one of my hardest times but still in 20 days my recovery process was brilliant. I could easily observe change within myself.

A clean and well maintained hospital. Consultation fee is slightly high (Rs 600) but you get peace of mind - no chaos, ample sitting space, doctors that give you time and right diagnosis. The cafeteria could be improved.

If you come to care hospital, CARE will be provided for sure. Patient friendly, people listen and explain things properly. Doctor/Assistant Doctor/Sisters take care of patients so well, only required tests are done. It is not like other hospital where they loot people and do unnecessary tests just to make money. Home food is allowed, cleanliness is maintained. Overall, I have positive experience in care hospital.

One of the best hospitals in hyderabad. Except lift issue all services are good. Mainly all the doctors, cleaning staff and nurses are too good. I took my dad twice in emergency situation and had to call their ambulance service. They don't waste time and start collecting samples in the ambulance. From admission until final checkout everything is 5 star.

Overall 5 star rating for hospitality and facilities. The F&b Nikhil was exceptional and very attentive in providing with our needs. Stayed in the hospital for a total of 5 days and everyday felt like a normal one regardless staying in a patient room. 🙂🙂

The 3 doctors i met listen to us very patiently, at the end they even offered their personal numbers for any emergencies. Also they did answer calls / messages promptly and advised on our queries.
