I delivered my baby in the month of September with utmost care of doctors and nurses staff , Thanks to Dr. Sailaja ma'am and Dr. Rama ma'am , house keeping staff and nursing care. Due to prematurity baby was admitted in NICU soon after birth, after couple of days baby had green vomitings and was not tolerating feeds. We spent almost 18days in NICU but there was no improvement in baby's condition, he was completely on artificial nutrition. Even surgeons opinion was taken couple of times but they couldn't identify any underlying issues. Immediately we transferred the baby to Ankura hospital where they detected the issue within 24hrs of admission, surgery was the only solution, baby is doing well now post surgery. With my personal experience Fernandez is good only for maternity and definitely not for neonatal care. They have less experienced staff with no senior doctors and do not have any in house surgeons they barely come once in a week. Neonatal ward is driven only by duty doctors and definitely not under expertised pediatricians. This surgery should have been performed within 3-4days after birth but Fernandez didn't had such neonatal experts to understand baby's condition. They almost exhausted the insurance amount and is truly a commercial hospital. A BIG NO for NICU!

I haven't done any delivery here but visited the ones who have done it here. I am rating it in context to what I found good. So there can be differences of opinions. The rules - visiting hours - one in the room only - is something that I appreciate. It's hard to maintain this rule strictly but yes the women on duty are so loyal and faithful to the hospital that they want the visitors to follow it at any cost. Next - it's clean - the ayahs are always dusting and mopping the floor. There is a room for breastfeeding as well. The signs - like the emergency exit - when to use stairs - which is the billing counter - etc are very well maintained and mentioned. I appreciate the way management is making the people of Hyderabad do it. As mostly Hydbadis are pathetically laid back and carry unnecessary attitudes so great job Fernandez for making people follow the rules !

The overall experience in this hospital is very satisfying. We have started consulting this hospital from the first week of my wife's pregnancy. The doctors are very helpful during the pregnancy. We have admitted to hospital after water discharge and the staff supported us very well. Doctors mainly tried for the Normal delivery. The nursing staff are very helpful and very patient during labor. Luckily she had normal delivery and both mother and baby are healthy. Thank you Fernandez Hospital for your wonderful support.

I have tried vaginal birth after C-section. Fernandez doctors gave me good support and motivation. I have successfully delivered baby vaginally. They explained me risk factors and gave support to over come those. Thanks to Fernandez hospital

Dated : June 2019 This is one of the "Best well known Hospitals" in the city. Earned its reputation for Decades by Mouth to word. Mostly recommends Normal Delivery unless otherwise stated. So far 4 branches Unit 1 : Bogulkunta (Abids, Lane Beside Brand Factory showroom , Landmark Taj Mahal Hotel) Unit 2: Hyderguda opposite to old MLA quarters. (My pics and review will be for this unit) Unit 3 : Hyderguda opposite to D Mart. Unit 4 : Banjara Hills road number 12 Unit 5 : Miyapur is now open (earlier it was coming soon) Let me write a brief feedback. Right from Day 1 , registration process, consultation very professional and transparent. I opted for Dr. Shailaja Devi ( Senior doctor among the team) By the grace of God Me and my wife are blessed with a baby girl and I would thank Dr. Shailaja , Dr Kavya and entire Fernandez team of Doctors, Nurses, Dietitian, Mid wives, Lab Technician (Michael very cool guy always smiling), housekeeping staff for their tremendous support as It was first time experience to us. Not to forget the security guard and Valet parking guard are also professionally trained. They are doing their duties and it's us to co-operate with them. All our consultation with doctor went smoothly. Pro tip: whenever you are coming to visit doctor take the earliest possible appointment or late in the afternoon to avoid waiting period as it may be high during peak hours. Everything is systematic , you will be guided thoroughly as you progress in phases of Pregnancy. Even if you have slight doubt or questions in mind feel free to ask and I'm sure you'll get the answers from the staff. At times you have to visit unit 3 for scans, this is highly time consuming day for you. I recommend you not to have any other engagements until this is done. Make sure before you go for appointment ask at the reception and book your date and time. Lab: Neat and clean (I felt in my opinion Lab charges for reports and stuff are little expensive.but that's ok for the child) Pharmacy : you get all the necessary required medicines. Dietitian : Optional depends on your need Insurance Department : well explained about all the tariff and charges and insurance coverages Emergency Services : very prompt in responding. Chid birth / Labour classes : very informative for first time parents. Labour ward : very neat and clean. the only hospital I believe where husband is allowed to see his wife undergoing pains and experience Delivery live. Constantly a nurse or someone will always be there with the mother to monitor heart beat ,bp and other monitoring parameters. Post Delivery : Rooms are totally your choice and preference based on your pocket. Doctors , Dietitian attend you regularly to check mother and child and also advise what is right. We are visiting this hospital in hyderguda for last 3-4 months. Last month my wife was effected with covid. We reached out to doctors and self quarantined based on doctor's advice. During this period, got a call from hospital to avail " covid home safety kit" for monitoring temp&BPM&O2 "remotely" and charge was Rs. 5000. With sane mind, I didn't avail. Because these charges were only covering monitoring and no device provided in the kit. Later when I tried to claim insurance from my wife employer, they asked for mandatory monitoring sheet. That's it. I bit my tongue. Hospital knew the kit charges can be claimed via insurance and designed these products to sell at the price even though the value delivered is suboptimal. I did try to present my case to consulting doctor for attesting self monitoring sheet, but they haven't cared the least. Ofcourse, their product is ignored so patient is at loss. Even to administer an injection to a visiting pregnant patient they charge patient ₹30 over consultation of ₹500 . Their scans , pharmacy, staff care everything is overpriced. This is my wife's ninth month of pregnancy, I'm indecisive to change the hospital for a better one. Would like your suggestions on this

Overall experience was great. The doctors don't push their decision on the patient , instead they discuss all the available options and help us decide what suits us the best. All the staff is very friendly and everything is very systematic and well coordinated.

Fernandez is a commercial hospital. Here staff and hospital will speak with money. No respect to patients and visitors. Management should learn how to talk with patients and visitors. Very very worst experience I have faced. Fernandez should teach to management first how to talk with patients and visitors. Please please please avoid this hospital if any one who are planning to join.

Update on 12th July - Till date there was no followup from Fernandez unlike what they said below in response. While there is a lot to share about the HORRIFYING service we have gone through from day 1, I would like to start with sharing a basic thing expected in these covid days so atleast the one who are thinking of going to Fernandez right now will think more than twice. In the meantime I will update detailed feedback to share how DANGEROUS, RISKY and Much Much WORST than any other commercial hospitals. 1) Do You Want to Risk Your Life in the #COVID situation: Inspite of taking confirmation that room was cleaned before moving we find a USED EAR BUD in the wardrobe. Have visited the hospital for the 2nd time but they maintain such cleanliness and even the que was very less at the reception area. Fernandez hyderguda unit 2 Highly recommended those who need normal delivery with good care of mother and child, even if they have complications doctor will try for normal delivery depending on the situations. I specially recommend Dr v Rama, 10/10 in service, suggestions, treating people with good heart. High class facilities in all departments like nursing, Pharma, labs, even washroom are too good very hygienic Also hygienic food from Red Ivy including for attenders and mother's. Dr. Suseela maam is devoted and caring. She helped me overcome my fear of giving prenatal twin birth and throughout my journey of pregnancy. Most precisely her words were very consoling. I also appreciate the team, such as nurses, personal care givers, duty doctors who were very helpful during my stay in the hospital post delivery.. Once more a special thanks to each and every service of Fernandez unit 2.

Post operative care was a very good experience. Critical care was taken after the cesarean operation. The maintenance staff are very punctual and devoted in their work. Cleanliness and punctuality has always been a deciding factor. Fernandez has given a healthy and happy environment for my post operative care.

Patients’ Attendants are troubled with rules. Along with new born baby and mother, only one attendant is allowed to stay within the room. Just imagine … how one person will be able to take care of new born as well as patient ? Not sure which idiot has levied those rules.

I have been consulting Dr tarakeshwari for two of my deliveries, and her expertise and experience helped me have a normal c section in both cases..she treats every case with utmost diligence and has the foresight to give timely advice in risky situations..

Dr. Pallavi was excellent throughout my pregnancy,consultation with her made my pregnancy very easy, she has completely encouraged me for normal delivery when I was opting for C- section & we are blessed with little princess via normal delivery . Fernandez Hospital unit 2 is best for women's and newborn especially for pregnant women because I gave birth to boy baby thanks to Dr.Malini who guide and given consultation to me I am very happy for my first delivery. Excellent services which I had in this hospital. Thanks to all medical team nurses and Doctors ,thanks to team of labour ward staff encourages for my delivery ,Housekeeping staff is very nice on time they will come and do cleaning. Lactation nurse is very nice and explain about feeding with position, customer for inpatient is very responsive towards the patient Happy with all services. Food is very good according to mothers. Definitely I will recommend this hospital.

I worked here for one year the management, salary and accommodation were really good, you can learn more work in a perfect manner, but some incharges show politics, they never wanted you to learn practical work and they will make you do some unnecessary work, but if you give complaint regarding anything the management really consider and they will resolve. Except some people everything is good in the hospital.

I fully appreciate the service rendered by Fernandez hospital. I underwent Hysterectomy. Dr Sirisha was so good, calm and kind. The team at ICU as well as the team after I was shifted to the room were very disciplined, meticulous and caring. Best place for maternity. NOT GOOD FOR PEDIATRIC. MATERNITY: The experience we had with maternity was good. Dr Siri Yerubandi was excellent and she treated with patience. The first 3 days of the maternity admission was good. She took extra care and came for multiple room visits to ensure that the patient is good and recovering. THE STORY ENDS HERE. Once we had baby delivered, the corporate hospital nature of the hospital kicked in and they started playing with the sentiment of the patients by making us to pay for completely irrelevant examinations. Example 1 : within a span of 2 days, they took sugar test for more than times. Example 2 : ECG and 2D echo test for baby just because they didn't get proper result from stethoscope usage. And every time, they said "The results are fine, lets examine again after few hours". Please do not ask me how much they have charged. At the end they play with the sentiment of the patients by saying that, failing to do the examinations may lead to serious problems. Example 3: There is no coordination between the medical staff and few of them are rude in the way they behave. Finally, the room. Better not to discuss about this. They said it is Deluxe room. However, the room is pathetic. Washrooms are stinky even after the Janitor service team were cleaning them regularly. AC condenser was leaking, Patient bed was extremely uncomfortable. Please do not play with the sentiment of patients who trusted you. If you have decided to charge more, please ensure to charge in another format but not by playing with the emotions of the patient. Fernandez is an excellent hospital. Has world-class doctors for maternity care. We cannot thank enough for the care and attention provided by "Dr.Rama Venigalla" during the pregnancy phase (from the first visit till delivery). Madam was there for us anytime. During emergencies we reached out to madam over email and got response within 02 minutes on our concern. Madam's presence in the labour ward boosted our confidence and we appreciate the way madam acted and directed her team based on the patient's response. Finally, it was a normal delivery. I can strongly say this one of the Best maternity hospitals in Hyderabad. They have best, experienced doctors. We had two babies at here and had a great experience. Thanks to Fernandez Hospitals.

I have visited this hospital on my 8th month pregnancy and consulted Dr. A and initially doctor said that they try mostly for Normal delivery. Later in 9th month my baby position was breach and Dr. A said that we can try few exercises to get normal delivery baby position. But in 9th month doctor told me to consult Dr. B and without trying for normal delivery and Dr. B gave 3 dates and she asked to select one date for C-Section and I asked for normal delivery and they told silly reasons that normal delivery won't happen and even Dr. A also said same thing. They made me to afraid that if I don't select any date for C section and if I get pains it will be danger for both of us...and we got panicked and we had to go for C section due to covid situation in May month I am not sure whether it is management guidance or doctors decision for the C-section. If you are not sure about the C-section or normal delivery in the early stages then please don't confirm from your side about type of delivery. After consulting two other hospitals, we came to Fernandez as they help in normal delivery. But no use here as well. Didn't find any info related to working doctors in their website and even in practo. I admitted during corona period and it is really difficult for my husband and my mother at that time. Security people won't allow inside and not at helpful. Even admin people don't bother how the attendees (If More than one perosn) will survive outside in peak summer with lockdown. Nursing staff, insurance staff and cleaning staff were good and really helpful.

This hospital are completely greedy for money, here they will have target to make more money from patients. Even they will not provide you clear picture about your patients situation, some doctors will talk to you very rude.

I was totally satisfied with my entire care towards me and my baby.

Please update the birth certificate issue address in Baby Discharge summary. In chikkadpally there is no such office to issue birth certificate. It wasted my valuable time to find the correct address of circle 9. Circle 9 employees complaining about hospital authorities that they keep on informing about correct address but hospital people not updating that in discharge summary. This type of negligence is not expected from hospital like this.

I will recommend this hospital for every expecting mother... Very disciplined and well trained staff.. Dr.Manisha and other doctors are friendly towards patients.. Me and my baby was taken good care.. Hygiene was well maintained in every thing... Thank you Fernandez ☺️

I had very nice experience with Fernandez hospital, especially Tara madam. Thank you so much mam.I had medical termination in last pregnancy, she gave me positive response during this pregnancy which boosted my hope. Dr Priyanka madam who did my delivery. She boosted my energy and helped in having spontaneous delivery without any issues. She was very helpful throughout our stay after delivery. My husband and i are very thankful to you all. The best hospital undoubtedly. Our ride towards having our first baby has been very smooth just because of their staff. When with Fernandez you can just relax. Very professional doctors who treat you as a friend rather than patient. Responsive and helpful Nurses and House keeping staff make sure that Baby and Mom get all required support. They are just a call away. There was not even a single moment in last 10 months when I felt bad for choosing this hospital. Every thing is very much organized and staff is very disciplined. Their duties are well defined and you need not follow up at all. I would definitely recommend Fernandez.

Celestine ma'am was an amazing support during my active phase of labour. Her expertise in exercises, massage and aromatherapy was incredibly helpful. Her calm demeanor with me throughout 18hrs of active labour was astounding and appreciated. My parents and my family are forever grateful for her services.

Very difficult for the entire family to meet the baby and difficult for more than one family member to stay. So difficult for people who live far. But that is understandable during Covid situations. Everyone from doctors to nurses and so on are well trained and hygiene and overall care is top notch. Even attention to details is great like providing a comb, toothbrush and so on. Food is also really healthy, hygienic and top notch. The price is definitely on the higher side but if you have a good coverage in your insurance or if money is not an object, great place to go.

Dr.Suseela is very good and very caring towards my wife and use give very good suggestion regarding the treatment and coming to the Nurses ,they are very caring and use to respond very quick to us.

If ur searching for a hospital which is good in normal delivery with ur 200% will to undergo normal only then go may wish to go here. im giving you in detail my step by step experience with Fernandez During the course of 9months : 1. You will not be seen by one doc alone or if u wish to be seen you may but she will not be available daily. you much schedule according to yhe docs OPD duties 2. You will not have direct contact with your doctor, even in emergency or any doubts in bwt appointments. you have to call the helpline and ask if you can talk to ur talk or you can call doc's Opd coordinator and ask her to get ur doc on call( which never happens as these coordinators itself will never answer our calls) = this leads to NO PATIENT DOCTOR RELATIONSHIP 3. During pandemic every other hospital takes precaution for our here also they take and they have hiked the prices accordingly which have no relationship. ill give examples: they will advice you to get Scan done in Fernandez only, and will not accept scans from outside even if its from recognised established places ( In Fernandez USG growth scan cost 3500- Patient alone has to go in, attenders not allowed, ambiance of the scan 3/5, scan roon - small and Radiologist - they dont even consider explaining and telling the patient about the scan how it is etc. such expensive scan they wont provide you the reports, they give you only soft copies Y? because of covid condition is their answers!!!! Y are you charging more ? because of covid !!!! ) 4. Ok what next, you get tested u get your report mailed. next you have to mail your report to the doc she will see and reply back tou ur e-mail when she is free ( which never happened ) if reports are normal fines. if there are some abnormalities in ur scan, we will be worried what may happen, general we get to visit the doc that day or talk on call. In Fernandez, you can't meet your doctor until her Opd day comes or you can meet any doc that is available on yhe day, every doc is good. she will have record of u if u go to her is what they say. and call its next level impossible. 5. after soo many hurdles we come close to oir due dates, we expect weekly check ups from 9th month. but if everything is fine you will be asked to visit once in 2weeks or 20 days because its covid times!!!!! 6. you will have mid wife appointment, they are good 7. then came the final day, my water broke was taken to labour room from ER, i have continuously checked by midwife and nurses, doc ( mid wife support for normal delivery is very good ) they will wait for 24-48 hrs if pains are coming for normal delivery, so its ur will . i took pains for 14 hrs and they told me i may have to wait for more 8-16 hrs , where i gave up and went for LSCS - so if ur ready to bear the pains for soo long period they will be ready to help you for normal delivery. ( was blessed with a baby boy ) My post operative stay at Fernandez: 8. i was kept in icu for 6 hrs after LSCS was given spinal anaesthesia. icu care was good and was shifted to room. 9. Only one attendance can stay ( which is myth ) how can one attender handle a women who is on bed with pains, unable move on bed and just born infant. it was really tough for my husband, mom n mother-in-law who made shifts to look after me n baby to handle both special the first two days, when i was unable to move or rise on my own. 10. doctor check-up / rounds, doc in Fernandez will be visiting once in the mrg only, evening doc rounds are compramised because of covid condition!!!!! this what they said when i was suffering badly in pain on 2nd post op day. nurse will inform doc and doc will give oain killer, even if the doc is available in the hosp she will be not come n visit because of covid. 11. pediatrician are the worst, they come n go, we dont know what they check. they took baby for phototherapy for 12hrs , baby didn't take formula they didn't even bother in asking me to express milk. Ultimate i feel its not a patient comfort hospital but like all itger cooperates they only think about money

The entire pregnancy journey was awesome and their special care and dedication made it a cake walk for us. I would like to thank all the doctors who attended, nurses and aaya. Bowing respects to (not limited to) Dr.Tarakeswari madam, Dr.Malini madam Dr.Swapna madam and Dr. Pallavi madam 🙏🙏 I couldnt restrict myself from explaining our experience at Fernandez. 1. Consulations are always on time and we never had to wait for more than 30 min except the days where we had scan or other investigations. 2. Guidance through various phases of pregnancy, breathing exercises and other massage techniques to be followed during labor, lactation counseling were done to mother and the partner well in advance. 3. Insurance dept is very patient to explain all different kinds of tariffs and made sure we understand it thoroughly. 4. Emergency dept was really quick and helpful. 5. Admission was hassle free. They took every step to make sure the patient is comfortable. 6. Doctors, nurses and aayas are very cooperative and explained every question we had with patience. Special thanks to aayas who took care of the patient like their own kid. 7. They try their best to perform normal delivery even if there are minor complications. They are quite confident and they don't hesitate to change their decision to perform c-section depending on patients condition in minutes. 8. Doctors are so knowledgeable, helping, caring and what not. patient will be monitored every minute. 9. Husband will be allowed to the labour ward to stay with the patient and comfort her. I think it's one of a very few hospitals in Hyderabad which does that. Overall, one of the finest hospitals in Hyderabad for mother and baby. I strongly recommend Fernandez. Need to improve: Hope you'll look into below. 1. Few of the nurses are brainless and harsh. Please note its only a very few. 2. Canteen facility to be improved a lot.

I am very disappointed with the doctors because i joined in the hospital with the hope that they will do normal delivery and they also told up to the last minute that I will go through normal delivery.but they ended up with c-section after doing NST , as NST showed less heart beat of baby. I thought they will atleast try for normal delivery but they didn't, but I am happy that me and my baby boy are safe. I am very satisfied with service team of hospital they responded quickly for every request.

Security and Front Office Executives OF SCANNING UNIT which is in hyderguda act like the Doctors. Security and Front Office Executives hold their smart phones in their hands and parade(CAT WALK) in the Fernandez Hospital premises which is very odd presentation in front of patients. Administration is just like a Irani Tea Stall, specially ground floor staff with horrible attitude, Drainage water stagnation infront of the Main Porch. But Doctors are really super and with immense knowledge. Best Doctors in this Universe are in Fernandez..

Mine is a high risk pregnancy with low platelet count due to existing medical history of PHT. Most multi-speciality hospitals wouldn't even accept to take up my case. Luckily a family friend of ours and a doctor suggested us this hospital. No doubt it's one of the best hospitals in India. My consultant doctor is Dr.Tarakeswari Mam. She is the best, one can trust her blindly and her plan. I even faced issue post delivery which is also handled by the team of doctors here so well that the whole process which I thought would be painful was made seamless. Dr.Malini mam one of Tara mam team also supported us by clearing our doubts on WhatsApp being available at all times. I am great ful for the whole team of doctors Dr.Subhashini, Dr.Manikanth, Dr.Kavitha, Dr. Hari Kishan and all the other doctors who attended and took care of me. Pediatrician, Lactation counselor, Nurses, and all the other staff were very supportive throughout the stay.

I am visiting Fernandez hospital unit 2 for my baby's delivery and till now it has been quite good experience with everything. The only problem is waiting time for scans as there is a lot of rush in this hospital, although they are trying their best to manage all of this.. no complaints, i would recommend this hospital flr delivery.

We visited Dr. Kameshwari for a consultation on a second opinion, referred by Dr.Pramodh director of Fernandez Hospital. Dr Kameswari is the one of the best and senior most Gynaecologist with hands on experience in laproscopic surgeries. She was the goddess on earth for us. She had patiently explained all the pros and cons about the surgery and even the hospital staff had councelled us about the cost of the surgery which was very reasonable . Dr Pooja colleague of Dr. Kameshwari , was available to us on any assistance from our consultation till the time of discharge. Even Thabitha , the receptionist was do helpful all through out. Inspite of repared calls to Mrs Tabitha , she waa lightening fast in her response. And was always cheerful. The staff nurse was very good and helpful and were at our doorstep even in the mid night on a single call. Even my daughter was insisting us to extend her stay at the hospital for another day. No words to appreciate the entire protocol . Best hospital in the city to ever visit. I strongly refer to all Dr. Kameshwari. Even the insurance cell , helped us send our oreaunthorization to the Insurance authorities for a cash less claim.

I am writing this Google review to share my deeply disappointing experience at Fernandez Hospital's Hyderguda branch in Hyderabad on November 4, 2023. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sirisha, and our appointment reference ID was 3718263. We arrived at the hospital promptly at 12:00 PM, ready to receive the care we expected. However, the day quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. After filling out the required paperwork and paying the consultation fee, we were left waiting for an extraordinary amount of time. We waited patiently for an hour and a half, only to be told that Dr. Sirisha was occupied with a procedure and were advised to proceed with scanning tests, without any prior consultation. Reluctantly, we agreed to the scanning tests, and our Lab Tests Payment ID was 3274042. To prepare for the tests, we were instructed to consume a significant amount of water and wait for an hour. What followed was an agonizing wait with no end in sight. Each time we inquired about our status, we were met with the same response: "Just 10 more minutes." By 5:00 PM, five hours had passed, and we hadn't received any medical attention, diagnosis, or even an update on our situation. At this point, completely drained and disheartened, we made the tough decision to leave the hospital. While the hospital did refund the fees we had paid, it hardly compensates for the loss of an entire day and the lack of any information or progress regarding my medical condition. My intention in writing this review is not only to express my disappointment but also to emphasize the critical need for improvements in patient care and management at Fernandez Hospital, Hyderguda branch. It is clear that in this corporate-driven environment, patient welfare and compassion seem to be compromised. I sincerely hope that the hospital takes immediate action to prevent such distressing and time-wasting situations from recurring in the future for other patients. Patients come seeking medical care in their time of need and deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and efficiency. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that necessary steps will be taken to improve the patient experience at Fernandez Hospital, Hyderguda branch.

Choosing fernandez for my pregnancy is the best decision i have ever taken in my life. Delivered baby boy on october 19, 2023 via normal delivery. Dr Tarakeswari mam is the best. She guided me very well for all the 9 months. Kudos to all the senior n junios staff for having so much patience and not showing any discomfort. Childbirth sessions are the best. All those exercises helped me so much to tolerate the labour pain and push the baby easily. Hi All, we had bitter experience with Fernandez. 3 weeks before we blessed with baby boy, doctors made complicated normal delivery.my kid had both erbs palsy and facial nerve palsy. My wife had massive post partum hemarage. For both my wife and kid, they charged more than 3 lakhs. Their only intention is doing normal delivery irrespective of patient condition .completely unhappy with treatment

Prime hospital for maternity care and services. We were really happy with the services sans food. Consulted Dr. Rama Venigalla and she was courteous and approachable always. Also grateful to Sister Rita for making herself available to us everytime.

Doctors at Unit 2 are professionals and good at their job. But the hospital is understaffed. Made us wait for hours for every appointment. Too many patients visit the hospital because of their fame. For Ultrasound scan we had to visit Unit 4 and is horrible. She was unprofessional. Applying too much pressure on the stomach without even thinking. If baby’s position doesn’t support scanning, ask us to come again another day. But don’t be stupid.
