I have been regularly visiting to star hospital from past 13 years. I have had a good experience and had lot of faith in the hospital doctors and the treatment given there. But unfortunately on 25-4-2022, I had to change my opinion. People became Money minded from last year and it is proved with a bitter experience with me. My father had to experience palpitations during a routine check up and had been admitted at the hospital on 22-4-2022. A compassionate treatment was given till 25-4-2022 afternoon. The managements finance department played with our time and patience as usual due to insurance process even after they are aware of the process bottlenecks. The insurance wasn't approved and I had to pay money which However would get refunded once they get approval. This was also ok. But unfortunately since it was not approved even after office hours, we had to stay there waiting for approval based on assurance by the staff's deceiving statements. However, time passed by and it was late night. It was around 11pm the staff told me to pay the balance and immediately get out of the hospital all of sudden. Even after having assured approvals, we paid the balance. I had a similar experience with my mom's treatment earlier and Patient Relationship Executive that time was friendly and courteous enough and let us stay overnight and vacate the room in the morning. It was wrong on hospital staff for mismanaging the patient and to my surprise, telling us to get out of the room at 11:15pm in the night. After a heated discussion with staff, we were offered Sharing room even after we were eligible for single room. This created more disappointment and irritation for disowning a patient just like that. And with frustrated experience I paid the balance amount and took back my dad late-night. A patient with 65 years, acute COPD and admitted with cardiac related emergencies who is resting must not be treated like this. Moreover I was tired and stressed out for more than 3 days due to his hospitalization and staff at the night woke me up out of stressful sleep and made all of this bitter experience. All thanks to Star Hospital for showing commercial interests at a patient or his family after 13 yrs of loyalty and trust. Last but not the least discharge summary was presented with errors, not providing x ray films, and originals reports kept with hospital and gave me back xerox copies which are not eligible for insurance claims. Such a horrific experience

The nurse, staff and doctors Are exceptionally good. Dr. Chaitanya explained the whole procedure in very detail and addressed all my queries, the nurses are very kind and helping. They never let my dad feel lonely or left out. They even used to feed him with their own hands. The food is very good and approved by the dietician - even for the attendents they get whatever ordered at an extremely cheap rate. They are always available to serve us better and improve, best part everyone working looks like they love to work here rather than looking forced or pressurized like other hospitals They are very kind and genuinely caring. Kudos to the founding and management team go have built such a beautifully caring and exceptional treatment hospital. Minor things they can work on that I shared and they ensured to take action on it. My dad is healthy, happy and impressed with their care towards him. This is worst hospital ever in Hyderabad. For emergency do not ever go this hospital. We visited this hospital on 9th jan when my mother had slipped on tile and sprained her leg. We consulted Dr. Vijayasree in emergency and they sent us for a xray in first floor. Again we were asked to go to emergency for understanding the results, there was a sudden case in emergency and all the staff rushed to attend that. Meanwhile we were asked to wait in a different ward, it was a covid ward, no one informed us that! . My mother was in pain and couldn't stand, we waited there for half and hour, above that my mother was a covid recovered patient. When I asked a doctor in emergency to give us back the xray film so that we will go out and consult somewherw else they reply was shocking! They instead were asking us to wait in the same ward if we want treatment, I had to put up a fight to get the xray back from them, finally we had to leave the place without impression of the test. Doctors here do not have basic common sense on how to behave with patients

I visited this hospital to see a relative. Security Guards : These fellows are complete unprofessional. They have no decency in talking to customers and patients. Parking : There is not enough parking and they are using an open land opposite the hospital for parking. There are no sign boards or anything Reception : The reception seems like a small hotel reception in tier 2 city compared to a major hospital in a metropolitan city Cafeteria : cafeteria is so disgusting. They just threw some thing at some end and again it was an afterthought Cubicle rooms : The ceiling on the fifth floor is so low. So congested and packed together Overall experience is this does not look or feel like a major hospital in a major metropolitan city.

Very long wait times for walk-ins. They take the money to book an appointment and keeps you waiting for hours. Doctor rushes their treatment/consultation inorder to cover all the patients' load. They allow the next patient inside the consultation room which is supposed to be a doctor-to-patient private conversation. No respect for the valuable time of the patients and their privacy.

I Ashish Biyani. My son Lakshya Biyahi on Dt. 5th of November 2015 was detected for brain tumor and various complications. The hospital named Star Multispeciality Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad which was started only 8 days before with lot of work to be completed and Dr P Sai Sudarshan who was told as adult neurosurgeon will be operating my son. I was very happy and hopeful, that since he is having a very great experience, for my son will be perfectly all right. But since he applied all the techniques for adults during the operation of my child who was at that only 6 month old, it didn't get any fruitful results and moreover all the things turned out to be worse than what was expected and my innocent child suffered a lot. Due to wrong medical procedure performed by Dr P Sai Sudarshan who performed the operation of brain tumor debugging by taking huge amount which was not affordable to common middle class man. He only opened the brain and put reservoir of adults and the said fact came to be known when the child was shifted to Bombay hospital to pediatric neuro surgen. The mistake which was committed by said Doctor who was having expertise in adult neuro surgery, compensated by me after performing three more major surgeries. My young child suffered the rigorous pain during these years from that surgery and I lost on him 7th February 2022. It is my humble request to everybody to check the credentials of doctor who is performing the operation of kids and infants. He should be be at least pediatric Nero surgen.

Doctors here are Super Saviors! My dad got treated here and treatment was at its best! They guided us clearly about the scenario and proceeded further. The humane touch they provide is really missing at other place. I am giving a 4 star as the rooms were not clean when we arrived and the sanitation department response was poor.

This one star is for security guard who is in ICU ward, he don't have basic manners how to talk with visitors .. He is talking with high pitch and screaming and lost his senses.. i understand visitors are not allowed after 12 but there is a way to tell that.. I asked him weather I can go inside, he can politely respond with YES or NO but he chose to shout at me .. I request to management to take an action on him or higher people who is patient enough to talk with visitors politely and make them understand about timings instead shouting ..

Dr. Neelam V. Ramana Reddy sir(grand son of Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy garu - Youngest Indian president of India) though very busy with his day to day schedule, takes a very good care of each patient. He does surgery all by himself and there r many success stories of his achievements. He makes it a point to visit all his patients daily to check the condition after the surgery until they r discharged. We r so glad that we took the decision of going to Star Hospitals for bilateral knee replacement for my dad. Along with sir, we had Jyothi garu who helped us with right decisions at right times during the surgery. Well organised place , Dr.J.Venkateswarlu is excellent. I have done HSG test here. there is no pain during the test. Staff is good, Mask is provided at the entrance of hospital. There are multiple departments available here. Medical test package are available.

Admitted in B Block, Worst room maintenance, asked couple of times to clean the room, but they didn't. Says maintenance team is not avilable. They shows couple of other rooms, but that rooms also in same condition. If this is the condition for single room, you can imagine how the hygiene in shared rooms and general wards. Except rooms, treatment is very good & highly trained medical staff.

This is hospital very worst. Actually we went for leg pain in the emergency but they did all blood test and asked to pay money we paid for that . After that again they told one more xray .we are paid the amount then again they told one more xray.. After sometime they told COVID + need to pay 3 laksh for treatment so we went for one treatment they are saying another reason and asking to pay money .we told we will go out first give the xray they are not giving and not allowing my mother to go out.my father fighted and we came out then also again and again asking which hospital you will admit now but we didn't inform and after that we went to another hospital for the COVID test my mother got negative .so in the emergency unnecessarily those doctors are lieing and telling patients to pay 3 laks and stupid reason.don't belive in this emergency people . please while you saying don't tell them which hospital you will take the patients

I have been hear for the HSGt which was suggested by my gynaec. I was extremely scared as I had gone through some videos online and d way women were crying post the test. But i gotta different experience from Dr venkatesh. He is such a lovely person I can't tell. Extremely friendly and very cooperative as he treated me like his own daughter. Admitted on 27th feb 2022 on emergency gastric problem at mid night 2 am around... For 3 hours they charged 6k bill and hospitality is really worst and not suggested hospital.

The emergency ward staff and billing counter staff are just eagerly waiting the patient to step in so that they can easily slaughter a (sheep- patient) from various angles, it has been a very good experience regarding the hospital staff by making a patient to fall in their trap and start cutting his pieces slowly by asking to pay the amount for various reasons and Unnecessary tests & HIV test etc..which is not related to the surgery of removing a small kidney stone (calcification form) and also asked to pay consultation fee of Various doctors at the billing counter to provide a clearance certificate from them (doctors without consulting patient) also the billing counter section asked to deposit Rs 75000/- as deposit amount for a 10 minutes surgery (To remove a small calcification from a kidney they are trying to make around 01 lac bill) for admitting patient in a General ward for a single day- So be aware of the emergency hospital staff and billing counter staff before stepping in ....because a middle class person can't afford the burden on his/her shoulders Regards, MSA.

On 23rd of this month I have admitted my wife in star hospital. She suffered mild cardiac attack and was initially admitted in one big reputed hospital at LB nagar. However she got discharged and was shifted to star hospital. The Doctors ans staff are very quick in response. The team of Dr G. Ramesh Chief Cardiologist are very cardiac and patient in explaining problem to Us. We are totally relieved from the psychological pressure. Nursing staff deserve praise for their patience.

Firstly I would like to thank 👏👏Marketing officer Naresh sir and his team for providing their guidance and support starting from Admission to Discharge. Here in the Star Hospital each and every employee from top level Doctor to Room service men every one is too dedicative and takes the individual responsibility and give their best for qualitative treatment. As compared to other Corporate hospital it was well structured for its functionality starting from O.P to Discharge. I have visited this hospital for my mother's treatment with Pulmonologist Dr. Rakesh K where he was so responsible with the immediate effect and examined my mother in ER and diagnosed her and later the staff helped us for Admission. They have provided us the Sharing room where the Ambience and infrastructure was like star hotel where they maintain proper sanity and hospitality which makes us to feel positive. Staff were so attentive round the clock and monitored my mother all the time in regular time intervals and even they assisted in all the Aspects. When comes to the food they provide high quality strictly resticted Diet food to the patients as per their medical records. This is the best ever hospital I have experienced so far in all aspects and I strongly recommend this hospital for any kind of medical issues.

Based on my recent experience: Pros: 1. Good quality treatment. 2. Availability of equipments in well maintained condition. 3. Polite and knowledgeable doctors who know how to talk to patients. Cons: 1. Too expensive for anything. 2. They will almost always add or try adding additional treatments/tests to increase the bills. 3.: Never on time and will always make you wait without any choice.

Staff make me wait for 2 hours and there was no proper facility for patients Not fan nor a/c it was hot there, and after waiting for hours doctor talk to me only 1 min. That's good Fees was 1000 rupe Its too much

Dr.Gopichand Mannam was the best doctor for bypass surgery. Ms.Sujatha was very friendly,helpful and supportive in handling all doctors appointments. Entire staff is friendly and provided great services. Please go for it.

The day My brother in law Mr dinesh tondare got covid positive .i was in delima where to shift the patient being a doctor I was aware what he'll be requiring In future My friend suggested Dr chandana reddy mam name and star hospital name. Without wasting time we rushed him to star he was on oxygen support while shifting. Once he got admitted in star I was relived that every thing will be fine now.but as they say life is a roller coaster ride .suddenly after 3 days his saturation dropped and his body required hfo2 that is high frequency oxygen I was so terrified chandana mam told lets start plasma therapy .I was numb. Coz being non resident of Hyderabad I knew it's not easy for me to arrange for plasma .but as they say God sends his angels. My mother underwent cardiac CABG surgery in star hospitals. The overall experience is very good, doctors are friendly and supportive. They treat patients very well. She was treated for 80 percent blockage in LMCA along with blockages in right coronary artery and other 3 valves ( total 5 valves, 2 severe and 3 minor blockages). DR. Gopichand Mannam gave moral support to my mother and he will help patients relax before surgery. ( we were threatened of paralysis during surgery in a previous hospital). We will get packages for everything to help us financially.

It was an amazing experience for me to have been to Star Hospitals in this time of the Pandemic for a concern about my cardiac health. I had been postponing to visit a Dr. or a hospital, worried about the chances of getting infected. But, as my problem persisted through July and early August, I decided to take the chance and have a consultation. With my brother Sanjay Jesrani’s advise we decide to go to Dr. Ramesh Gudapati at Star Hospital, Banjara Hills to have the check up and consultation on my condition. This was such an unimaginable and friendly aura at the Hospital from getting the appointment through Ms. Sailaja, at the Drs. desk to reaching there, parking, entering through the simple by effective Covid check procedures, the hospitable staff and security along the passages and stairs / lift to assist and guide you before reaching the Drs. waiting area before meeting the Dr. at the appointed time. Dr. Ramesh Gudapati is quite an experienced Dr. and it was such a pleasure to get his crisp, polite and to the point hearing of my problem and the way he guided me and explained the prognosis made most of my problem vanish. The procedural tests as prescribed were done, and another feather in the cap of Star Hospitals and their team was to see the care and courtesy of everyone around for all the patients. The professional handling of the extraordinary situation in a medical facility was just amazing and a real heart warmer to realize. After all the necessary tests were completed, I was asked to get an Angiogram done to confirm the further procedure to be adapted. The entire process was so well managed, from having my Covid tests done to getting admitted for the Angiogram with a very helpful and comforting patient coordinator Ms. Samina guiding us through the entire process efficiently. The steps of going through the preparation for the Angiogram at the ICU, the calming support shown by all of them and the Lab technicians made the whole thing look like a routine test process instead of the critical procedure that an Angiogram is. I would like to share my gratitude for Dr. Ramesh Gudapati, Ms. Sailaja, Ms. Samina, the entire team of the ICU, the Drs. who were instrumental in doing the Angiogram and those who took care of me post the procedure, the nurses and staff at the hospital who are the real ambassadors for the Hospital I appreciate the leadership of Star Hospitals for the vision and the care imparted in building a team like this with a sincere patient friendly atmosphere. Worst hospital.Ni coordination..in my town inhave noticed like write the patience named in paper..there is no process in place. If u have full of time and u want to spend minimum two days for appointment and checkup..u can come to hospital. For check up also,recomdation . If u know CM KCr or higer officials only eligible to come. If u r friend of doctor or u have any relatives they will check. It's not suggestsble for cammon patients Another worst thing..if your new patient..they will give appointment but if u come for followup..your gone ..u have to wait Follow up patients has to wait for minm two days.. Staff also don't no what doctor written. My case ,staff asked me to sit then after 1 hr said tests are required..it was written in the case sheet but they don't no after doctor check the sheet then asked me to go for tests

Great place. The entire system is very comfortable to the patient. The staff are very careful and Compassionate. Doctors are very Professional and competent. Great going. Keep up the good work. Especially the ICU staff and doctors were excellent in the patient care and compassion.

Dr Nishant Reddy has been my physician from last 5 yrs at Star hospital.He is patient in listening and gives sufficient time.After consulting him,I always return with an elated mood and he always responds to text or call when needed.I strongly recommend the doctor. Money hungry. They made doctor consultation mandatory for a COVID test. Even if we get negative in the reports. I would understand if I tested positive and they make doctor consultation mandatory after that. But no, these people want everyone to shell out another 700 rs for consultation despite the results and this has to be paid prior to the tests. I needed a COVID test for international flight travel, but they insist on doctor consultation which is another 700 rs. they do not care if it’s positive or negative. This is just an another revenue model for them.

There's not one sanitizer stand for general use. Too many patients, less space in the building and inadequate staff. Waited 45 minutes only to get the test report. There's no rationale behind who sees the doctor first. It is left to the discretion of the staff. Went in at 10:45am and saw the cardiologist at 1:30pm. Patients who came after us met the doctor first. That's highly unacceptable. The fact that you have good doctors does not compensate for bad services and facilities.

My Mom is admitted in the hospital A Block and its been twice that she had to wait for more then 2 hours after completing dialysis because there are no helper or staff to shift her into the ward due which she started vomiting n missed out having breakfast. Seriously they should understand how critical it is. I'm very disappointed with the over all service.

Very rude behaviour in the Emergency room, felt like all they needed was money. When the patient was explaining the symptoms, Preethi shouted there is no nerve in forehead, I wonder where did the 2 nerves that end on either side of forehead go. This is not about being right or wrong though, it's about having some respect towards the patients.She definitely lacks emotional intelligence and is in dire need of a psychiatrist, please help her out.

We visited for Vaccination on 12th June Saturday. Our slot was at 4-4:30 pm. Got token instantly, were called at around 5.15pm, got vaccinated at 6:05 pm and came out at 6:20pm. Before entering inside there is a token system. One can get the token easily and wait for their turn anywhere inside or outside the building in-order to maintain social distancing. Areas of improvement - Surprised to see billing counter is still an issue even-though there was feedback given earlier by other reviews. Billing counter is in a small room with 6 desks, 3 for verification and 3 for billing. The person who controls the queue was sending 10 people in that small room at a time. It was difficult to maintain 2 feet of social distancing in that room. Suggestion to the staff who is responsible to leave people in that verification and billing room - Please send only three people at a time in that room. Once they are out of the room after verification and billing you can send next batch of three. Believe me this wont reduce the number of shots being administered as people were anyways waiting upstairs for their turn to come for vaccination. This will also protect your staff who are sitting in that room for hours along with people who have come for vaccination.

Hospital refused to provide second dose of Covid vaccine, despite booking slot through cowin portal. " We only to provide second dose if first dose was also obtained from same hospital ", though no such "rule" exists. They didn't give out the basis for this absurd policy, just a blanket "sorry". This just adds to confusion and wastes time and efforts. Wish there was a way to report such irresponsible and meaningless actions by hospitals.

A rare one this… very good people and the service is outstanding. All the doctors and other staff are very patient and take great care in making sure we understand the treatment . Highly recommend.

Highly qualified doctors and most dedicated staff I have ever seen anywhere. As per me I underwent CABG in 2015 and till date I am more than happy. Every time I visit Star Hospitals, Banjara Hills for a review, I am treated with utmost care right from the Consultant Doctors to Class-IV Staff. I express my gratitude to all of them and wish them all success in their future endeavours.

Doctors did pretty well. Only issue with washroom cleaning. Not all the staff are working as expected. Physio can be still enhanced. Thanks Star for all the support.

Dr Lakshmikanth gastroentrologist is very experienced and good hearted doctor. He diagnoised the disease properly and surgery went very well. Ambeince & hospitality is good. Few more trainings required to lower level staff on handling patients.

The staff was uncoordinated and the waiting time was abysmal. Extremely poor patient care and satisfaction and the doctors did not stick to the appointment times. Extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on patients as I was less willing to trust an unprofessional doctor.

No empathy towards the patients. Just money minded and selfish. Had the worst experience. My grand mother was in a critical condition in the emergency and they wouldn’t attend unless we show the receipt of the bill. What times are we living in where money is more important than the patients health? Disgusting.

The quality of service provided at star hospitals was best in class. The doctors were so cooperative with the patient. They handled the patient query very well. The nursing staff and house keeping staff was also very supportive.

Government Hospital nurses are far better than this hospitals Radiology department women nurses, they are rude, no empathy towards patients, and also don't understand why there are men nurses or technicians in womens radiology lab along with so many women nurses. Our family, friends and people i know will never go again to this hospital, there are so many good private hospitals out there who provide better care for the money we pay than this cheap service.

Rajesh provided excellent service taking me to the doctor and for X-rays. He is a big help to the patient especially someone who cannot walk. I am very grateful to him for his help whenever I come to Star.

It’s neat and clean. Hospitality is very good and the staff is also very nice. Dr. Suman vyas has treated me. He is a pediatric cardiologist. And advised very well. Explained very well. Felt happy that I was in safe hands. Staff, billings, cleanliness was very good. Food in canteen is very good and reasonable rates.

Genuinely, don't get fooled by the reviews posted. It's been thrice I have to bring my parent to the hospital and they never adhere to the time lines. What ever time slot you book, they make you wait for another 2-3 hours. With elderly people, when asked at the reception, why are not following the time lines, they always push it back n the consultant stating, he has come late from checking other patients in the ward. Because it is the doctor who treated for the first time, we would not be able to change the consultant. Like a bond labour.

I visited Dr Naveen Krishna and he is an excellent doctor. The staff is very helpful too specially Mrs Harika. She is exceptionally good at her work and was very compassionate. She understood my problem as I had to pick my children. Cheers to Mrs Harika.

Recently got done bypass surgery to my mother in law. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff Srikanth was excellent and Dr.Gopichand sir were excellent in all ways. My husband was admitted in Star B block for Covid. Dr Srinivas kishore and Dr Anuradha were extremely helpful and guided us promptly every step of the way. We were in very capable hands. The hospital staff were cordial and helpful all along . Ms Sudeshna and Ms Sameena were always available to clear any queries for us. We were always informed of every small progress. All in all a hospital where the patient's wellbeing is priority . Kudos to Star for being the light in such troubled times .

Block B Emergency doctors are very bad, they don't know how to talk to client. I came here on 5/11/2019 to visit my sister and one lady doctor told me rudely.. Go out. I know they don't allow visitors but there is a way to communicate.

My father was admitted to this hospital and I think he was treated well. However this place barely has any parking space. The cellar parking barely fits 15 cars and is always inundated with sewage water. Like most hospitals they fleece customers with insurance, forcing them to stay on Sundays even if not necessary

He and his team comprising of Dr. Vijayalakshmi, Dr.Jayavardhan, Young Physiotherapists, Secretary Ms Jyothi are exemplary in dealing with patients. Ms Karuna, PRE of 2nd Floor is very courteous. I have referred around 6 persons suffering from Knee pain to Dr. Reddy,who had their knee replacement perfect byDr. Reddy. I also had my hip replacement well. .wssatisatisfactorily.

Dr. Murthy is very expertise and explains regarding problem very clearly with lots of patience. Note: In order to get consulted with such good doctor you may have to wait in lobby for 2 hours which is sad part. Stating that visit to hospital if you have patience to wait in lobby. ..

Doctors and paramedics are good. This 1 star is just for the security services, the security services are the worst. They do not understand the situation of the patients and the attendees and behave like they own the hospital. I myself am a Medical professional, I know the protocols and rules too. But this cheap behavior is not accepted. Security staffs should be taught a little bit of humbleness and sense. They are expected to behave accordingly.

We waiting in that counter 2 hours.its too late.No one helped us. Pathetic. Asked for a breakup of costs that will be incurred but the staff dint agree. We said we would pay 50% advance as upfront rest basis whenever the procedure is done. But they want everything upfront before they even take your admission. Reluctant to show the break up of costs. Feels very commercial/profit based hospital. They bill you first for service which you have not availed as well when asked they say protocol sir. Else surgical clearance won't be given. Only reason we go there is for consultant doctor. Else the experience was too bad. Would not recommend star. Corporate butchers. Lost faith would consider my surgery at a different hospital which has empathy and bills only for things that are required and is more transparent. God give good health to all. Ameen.

Thanks for the excellent care in the Urology Department by Dr Gutta Srinivas. I had a bad experience with KIMS Kondapur with bad diagnosis and absolute chaos in treatment. But after i visited Dr. Gutta Srinivas at STAR Hospital and just two days of medicine i felt better. I am grateful to Dr Srinivas for right diagnosis and treatment.

Worst experience. Before coming to hospital, confirmed over phone about pulmonologist doctor availability and got free time at 10:00 clock. But till 01:00 clock doctor not available and killing time of patients. Staff at pulmonology section Down line staff also don't behave with manners. Too much rash answers once enquiry why delay with volger words.

Spent a whole week at the hospital. Although I wasn't might impressed with the infrastructure, which is truly in need of an update and overhaul in certain cases, they won my appreciation over through the humanising elements and service interactions. The doctors were very approachable, knowledgeable and affable. The nurses, sisters and aids in the room ward were very receptive and engaged without hesitation. We had elaborate post discharge inductions for care spelled out to us. The practices and management style borrows from the modern best, albeit infrastructure and systems in place can truly benefit from an upgrade. Should they marry this with what the existing elements of greatness, they will create a truly remarkable experience. Hope my feedback is taken with constructive spirit in which it is written! If there was a option for zero stars I wouldn't have pressed one star. Dr jyothsna is one of the rudest doctor I have met in my life. She don't have basic manners of speaking to patient and there aattenders.First she will tell you nothing is serious until we are done with the procedures and ofcourse the payment. But if something goes wrong she will blame you for it or tell you it's in the hands of God. Regretting going to her. Trust me she is one of the worst doctor. Never go to her for you or your loved ones. She is just gonna worsen the case. Pathetic service star hospitals. No class team of doctors .

Got my father treated here. He underwent open heart surgery just a month back and I should say that it was done really well. The hospital is crowded due to its popularity, but otherwise doctors are highly qualified. I would thank 3 doctors for giving me the right guidance to me right from the beginning. That actually made it easy to take a decision whether I have to go for the duet or not. 1. Dr Ramachandra Raju garu who did angio to my dad and clearly explained me where the issue is. 2. Dr Sai Kiran garu.. it’s because of him I choose this hospital and he provided the eighth guidance right from the beginning. 3. Dr Ramanaraju garu - he provided the right post care guidance. He makes the patient so comfortable.. More importantly, I would like to thank the coordinator, Kalyani garu. Usually doctors get all the credit. But it’s the front end team which makes things run smoothly. I felt that she deals all patients effectively and patiently and has always helped us get the right help, be it regarding appointments or tests etc Overall, happy with the hospital and would strongly recommend that you talk to the experienced doctors

Dr. Ramakrishna Prasad sir is really a fantastic and best surgical oncologist doctor with lots of patience. His way of counseling is very much appreciated. I got treated for multi goiter nodule surgery and recovered within no time and with no complications post surgery. Dr. Bharat sir is also a good oncologist. Really Iam very grateful and thankful to them. Through out the operation period we stayed in the cubicle ward . The PRE. The Doctor,venkata RamanaReddy sir is very very efficient in TKR surgery and we are fully happy . Nurse venkata laxmi ,she always smiles and did good service. Physiotherapy is also upto the mark. I was concerned about the understaffing during the general health screening. While the doctor consulted with me, I felt their assessment was incomplete. They relied heavily on reports without asking about medical history or general health questionnaire unless I prompted them or asked specific questions showing the health history. It felt like I could have simply submitted my reports and received prescription without even being there physically. However, I want to commend the hospital staff (Rohit Singh in specific) for their proactive response to my feedback. They personally contacted me and helped me reconnect with the doctor to address my concerns. This demonstrates a genuine commitment to patient care, which is often lacking. While the initial experience was concerning, the hospital's responsiveness has significantly improved my perception of their service. I believe their dedication to patient well-being is commendable, and I would recommend visiting based on their responsible approach to patient health.

My dad had a bypass and I find that some staff had exceptionally wonderful attitude and made it easy for us with their communication. Note worthy is my interaction with executive staff Mr. Shankar and Doctor assistant Ms. Sujatha. Some days were very frustrating due to lack of proper communication and coordination between the various departments and they made us run around like crazy making me wonder if they valued life and time.if the hospital management could work on this it would be great That was the reason for a 4 star review. The staff were very corteous and the doctors treated my mother extremely well during her course of stay between 6th January to 13th January. I went to this hospital to meet dr. Gopichand/jagadessh babu for my father’s cardiac issue. They treated very well. Treatment was cool. Some of the hospitals at out side they said like critical. But here doctors was so friendly and fairly they explained everything. And they assigned one PPC Executive. his name is Yashwanth, he was very polite and patience too.
