I
have
been
regularly
visiting
to
star
hospital
from
past
13
years.
I
have
had
a
good
experience
and
had
lot
of
faith
in
the
hospital
doctors
and
the
treatment
given
there.
But
unfortunately
on
25-4-2022,
I
had
to
change
my
opinion.
People
became
Money
minded
from
last
year
and
it
is
proved
with
a
bitter
experience
with
me.
My
father
had
to
experience
palpitations
during
a
routine
check
up
and
had
been
admitted
at
the
hospital
on
22-4-2022.
A
compassionate
treatment
was
given
till
25-4-2022
afternoon.
The
managements
finance
department
played
with
our
time
and
patience
as
usual
due
to
insurance
process
even
after
they
are
aware
of
the
process
bottlenecks.
The
insurance
wasn't
approved
and
I
had
to
pay
money
which
However
would
get
refunded
once
they
get
approval.
This
was
also
ok.
But
unfortunately
since
it
was
not
approved
even
after
office
hours,
we
had
to
stay
there
waiting
for
approval
based
on
assurance
by
the
staff's
deceiving
statements.
However,
time
passed
by
and
it
was
late
night.
It
was
around
11pm
the
staff
told
me
to
pay
the
balance
and
immediately
get
out
of
the
hospital
all
of
sudden.
Even
after
having
assured
approvals,
we
paid
the
balance.
I
had
a
similar
experience
with
my
mom's
treatment
earlier
and
Patient
Relationship
Executive
that
time
was
friendly
and
courteous
enough
and
let
us
stay
overnight
and
vacate
the
room
in
the
morning.
It
was
wrong
on
hospital
staff
for
mismanaging
the
patient
and
to
my
surprise,
telling
us
to
get
out
of
the
room
at
11:15pm
in
the
night.
After
a
heated
discussion
with
staff,
we
were
offered
Sharing
room
even
after
we
were
eligible
for
single
room.
This
created
more
disappointment
and
irritation
for
disowning
a
patient
just
like
that.
And
with
frustrated
experience
I
paid
the
balance
amount
and
took
back
my
dad
late-night.
A
patient
with
65
years,
acute
COPD
and
admitted
with
cardiac
related
emergencies
who
is
resting
must
not
be
treated
like
this.
Moreover
I
was
tired
and
stressed
out
for
more
than
3
days
due
to
his
hospitalization
and
staff
at
the
night
woke
me
up
out
of
stressful
sleep
and
made
all
of
this
bitter
experience.
All
thanks
to
Star
Hospital
for
showing
commercial
interests
at
a
patient
or
his
family
after
13
yrs
of
loyalty
and
trust.
Last
but
not
the
least
discharge
summary
was
presented
with
errors,
not
providing
x
ray
films,
and
originals
reports
kept
with
hospital
and
gave
me
back
xerox
copies
which
are
not
eligible
for
insurance
claims.
Such
a
horrific
experience
