We Went Mid Night.. the guy(nurse) In Emergency Ward Was So Careless and And Not Even Washing His Hands When Doctor Asks Him To... Until The Doctor Asked Him Seriously.. Also Dropped Some Blood On Floor While Taking Blood For Some Tests... Didn't Even Cleaned It And Busy In Watching Reels..

Bogus hospital full of bogus staff, who just want to earn as much money as possible. We went at night time due to an emergency and the emergency doctor while rubbing his eyes started speaking that the guy has acute kidney stones and has to be admitted. Before admission they refrained from any support and just after admission they gave some injection to ease out the pain. Then they kept delaying test for 1 day stating 'doctor is on leave'. Only after we made a scene there the following day, asking them to shut down if doctor is on leave, they got someone and finally discharged my friend. They're just after your or insurance money. Only go here if you have no other option left in world.

If there is an option of Minus rating I will go with that, they are looting people, I went for General physician and they suggested me two test CBP, I am attaching the report with this, my platelets count was 75 lakhs :D and doctor was forcing me to admit! I would suggest don't waste your time and money in this waste!

Providing OP for out doctors. Service is not good when calling to hospital there is no person for responce and saying that patient from will not get proper medication. Not having proper coordination with app to hospital suggest not to go with any 3rd party apps to hospital totally fake. They are playing with patients life. Recently visited upon the doctor's suggestion for a surgery. The surgery process, taking care of the patients was good. But when they know that you come through insurance then the actual game starts. The billing person will play around with you. Even though we have the claim process done quicker they might even go to the washroom for hours. So be prepared.

Staff and front desk is polite and friendly. But major thing is the Doctor Abhilash Nala , his behavior is very rude and he makes YouTube videos . On screen he seems very polite and friendly but in reality , his behaviour is entirely different. He is very arrogant and making fun of patients . Very disrespectful person. I don’t recommend him. Worst hospital... Please don't ever come here for your consultation. First they will assign a prescribed physician but some on else will come and do the checkup and give medicines. They will waste time if you say you have insurance so that you have to pay from your own pockets. Diagnosis for dengue not done correctly, whatever the medication was provided by dual doctor( on paper someone else and in real checkup by someone else) is not worthy. Patient didn't respond to their prescription. I had the WORST experience here. I wonder why they have 4 rating also, they must have bought the ratings from the patients money.

If I had an option to give zero star,i would have given it.today morning I took my friend to this hospital. It was strange that nun of them checked my friend's temprature or blood pressure but they asked me to admit him immediately. I was shocked to see that on what basis they are asking me to do so...I never knew that now doctors can tell the serious condition of any person without even taking any test...🤷...they simply thought that I am a small kid and they can fool me easily. When I asked them how can you say that my friend is having temperature, these people had no answer. Simply fooling people to make money...

Staff in emergency section needs to be trained. Doctor who is there in night shift is removing her frustration on patients. She wants patients to sign high risk form without having any doubt and gets aggressive if patient asks her any question. Nurse in emergency section instead of giving tt injection took blood in injection by mistake. This is the kind of work they are doing . I have written email to their ceo, hope he takes some action. Atleast i am educated and can raise my voice, God knows what these two ladies are doing to uneducated poor people who cannot even complain.

This Hospital accommodated my immediate need of infusion through Dr. V N Mathur. I was referred to this hospital by him. Mr. Ramana is the person at the hospital who is very accommodating and helpful. He helped me with the documents after discharge too. The ICU on the second floor has a good doctor and nurses who are very caring. The ER room female doctor is also good. Overall I had a good experience.

We went here for a vascular vein surgery for my father. Would have given 5 star if there were no unnecessary delays. Overall a good hospital with good staff, especially Ms. Geetha Devi was excellent with her service whenever necessary. Dr. Deepak Kumar was friendly and well explained the post care of surgery. Only thing that can be improved at the hospital is to avoid unnecessary delays. My father had to wait for almost 4 hrs in Operation Theater gown. We are not sure where the misunderstanding was, but the surgery time given to us was 2:40 pm and it actually started after 7 pm.

Hyderabad is new place to me and we came for some other purpose to Gachibowli with family. During my visit my daughter got fever and approached Himagiri hospital. The lady Doctor at emergency has diagnosed properly and advised for blood test and found typhoid fever, also asked us to get admitted due to severity. Duty Doctors, General Physician visiting Doctors are very good and gives worthy advise suitably taking care of our health. They really worry about our health and help for speedy recovery. Though we are from other state, we felt living like home town. Duty nurses, attenders are polite have patiant while handling at the same time strict and timely attending as per Doctor prescription, but improvement needed in ensuring timely medicines. Hospital is clean, tidy, rooms are good but rest rooms, toilets taps are to be maintained properly, . Suggested for room fresheners like odonil to avoid bad odour. Bound to shift rooms newly constructed to manage the situation. Admin guides properly. Billing section also done well. Overall good experience.

All doctors are good but the hospital management all are fakes they treat you like a money making machine. I don’t know what type of charges they applied in the bills but i go only for my brother dengu treatment they will charge around 60k and they also give him a diabetics. It has been a tough time while me and family got covid positive with my dad aged 64yrs and diabetic testing positive...However during testing time most important was to keep positive and for that would recommend the Doctor treating us Dr.Sarvani she was so damn positive doctor that made us confident as well as safe....and that proved true when we moved out of hospital fit and fine.....highly recomend hospital because of there admin team doctors and friendly nature of support staff

I had visited Himagiri Hospital to get a medical fitness certificate. The first day, I was told to check in casualty, no one was available. Next day, they told me the evening doctors do not have seal. Was asked to come the next day. This kind of service is not expected from a private hospital, would not recommend anyone

Happy to have choosen Dr Swati Reddy for my wife's first pregnency. Lees than 30 min waiting time is what amazed me. Spent ample of time for every check up. She Prefers and prepared us for normal delivery as much as possible. Supporting staff and nurses are too good. Whole night they took care of my baby very well. Most importantly gave me the sweetest news of "BABY GIRL". That was the sweetest thing i have ever heard. Thank you Himagiri for the hospitality. Charges are very reasonable.

This review is coming from a doctor. During the second wave of COVID, I had to admit my patient to this hospital. Should never have done that. The patient needed ICU admission and their ICU setup is the worst. We were promised a ventilator if needed but they made the patient bad and said cant do anything. Instead of a Pulmonologist to look after COVID pts Dr Sravani Karumuru, she's a GP and not even Internal Medicine was the consultant for all the COVID cases. Dr. Sravani who's the consultant tells us his ABG is fine. SHE DID NOT ORDER FOR AN ABG BUT STILL SAID IT BECAUSE WE ASKED SO. Pt admitted due to respiratory distress in ICU being looked after by Dr Radhika. Not even a single ABG was taken neither on admission nor when the pt was getting bad, but later when we forced them to. They gave us VBG 3 times that to handed over by Dr. Radhika. When we calculated the PF Ratio we realised its a VBG. We went back to her then she said oh sorry. WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU? SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER LOOKING INTO IT. When we asked doubts they said "take your pt elsewhere". Its an ICU but the critical care consultant stays only from 9-5 and expect the pts to be stable until they arrive the next morning. They leave the ICU in the hands of students doing MLT or something. They didn't have Inj Remdesivir so I had to travel 230kms to and fro to get Remdesivir. They gave my pts dose to another pt. When we asked they said "dont worry we will get you one." Could have done that earlier too. As a doctor I know that my pt could have been saved had they given him the proper treatment. Taking my pt here has costed him his life and now his children are orphan. My pt was collapsing and they knew if my pt dies here we were burst over them. First they said they don't have ventilators. We fought with them for one hour. They then intubated the pt. After an hour they say they don't have enough oxygen so take him elsewhere. We had to arrange a bed in Virinchi Hsopital and had to shift him when his spo2 was 13% the whole time. He fought for a few days but later died. I pray that no innocent life dies at the hands of such doctors who don't have even the slightest empathy for their pts.

My father had ACL reconstruction surgery with Dr Madhu sudhan sir and team. The service was extraordinary. Surgeon answered all my questions related to the surgery and made sure I felt comfortable before going for surgery. Service post surgery is great as well. Team took great care of me and I felt comfortable during every procedure. Facilities were clean and management made sure they followed Covid-19 protocols without fail. Thank Dr Madhu sudhan sir and team for great service.

On 6th day doctor came and said they would send his blood sample to another lab for the test. I was like they don't even have faith in their own labs. I hurriedly wanted to shift him to another hospital and asked for discharge. They asked if we were using insurance, and later made us wait for 3 hours. They wouldn't let us go until the insurance got approved. They kept us hostage and it was past lunch time and the patient needed to eat and take his meds. But they still didn't let us go. I humbly request whoever is reading this...not to come to this hospital ever. Please think about your loved ones or whoever is a patient and don't ever bring them to this hospital. They don't care about patient's health,they Just want money, that's all.

Came to doctor Arun Reddy (orthopedic) for my ACL tear. He didn't rush things, but at the same after all the checkups, recommend for surgery. Surger went perfect, and I just started my physio therapy. I would highly recommend DR ARUN REDDY for any bone related injuries.

I have undergone FESS at this hospital. The staff and the service is superb. They all are highly co operative and humble. Specially my DR Naseeruddin, he explained me briefly about the surgery and made me comfortable. I'm glad that I have opted this hospital for my surgery.

The hospital staff is good ,the whole hospital is being sanitised in time to time ,Doctors are also experienced and overall 4start rated hospital but only taking longer times for billing process .

One of the best hospital in Hyderabad. Do not doubt it , it’s outstanding service, staff superb, even the security people are so good and polite. Only in this hospital patients are treated like humans they give much value to there patients. These people are not money minded they are so good people. Good hygiene and staff. Only thing is Post surgery care instructions are not upto the mark. There will be no Surgeon visit to the patient after surgery. It'll be good if the same surgeon who did surgery visit patient dependents after the surgery to explain the patient condition and things that need to take care after surgery. Geeta Devi responded very nicely and took care of us in our stay in the hospital.

Do NOT go to this hospital if you care for your life. The doctor in the ER was on her phone sending personal messages on whatsapp. She wouldn't even lift her head up to speak to the walk in patients. I had to explain my problem twice and she just asked me to sit and the third time she actually had to stand up as an old lady in a critical condition came in after 20 mins. Then she came to me, asked for the third time what ny problem was and then said come in the evening when the general surgeon comes. There was a reason why I was in the ER but that was least of her concern.

Good service of nurses & other staff. All over Nice treatment of hospital staff & management. Service for the patient awailable at any time. Provide food for patient & 1 attender & that is good. Cleanliness is good. All staff are helpfull.

Why do we need to wait long when come here with appointments? And then revisit your own quote Power- “POWER IS PRECIOUS SAVE PIWER” where is that maintenance? I see lights were on even at this time when have excellent sun light at 1:30 PM. This observed on 1st floor near ENT department

Dr Harshavardhan Reddy, Orthopedic Surgeon is excellent. He is very friendly, approachable and the way he interacts with patient and family is commendable..Hospital pre and post operative services are good. Canteen is not available but they are arranging food from outside which is appreciable. Nursing and other services are good.

Hospital was good. I had an RIRS surgery for stones in my kidney. Doctor was well knowledgeable. Even nurses and ward staff were very friendly and helped me in odd times . Rooms were pretty clean . Maintenance was good. I recommend this hospital to everyone.

I came from a long distance for the surgery. I'm very much satisfied with the circumcision surgery done by Dr. Abhilash. Doctor executed the surgery very professionally. He is highly qualified and we'll experienced. Staff and Nurse behaviour is very impressive especially SANIA mam, she is so polite in nature does all the formalities by her own I have never seen such a helpful person in any other hospital.
