Came to consult Dr KSudhir Reddy on 11th June. Below is my feedback on Landmark hospital Services. 1. Worst Services by front desk team. 2. No proper appointment system. We do understand sometimes doctors may be busy in extended surgery however its minimum responsibility to inform customer in appropriate manner.... they are litterly failed in that.... 3. Specially a lady who is sitting in front desk (who is wearing yellow dress... check your cc tv footage) feels as if she owner of the hospital. She confirmed that no appointment will happen on time.... then what is the point of taking appointments. She is saying...that she is working in hospitals since 10yrs and no appointment will happen on time and she started raising her voice. 4. They dont know how to treat a customer. 5. No one in this hospital is wearing mask front office and pharmacist (not doctors) 6. The one who is handling calls....sitting corner in front desk is also shouting on customers...listen to the call recordings Hospital is charging 800rs for single consultation...just for 5mins consultation with doctor Being a patient i waited more than 2hr how much do i need to charge you guys for wasting my time. Common people who are looking my review..... if you are coming with one problem to this hospital you will have to end with another health issue. I dont understand whether this hospital marketing/operation team still alive bcoz after seeing those many negative review on facebook page and google nothing resolved. Better opt for some other hospital who values you and your time

Visited on: 17th March'23 I never knew this hospital before and a friend referred to this one for orthopaedic surgery. The doctor is very famous for orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeries. But the hospital isn't very spacious for all patients bcoz they allocated kind of partitions for patients and only one person allowed with patient. The cost was reasonable for operations. The staff were very supportive. There are many other doctors also available to treat different health issues but I prefer orthopaedics.

Just amazed when the doctor said “I don’t know “ We were consulting a similar doctor else where and had a transfer to Hyderabad and visited the hospital. Just amazed by the doctor said “I don’t know “ . Xray was of bad quality, same as the answer from the doctor. We come there for doctors to listen and address the queries, not to run from busy schedules and say “I don’t know “ Some doctors maybe highly qualified and well established, while other selling the fruits of those mighty.

Good hospital. Today we have consulted Dr. J V Subba Reddy gaaru. Nice response from him and he is very friendly. I am giving one rating less because, some times not finding staff in medicine counter. We will have to wait.

MY HONEST FEEDBACK BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.... I guess this hospital is all about making money and not patients. After getting a knee replacement surgery for my mom, Dr. Sudhir Reddy asked us to leave in less than 24 hours as the hospital is busy. I insisted that we will stay for 3 days as we couldn't risk anything after this major surgery. We felt like he was not interested to even visit the patient on a daily basis, he used to come and leave in less than 15 seconds. Now, after getting discharged after 2 and half days post surgery, we visited back for regular check up within a week with the same doctor and I called the reception to take the appointment and they asked to drop down anytime as appointment for an already existing patient isn't required and doctor will see us immediately. Now when we visited the hospital they made us wait for almost 2 hours and I was literally after the receptionist to ask the doctor to see my mom as she was in lots of pain but DR. SUDHIR REDDY WAS LEAST INTERESTED. Guess he was more interested to see the new patients who will bring him new money and when I questioned why are we being ignored, he literally said that we can visit a new doctor outside the Landmark as he said that he will function as wishes to. He said that the 2.6 lac we paid is for surgery and he did it and he will no longer see my mom for future visits. BOTTOM LINE: I GUESS THIS DOCTOR ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY MORE THAN THE PATIENT THE WAY I SEE IT AS PER MY EXPERIENCE AND WE DESERVE BETTER DOCTORS FOR OUR COMMUNITIES. Please think twice before you visit this place for any ailment and my best wishes to everyone.

Was here couple of times , Initially was here in emergency as friend was in pain in midnight - good thing here is they have team who are active in midnight & treatment is done quickly. Coming to my case , I have been admitted for kidney stones treatment at Landmark Doctor - Mr. M Anil Kumar - I would rate him 10/10 . He is very knowledgeable and knows what exactly has to be prescribed. Staff here in landmark are good & caring .

I visited Landmark Hospital to meet Dr. Bhavya, Gynecologist. Bhavya madam friendly nature and explain the problem clearly and give clear instructions about medicine usage. And here Nursing staff also friendly nature. Will get good response from them. Finally I had great treatment experience with Dr. Bhavya, Gynecologist.

This is the best hospitals i have seen in recent times where doctor is not money minded and is asking patients to wait if they can carryon without operation. Nursing staff very good. It was a difficult time for me. My mother got COVID and SPO2 levels were falling below 85. Great difficulty I got a bed and room for mother in Land Mark. Initially I felt its small and may not be having all equipment's and medical facility which my mother might need. But after admitting and waited for 24 hours I was confident that I did not made a mistake. They gave 24 hours oxygen support and Remedisvir injections on time (MRP rate) . Sisters and nursing staff were in good numbers to attend every patient even the hospital was full and many sad situations were to see. They never lost their patience and shown their grace to the needy COVID positive people who were fighting for their life. My mom recovered in 7 days and I got her home. I don't remember the names of all staff but to name few Dr Lakshmikanth. Dr Vinod & Dr Arif who were very senior and very down to earth, MOD Shankar, Front desk Jhon and very special lady who is an angel for patients Sister Asha who took personal care of my mother who insisted her to eat on every meal to regain her energy to take medicine. Thank you all team Land Mark. You are all doing a great job to humanity at this difficult phase. Yes you are different from other Hospitals who do it for money and not for human life.

I Will keep this simple. Dr. Sudhir Reddyl is very simple n very down to earth. I actually look forward to my visits. If you need a great doctor to help you with ur health n wellness do yourself a favour and meet this man. But waiting time is little bit high, we have bear all these little things for star n senior consultant.

Even if we take the appointment prior(3Days before) we need to wait rest of the day for our turn, when we ask at the reception for waiting time they will not respond properly(they say 1hour more), we had small arrgument at front office. By hearing that Doctor called me,When I discuss the same with Dr.Sudhir sir he mentioned this is your last treatment don't come from next time. Doctor need to talk with the staff regarding their behaviour with patients.If Doctor supports the staff behavior it's wrong. Dr.Sudhir sir will not stand by Patient even though mistake is from their employees side.

Visited for Orthopaedician consultation. Doctors may be good but the logistics and the whole process of appointments is a mess. Had to wait for more than 3 hours after taking an appointment but not informed at all by front desk staff. There should be a minimum courtesy to inform waiting time atleast before payment so that visitors can plan accordingly. Time is critical and creating lot of opportunity loss to many. I prefer not to recommend the hospital if someone ask me.

Easily viable, just on the side of main road and beside to JNTU College Metro Station. Has Emergency, and Doctors dedicated to various departments. Plesant and calm Atmosphere with ample natural lighting. Lifts for patients and visitors are seperate. Parking ample, small cafetaria.

The covid vaccination management can be improved a lot. There's lack of clarity and direction provided. The crowd management is poor. They should follow token based system to better manage the crowd. The little good thing is that little fresh air is available in the vaccination centre, which is in the basement.

I called to this hospital and asked for an appointment of cardiologist they said they will inform me after an hour and after that I didn’t got any call so again I called them and asked the same still the same response “we will call u after 3:30pm” after 4pm no call from them and I called again and asked about the appointment..the answer what I got from them is “Sorry sir doctor won’t be able to come today as ur the only one patient that’s the reason he will come tomorrow “ so we can clearly came to know here is that all they need is more patients so that they will earn more..they won’t care the one patient who is in emergency..Better not to visit this hospital..

I have Bad experience about these guys. I have vaccinated here for Dose 1 but not recorded in the cowin site. There is no response when I called so many times. No one is lifting when called Reception. Cowin site is showing second dose as first dose due to first dose is not entereding in system. I cannot get certificate and need to get certificate with another extra dose. That's risk in life for going on third dose. These kind of pathetic situation created by Land mark Hospital. This issue is faced in lot of people vaccinated in this hospital.

My father went bilateral knee surgery,post Surgery, physiotherapy is handled by Dr Sohel Sir from LandMark Hospital. He is very experienced, friendly and motivates the patient during exercise. Dr Sohel Sir has given all the instructions on exercises very clearly. I can say sir is one of the best physiotherapist in city.

I have visited the hospital several times in the past , however, never ever have i had an awful experience such as this time when I took a general physician consultation with Dr Arif Ahmed Farooqi for my 19 year old son. This Doctor zero empathy towards patients and his tone definitely doesn't make you feel better in any way. I was not only unhappy with the experience, but i was also not convinced with his diagnosis and prescription. I don't want to get into the details, however, i would not only recommend to avoid his consultation but also request the hospital management to look into this because politeness helps to create a healthy environment in which patients feel cared for as individuals.

Dr Sudhir reddy who made me partially disabled. I have a PCL injury 14 years back but no major issues or instability observed. However, in recent times I feel a slight pain while walking. I have consulted Dr Sudhir reddy and he strongly suggested to go for PCL reconstruction, else i am going to face stability issues on going further. I believed in him and proceeded further for better stability. Post surgery now I’m even unable to walk properly and feel pain in every step I take. Also, taking stairs makes me very uncomfortable. After couple of revisits, Mr Dr Sudhir reddy accepted that he has failed in operation and additionally he created an issue to my PLC(LCL ligament) as well. He suggested few doctors and sent me to them for 2nd opinion. One of them requested not to go back to Sudhir and suggested to have PCL repair and LCL reconstruction from him(Raghuveer reddy - SISA hospital, one of the worst doctor I have ever met). Also, I have consulted Dr Nithin kumar(Yashodha) for another opinion on behalf of Dr Sudhir reddy’s recommendation. He also suggested for the same and followed up with me to have a surgery. Finally I have consulted Dr Chandra Shekar without anyone’s suggestions/recommendations and he suggested no surgery is required and the muscle has been damaged. Also, he says no one can revert my current condition to normal and I have to struggle till the end. Now feel so regret on believing Dr Sudhir reddy from landmark hospital. As he showed such a confidence that I can have a better stability post surgery. But I lost everything now, I can’t able to do my basic activities normally. In my last conversation with him, he still suggested to get operated and even he is not confident that I can do normal activities which I used to do before PCL surgery. What if again it goes into worst!!! Do I have to give him another chance to ruin my leg? Also, he started asking about my family members and background after failed surgery, not sure if he was feared and anticipating to face any legal action cause of wrong operation!! Moreover the hospital representatives asks every patient to give the +ve rating to Landmark hospital in google reviews(So here is my review) @People do not believe him, he always suggest surgery for everything to fill his pockets. Better to have 3-5 opinions to make a decision. I have learnt big lesson practically after loosing the stability in my leg due to great Sudhir reddy. I still wonder how he got a gold medal, I believe its a fake. @Sudhir reddy - do not do irresponsible operating procedures without knowledge and don’t make patient suffer rest of their whole life because to your benefits. @Folks - Believe me Dr Sudhir reddy is true corrupted nincompoop Dot.

Worst experience and very unprofessional doctor Sudhir Reddy. Paid the consultation fee, I was screened by a junior doctor. Suggested multiple tests. The blood test took more than 2 hours. The main doctor was in a holiday mood and he was anxious to leave, he was stopped by his staff and informed the patient is collecting reports in first floor. My self and the staff rushed with the reports but the doctor has vanished much faster than us. He was on leave for the next 2 days. If this the attitude of a senior doctor then why even collect fees and I was asked to wait for 4 hours to meet a different doctor. Pathetic service and the worst behaviour of a doctor who charge such high fees but can't wait for a min more for the patient.

Got Dr Sudheer Reddy PAs number from reception to get information on Knee replacement sugary package and discounts if any, she don’t know how to speak to patients, showing pathetic and unprofessional behaviour towards patients, no proper response, not at all caring about patients concerns. Dr Sudheer Reddy might be a great doctor but his PAs behaviour may ruin his reputation.

We have attended there to abdominal scan ,it's usually charge is 850 but as they are going to test for a single patient they are charging 1700 saying its emergency right so we double charge the patient but we had already called up in the morning asking for appointment,they mentioned that the appointment is fixed at 7:30pm still charging double!This is very inhumane and fetching money from patients in situations like this is worst!

My Father has undergone Total Knee Replacement Surgery in LandMark Hospitals. Dr K Sudhir Reddy sir has done the surgery. The way Sudhir Reddy handles the patients is too good. He is friendly and patient, listens to patient all queries and clarifies them. My Father experienced minimal pain,after surgery and he is able to walk without any discomfort from Day1.The surgical wound also healed pretty well without any infection. Post Surgery, physiotherapy is handled by Dr Sohel Sir from LandMark Hospital. He is very experienced, friendly and motivates the patient during exercise. I went to landmark to meet Dr. Arif Ahmed Farooque for my dad. I wanted to have a second opinion for my dad who had a burr hole surgery and urethra injury due to catheter. The doctor refused to take a look at the file saying the patient has to be there. What a display of unprofessionalism and behaviour contrary to Hippocratic oath. Deplorable and Pathetic attitude Dr.Arif-learn to be a little more humane.

Dr Madhu Worst Doctor which I have never ever seen in my life who played with my younger Brother life and who played with us for some money. DR Madhu Reddy was taken care My brother. I am From Kagaznagar, Telangana and Dr Madhu Worked in Kagaznagar for 20 years, So my dad suggested as Dr Madhu is our Village Doctor we should go to His hospital, he is very good kind hearted etc told so I Admitted my brother to LandMark Hospital, Dr Madhu Taken one week for Test and Room Charges were 5000 per day then told us to We need to do Surgery (Obdomen Intestine Obstruction) and told us to Submit 1.5 lakh before Operation and after 1 Lakh ,we agreed and submitted. Operation taken 6 hours in between he walking on the Operation theatre and telling again and again that it is very big operation I didn't thought this will happen this much big then after Operation completion DR Madhu came out and told us you have to pay Money Triple times more then Expectations. We have shocked and very Scared about my younger brother and also for Money because before Operation is different and in between something different and after Operation they are talking some different. what to do we were totally Confused. Waiting for brother to Come in normal position as he was on Coma from morning to evening. after few hours my brother came to normal position and then Dr Madhu told us to keep patient in Hospital for Two more weeks , One day Charges 10000. However We have paid Money with little Discount after more request. After Staying in 3 weeks we Came to home town 300 km far from Hyderabad,in next two days only from my Brothers Obdomen some liquid/Stool started coming out we have called DR Madhu on his mobile and told the situation, he Simply told not to worry nothing will happen told us to go local Village Doctor so we went to Village referred Doctor that Doctor Not responded. Then in the Peak COVID Time we mid night 12 when Raining started outside and my brother Stretching Breakout we started Journey however we Reached to Hyderabad and reached hospital at 4:30 am morning. now management is not accepting my brother into Hospital we told and requested since last 25 days my brother admitted in This LandMark Hospital we just two days back went to home but unfortunately My brother Stretching break out please call Madhu sir. Staff called him on his personal Mobile and spoken something then told us DR on leave for few days he referred to Osmania Hospital. We have shouted and told Dr to take responsibility now we don't have money and We cannot go to New hospital. After very Big Discussion and After submitting Big Amount Hospital Admitted, we have waited two days for Doctor 3rd day Doctor Came and told I can't do anything please take him to any other Hospital,It was very Scared time to me to save my brother, I took my Brother to Sravani Hospital and Dr Wasif Ali taken care my brother. I would request everyone to please Don't Go to Land Mark. I cannot write all things which happened with me. Consider 10 times more worst thing happened in Hospital in words I cannot say here.

For normal injury, prajwal Reddy who is junior doctor available on Sunday suggested 6 weeks strict bed rest (Wearing diapers and avoiding bathroom) and he simply made us afraid. Later senior doctor Reddy sir who is avilable on Monday also told to follow the same. We took second review from other doctor and my cousin already started going to office and it is normal injury. Never ever visit to these kind of hospitals who simply make people afraid.

I would not recommend this hospital to any of my family and friends. I support team is very unprofessional and does not value people time.

We have visited this hospital for my parents Orthopedic treatment (fractures). We went to causality and a bunch of duty doctors attended our case. Since then, almost 2 months, every time we go, they give different opinions and make me spend at least Rs. 6000 to 10000 on every visit unnecessarily. Once a PoP bandage is given, it should not be removed for 4 weeks. These doctors made us cut Pop bandage 3 times and gave a new one every time we visit. Diagnosis or treatment is also not up to the mark. Being a senior doctor, Dr. Sudhir Reddy also has not given a concrete solution for a medium level fracture. Not happy with this hospital and I can clearly see they made patients pay certain amount of time (like a target to collect). People will still go to this hospital due to the fame of main doctor and is near to Metro etc, but they have to improve on lot of aspects. To main doctor and to hospital - Money is for sure important, take it from patients as required by your procedure, but deliver proper treatment. Don't change your words, treatment options within seconds and make patient suffer. As informed to you in person, I am again saying here "I LOST TRUST on your hospital", its me today, and several others later.

We have admitted our uncle in this hospital after he tested positive for Covid. We realized after joining that they donot have proper equipment and specialised doctors like pulmonologist. They have one consultant pulmonologist but he was too old and he doesn't remember patients history. Because of our bad fate we lost our uncle and here comes the worst part of this review. They charged us in lakhs for entire treatment and handed over the dead body covering only with our own blanket. When we asked how can you handover covid body dead body without packing they said they usually does this for all the covid positive dead bodies. I recommend you not going this hospital and even in emergency if you join this hospital better get shifted to other hospital after primary treatment.

General surgeon dipti thakkar is really good doctor.She gives the patient confidence.She is brilliant. I went to orthopedic doctor Sudarshan reddy before 15 days for my mother.At that time he said that everything is ok.Patient need sometime for the healing.Yesterday v went again as my mother had some pain.He said that "I.dont know what to do"."U go to other orthopedic doctor in the same hospital or go to some corporate hospital".He is very rude.Dont go to him.

Dr Sudhir reddy is an excellent doctor.My father got his revision of TKR surgery done by him.In the first visit during consultation doctor explained very clearly about the procedure,I should tell that I have never seen a doctor who is patient oriented like him. My mother got her knee replacement surgery by Dr.Sudhir Reddy. She was treated very well. Post that Dr. Sohel has given physiotherapy and also suggested exercise which she can do herself and knee bending. He is very helping and his suggestions gave good results. Overall my experience was satisfied with the services provided by Dr.Sudhir and Dr.Sohel. Thanks both of you and Landmark Hospitals for providing nice treatment.

I had been to the paediatric department. Paediatric is very best. Nurses are excellent, any mother could happily entrust her child to them. Doctor Pradeep Kumar is a saviour and takes every opportunity to cure the baby with the less medication and with patience. Land mark as on whole is reasonably well maintained.

Lack of responsibility. X-Ray has taken on 10/17. They asked us to collect the report on 10/18 at 2 PM but didn’t get positive response. One of the representative Latha said that she gonna WhatsApp the report on 10/19 at 2 PM but didn’t get positive response. So visited the hospital again today. At last they have provided the x-ray report. Responsibility need to be improved.

Visited for the first time and gone through a x ray , the person who is taking x ray was miss behaving with lady patients. It's tooooo worst and tooo bad.

We are really impressed with Dr. Sohail (Physiotherapist).My dad had knee replacement for his both knee's and Dr. Sohail did physiotherapy from the day one we got discharged from hospital.The way he handle the patient concerns gives a good confidence and mainly the motivation is spot-on. His experience on the knee replacement is too good than any staff in the hospital.He is flexible with timings and fits in our need. Definitely, recommend him for the services he provide. This review is mainly focused at the hospital management, the reception team, time delays and the patient privacy. Dr. Sudheer Reddy is exceptional. No doubt in that. But, you have to deal with the hospital front desk/ staff to see the doctor as like in all hospitals. Main issue with them is their inability in communicating the appointment time. We were waiting for more than an hour, inspite of taking appointment on day 1 to see the doctor . Day 2 is nearing to be the same story. Utterly easy going and careless about time. Patient privacy is a JOKE for these folks. Horrible experiences in this regards. I literally resisted to not go into the doctor's room while he was examining / discussing with another patient. Management should look into this .

We are blessed with a baby boy on 9th Feb in a nursing home with 2.1 kgs and baby was pre-term and has got some issues with RDS & Jaundice.. Pediatrician Doctor (Pradeep Kumar) suggested us to shift the baby to the Landmark hospital and he personally took care of the baby till the discharge..During the entire stay, doctor and nursing staff were very cooperative and approachable ( 24/7 ) and provided tremendous support and guidance every day ..Today is the discharge date and we could see a significant change in the baby... We would like to thank doctor Pradeep and Nursing staff for all the treatment and guidance on our first baby here..

I am writing to express my gratitude from my family for the care given to my mother, she was admitted in November 2020 and had brain surgery(Craniotomy). Dr. Suresh Babu(Neuro) & Dhanunjaya Rao(surgeon), they were really kind hearted and explained everything clearly, given proper treatment, so far she was doing good, I am very thankful to them!!! I want to thank the entire staff for the kind and caring assistance I received, MODs(Gouthami,Suresh&Shankar(these guys used to address all my queries and helped accordingly), nurses and aides on the 2nd floor. I have joined my mother in law for both knee replacement in Landmark hospital. I heard about Dr Sudhir reddy sir as he is equally like Guravareddy sir. Fortunatly we met Dr Sudharshan reddy. He explained me very well about knee surgeries and consequences and material he will use for Surgery. I am very much happy what he has done. Dr Sudharshan reddy sir suggested me for post operation physiotherapy from Dr Sohel sir. Here I would like to tell about Dr Sohel sir. He is an extraordinary physiotherapist who will take the patient from pain to heaven from his councelling. I heard and experienced so many physiotherapists in hyderabad, but Dr. Sohel sir is something special by his own way. He has great future ahead.

Bharatiya Hospitals Ltd, known as Landmark hospital, located in the prime location. But the services offered to the public is limited. Many emergency medical services are limited.

My father underwent bilateral total knee replacement (TKR) in 2018 in Landmark hospital by Dr. Sudhir Reddy and last month my mom also underwent bilateral TKR from same doctor. We feel the surgery was clean without any complications. My father has been doing well since then. Post-op physiotherapy was performed by Dr. Sadiq Sohel for my father and he is very good, friendly and answers all the doubt patiently. I think post-op physiotherapy is very important and it has benefited my father a lot. Dr. Sohel is doing physiotherapy for my mom also now. I would like to thank Dr. Sudhir Reddy and Dr. Sadiq Sohel for giving a good quality of life for my parents. Recommend strongly to consult for advice/ treatment.

Doctor Sohel is a very good physiotherapist , from last couple of days he is coming to my home to do physiotherapy and he makes us so comfortable and confident. also does the therapy very patiently and gives enough time to do it. also supports us to do the exercise and observes so that we can do it correctly. Doctor Sohel has been a professional physiotherapist. He has been treating my grandmother from the last twenty days and she has improved a lot with his treatment. Appointment system should be there to avoid long waiting and crowd... specially during this pandemic...rest everything is okay but waiting time is minimum 40 mins because of no prior appointment system and because of direct walk in

If you wanted to go for health checkup packages, avoid this place. So unorganized. You pretty much end up visiting 5 times in a day to the hosipital from sample collection to doctor's visit. Every test has different timings and processes are not streamlined and inefficient.

Excellent experience at landmark hospital. It was like a family right from the first visit. Dr. Sudhir Reddy Garu took quick action and surgically treated and completely cured the problem. It was a case of calceanal osteomyelitis ( a terrible infection in the heal bone getting worse day by day.), which other hospitals/doctors didn't show any concern to the problem or the patient. When called for an appointment they said appointment is not required where we insisted for appointment and has been told a time where we visited the hospital and immediacy they said doctor is not available and there are so many people who are waiting ?? Then what’s the meaning of appointment ? And then another news “doctor went for lunch”. Waited and people keep on coming and saying they had appointment and not sure if the staff are trying to refer their know persons and sending them first Which is worst service and doesn’t know how to treat the patients (or) the people who are in pain… Had a chance to talk to some supervisor and got confirmation that no appointments will work and you have to wait for your turn. Do not visit the hospital unless you are prepared to stay for least 4 to 6 hours for catching up with the doctor

Waiting time is too long (more than 5 hours). If you ever take appointment and want to see Dr. Sudhir reddy, better plan your day well. Bring pass time things, extra pair of clothes and if possible a mattress as well. You'll never know when your turn comes to meet the doctor. I visited today and taken 1 pm appointment and got chance to see doctor at 7pm. Better go for another doctor who cares more about patients and their. Hospital is taking advantage of doctors reputation. Giving appointments to n number of patients without checking with doctors availability. If any elderly comes in wheel chair they are of more priority than you even if you have taken early morning appointment. If you are old enough to be in wheel chair then come to this hospital at any time as you are given high priority and can even leave hospital within half n hour.

Happy to share my experience at Landmark Hospitals, Hyderabad my father has been admitted for PFN (fracture of left HIP) surgery during my second opinion with Dr Sudhir Reddy garu. He was so polite and explained in detail after seeing my father Xray. Immediately Dr Sudhir garu accepted our case and next day surgery has been completed successfully. The hospital staff took a long time to provide even simple treatments, and as someone who had insurance, they took even longer than usual, which was frustrating. Worst experience I ever had. Doctor Joseph is rude and he don't know how to treat their customers. He is rude with their staff too. Worst behaviour. He is unfit as a doctor. This hospital staff and doctors are good only thing is...it has only one x ray room...it takes nearly 3 hours to get your turn...I had given my x ray bill at 12:30pm to that guy...my name come at 2:30pm ..such a long time waiting.. This happened two times ..when I came with my daughter for her leg sprain and when I came with my mother . Such a big hospital must consider patient valuable time also...better to keep 2 xray rooms...

Worst behaviour my Dr. Sudharshan Reddy. Calls himself a orthopedic doctor but I really doubt his ability. Scared my 60 year old mum without even diagnosing her. Tried telling us she's paralysed when all it was a minor fracture. Overly aggressive behaviour towards the patient and other family members.

Today on 28/11/23 I have visited your hospital for severe stomach pain, stomach upset and vomitings. After the doctor check up I was asked to go to emergency ward for further medication and observation. Morning shift the female nurse and the male nurse were very friendly and cooperative and time to time observation was done. After the shift has changed the male nurse person with name Mr Ajay and the lady nurse were mostly just sitting and chitchatting and spending time over phone along with the trainees. When the time has come to remove the medicine tube from cannula they have sent the trainees and all the three trainees were scared to remove and without even holding the canula they just pulled the tube of the medicine and the male and female nurses were just sitting watching the phone and doing their works rather than guiding the trainees. Now the blood from the vein started coming back because of they not handling the canula properly and not holding the vein.when asked their response was it’s common thing that blood flows back. When you hold the vein properly how come blood flows back? And why is it that trainees are to trained and guided and not that senior nurse sit and they just order the trainees to do all these until they are well trained? Patients come with lot of pain and this how if you treat them that to in emergency ward !!! I hope my review will be taken forward and will not be repeated again. thank you.

This is very good hospital, but there are some flaws in it. Dr Sudheer Reddy is treating well to patients, He wrote Sumo gel & Pantocid 40 mg tab,but they are doing big scam in medicines. for Sumo gel they are billed for one quantity 125/- as same will available for 30rs in the market, and for Pansped 40mg tab 137/- per 10tab as same will available on 22/- per 10 tablets in Bharat Vikaas Generic Medical Store, on the Respect of Dr. Sudheer Sir I dont want to complaint to Drug Control Department & at the same time X Ray department is very slow for taking x ray, here waiting time is very high… Receptionist told that the waiting time is 2 hr for doctor consultation on prior appointment… but it will take 4 hrs to met a Doctor here.
