The hospital becoming day by day is very use less... We stayed total 6 days in this hospital for my mother leg burn with hot oil. Dr. Meena Kumari madam treated very well and suggested like daughter to my mother, i am very thankful to her. Billing team (Bhaskar, Janardhan & Vijaya Lakshmi) behavior was so bad, their job is only to collect money from patients even dont think patient safety. For 6 days only medication, they have charged 170000. When i asked to Mr. Bhaskar about this big amount, he said that this is reasonable amount only and still they want to include amount for food & nurse charges etc... I am suggesting that, do not join in this hospital with any insurance policy. The worrest experience we had today... Thank you...

Dr. Madhu Thumu Sir is best doc for Orthopaedic Cases, our experience is very nice with him. We had ORIF Surgery for my father aged 64 years under his supervision. My father is doing well now 15days completed after surgery. Hoping for same support post surgery. A Big Thanks to Madhu Sir...!!! Srikara Hospital - Doctors and Treatment is good but needs to improve on Patient Handling, need to work on rooms for inpatients and need to improvize the Physiotherapy section. One important thing, Patient/Attenders need to have money in cash in there pocket all the time as the staff over there will ask you at each step for the help they are providing.

I WANT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. I'm sure you won't find any response from hospital to this review. - Our consulting doctor was Madhu Sir and he suggested a surgery for a fracture near knee. The surgery went well but after the surgery our experience have been pretty bad. 1. OVERSIGHT BY INSURANCE DEPT: - Despite receiving the claim approval by our Insurance, the entire department of Insurance claims at Srikara failed to respond promptly and we had to wait 3 more hours for discharge. They got approval at 4.30 but they delayed till 7, untill I show them the approval letter from my end. What is the purpose of such department? 2. OP CONSULTATION: (i). Madhu Sir's assistant (Don't remember his name) but he was smiling when we asked some medication for pain and fire sensation at surgery area. I don't know the reason. We tried the prescribed Acemiz but that was not at all affective. That smile hurts. (ii). We went to the hospital for the 3rd time. We never know we can directly enter Madhu Sir's OP instead of General OP. The staff at Geneal OP are busy with throwing the chappal outside and she is literally doing watchman duty. They not even see the patient's OP file and which OP we should go instead of wating time. After waiting 1 hour outside, finally we get into the General OP, they didn't even verify the OP consultation fee. They did timepass for more than 40 minutes and suggested to go to Madhu Sir's OP. The game begins, we were told to pay consultation fee of RS. 700 at that time. We paid and sat in the queue with unbearable pain in the knee, where the surgery done. After 20 minutes, we hit the lucky draw to finally see Mr. Madhu Sir. He simply suggested an X-ray in 2 minutes without even seeing the surgery area. The time is around 1.45 PM, we paid 800 and doctor promised that he will wait for us if the X-ray work done in 5 minutes. His assistant came along with us to x-ray area and it took mere 5 minutes upon the payment. She could've informed doctor to wait but she doesn't. We came at 1.50 but doctor went to have lunch. Now, we had to wait another one hour to see Mr. Madhu Sir. I am writing this review during the wait time. Not frustrated but regretting my decision of selecting Srikara hospital. A feedback to Hospital management. I doubt when you guys forced the patient to give a 5 star rating for your hospital. You already knew that post-surgery treatment would be worst and patient will change their mind. Great move! Post-Surgery is more crucial than the surgery. Initiate a process that will reduce the wait time for Post -Surgery patients. They cannot wait 4 hours for a single consultation, no bed assigned and it's very hard for post surgery patients to use regular toilets.

I had to admit my father due to breathing issues at the hospital and the treatment was very good. They had diagnosed the issue very quickly and started treatment with in hours which made a big difference. He was in ICU for days and under observation for few days in the room. The hospital facilities were good and the cleanliness was impeccable. He was discharged in good health and with proper guidance. It was easily accessible, had car park and not far from the stores.

We got admitted for dengue fever. Likes... I would like to recommend Dr Y Murali for taking good care of us. Deluxe room was good and had all the amenities. Nursing staff was good and attended to our needs promptly. Food for the patient is tasty. Dislikes... Account section needs to be more humane in talking with the patients. Nevertheless they did their job. Emergency ward was not well managed and was even dirty, I felt. We had to wait for XRay because maintenance was going on at the peak time, which could have been planned better. The dietician was not really required but we were charged for their services. Food was not made as per the patient but as per the menu it seems. They should restrict the number of attendants visiting the patient as it creates nuisance for others as they were shouting and lights were on till 11:30 pm in the ward. Though my dislikes are more but because we were cured no hard feelings. My motive is to suggest these to improve the hospital if they want to.

I've visited this hospital to donate blood. I've donated blood atleast 20 times till now and this is my worst experience yet. The staff didn't wear mask. The Person who pricked the needle didn't sanitize his hands and when I asked he carelessly said that it is non-covid hospital. There was no pre-donation check. No HB, No BP, No Glucose, check at all. Even the weighing machine doesn't work. I was alone in the blood bank with no one waiting after me yet the guy was in a hurry and carelessly punctured without even checking properly and painfully searching for the vain after he pricked. For the first time I felt pain due while pricking after so many donations that I've done before. He then just threw the blood bag on the floor and ran away and there was no attendant at all until long time. The seat on which donation happened was soiled when I entered and when I asked them to clean it they just dusted it. The stress relief ball was in such a bad condition that its sponge was falling apart creating a mess. The least the hospital could do is replace that stupid ball which wouldn't cost more than ₹10. Wow, this is the first time in my life I was thoroughly disappointed right from the start to end. I went to the reception to complain about my experience to the admin incharge but even she wasn't available. I don't know about the hospital and it's doctors but the blood bank was very unhygienic and it's attendants were extremely careless. I would never ever visit nor suggest this hospital to anyone purely on the basis of the bad hygiene and mismanagement of health safety protocols.

The hospital is known for its excellence in several fields, including cardiology, neurology, urology recently i had surgery for open epigastric hernio plasty and Dr.bramhanandam reddy sir #mbbs general surgeon was did his grate service and i was now feel awesome and good, especially your amazing staff, gave me excellent care and made me about as comfortable as I could be! Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered. I just would like to thank and commend them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be!

The doctors and the staff were quite congenial. Treatment was excellent. My wife had a knee replacement surgery. What I thought was complicated surgery but went on smoothly. Last but not the least Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi who is the General Manager operations was very professional and was very helpful right from the consultation to the discharge. Hospitalized for treatment of umbilicus cynus. General Surgeon Dr. Brahmananda Reddy treated and undergone for surgery. Explained the cause and diagnosed very well. Advised permanent cure instead of temporary relief. Great place for treatment. Single non-A/C room was allocated and its very decent. Bathroom also very clean and regular cleaning by staff.

Very worst maintenance. Only one doctor is available for Gynaecology, @ morning to afternoon shift.. Gynaecologist won't start consultations or scanning until all chairs filled up before her cabin... Need patience for doctor consultations. Job holders won't go to this hospital for Gynaecology. Need to wait 3-4 hours for her consultation. We went 4 times to consult, every time we had wait for 3-4 hours. Near to Alwyn colony and madinaguda to this hospital, crush is more.. Nurese and attenders doing more overactions... I never see this kind of hospital. I visited to this hospital because of my mother knee pain. They have taken ECG and confirmed that found some blockages in heart. Suggested to go for stunt otherwise any time she can get heart atack. So I got doubt and I said, we came for knee pain and why you took for ECG. Then they said some stories like you are lucky otherwise you would have get heart atack stories. Then I asked to go for second opinion. Then they started discussions. You don't have time, very difficult to go for another hospital like stories. Forcefully I took to care Gachibowli. They have done all the tests and they said her heart is excellent. They asked me, who said she has blockages. Her heart is full healthy like a youngesters. Nothing is there in her heart. And as my mother has sugar, they treated for sugar and we came back to home. Now my mother is full healthy. Thanks to the Care Gachibowli cardialogy dept. My request is if u want to loot u r money and if u want to suffer your loving one, u can visit to Srikara. Got knee replacement surgery done and was a smooth process. Everything was explained in detail before opting for surgery , and surgery went as per plan. Patient care was excellent, and doctors we're willing to listen to patient views and react post surgery. Discharge process was also smooth and fast when needed. Went for 2nd leg knee replacement after being fully satisfied with the care and guidance . My heartfelt thanks to the establishment for making this process stress free.

Visited the hospital for Knee replacement surgery. Dr. Akhil Dadi was very patient and we had a pleasant experience with the surgery, treatment and care. Staff was very supportive and polite. Suggestion: Rooms were less in number, hence had to discharge in 2 days only..keeping age and physical condition of patients in check, would have been better if the patient was admitted for 2-3 more days as a precaution (in our case, there were minor complications for which patient has to travel back and forth multiple times which is not advisable)

My wife was admitted for knee replacement operation in Srikara Hospitals, Mythri nagar branch and we are happy to write that the operation was successful and trouble free. The team of Doctors headed by Dr. Akhil Dadi are all good and the way they handeled the patient is very good. The nursing staff (post operation ) were very coopertive, supportive and polite. The house keeping and maitenance staff were also very cooperative and responsive. Though the canteen is a small one, with respect to timely supply, quality and pricing is better than few other Corporate hospitals i had seen. Overall our experience with Srikara Hospitals is very good.

The 5 star rating is for Dr Shilpa and her team, should say she's the best we have seen in the city. Dr Shilpa mama, took very good care of my wife all through her pregnancy. She is very calm, composed and explains everything in detail everytime we meet her. There wasn't a single visit where we felt uncomfortable. Ours was a complicated case and because of Shilpa mam we were blessed with a baby girl. Thankyou very much to Shilpa mam and her gynaec team. Recently my father was admitted to Srikara. He had some complications associated with kidney stones. He was provided excellent care by Dr. Ramesh, Dr. Ravinder Reddy, Dr. Akhil, and the resident doctors and their support staff. The hospital took special care during the pandemic to mitigate the risk to patients and their attendees. The hospital is well equipped to handle any urgent situations. The billing department was prompt and very transparent. I have previously been admitted to Secunderabad location and this location provides same level of service, if not better. The location is convenient for this part of the city. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of good health care.

Got my father in-laws left leg knee replacement by Dr.Akhil Dadi three days back. Srikara has Excellent team of doctors n staff. They were very supportive. This is the sixth knee replacement in my family. We are very happy. My father in-law got his right leg knee replacement 12years back. Last but not the least Vijaya Lakshmi the GM was very supportive.

very very bad experience, there is huge traffic and no one to answer. I waited for 4 hours and different answer from staff wait for 10 min doctor is in meeting/coming/already came. After all this when i went to reception for getting visiting fees back then new drama started. They asked me to wait for some time as they don’t know where is my file. After fighting with staff they are ready to return my fees but they deducted the 100 rs as registration fee. And i asked staff to get me to any management person. But there also same no one there ro answer and long waiting. So learning is in case you are visiting this hospital please confirm the doctor availability and waiting time on prior to pay any fees. Many good doctors but this review about management staff and service based on my recent experience. Overall facility is OK. Few Doctors don't have patience to listen completely what the patient wants to say. Consultation fee is Rs 600.00 and the doctor(few) doesn't even have time to listen. If they don't listen to patient completely how the patient can convey their problem. While the patient speaks about the problem, the doctor is busy in using the phone. Neatness wise the hospital needs to improve it. But the behavior of few doctors (not all the doctors) made me feel like they lack the professional ethics.

It is the worst hospital they asked made my husband wait for 8 hours nearly who has a platelet count of 15000 saying there is no place in icu and asked us to wait. My husband is in critical condition and they did not bother about that.we came in the morning and it is 7 pm now and they arranged for Icu now

Doctors are considerate, caring & disciplined Management in front area is a little chaos. Covid time checks are quick. However service support staff in blue uniform seem undertrained & lack empathy & not wearing N95 mask. Transferring from emergency to ICU is done with least look out at patient condition....complete lack of empathy ICU need to be managed better with enough staff and "special staff need to be appointed who are hygienic& disciplined for feeding food to patients.." After ICU to the room - physiotherapist are always in time, doc visits are in time. Food is also on time.. Double executive Ac rooms are smaller.. in the executive acroom..washrooms are the worst maintained.....can never think of using them patient servicecare for emptying urometer bag or in case of vomiting episode... there is no one until 1hr attending the situation. Nurses are not listening to patients when they compalin pain where cannola is inserted...bubbles are not removed before injection Nurses are understaffed and given huge responsibilities.Kudos to their time management. Overall many things to improve Existing good things are very efficient. Hoep they good by end of 2020.

I went to the hospital @ 3.30 am with a pain under ribs.. emergency ward was open and a qualified doctor also on duty at that time.. they did basic testings and also called a cardiologist by 4 am.. he confirmed that it as a ribs pain.. and discharged me by 5 am by giving few medicines.. I liked the way they responded...

I had an very bad experiance from management side. My brother had an blood clot tissue . I asked about arogysri they said it only works for some injections.

went to srikara miyapur during the month of April. my kid had issues with ear an tongue... met Dr Padma and she recommended ear drops and a B complex.(Polybion -ls).No issues with Dr diagnosis .. Couple of things can be corrected. 1. Consultation Fee is very high when compared to stand alone clinics. 2. The Pharmacy doesn't have the medicine which doctor prescribed. in my case i couldn't find Polybion-ls in the pharmacy ..i was not able to get that in Apollo and medplus...i had to go to kukatpally and got it from there..i could have opted for alternate b complex...but most of the b complex and din't worked for my son so i had to search for the prescribed one

We never had such a worst experience in our life time. We don't want to get into fight with this hospital but I also don't want others to experience such a worse experience.. When the lock down started due to covid19 my mother had stomach ache and urine issues. We took her there and they ran all the diagnosis reports and said things she hadn't like my mom has hear issues, kidney issues and all.. They kept her for 2 weeks and charged 5 lakhs overall. She got discharged later and in few days she got the same pains and same issue's later when we ran diagnostic reports in a local diagnostic center she had a kidney stone. We are still confused why they couldn't find out all this days... We took her to this hospital and the kidney specialist doctor wasn't ready to treat my mom which says the truth. A visiting doctor was later pulled in and he used stunt to remove the stone it costed 65k including removing the stunt.. Now comes the twist... Weeks later after discharge she had same pains went again to diagnostic center and the stone is still there... Now while I am writing this review my mom is being admitted to a local hospital where she will undergo the operation to remove the stone. Also please make sure when you receive medical bills from this useless hospital you see a stamp and sign which they normally do not... This is one hospital to ruin entire health care system.. I hope they will see this review and take measures to make a better human centered hospital..

I have been to this hospital as its neaby to my house. And would like to share worst experience I encountered. 1. Doctors are never on time. 2. No opintment system. 3. If doctor is avilable radiologist is unavailable or the other way . 4. Staff never cared about hygiene or must be under trained as they dont the purpose.. even in all this COVID situation . 5. Multi speciality for namesake ... no proper documentation .. no proper patient handling process... Final word: try some other place ..

Waste behaviour of staff, no response and no respect towards people

My father is suffering with severe knee pain and he is unable to walk. We visisted 3-4 hospitals. We also visited Dr Madhu sir at Srikara hospital and doctor suggested for Total knee replacement. Surgery was done by Madhu Sir and now my father is able to walk. I really appreciate Dr Madhu sir for making surgery successful. Madhu sir is very professional and listen to patients problems clearly and suggest the best solution. Hospital ambience is good, no waiting at all. Fully equipped hospital. Rooms are clean and good house keeping. Insurance staff also very supportive

I have joined in srikara hospital due to Dengue fever. I got good treatment and kind staff. DR Pradeep Reddy who treated me and he is having lot of patience and treated very well.

seems very un hygiene. Its is just like a government hospital. their is no emergency doctors in the nights runs only with nurses .Staff are least bothered. No doctors cme for rounds.Doctors do not follow the timings .we need to stay at least 2 hrs minimum as after we enter the hospital

To be honest Dr Keerthi(Orthopedic) is very polite and knowledgeable. Srikara hospital is a very good one. The reception staff is also very helpful. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I had a ligament tare in my knee and I approached Dr.Keerthi who is an amazing doctor.He doesn't suggest unnecessary scans.He just suggested me few exercises and now I have improved a lot...Very understanding and economical doctor...He is the best....And I heard he treats free for the ones who are unable to afford....God bless him...And the front office staff is too good....they give quick response....All the front office staff deserve great honour....

Dr Y Murali is the best doctor. We are consulting him from last 2 years for my father and mother. My father has COPD, and used to cough regularly. After consulting Dr Murali, his cough came down completely. I took my mother for post covid consultation, she was detected with fibrosis, he gave best medicine for it. He is very patient and friendly doctor. Understands the patient issue and suggests best medicine.

Dr Keerthi Paladugu Hip surgery at the age of 75.she recovered very fast.In one month she walked with out walker.The Dr's and staff are very friendly,very hygienic premises. The way they are treating simply superb. Thank you sir.

We have admitted our father in Srikara Hospital yesterday complaining of some neuro problem and double vision. The issue is being handled by Dr Venkat Harin Reddy. Treatment is good and Doctor Harin also listening to the past history of the patient for proper diagnosing. All staff of the hospital is very cooperative. Hospital is maintained Very clean and completely sanitised.

We came for ortho surgery. Surgery went fine. Doctors are good treatment is good, every thing is good. Lot of noise at OT area, wards. This can be there but silently everything can be done. Remaining every thing is superb.

I joined on emergency for cardio issue that time puls increased more than 210 we reached srikara immediately Then Dr.Ravindar Sir and Dr. Naga murali Sir cordiologist responded immediately done right time right treatment ,at present I am very happy after 24 hours observation discharged. Once again thank the team for the best treatment.

Initially I had many thoughts which hospital I would go for my dengue treatment. Doctors attended me very promptly,did all the necessary tests required and admitted to ICU. Pros: 1. Very experienced doctors 2. Clear Communication to patient and attendees 3. Especially I should appreciate Dr.Harshavardhan Singh..young and energetic. I felt, I had recovered 90% just by talking to him.. Cons: 1. Even in ICU the washrooms are not hygienic. 2. Billing process can be made a shade quicker...

Dr. Y Murali Sir treatment is very good. He diagnoses the patients correctly and handles the critical case in a simple manner. We had confidents on simple on our visit itself and did not got the thought of moving to different hospital when my husband was diagnosed with dengue and his platelet count has come down to 22000o. I had a knee fracture surgery on December 05, 2022. Dr.arun Reddy V. he is gentle and soft spoken. He is an excellent surgeon who personally explained about the surgery and did the surgery and the follow up. I thank him and the entire medical team of Srikara Hospital and doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and other staff members were wonderful and very friendly.

A surgery was performed on my wife to remove an infection in her urine. A tremendous job was done by Dr. Steve Richards - Urologist. Firstly whoever is reading the comment, my sincere request is to not even think about this hospital if you want to remain in your good health. I am writing this out of 2 experiences and this is my honest advice. I would give -5 if that's possible. Worst hospital ever. We went for a hot water burn to get the blisters burst. But the doctor and nurse in emergency room removed the skin of about 2-3 inches area from foot. They didn't even inform about what they are going to do before doing it.Nobody takes accountability for anything in this hospital. There is no consent concept here. They just do whatever they want. The doctors and nurses are pathetic. We were asked to come at 10 and the doctor arrived at 12. We had to wait for 2 hours in pain. When we asked the staff about the delay they were very rude. Dr. Meena Kumari said that they can apply collagen sheet to the burn only if we get admitted in the hospital. But it's a matter of only 10 minutes to do that which we got done elsewhere. She was in a hurry and didn't take enough time to explain the case to us. The hygiene in emergency room is not debatable. The bedsheets had some weird remains on them. And they charge exorbitant rates for a small piece of cotton. They even charge for the gloves they use.

We have visited srikara for knee replacement surgery to my father for both legs. Hospital staff and management are responsive , caring and supported us well in all the phases and ensured we had a smooth stay and experience here. Thanks to the hospital and staff.

Couple of days back my wife had a total knee replacement surgery. I would like to mention that right from day 1, we were guided properly by Mrs. Vijayalakshmi and team followed with surgery performed by Dr. Akhil Dadi and team. Operation went on successfully and discharged today with immense satisfaction provided by each and every member of the staff for our comfortable stay in the hospital. Admitted my father with viral fever. Doctor A V Srikar treated us with utmost care and treatment is very good. He is very patient in listening to our problems and suggesting best way to overcome instead of giving high power medication. Hospital staff, cleaning and sisters are also very polite. Admitted my mother after severe Nasal bone fracture and pelvic fracture. The doctors are very responsive and easy to get in touch overall smooth procedure.
