EXPERIENCE.
I'm
sure
you
won't
find
any
response
from
hospital
to
this
review.
-
Our
consulting
doctor
was
Madhu
Sir
and
he
suggested
a
surgery
for
a
fracture
near
knee.
The
surgery
went
well
but
after
the
surgery
our
experience
have
been
pretty
bad.
1.
OVERSIGHT
BY
INSURANCE
DEPT:
-
Despite
receiving
the
claim
approval
by
our
Insurance,
the
entire
department
of
Insurance
claims
at
Srikara
failed
to
respond
promptly
and
we
had
to
wait
3
more
hours
for
discharge.
They
got
approval
at
4.30
but
they
delayed
till
7,
untill
I
show
them
the
approval
letter
from
my
end.
What
is
the
purpose
of
such
department?
2.
OP
CONSULTATION:
(i).
Madhu
Sir's
assistant
(Don't
remember
his
name)
but
he
was
smiling
when
we
asked
some
medication
for
pain
and
fire
sensation
at
surgery
area.
I
don't
know
the
reason.
We
tried
the
prescribed
Acemiz
but
that
was
not
at
all
affective.
That
smile
hurts.
(ii).
We
went
to
the
hospital
for
the
3rd
time.
We
never
know
we
can
directly
enter
Madhu
Sir's
OP
instead
of
General
OP.
The
staff
at
Geneal
OP
are
busy
with
throwing
the
chappal
outside
and
she
is
literally
doing
watchman
duty.
They
not
even
see
the
patient's
OP
file
and
which
OP
we
should
go
instead
of
wating
time.
After
waiting
1
hour
outside,
finally
we
get
into
the
General
OP,
they
didn't
even
verify
the
OP
consultation
fee.
They
did
timepass
for
more
than
40
minutes
and
suggested
to
go
to
Madhu
Sir's
OP.
The
game
begins,
we
were
told
to
pay
consultation
fee
of
RS.
700
at
that
time.
We
paid
and
sat
in
the
queue
with
unbearable
pain
in
the
knee,
where
the
surgery
done.
After
20
minutes,
we
hit
the
lucky
draw
to
finally
see
Mr.
Madhu
Sir.
He
simply
suggested
an
X-ray
in
2
minutes
without
even
seeing
the
surgery
area.
The
time
is
around
1.45
PM,
we
paid
800
and
doctor
promised
that
he
will
wait
for
us
if
the
X-ray
work
done
in
5
minutes.
His
assistant
came
along
with
us
to
x-ray
area
and
it
took
mere
5
minutes
upon
the
payment.
She
could've
informed
doctor
to
wait
but
she
doesn't.
We
came
at
1.50
but
doctor
went
to
have
lunch.
Now,
we
had
to
wait
another
one
hour
to
see
Mr.
Madhu
Sir.
I
am
writing
this
review
during
the
wait
time.
Not
frustrated
but
regretting
my
decision
of
selecting
Srikara
hospital.
A
feedback
to
Hospital
management.
I
doubt
when
you
guys
forced
the
patient
to
give
a
5
star
rating
for
your
hospital.
You
already
knew
that
post-surgery
treatment
would
be
worst
and
patient
will
change
their
mind.
Great
move!
Post-Surgery
is
more
crucial
than
the
surgery.
Initiate
a
process
that
will
reduce
the
wait
time
for
Post
-Surgery
patients.
They
cannot
wait
4
hours
for
a
single
consultation,
no
bed
assigned
and
it's
very
hard
for
post
surgery
patients
to
use
regular
toilets.
