One of the worst experiences I ever had while getting out of the hospital. They took 5 hours to finish the process while making me run from one office to another, given that mine was a cash payment, no insurance thing was involved which would have taken time. Here are few information you need before stepping into this hospital again. 1. Rude, actually very rude nursing staff. They literally scratched the bandage out of patient’s hand and threw it on the bed and left(pic attached) 2. Doctors are really nice and experienced but once you’re admitted then it’s not only about the doctor alone. 3. Bed bells don’t work mostly(pic attached) 4. Stinking washrooms and suffocating rooms with no ventilation. Even when I complaint about it to the doctor, he agreed. 5. Worst paper work management. WORST. They will make you run from office to office till you lose your patience. 6. In most of the review replies I’ve read, they have disclosed the patient details and diseases on a public platform which I think isn’t ethical or legal.

Very poor response from the reception team. We had an appointment with dermatologist at 11 AM. Went on time. She just asked me one question, are you coming for the first time. I said "yes", she just asked me to go and sit in common area. Refused to answer all my queries. They can improve a lot in hospitality

Totally irresponsible hospital staff...especially receptionists. All they care about is money. I had a surgery at this hospital. i called the hospital for some important follow-up questions. they informed they will have a surgeon call me back in few minutes. i again called 3 times in a day to follow-up. but no one gave proper response. neither the surgeon called me back. Also, the surgeon did not communicate properly. Because of lack of proper communication i have some complications in my leg where surgery happened.. If possible, i would not even given them 1 star.

My experience at Pace Hospital in Madhapur was quite mixed. On the positive side, the consultants were skilled and competent. However, I was disappointed with the overall management, as reports were consistently delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Moreover, the duty doctors' performance left much to be desired. One significant concern was the apparent tendency to extend stays without clear reasons when insurance coverage was available. This practice raised questions about transparency and the hospital's commitment to patient care. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall patient experience at Pace Hospital. The attitude of the insurance guys was another nightmare. They inflated our bill and collected cash from us even though we had good insurance

Very much dissatisfied as they didn’t keep word about medical cost. They told you less the price of medical issues but after taking admission and doing the operation they cut your thoughts by giving you extra bla bla expenses. They demand huge money from non-resident of India.

I had booked my Mandatory Full Body Check at Pace Hospitals and I would like to say that the whole process was a pleasurable and hassle free one, all due to Ms.Pravallika Kakarla from the Corporate Diagnostic Department. She called up a day in advance to confirm the check up and took all the required delegance during the check up for me and all others who had come up for Full Body Check up. I would any day give a Five Star rating for her support and co-ordination during the Full Body Check Up. I have instead given a four star rating as the Hospital can improve on one or two aspects which I have informed the staff there. I will continue to visit the hospital for check up and physician visits in the future.

Doctor Anand V was very patient and Caring. He made sure we understood the surgery process and that were okay with it. He was always available even during the night. Answered all our queries and made sure the patient have everything needed. The nurses were very attentive and always present. They took our suggestion about food and delivered it in the way we requested. Nurses constantly checked up on the patient and made sure she was okay and comfortable. We couldn't be more happy with the hospitality the hospital offered.

I am really very thankful to Dr Govind Varma Sir because the terrible situation of my mother Manjushree Mohapatra was earlier past 3 months before suffered from Jaundice with liver complication such as (no motion clear and no food intake with vomiting sensation) really was very pathetic situation we came across . After visiting Dr Govind Varma Sir - the way he diagnose the problem and treated safe and positive way , my mother gradually recovered now . He diagnose the exact problem and through ERCP procedure my mother really recovered from jaundice as well as liver complication without motion medicine . We are very satisfied with Dr Govind Sir treatment for his friendly behavior with patient and his treatment . I am really thankful and obliged to Dr Govind Sir and highly recommended for any Jaundice and liver related problems.

I went for a health checkup and everything was excruciatingly slow. Starting with registration, waiting time for Ultrasound, ECG & 2D Echo and Doctor consultation. I came at 8:30 am the morning and by the time I left it was 4:00 pm in the evening. However, the coordinator Latha was quite helpful. The doctors I consulted with, Dr. Nikhil, Internal medicine and Dr. Manisha, Dentist were very warm and friendly. They provided the right advice.

One of my friends had surgery in this hospital, and I stayed with him for the whole of his stay. The doctors at PACE Hospital are excellent, particularly Dr. Krishnan. Every single member of the medical staff, nurse, housekeeping, security, etc. is quite helpful. Everything was fine until my friend received his meal from the hospital on the last day. He discovered one insect (a cockroach) in the food, which is really undesirable. I quickly informed the nurse, and the entire team arrived and swiftly took action. But the point is that if a large hospital like PACE is unable to provide good food, or at the very least food that is free of insects, then the hospital's goal and purpose are not justified... We usually visit a large hospital because of their excellent treatment, but this situation makes us reconsider... PACE hospital- Please ensure that this does not happen again..

Special mention to Dr. somanth Gupta as he was very good and took proper action towards my reports, I am thankful to him and Pace hospital as every test were done very quickly and received my results within couple of hours. I was visiting from kerala and the hospital staff were very helpful which made my process easy and hassle free.

This hospital is good when compared to other hospitals, very good service provided with great doctors and nursing staff. The house keeping staff job was beyond expectations. The discharge process can be improved alot. They took more than 24 hrs to process the discharge and make discharge summary. Due to negligence and miscommunication between staff for discharge process. I was also forced to stay a day extra due to staff not available to make discharge summary and billing details.

My family had worst experience with this hospital. I booked health check up for my family using MediBuddy. They management is worst, they lost my mother’s report. Gynecologist and physician are ignorant about the report. Reception staff forced my family to give 5 rating and mention good about their doctors. Such a worst hospital, booked health check up by seeing other guys review. I used to go Continental Hospital, because of slots not available had to go to this hospital. Don’t go for health checkup in this hospital guys.

Very good hospital. Most of the time, I visit Madinaguda branch. Their staff is very polite and cooperative. Dr. Vinay spends sufficient time to patients. I visited for my daughter's fever and soar throat. She started recovering from very next day.

Overall experience at Pace hospital was very good. I was admitted in 2017 for cholecystectomy under Dr. Govind Varma. He is very friendly, transparent and down to earth in his approach. He puts his patients at great ease and is prompt in his responses. He made the surgery feel like a breeze even though it was my first time ever being admitted to a hospital and took away my worries. He has since then constantly been resolving any health issues I had and also was polite enough to treat some of my references from friends and family. Again in January 2020, my mother got admitted under him for cholecystectomy with Jaundice and other complications. We were worried as doctors in other hospital said it could be serious and suggested many different tests including cancer test. Dr. Varma ruled out all unnecessary tests and diagnosed and treated her underlying problem promptly and the surgery was successful. She was discharged within 5 days and had no other issues since then. We are extremely grateful to him and would like to take this opportunity to thank him for everything. Special thanks to Ms. Anjali (PR) for her cooperation at difficult times. Also, the nursing and other staff are highly trained and are very helpful and cooperative. Only suggestion is the visitor and attendant rules can be made more flexible as they are very rigid and inconvenient at times.

Writting this after recent visit and admission for 6 days. Very good doctors. Especially Dr Dheeraj Agrawal and Dr Govind Varma in department of gastroenterology. My mother was suffering from cronic pancreatitis with blocked pancreatic duct. I was hopeless after visiting very known big hospital like AIG for more than 7 years. Dr Govind Varma in PACE hospital gave the ray of hope and fulfilling his promise. My mother is recovering well. It's like rebirth for my mother. Friendly staff and very thanks to Anjali mam.

I strongly recommend this hospital and doctor Govid Verma sir(Gastroentrologist) Reason : as my wife has been suffering from severe upper right abdomen since 12 years and we met so many doctors and corporate hospital in both Warangal and Hyderabad but the problem not cured at last we consulted Dr. Govid Verma (The God to my family) he asked us to admit the hospital and requested for some scans and tests and he suggested for the ERCP+EUS procedure and doctor has found so many stones from the pancreas duct this is the one which is causing the pain to my wife and doctor has removed the stones and kept stunt in the duct. Hospital name says critical care. I joined my family member to this hospital. Below are my observation. 1. Treating doctors are not experienced to handle critical care. Do not see big names and experience on board. Check who is treating. There had just 4 to 5 years of experience. 2. Cost they put is very high as it is critical care hospital. 3. Doctors do more routine treatment everyone, they can’t provide person wise treatment as they are not experienced. 4. If you are going for normal problems it’s ok. But I do not prefer this hospital for critical care. 5. They can’t provide bill middle of the treatment. If you ask they calculate based on days and tell you amount. Just they loot money from Patients. 6. Just check doctor experience before going for critical treatment and recovery rate. 7. They give generally very aggressive treatment. It won’t work for all. And kill immunity power of human. You may feel happy that time but side effects You see in future. 8. OP Paitent are given higher preference compared to icu person 9. It has it’s own lab and X-ray etc. you get reports very fast. 10. Doctors are not available on Sunday. It’s is critical care but holiday for most of of the doctors. Lucky my family member cured but slowly we are seeing side effects. I spent lot money in rehabilitation Center.

Worst hospital, they just fill their pockets with your hard earned money. I have visited this hospital 2 times within 5 days and irresponsible staff they made mom sit in pain for more than 5 hours in casuality room and no one visited. They made to take 2 times ultrasound without doctors concent. Dr Somnath Gupta. Checking his rating it was 5 star.. I think it's a paid rating.. Useless doctor when I visited again he just told me that he is not expertise asked me to pay and consult another doctor. Dr Dheeraj Agarwal. We did not came for free.. We paid you for consultation. Don't behave like we are consulting you for free. And at last very bad trainees/assistants who told me that the reports of your hospital is wrong and asked me to take all the reports again(Ultrasound + CBR + UT + etc.. ). I met dr.dhiraj Agarwal sir for gastro problem.doctor prescribed me few tests and detailedly explained about the cause of my problem and gave precautions. Recently my husband had a leg injury and we visited Dr Anand Agroya at Pace Hospital Hitec City.He checked all the reports and suggested to go for surgery. The way he takes care of his patient is something which is rarely seen in many doctors . He takes the ownership on making sure patient is comfortable during the surgery and post that . Before the surgery he explained me what is going to happen inside and post the surgery what all complications which may come up . Honestly I was so relieved that my husband was in safer hands . He also ensure that we had a great experience without any hassle in any means be it in getting the admission done or the insurance part he follows up and make sure it is done without any delay. Thank you so much Dr Anand for all the support you have given us and the way you treated.Really appreciate it.Also the hospital maintained the neatness and sanitised regularly . We visited this hospital in Hi Tech City for my wife having pain in Left Abdomen. Doctor Dhiraj brilliantly diagnosed it and found the root cause (Left Ovary Cystic Complex mass, midway to cancer). She was operated on later by Dr Rupa. The complex mass was removed and the left pain got cured. Since then my wife didn't felt any pain. The services are good too. The canteen food, Room/Housekeeping services, and nurses were excellent. Post Surgery, My wife was served soup at regular intervals to ensure maximum recovery. Any request for additional help was immediately attended to by the staff.

We had good experience with Dr Anand Agroya till now. Sometimes, because of many patients he seems to be little impatient, but he is good treatment wise. Actually, I am editing my review after having terrible experience with physiotherapist in PACE hospital. The physio named Dr Sheetal is very rude with crude behavior without having any empathy or social behavioural skills towards the patients. She does NOT even know how to do ultrasound and the leg position for putting the tape to patients' feet. She screams and shouts on her patients and threatens saying "your treatment and wellness is in my hand". She is NOT at all qualified to be a doctor without being atleast an average human being. After having her physio sessions, my complaint became complicated with increased pain. I have cancelled all my physio sessions with PACE hospitals after this horrible experience.

Very delightful and felt very happy for the services they have provided. Patient are very safe and they are very caring and staff behaviour and the explanation provided on the diseases impressed me more.. We came here for Laproscopy cyst removal surgery and very satisfied with the way Dr. Rupa Madam explained and treated.

I came here for my liver cirrhosis, that time ny situation very bad, I'm not able to walk also and my tummy full of water and my legs are swollen. That time dr. Govind verma advise liver transplant, so immediately it's not possible bcs of my health situation and finance, after my situation is good . Sir told me to take admission for liver transplant after 14 days I got discharged and my brother who donat me liver he discharge after 7 days. Now it's been 2 months we both are totally fine and mine health was very good. Thank you so much to dr. Govind verma and pace team who are helped me.

I really thankful to @Dr. PrudhwiRaj Sanamandra (Endocrinologist) in Pace Hospital. He is so kind and friendly. I am so impressed with his explanation about the Thyroid problem and the treatment. He is very responsible towards patients. We can express freely our problems with him and I really appreciate the time he giving to the patients by checking all the reports. Our experience is that he is very soft spoken, explains the problem very clearly he deserves excellent future and fame in his future endeavors.

Recently I had a bitter experience with Pace Hospital, Hyderabad. I was having acute pain in my stomach so I decided to go to Pace Hospital. When the hospital staff got to know about my health insurance, within 5 min they have collected my blood in 6 vacationer blood collection tubes and did all kinds of blood tests, most of which were not even concerned with the problem I was having. For admission I have selected a twin sharing room for which they have charged me Rs 4200/Day, and the Bed Roll was also damaged for the bed I was provided. Once I got admitted they weren’t really concerned about my problem, kept asking me to co-operate for the late timings of doctors and lab technicians. Test which they can complete in 2 to 3 hrs for that they have taken 12 hrs. In my case they were only making money by doing all kinds of tests which are available in the Hospital like UltraSound, ECG (even when my blood pressure was normal), Endoscopy etc. Each and every Report of blood, ultrasound and endoscopy turned out normal, after which they told me to go for CT Scan. They have already kept me on fast for more than 20 hours and asked me not to eat anything else for another 2-3 hours. Due to fasting, I was all weak after 24 hours of admission and thought if I really came for getting treatment or getting in more trouble. Although my stomach pain got reduced in 5 to 6 hours after admission, keep in mind I was not given any medication or anything during this time as hospital staff was busy carrying out different kinds of tests. When they weren’t able to deduce anything, they were throwing unrelated assumptions of me getting infected with Hepatitis B, of which there are no symptoms and my liver is also perfectly fine. When I got frustrated and wanted to get discharged, they made various assumptions and made me stay for one more day. On the day of my discharge they put my discharge summary on hold and said it will take more than 6 hours, which in real almost took 10 hours. While my discharge summary was being prepared, no doctors or staff really cared to check on me and my condition, or to follow up on my tests or conditions. My conclusion point is if any body gone for the eye treatment they will start diagnosis complete body even that is no way concern to your eye problem. There are only having intention to increased hospital bill as much as they can. I would request every one to please think 100 times before getting admitted in Pace Hospital.

She took the time to listen, explain and ensure I felt comfortable. The hospital’s efficiency and friendly staff added to the positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Dayank for outstanding care.

Doctor Vinay kumar sir is very helpful and friendly and more over he is not commercial which is hard to find these days. He spends time and listens to patients problems with more patience and guide them in the right direction of treatment. I finally felt we found a right family doctor and will start following only his advise from now and already started recommending to known friends and relatives.

I visited in 2020 and my problem was diagnosed quickly and treated well. After 4 years I visited them again for multiple problems. Dr. Vinay Kumar has studied my case and formed a panel with other doctors to get to the root cause with several tests and managed the process very well. He prepared a detailed case and briefed all the doctors infront of me to bring them to the same page with my inputs. The Hygiene of rooms is maintained very well periodically. Nurses attend the patient frequently with utmost care. Only complaint is the way tests are managed. They are not managed with efficiency with right sequence as per patients convenience and the wheelchair service takes time which can be improved. Overall for a small hospital the services are good you won't be disappointed. The hospital management daily enquires about patient satisfaction for every service they offer. Hello Everyone, my experience with Dr Vinay Kumar was amazing. I have never seen so humble and kind doctor in my entire life. I went for my wife’s finger infection in December’23. He explained the problem with utmost clarity and suggested the possible solution. This is what most patients expect from doctors. He spends good amount of time to understand the medical situation of the patients. Within 2 days I was able see the improvement and the whole infection healed within a week without any operation. Undoubtably Dr Vinay is one of the best General Physicians in Hyderabad to consult. Thank you Dr Vinay 😊

I have been visiting Dr Anand Agroya for knee pain. He patiently listened and systematically diagnosed the issue. I am seeing good improvement after taking prescribed medication and Physios.

Generally the services at Pace hospital are well organised compared to other hospitals I visited but one issue that the hospital needs to address is pricing. This is not critism. This is an advice. The pricing has to be transparent and has to be comparable to other hospitals. Remember patients will compare prices and ask friends and family.

Worst experience with the cardiologist Dr.Shravan. They forget that person visits cardiologist only during emergency.Yesterday I had severe chest pain..He just asked to go for 4 tests and dissapeared ..waited for him for 3-4 hours but in vain..was busy in OT itseems..Today since morning trying to reach him for the discussion of reports but no positive response..Simply they send us for tests and then not bothered.. Absolutely bad experience..It's become commercial now..

Visit to this hospital was good. Doctors and the working staff were very cordial and the response was great. Ortho surgeon was exceptionally very good. I am very impressed with the support staff and other healthcare staff also. Hospital premises are very clean and the environment here is also very person friendly. On the whole ,it was very good. There will be some delays here and there, but that is totally normal in a hospital. I am thankful to all the staff members and the doctors.

I had been to Pace earlier but never had such a bitter experience. I went to the Hospital for an appointment with Orthodox doctor and they made me fill a form, I mentioned that I have come in the past and will have a history already, they would still not understand. They kept me waiting as they were busy encashing and collecting payments from existing patients. Pathetic Customer service. Shouldn’t you have a dedicated person at the reception for all Out Patient calls???

The way Dr.Phani Krishna interacts with the patient and his communication with the patients is absolutely incredible. He clears every single doubt of the patient and takes time to consult the patient. We personally saw and interacted with Dr.Phani Krishna and I can say that he is the best for surgeries related to heptalogy and ya of course he is the most experienced Surgical Dr. .

I visited Pace hospital on 31st Oct 2020 for my surgery. Doctors and surgeons are good and they treat you well but the main concern is billing department. They literally created fake bill, means they added same surgery items two times. One including package and other under package excludes. They added surgical item under (IP pharmacy charges) and my total bill came around 79000+. I was surprised because my insurance agent clearly mentioned that all surgical items are covered in the policy, later when I escalated then my Insurance agent from FHPL spoke with the billing department and I got a revised bill of 50,000+. Around 29000rs was fake/duplicated. Other issue: When I joined into the Pace hospital for surgery they asked me an advance of 10000rs which paid via my card. Later after the final bill settlement I was supposed to get 3023rs back. On 02nd I got discharged but they did not give me the refund amount and requested us to come next day and collect. When we went next day to collect then they said you won’t get the total refund amount, 2.5% transaction charges will be deducted because I paid via card and not cash. That was surprising for me and I requested that don’t give me cash refund just give me a bank cheque with total amount but they clearly denied saying that 2.5% TDS charges will apply on me/patient. I had a very bad experience and I request everyone whoever goes to Pace hospital, please be careful and ensure you check each and every item thoroughly else you will also get cheated just like me. Recently my mother got treated and discharged. They have the best doctors and their service is excellent. The staff are very nice and responsive.

My mother had gotten a severe infection that got her into sepsis and gave her uncommon neurological symptoms. The doctors were excellent and managed to cure her! They were very helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend Dr. Govind. Even though my mother's infection wasn't related to gastroenterology, he treated her brilliantly. Dr. Sandhya was responsible for improving my mothers' neurological condition, though we couldn't find any reason for any of her neuro symptoms; even with extensive testing, she was very confident that she understood her symptoms and managed to treat her in the end!

Came here for the Covid treatment of my mother with severe lungs infection on 10th August night 12:30 AM from khammam in Emergency. The staff responded immediately and shifted my mother to ICU. On 11th morning Dr. Somnath Guptha sir taken care of my mother and treated very well. Within a week my mother was recovered from covid. I visited Pace Hospital when I was suffering from stomach pain. After performing all the tests e.g. USG, CT Scan and other pathology related tests, Dr.Govind and his team finally came to the conclusion that my apendix has swelling and surgery is mandatory. After surgery, they told me that my apendix had ruptured. I don't know why didn't they tell me the same before surgery. Before surgery, they were only saying that my appendix has swelling.If it gets ruptured, then it will create huge problem. After the surgery Dr.Govind, Dr. Dhiraj, Dr. Kiran, Dr. Suresh were constantly taking care of my health situation and suggesting the medicines accordingly. They were very friendly and listening to me very carefully. Now I am completely fine. Though the room allocated to me (303) was not having any ventilation. Hospital should try to improve the same. Apart from that other facilities were fine. ICU ward nursing staff was very caring. General ward nursing staff was also good. I would highly recommend to visit Dr. Govind at pace hospital for any kind of gastro related problems.

I visited for a knee problem for Physiotherapy. Dr. Sheetal was an absolute gem at her job. I revived within couple of sessions. She was very patient to explain the exercises to me and repeat the same if I forgot the sequence of exercises. The therapy sessions were a very positive experience. I am doing very well now. I just visited the doctor today after almost a month for follow-up, progress tracking and additional suggestions for my gym routine. I came to visit DR Anand ( Ortho) with a shoulder pain ( 1.5 yrs old) and (7 yrs old) knee problem. he invested so much of time and care to figure out my actual issue. he educated me about the problem and the cause and explained me very nicely how to go about the treatment. Then i started my physiotherapy with Dr Sheetal and experienced the same service from her too. They have given enough time to guide me and help me to get better. they were constantly in touch to respond to my queries in between the treatment. This hospital is extremely good the doctors were high professional and timely action in terms of health was addressed. The surgical team was very helpful and have updated the prognosis wonderfully. I have been admitted in the hospital for my diagnosis for dengue fever and I got treated really well. The treatment, the staff and all the doctors who visited were really calm and patient specially doctor Vinay, who was my physician. He used to come twice, sometimes thrice a day to check and used to give me a sufficient amount of time to counsel me to take care of my diet. Never treated me like a patient, never told me directly how bad my condition was. I must say he’s very generous and understanding who precisely knows how to take care of his patients.

Dr Abhik has been quite helpful, would recommend as he treats for the urology issues. One thing would recommend for the hospital. To increase the manpower at reception, as for one patient/customer they are taking around 20-25 mins, making us wait for a longer time in queue.

I consulted Dr Govind verma for my father liver problem. He insisted to do all tests in hospital. We waited more than. 2hrs.he spoken with patient less than a minute. Very disappointed with his attitude towards patient health status.without telling about problem of patient and that's seriousness. he asked to join in hospital. Management staff don't seems to be skilled at reception. They don't know difference between cghs credit letter and reference letter. They wasted lot of time reception itself before doctor consulting.
