I have visited to see gynaecologist Andal Reddy. The hospital is quite clean and well maintained. It has sufficient lifts and emergency exits. Doctors we met so far were good. Overall I liked the hospital. They provide good corporate discount on consultation (20%) and tests (15%). Same discounts are available for the residents of nearby appartments as well.

The Drs. are pretty good. But a BIG area of concern is for patients coming on Sunday, none of the OPDs are open on Sunday, and seems everyone is in a Holiday mood. A simple blood test took us 1.5 hrs because no one was avaialable or willing to share information as to where to go and this was when a patient is running 102+ fever. Eventually everything happened in ER at double the charges. Something similar happend a few months ago when my kid got hit on the head on a Sunday, and again we were told to take him to ER for a simple bandage because Drs werent available. Admission process was super cumbersome, we were told no single rooms were available , and even shared rooms were available after 2.30 pm, till then we were advised to get treated in General ward but after a couple of hrs of running around insurance, Dr. and getting treated in ER instead of General ward, single rooms magically became available. Room Cleanliness is top notch, food is good too, but overall maintenance of property, like walls shedding paint and full of cracks is disappointing for the price they charge.

***My experience with Dr.Sudheer Koganti and his team at Citizens Hospitals*** I am 42 years old male and I was diagnosed with CTO. This is the same block which was treated with stent 5 years ago and completely blocked now. I delayed regular check up by 2 years due to covid, which proved to be fatal. When I knew about my condition, me and my family were very much worried and concerned as we heard that bypass surgery will be the only option to treat this condition, CTO with prior stent. But when I met and talked to Dr. Sudhir Koganti at Citizens Hospitals, Hyderabad, I got lot of confidence felt very safe. Even before treatment, just interacting with him made me feel safe. On 9Feb2022, he performed very complex stenting procedure and opened the block. I later came to know that he is one of the very few doctors who can perform this kind of complex stenting procedure in whole of India, and also the equipment he used is pretty rare in India. The procedure was big success, and I was discharged next day. It has been a week now. I do not have any post procedure issues and leading normal life without any problems. I am extremely happy, satisfied and thankful to Dr.Sudheer. He has vast experience as Interventional Cardiologist and highly qualified, I feel lucky that I met Dr.Sudheer. He is friendly, approachable and understands patients concerns. He was considerate at the time of billing also. Cost was significantly less compared to other hospitals. The whole experience of admitting to hospital to discharge was hassle free. Thanks to Mr.Ganesh, personal assistant of Dr.Sudheer. Right from diagnosis, he was with us. Hospitalization with critical disease can be traumatic experience for any patient and family members. But Ganesh made me and my wife feel very comfortable and took care of all administrative things. He followed up and arranged all the necessary things at the hospital. He was very empathetic and always available. Because of him, I never felt that anxiety of being in the hospital. The staff in ICCU are professional and caring. Food from canteen was good and tasty. My overall experience of Citizen Hospital was very good.

Good hospital, if you’re looking out for a great treatment with budget friendly you can blindly go with this hospital. Doctors, staff , cleanliness is just awesome. We were worried about our bill but everything was explained in detail.

My father had a knee replacement surgery done here. We are very happy with results. Dr Vasudev was very efficient, supportive and patient friendly. The nursing staff was caring and attended all the needs efficiently. I have recently visited hospital with doctor Naidu. He may be good and experienced.But we have very bad experience with this hospital.He has prescribed some tests and not reviewed on same day. He has not prescribed any medicine as reports not reviewed.I have visited next day for review of test reports and to get the medicine.Nursing staff will not give any information when your turn and when your reports will be reviewed. We have waited on second day also couple of hours but our reports not reviewed. When ever we ask, support staff will say after half an hour. But our turn not come after waiting couple of hours. We understood doctor is not willing to review reports as there is no payment will come for review of reports.Finally we left the hospital with reports with out reviewed by doctor and without single medicine. Very bad experience. This hospital is very commercial and not having any ethics. When doctor is not having time to review reports , then why to prescribe various tests. When doctor not able to review reports and prescribe medicine, then why to accept new patients. Government need to intervene and examine the tests suggested by this hospital whether really required or not as doctors are not willing to review and not having time to give medicine. Pls think for alternative option instead going to this type of unethical hospital. They look at only fees not think about quality of service they provide.

Worst experience. Chirag Rahul is the worst doctor we have ever seen. My family suffered a lot because of this useless fellow. They made a bill of 70k in just two days without even single doctor consultation. And then this chiragbis saying that we ran away. I think it was better that we ran away. Or else we would have lost. It's a government hospital with corporate rates

The Nido [ A mother's nest ] - Doctor Anita K madam is one of the best gynecologist in the city. Provided treatment to pcod issue n then pregnancy treatment. Best surgeon in the city and successfully completed emergency delivery. Baby n mother both r safe. Also, pediatrician has explained everything in detail n they took care of baby girl with utmost care. Best hospitality too.

Stupid hospital. Couldn't even do an x-ray properly. Because of the wrong xray, the doctor there prescribed ct scan with contrast. My mom had a severe allergic reaction to the dye (ct scan was done elsewhere). It turned out everything was fine. If they had done the xray properly(now wondering if they had done it wantedly so that we will get a scan also there), my mom wouldn't have suffered so much. Very Money minded hospital, even my uncle who went there was suggested an operation, he got a second opinion at kims. Turned out operation wasnt neede afterall, he got well just with the medicines. So, don't believe what they say, get a second opinion.

The health checkup packages are quite good and comprehensive. The dedicated executives, like Surendra in my case, manage every aspect, from explaining the procedures to guiding through the consultation rooms. The hospital is pristine, and the support staff is incredibly helpful. However, the only downside is the extended waiting time for ultrasounds. Additionally, I have sought consultations from other doctors here, and most of them refrain from recommending unnecessary tests or medications.

I had a full body check-up in Citizens hospital and it was a good experience. The staff was really patient and helpful in every step. The doctors give a good explanation about the results post tests. The process of sharing test results can improve a little, but otherwise I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Shashikanth sir the best Doctor for ENT cancer, treats the best. My Surgery made on 23.11.2018 and after surgery frequently checking and nice responses from Doctor and his Staff. Now I am able to walk with out any support. Every three or four months I am attending for checkup.

Very poor housekeeping and hospitality , patients don’t feel welcoming at all , feels like government hospitals, very unhigene staff in cafeteria, the person who serves tea here is the most unethical and unhygenic person , he had a plum cake while making cake and dnt even clean his hands sand used same hands in straining tea

The hospital has improved a lot on the infra and facilities. The doctors are no doubts great but the staffs at the billing counter is also very according. Today my mom went to the hospital and she met an executive at the billing counter who not only guided her to the doctor but also made her very comfortable. My mom is a very senior citizen, had never visited this hospital before today and she is also very new to the city but Papain Tripura who is Citizen Billing executive made her feel like home. I must say this is was a great experience especially when my mom was all alone today. Great to have such people who makes the experience like home!! 👍

My father had Cardiology Consulation with Dr Hari Ram V treatment was excellent.Admin staff was Polite.Iam happy with all services.

They have enough car parking available. Hospital is big and spacious. They have most of the departments. Happened to visit this hospital in the recent past for my kid's high fever. It happened to be late night around 1 or 2 am. The staff were polite. They did all the pre-checks before moving us to the duty doctor. The duty doctor was polite too. He listened to us patiently and did all his checks. I, personally, was scared if they will push us to get lot of medical tests. But, the duty doctor did not do that. He told us to wait for a couple of days (until 5th day of high fever) and then go with tests. He prescribed couple of generic medicines and no anti-biotic - This is very much appreciate in a doctor. He checked with us what medicines we used. His prescription was similar to what we were using already. So, he did not push us to buy those and instead use what we had. Saying all this, I somehow felt the person sitting in the billing counter was very slow. Slow as a sloth. It was not only for me, but I observed the same for others too. He took a lot of time to process a single patient's file. Since we have to pay before proceeding to duty doctor, I was angry and frustrated (in my head) as my kid was sitting with high fever and it was taking ages to get him to the duty doctor. Could be due to slow systems, but nobody even informed why so slow.

Recently my mother undergone surgery in this hospital. We had very good experience from consultation to surgery. Dr. Pragnya is friendly and she explained everything to me and my mother in a very clear manner and clarified all doubts.  We felt like we were in safe hands. Hospital is excellent. The medical treatment was good and doctors and nursing staff is good . Hospital is neat and clean and staffs are courteous.. This was the worst experience during admission. Had to wait for 6 hours with very unprofessional emergency staff. There was not clarity on tariff and process.. Later post sharing feedback, I have received immediate response from operational head and Emergency management head and being assured that issues and emergency processes are streamlined to have more better experiences for patients getting admitted.. Citizens Hospital is one of the best Hospitals in Hyderabad.

Please, if you care about your friends and family, do not go here or send family members here! The doctors here do not care about your health, they only care about your money. They nearly caused me long term organ damage by prescribing me the wrong treatment for my health condition. They did this to make me pay more money. I was just a tourist and in my country, this is illegal! My health insurance company said that the method prescribed was unnecessary. This hospital is just full of liars and to keep yourself safe, don't go here.

Hospital and doctors are good, two things that need to be improved 1. Billing takes s lot of time, should look at online payments and provide QR codes for patient attendance 2. The road connecting the main road needs to be repaired, I can't understand why they haven't been fixed. I am sure the doctors and the hospital management use the same entry and exit. It's real problem especially for those who get discharged after surgeries etc.

I was diagnosed with 95% block in heart artery, thanks to Dr. Sudheer Koganti for timely diagnostics and intervention and done angioplasty with one stent. During angioplasty me and Dr. Sudheer Koganti were having a chit chat and asked me to relax for 10 mins, after a while he said surgery is done and i was shifted to Bed. Surgery happened for 30 mins or so. I didn't feel anything of the surgery. Thanks to Dr.Sudheer Koganti and his team(Dr. ganesh). next day i was discharged and went home. Thanks a lot.

Hi Andal Reddy Madam and Assistants, This is Mounika Sajja. I've recently underwent emergency surgery for ectopic pregnancy. On that day we reached to hospital as a OPD for consultation. When we were in hospital the stomach pain increased alot and with the previous scanning and all the tests that were done didn't help to detect that it was ectopic pregnancy. But when am in pain Andal Reddy madam kept lot of efforts to take observation for every half an hour and to predict the emergency situation. She was very accurate and saviour of my life with correct decision to perform the surgery. The surgery went smooth and am doing good now. Thank you so much Andal Reddy madam for saving my life. Also we would love to thank the sister and house keeping assistant(don't remember the names) for helping out in my bad situation before the surgery.

Went there for my father's cancer treatment. I must thank Dr. Shashikanth J for giving the best treatment possible and giving us the confidence and courage to go ahead with the surgery. He is truly a gem of a person. His commitment to his work is really commendable. Hospital is very nice and clean. It is as expensive, as any other corporate hospital. Counter staff at OPD and reception need to be slightly more professional in their approach, especially when their is a sudden increase in patient footfall. Also, i observed that some of the nursing and support staff are doing bulk of the work, while others are just chilling. Hospital is ECHS empanelled.

Huge hospital. Clean a Courteous atmosphere. Lot of educative and informative posters kept all around. Every poster was new knowledge to me. Dr Vijay Kumar, gen Physician is the best Family Dr I ever met.

Overall it's nice experience. There should have been a little more involvement for the health check ups so we don't have to spend a full day . Also there should be flexibility to change few things in the package like the tests we need and the doctor consultation, today there is absolutely no scope for the same.

Doctors are excellent, efficient and knowledgeable and they will explain about the complete treatment. But, Outsourcing staff were lazy and slow. They were ready to escape from responsibilities instead of working.

I have know Citizen's hospital as the best in the past years with good doctors and hospital that is well maintained. My current visits have been a pathetic experience. I just think either management doesn't care about its reputation any longer or that the staff is overwhelmed and stetched to work in a systematic manner. Long queues, no process, doctors just wander around while patients just keep waiting for long. Sorry to write this review, but someone pays attention and can work things out, I'd be grateful.

We came for health executive health check and completed satisfactory. Now we would like to suggest to give a normal bag like vijetha supermarket people are giving with logo on bag. This Will be useful for patient to carry his files, reports, water bottle,. Etc. Otherwise I have seen people carrying different plastic bags as they like and papers are falling from files. Since I request issue a normal hand bags with your logo which is useful for patient and will be your publicity also.
