The doctor might be good but the staff and service here is very very very bad, truly pathetic . Beyond the point of explanation. There are no rules that they follow, no proper procedure which allows us a particular time for waiting. The staff is in their own world and we don’t know whom they allow in or whom they make wait. I was having 2 kids with me on of which was patient. I had no option to keep another one at home because of which I brought other one also. And the way they were treating was very bad. And more over the receptionist tell the security man to ignore me. She says that ignore her they will do like this and go away.. I mean seriously..these days even government hospitals treat patients with a lot more respect that what I got here today. Even on the day of surgery the billing process alone took 3 hours, they kept pushing us and making us roam around for hours. Which according to me is the worst things a hospital can do to patients with kids. Truly pathetic service. Would never ever recommend anyone to go. Patient name was Mahira in case you would want to look up and recheck how we were treated. Edited: the lady in the pic, the receptionist or whatever she is, had 0 tolerance and patience and doesn’t deserve to be here whatsoever.

Don't want to discourage anyone by the below comments but those are the core problems exist in this hospital. Miss communication is at its peak at this hospital, The doctors secretary (udai prakash)with worst communication skills have dumb/useless attitude which u cant fight with. Dr.Udai prakash is a good doctor and can guide you really well. Call center team do not have enough information on the schedule of their’s doctors availability. The best way they can save people’s time is by arranging a proper schedule of appointments and the sequence for individuals turn so that people do not run out of their mind by waiting for long unexpected hours.

Doctor Udai is required to be sent to School to learn some patient handling manners. When any patient with a health problem goes to him he is required to softly respond but not arrogantly. Blessed to have the surgery done by Dr Udai Prakash at udai omni hospital in June 22 . My mom underwent partial knee replacement. Being a 75 year old she has bounced back to her routine exercises and work in a very short span of 4 weeks.We were advised TKR by many surgeons.But Dr Udai guided us and performed Partial knee replacement. My mother recently had partial knee replacement surgery done on both her legs at Udai Omni Hospital under the care, guidance and watchful eyes of Dr Udai Prakash. They are the only orthopaedic centre that I know of in Hyderabad that does partial knee replacement surgeries (less complications and quicker recovery) and only go for Total replacement if there is no other option. The post operative care was also excellent and included regular visits by physios, duty doctors, dietician, etc all through the day. Attention to hygiene and overall security was also quite remarkable.

This rating is not for the doctors.. Definitely the hospital maintenance/house keeping department should know how to run the operations.. They take ages to respond to cleaning requests and no separate ward boys for room service and Mortuary... Seriously? This is nonsense.. Patient had to wait for 45+ mins for one cleaning service... Few hours for Bathroom cleaning... This is not the kind of service one expects after paying hefty amounts for rooms... Service has to be improved.. I hear the house keeping manager shouting that he doesn't have enough resources to manage the work... The security guard sitting on the floors is just useless... I don't understand their responsibility and they just sit there for hours together with doing nothing... . If you really don't want to monitor the security, re-align the funds to house keeping department for better services and maintain hygiene.. Zero responsibility and seriousness from the Nurses on 3rd floor - Doctor advised for a medication at 9 PM and nothing given until 12.30 AM even after multiple reminders.. Even after 3+ hours, waiting for the medicine from in house pharmacy is absolute stupidity.. They should use some common sense to inform the patient attendees to get it from outside since it is need of the hour... I would never suggest this hospital.. Since the doctors are good, you should take the chance of getting their service from other hospitals they visit...

One of the best orthopaedic hospitals in Hyderabad and the entire team of doctors is just amazing. This is my first most and only 'go to' option for any orthopaedic issues personally and for entire family/friends. The staff as well is really courteous and helpful. Keep up the good service and amazing treatments that you all have been giving. BUT, VERY DISAPPOINTING & FRUSTRATING when it comes to value for patient's time/work. You are asked to come down at random time and the actual consultation may happen anytime from your arrival upto 2-3hrs! Your work, your other priorities takes a backseat in literal sense. I would really appreciate and request the management to look into this aspect and do the needful because one cannot simply wait for such long hours leaving all other work and priorities.

My sister was admitted here for hip and long bone fracture. The team at Udai Omni was very supportive and catered to the medical need immediately. She has undergone surgery. The physiotherapist Dr. Suresh and his team showed the exercises to be done and also were very encouraging and motivating. The nursing and housekeeping staff are very cooperative. Life is unpredictable, in case anyone needs any orthopaedic treatment or surgery, I would be recomend Udai Omni.

I have an unpleasant experience with omni uday help desk, every time they cancell my appointment with doctor saying unavailability, they won't even inform atleast prior to 10-15 hours, they just inform around 4-5 hours prior to appointment, so that i have to return to my hometown from hyderabad for which i have spent full day, atlast wasting my 2days in journey and money.
