We stayed at the hospital for more than a week for my Dad (Kameshwar rao). The doctors (Dr. N.Pavan Kumar garu and Dr. Subrahmanyam garu) gave excellent care and the hospital staff was very attentive and helpful. Just one improvement I would suggest is the quality of the food. Can be lot better considering most of the patients have diabetes and kidney ailments. Also there’s no Wi-Fi option available if we have to work remotely for longer stays - would be great to have this option as well. Overall we were very much satisfied with the services and care provided here.

Doctor Arun kumar has diagnosed my symptoms on the first day itself, which was not taken care in my last two hospitals. The doctors and the staff were so good and attentive. I got diagnosed with spinal infection which got removed through surgery and getting discharged the other day. That's a kind of hospital it is.

I took my 86 year old mom to get cortisone shots today November 2, 2023. The receptionist charged 700INR saying it was Doctor’s consultation so ok I paid using CC. I got a CC receipt but no receipt showing the cost was for that. Then I was charged 500INR, saying it was causality? No receipt showing that’s what it was for . I paid cash. I left then I was called back saying dressing charges were 2000INR. The receptionist insisted on cash which seemed suspicious. Then I said to the guy I paid 500 earlier and then it should be 1500INR. He said no, it is 2000INR and again insisted cash. I come home amd my mother looked at the bills . There was one was 500 and another for 200INR. Something is awfully wrong: Why didn’t they give me receipts? For the charges? Same with the pharmacy, cortisone shots cost 200INR , no receipt. 60INR for painkiller no receipt. I believe the pharmacy but the reception seems like overcharged me.

My mom admitted in the hospital twice in a previous month.the doctor which treated my mom looks like he don't know the proper treatment for the diseases. Don't know whats going on to my mom she is still sick and suffering from pain. Highlight of the day is she is again admitted on 8/11/23 just visited for the hospital for the check up or scans etc.don't know whats going on with the doctors. But one thing because of careless ness or improper treatment if something have gone wrong to my mom I sewer I don't know what I can do.

The security guard had no sence on talking with visitors, i don't understand on how they didn't put themselves on the matter of patient family . Even by explaining why they visit after 10pm is due to the work , in the case where they could not visit at the day time. The so called himself manager, he didn't even say his name is treating us differently . I don't understand wat is this behaviour. I will understand if the visitor make noise or atleast show some bad behaviour,but that is not . This is really not a way to treat a patient family .where we're standing and walking outside .

Plz do not join It's worst ever hospital. They did nothing and charged 45,000/- in one day. Nurses don't have basic hygiene sense. They are taking patients phone, who are from rural background and giving five star ratings. But they don't deserve even one star rating.

Don't go to Deccan hospitals they are not good hospital better you can go to other hospital they don't provide proper treatment there are neither no good staff nor doctors in the hospital going to Deccan hospital is like playing with your liked one's life

I am writing this review specifically those patients who doesnt have any guidance, as I met some patients reaching many places for Treatment related to kidney and they are lost and unable to reach best services and treatment outcome at affordable cost. Treatment outcomes at deccan are wonderful due to that personal patient care and team work, as I myself is an example for that and services and costs meet our expectitions always. My father (Mamidi Sri Rama Murthy garu) has been admitted to the hospital on emergency basis with symptoms of Vomiting, and Diarrhea. We don't know the root cause of the issue. The Hospital Doctors are awesome and treated very well. Conducted initial diagnosis and found out that stones in the Gallbladder and carried out a procedure to remove the stone in the Bile Duct successfully. Though I am in USA, Doctors are very nice and communicated constantly with me on the progress of the Dad's heath and treatment suggestions. Daddy was in Room No: 2302 and the hospital staff including Nurses, and office staff were very supportive and took care of the patient and the care takes (my mother) very well.
