This
place
deserves
negative
stars!
Our
mother
was
transferred
to
Aster
Prime
in
a
critical
condition,
caused
by
pneumonia
from
Covid
and
her
existing
arthritis
complications.
The
main
doctor,
who
made
all
the
promises
and
assurances,
treating
her
guaranteed
her
recovery
stating
that
he
has
a
100%
survival
rate
with
his
patients.
Day
1
and
2
there
was
no
news
or
updates
on
her
situation.
Day
3
the
demand
for
a
plasma
donor
started.
Now,
for
a
hospital
that
has
promised
plasma
treatment
itβs
unbelievable
that
they
did
not
have
plasma
for
her
β
Add
to
that
the
demand
for
finding
donors
didnβt
stop
there.
We
were
asked
to
immediately
provide
donors,
another
time
for
plasma
and
then
for
full
blood.
Not
sure
if
my
mother
received
any
benefit
from
all
the
scramble,
because
her
report
said
that
she
received
only
3
plasma
treatments.
Although
the
doctor
informed
us
that
he
had
given
her
4
plasma
treatments,
and
since
she
was
showing
progress
we
need
to
get
more
plasma
and
full
blood
donors.
Itβs
not
like
we
carry
donors
around
in
our
back
pockets.
Through
all
of
these
demands
we
were
not
informed
properly
of
any
treatment
or
medications
being
given
to
her.
When
we
asked
questions
to
know
the
truth
of
her
condition
and
treatment
we
were
indirectly
threatened
with
repercussions.
We
would
get
a
daily
video
call
for
2
minutes.
Those
2
minutes
were
excruciatingly
painful
to
watch
the
condition
my
mother
was
in.
She
was
talking
to
us
before
she
was
transferred
to
this
hospital
and
responding
to
what
we
said.
Ever
since
she
was
moved
to
the
hospital
she
did
not
respond
to
us
or
even
open
her
eyes
to
look
at
us.
There
was
only
pain
and
suffering
in
her
face,
in
mask
et
all,
no
recognition
of
and
response
to
us.
The
worst
part
of
the
call
was
how
they
moved
her
head
and
hand
to
make
us
think
that
she
was
actually
moving.
The
doctor
moved
her
head
one
day
to
make
it
look
like
she
was
nodding
in
response
to
us,
when
in
actuality
we
could
clearly
see
his
hand
under
her
head.
Appalling
and
inhuman!
We
got
to
see
her
body
after
her
death
and
it
was
horrendous
to
see
what
they
had
done
to
her.
They
had
poked
and
experimented
on
her
(the
signs
were
visible
on
her
face)
and
gave
her
all
kinds
of
medications
causing
her
more
pain
and
suffering
until
her
body
gave
up
and
could
take
it
no
more.
We
were
neither
consulted
nor
informed
of
any
treatment
or
medication
that
was
imparted
to
her.
According
to
her
report,
aside
from
the
multiple
things
we
read
one
of
things
that
stood
out
was
that
they
gave
her
steroids,
which
caused
her
sugar
to
surge
for
which
they
injected
insulin.
They
gave
her
conditions
that
she
never
had
and
only
added
to
her
suffering
and
pain!
The
upsetting
thing
is
not
just
that
we
lost
our
mother
but
that
she
had
to
undergo
pain
and
suffering
that
couldβve
easily
been
avoided.
For
a
person
who
had
suffered
from
arthritis
for
years
the
doctors
shouldβve
shown
some
consideration
in
putting
her
through
more
pain
in
the
last
moments
of
her
life!
Two
doctors
to
mention:
Pallavi
Shinde
β
Apparently
the
Intensivist
(read
Insensitivist).
She
was
rude,
arrogant
and
condescending.
She
showed
no
respect
while
talking
to
us
or
consideration
for
the
pain
a
patientβs
family
would
be
going
through.
Prabhu
Kumar
Challagali
β
He
was
the
main
doctor
driving
the
treatment
and
decisions.
Full
of
false
assurances
and
lies,
he
never
gave
us
a
proper
walk
through
of
what
and
how
he
would
provide
treatment
to
my
mother.
He
lied
to
our
faces
about
her
condition
improving.
One
time
he
even
went
on
to
say
that
my
mother
spoke
(to
only
him),
when
we
could
clearly
see
during
our
video
calls
that
she
was
in
no
state
to
speak
or
respond.
He
is
a
fraud
and
liar.
Oh,
one
more
thing
β
Open
the
cupboards
that
are
built
in
the
hospital
and
you
will
see
filth,
spit
and
dirt.
And
this
we
saw
in
the
cupboards
on
the
ICU
floor.
