It was a good experience altogether. We had visited for cataract surgery. For the first eye the surgery went smooth however for the second eye while undergoing surgery, the blood started coming out and the whole eye was swollen (it was very fearful experience) but hopefully after a month or so everything was normal and doctors could perform the surgery and it was successful. The hospital is clean, hygenic. The staff is humble, patient and follows up with the patient on timely basis. The Doctors are also very understanding. But these issues might occur at any place. Can't really point at what exactly went wrong but patient and their attendants should always be very careful and attentive while undergoing any surgeries. Maybe if the number of times they call to different rooms and briefing of doctors assistants is reduced and only the doctor themselves inform everything to patient, everyone will be on the same page. I would surely recommend this hospital.

I have been coming here from 7 years,treatment of doctors here is really very good these people are upgrading with time along with the methods of treatment and the hospitality here is very excellent. A good hospital with good ambience and responsible staff. I got my eye checkup done by Dr Raghavender reddy. He is a friendly doctor and you can feel at ease while talking to him. He understands the problem very well. A month ago we consulted him for the dry eyes issue of my mother. All the local doctors couldn't sort out the issue but this doctor detected it in a single sitting and prescribed some good medicines.

It's awesome experience at WIN vision. My father had cataract surgery for two eyes. Doctors are so polite and humble especially Dr. Lakshmi mam and Dr.Abeer Mam. The treatment you get here is quite nice and will treat you but the time leading to it will make you frustrated because of the lack of communication from the staff and chaos there is in the hospital. It’s quite overcrowded here so you needed atleast 2-3hrs dedicated just for checkup.

I've been to Win Vision twice in the last week, once for my dad and then for myself. Both the times I've been very impressed with many things about the professionalism of the staff and the doctors, the safety precautions in place given Covid-19, the promptness of the appointments and above all the friendly people at Win Vision. I had a detailed visit with Dr. Sreelaxmi, she took time to explain all the issues, options and the care required for my eyes. I asked her so many questions and she patiently answered all of them. It was the same professionalism and friendliness with my father, that made him very comfortable. In these tricky times, #1 concern is safety precautions for Covid-19. Win Vision is setting the standard across Hyderabad. Right at the entrance is a foot pedal for hand sanitizer, then there are the sterilized pens for signing documents, the elevator buttons are covered in plastics and there are disposable toothpicks to press the buttons, all the equipment is constantly being wiped to make it the safest possible environment. Worst place ever. The doctors have made an error while doing cataract to my mom. Post cataract she felt a lot of discomfort when we have raised this doubt with the doctors they became furious. From then on her IOP spiked up and only when we went to another specialist the clarified this has happened due to a recent eye surgery which was this Cataract. I accept that errors can happen but it's the way they denied makes this a worst hospital Reply to your response: We tried visiting you n number of times and there was no support from your end and the way doctors behaved with us literally scared us. Visited this hospital 3rd time for my aunt's left eye Cataract surgery, Dr. Sreelakshmi madam was really kind and experienced to complete the operation without any pain. My relative had a LASIK operation at this hospital. The doctors are very approachable and are friendly. They did clear every doubt. The operation procedure and the medication was clearly explained. I had femtolasik surgery 4 weeks ago and now I am able to see very clearly. To be very honest I have blurry vision sometimes due to dry eyes but that's manageable. Dr. Sreelakshmi madam is very nice doctor and very considerate. Her team is like family always ready to help and ready to answer any small querries you have. I always call Ravi sir for any small trouble I face related to my eyes and he is always there to help. I get little paranoid when it comes to my eyes for this I always count on them. Deserves more than 5 stars. I got my PRK contoura done here. Previously i wasn't given much insight into what's better for me at another hospital, but i was explained really well here and wat was best for me was chosen. After my appointment on 8th feb, surgery was planned for 10th feb. The entire staff was extremely helpful. I had several doubts before surgery which i cud clear easily. The procedure itself lasted only 10 mins and it was painless n smooth, thanks to Dr Sreelakshmi. Its been 5 days now n i can already see a huge difference. Date of visit: 2nd October 2023 Three patients. Booked an appointment 10 days prior. First of all, waiting time is huge. We waited for atleast 4 hours. And appointments are disregarded. People who walk in later are allowed to get checked earlier than the ones with appointments. We booked an appointment with Dr. Sreelakshmi but she wasn't available. Her personal assistant did not even care to inform us about the same. Instead they got us checked with another doctor without any consent. Absolutely shocked by their behaviour. Before giving us the reports, they kind of intimidate patients to give reviews on Google. Never seen such a behaviour so far with any hospital. If the management doesn't follow the appointment system, they should clearly inform the patients of the same. If the doctor is going to unavailable, courtesy is to inform. What's the whole point of having an appointment atleast 10 days before visit. When we told her PA about all this, she said ma'am will be available in 15 mins. Whereas the Dr. had surgeries lined up and would not be available for atleast 2 hours minimum. Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. Expected much better. My suggestion would be to not fall for the gamut of positive reviews present online.

Our entire experience was absolutely great. Dr Pradhna Reddy was fantastic, explained the procedure very well and post op response was amazing. Along with this the staff were amazing especially Nandini, Sunita, Manasa and Renuka. Definitely would recommend for everyone.
