Very good emergency service. Gynecologists and other staff are very cooperative. Could have done better in patients slot management in new building.(Scanning experience)

Worst experience they made me to wait for 2hrs for ultrasound bcoz they have only 1 sonographer for 2 blocks, first he will complete one block and then come to another patients are waiting for hrs.

The rooms are so compact with no ventilation for the air to go thru. They charge the full amount for the room with AC but the AC will never work. When complained, they will reply that it will take 2-3 days but will never be done and by that time the patient will be discharged. The same thing continues with next patient and it is just.... Even if the treatment is good enough, the patient will get suffocated with no fresh air or AC working as long as he stays.The management must make sure to work on this.

Faltu hospital,recently my friend taken treatment, hospital management was making bill too mach. I am realy telling dont go for treatment. Hyderabad no1 choor hospital.Waste hospital in twin cities. My wife was admitted in Zoi due to extreme loose motions. So she got admitted. Excellent doctors all Special Dr ahmed well experienced. Specially a girl at the medical shop in hospital gave me all necessary tablets Injection and said me first go sir give this all to start the treatment pay me later Was so good at that time. Mr Anil also a great Guy helped me in my insurance process. Very cooperative staff.. Excellent. .

I didn't expect hospital people to have such a great customer service. I've had horrible experience even at best hospitals. But this place is something different, so warm, and everyone is just ready to help you, you just have to ask, and they'll try their best to accommodate your request. Doctors and nurses are polite too and and will answer anything that you ask. Gayatri helped me a lot throughout the process, took all my calls, responded to my texts in case of any inquiry. I can actually vouch for the slogan that they use for the hospital. "Where you matter" Because you really do matter and they make you feel that.

I was bad experience with this hospital, Even I've insurance ,20000 maked fraud bill (It's rejected by insurance company) it was paid from my packet.This hospital is cheating to patients. Am a 3 years old customer here. After 3 years am giving this review, possible to avoid joy hospital, they don't accept out side reports. Simple example. One of the blood test here Rs5300, out side you getting only Rs2100. If u go inside once, your pocket is empty.

I will give 4.5 stars. Initially we faced issues due to mismanagement of the crowd/patients for OB scanning as there was only one radiologist. When number of patients is more, sequencing/serial number was not followed strictly. 1st patient had to wait and the next patients who were 2nd or 3rd in queue used to enter the scanning room first. But after our feedback, there's a lot of improvement in the patient management. Mr Siddharth (Asst. Manager Operations) personally looked into the issue. I am so much happy and satisfied with our last visit(27th Jan,2024). He personally assisted us this time.The lady staff on 3rd floor(don't know the name) who manages the patients is so good in her work. I am really happy with the immediate improvements/efforts done based on the feedback.

Money minded doctors. For my 4 year old son for a hair line fracture, doctor suggested for a bandage of 6k saying it is imported. As the price was too high we asked for pop bandage and the cost for it was 3k. We left and got it done for 1.5k in another hospital. Will not prefer this hospital next time

Very proudly and thankfully posting this review .I had my Hip replacement surgery done by Dr Sanjay, He made sure I was comfortable all through out my surgery .I want to thank Dr Amjad ,Dr Hemchand ,Dr Ganesh, Dr Prakash, Dr Mandeep the team in operation theater, ICU and ward who took care of me and kept me happy and pain free , satisfied and comfortable. Physiotherapy team, operations, Housekeeping everyone here work as a team and they make sure I was comfortable.The nursing team was very friendly and hard working .I want to thank entire team for this excellent care .

Zoi will give you joy. By clearing your pain. I find everything good. But first floor reception and nurses are very rude. I don't think, they are as good as. front office reception at ground floor. Very bad attitude at first floor. And also, I don't find good nature at one ortho doctor name starts with devabakthuni. He is very rude with me. One more doctor hemachandra gave me good treatment. Explained me very well about my wound. .Aarishtha general physician very very good in treatment. Everything very good in zoi. Because of staff. I can rate less to zoi. If there is 100 stars. I might have give 100 stars.

Dr Bhanu Teja reddy the best ever urologist was just awesome... the way he did the surgery and his way of treating the patients spoke his words. Bhanu Teja Reddy was phenonmenal, my friend was at utmost care in zoi under the TOP class treatment , the staff was polite and kind. Recently associated for maternity admission, this hospital serves seamless process from admission to discharge. Helpful staff, have lot of patients to explain every bit of information. 3 weeks back i visited a Skin specialist, his fees is 600 rupees...and zero solution..i had gone with 3 issues out of which he only addressed 2 and asked me to come and visit next week for the 3 one and he will check the other 2 issues is what I understood. They told me they will discharge to my baby by 5 pm but still no one take initiative.still night they told me to wait for only documents process( 6 hrs delay) .. please don't come for this hospital.check other they might be far better

My father was admitted on an emergency leg fracture. A known doctor of us, referred Dr. Sanjay Tapadia. After examining the x-rays, Dr. Sanjay clearly explained us the fracture and the advance surgery and the way it will be done. We are happy with the Doctor and the nursing staff . But hospital should have a canteen and provide food for patients atleast. There is no such food services which was little disappointing. The room and the restrooms are maintained well.

The service in Zoi Hospital was really very good. Right from the patient admission to the date of discharge everything had went smoothly and was updated on time. It's been 2 years trusting zoi hospital and it is perhaps one of the best hospitals in city. This negative review is for Dr Rahul Gandhi. After all the tests he says to a patient "I think it's an infection" not being sure he prescribed medicines as well. He was a bit rude. For me Zoi hospital holds huge respect and my feelings because Zoi hospital doctors saved my Mom's life. Please ask Dr Rahul Gandhi to be more professional with his answers and checking the reports.

My sister has joined in this hospital and delivered a baby...worst service.... service is very very very very slow....and for billing we waited for 6hrs... Treatment is good ....for everything we need to beg them and need to wait for hours and hours.. doctors are very good and cooperative...

We had a baby delivered, had a great experience and services provided by hospital is excellent. Given the best hospitality And the month on month consultation with Doctor Monica, she given great support and advices till the delivery. Services at the 3rd floor and at reception are on the good levels.

I have taken an Appointment of Rahul Gandhi at 11am today and was on time but I they are not sending in order and they staff in second floor made me wait for 30 mins and then after all others done they have sent my wife. i don't know what is the point of taking appointment with a doctor when no procedure is followed. ZOI being a corporate hospital should follow certain things and address the patients. it is showing that we have to go inside and staff sent next patients inside for which I have to wait. Please address it on priority. We have been visiting joi somajiguda for multiple time but never experienced this kind of behaviour. These people are rude.

Very bad experience. There is no coordination between the doctors. my mother admitted with back pain. They did all scans CT, MRI etc.. still not able to diagnosis the problem. Neurologist say she need physiotherapy and physio comes and asked to do lungh exercise spirometer. And said we do not do physio when there is a pain. Here lack of coordination between the departments. And the support staff nurses they are not giving medicine as prescribed by the doctor.
