It’s an expensive hospital especially for children as they’re charging around 2k for children’s vaccination not sure how could a hospital which is running in the name of trust charge so much just for a simple vaccination also need a lot of improvement regarding patient waiting room as there are not many seating available as most of the patients end up standing until their time of consultation. As it’s COVID time they’re spraying disinfectant liquid on the floor periodically. Management need to improve the hygiene of hospital as it gives government hospital vibe.✌️

I went to see Dr Saad (Gastro specliast) around 5 pm and he only came around 6:15. Many people were waiting from 4 to see doc. Consultation only lasted for two minutes and prescription was given. Doctor was in hurry. Good thing is there is a place to pray. Alhamdulillah

Staff is fully supportive. This hospital is very famous for baby delivery. Though infrastructure isn't luxurious but treatment is outstanding. This hospital runs by trustable charity & Zakat.

This is the emergency unit for kids and they don’t even provide chairs to sit if we come for emergencies they made us wait here for 2 hours.

Too much expensive and in lab we have to wait as they only, we can see lazy guy on takeing blood samples and too much expensive medicine and consultant fees. To start with emergency care, is well maintained and takes almost all the cases duty doctors are cooperative and understanding in case of emergency. the ground staff including nurses need to be professional and treat the poor and women with some respect. ground staff is so unprofessional they fight among themselves infornt of patients to escape from work. moreover please do not take this hospital as non-profit. prices are quite high compared to other commercial hospitals.

Waste of time there is a lot of waiting for op. And Management also not probably work and there are no guides for new patients worst management I ever see.. There is no online appointment and offline appointment is worst they said after coming we're giving token but after coming no response... This op takes me 3.5hr to consultant the Dr I request to management to improve your system and appointments

Affordable hospital. Doctors are always late by 1-2 hours or more. No empathy by doctors on patient's time. It used to be one of the good hospital before 2016. Also some dr (specially gynecologist) preferring only reports from the hospital and that too with preferred radiologist who again are not on time. Some Dr dont accept outside reports. Also the management is in the hands of a person who himself is a good Surgeon but not disciplined. In short they lack discipline and empathy towards patient's time. If they can improve it, then hospital can run and improve. If not some other will come and take over like how its done to Esra Hospital.

Worst hospital staff, no cleanliness, lazy cleaning lady, worst nurse staff they don't even know how to prick a canula in the first time, pricked my sister over 13 times and they still couldn't find a vain. The management should observe and hire an experienced nurse staff. No cleanliness in wards spider webs on the wall. Security ladies are mannerless and are arrogant, cleaning lady comes on the 5th or 6th call. So poor management. The nurse staff in the peadeatric ward mehraj and anees was so bad at work they pricked canula to my sister over 6 times and still couldn't find a vain the evening staff didn't even know how to do it called a senior nurse and he still couldn't find a vain.

It has been a very good experience for my father and they have very well qualified staff and they do due diligence . They provide good lab service and take care of patient, they have very good protocal where they cross checked the blood component before blood transfution.. SYED...

Disrespectful towards women, what an illiterate cheap staff hired by such a recommendable hospital. They have a QR code sticked at the billing department which they weren't having confidence for transactions (if you're not sure about the QR or UPI id or if you do not trust the UPI system, then why do you have it there in the first place?). My wife sent me a picture of the QR code for payment but was told not to share it and I was asked by them to visit the hospital and make payment live. My wife was asked to go to random people and request for money as the cash she had wasn't sufficient to make the payment. Despite being low on health, she went to random people asking for money and one kind person helped her out. The receptionist was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and he didn't considered the condition of my wife as a patient, and asked her to check on others for cash, just because he's having orders from the hospital to use QR code in a live method. When I spoke to him, I asked him if the hospital's QR is problematic then if he'd share with me his UPI ID, I'll make the payment, so he said that he doesn't has any UPI and showed some personal hatred towards this cashless mode of payment. Such retards not only spoil the reputation of an organization but also cultivate unnecessary hate spread across the users of its service. Being a hospital with a pretty good tenure, I recommend the director to work on administration, for avoiding ruthless situations like such. Kindly train your billing department to be respectful and considerate towards patients, because they are earning their bread from the patient's paid money.

The hospital is really good with every facility available and a doctor for every specialty. But the management is terrible. Always have to put up a fight since they mess up the tokens and reserve some even before the time that they start giving out appointments. Everytime i go, this problem happens and nobody does anything about it.

My twin babies had respiratory distress at birth. One of my twin baby had severe RD and was on ventilator, doctors started the treatment.They recovered good with the help of staff (nicu). Doctors were cooperative humble and were professional in their work. Doctors were explaining us what steps they are taking further for treatment.I thank all the nicu staff and doctors from bottom of my heart.

Went to the hospital emergency ward at midnight with 9 month old infant with high fever. Staff was prompt in responding. They managed to bring down the fever in couple of hours, doctor was patient and answered all questions and performed blood tests immediately with results to diagnose the fever.Price is very reasonable NOT commercial big scissors.

Rates are moderate to higher and nothing is complimentary or discounted prices there. Inside the pharmacy is expensive and no discount is offered by them discussing diagnostic examinations to follow the pharmacy model in prices. The hospital toilets stink and there is no soap/handwash at the basin. From entering into the hospital and all the way till the ICU, you won't find a sanitizer. The doctors look like clerks, the watchmen chew tobacco, the parking is paid, the nurses are impertinent. In my personal case, my 2 yo niece vomitted and there was no tissue paper in the paediatric intensive care unit. Unbelievable!!!!!

Who is she to teach me what should I wear and what not. These people are responsible for bringing bad name to the hospital.
