Excellent care by nursing staff..attended all the queries well ICU and all other places. Supporting staff is quite good. Need to improve blood bank facility and too slow in delivering the blood units to ICU. The nursing staff had to call them several times. Visited Dr Srujana - gynaecologist, doctor is okay. She inderstands the details of the case. Nurse's are not good, they will not send patients in a order. Receptionist are worst ,they assume and provide the information. We called them before going to the hospital about doctors availability, they asked us to visit hospital next day and also appointment is confirmed. Next day when we visited, receptionist said doctor is not available for next 4 days .

Do not trust the ratings- They position a young girl outside the vaccination booth who pounces on people as soon as they come out and makes them give a 5 star rating on google. She tries to convince you to do it right in front of her. My mother had undergone a surgery in 2019. They promised to give 20% discount before admission which they backtracked on later. The nursing staff and others are as rude as you have in Govt hospitals. The less said about billing department the better, they are rude and speak in a threatening tone most of the time. My covid vaccination last week there was quick which should be for a simple jab. Their plan of coercing people into giving a 5 star rating is deplorable.

Went to the doc by looking at his foreign degree, for a simple fever, he recommended for 12000/- tests, reports of which came after 3 days none of them are abnormal. Dear Prasad, My Dad is admitted in hospital on 09/09/2020 at 9:00 pm IST, till 3:00 pm IST on 09/10/2020 there is no medication started to my dad. My mom is sitting in LOB and they were not giving any details. We decided to discharge and total cost is 54000 rs, which includes medicine, covid test results in the KIT only. After reaching home, there are no medicines in KIT, when we tried calling many many times.. they are very irresponsible. We went to Prasad Hospitals for my cousin delivery. It was all pre-planned by so called Doctor Tejaswini for C Section. My cousin delivery process was going absolutely normal but so called Doctor created a deadlock situation for us by saying bla bla bla about baby. In fact baby is doing absolutely good. Don't trust this hospital. I am going to proceed legally also. No one should suffer. I believe in GOD, you have to answer him some day Ms. Tejeswani.

Worst hospital seen so far in my life. Got my brother admitted on 2 sep 2020 for covid . The care was so bad that have to shift him to do Yashoda hospital next day 3 rd sep 2020 . I have visited hospital a day ago for cardiologist doctor is good. We have admit him for treatment in ICU. There is no proper response from team. A lot of mosquitoes in the ICU. When we asked what is this they have said us we need adjust your self. When we ask for food for patient they will not provide. Even we have request them for charge also they are not saying anything. Even they are not providing blanket also. Every time we need to inform them for patient food. Staff need to correct guidance to how handle to patient. No proper communication among them.

Nice hospital with good doctors and state of the art facilities. But few supporting staff are very rude. If you have enough patiency to deal with them it is highly advisable to go to the hospital. If not, you will lose your peace of mind.

If you go to hospital they will tell you have covid and they will give you covid treatment even it is not necessary. They play mind games. I was skeptical at first after reading reviews that the doctors tell a reason and opt for C-section delivery. But that is not the case, Dr. Tejaswini has helped me with normal delivery. I was told to admit 15 days before my delivery and i was sure that they would do Cesarean. But during my labour i was in intense pain and was requesting the doctors and nurses to go for cesarean. Even after begging for 2 hours they did not do Cesarean because the doctors were professional and i had high chance of normal delivery. They had enough patience with me and helped me with normal delivery. It was quick and easy. So the reviews were they say that the doctors tell any reason and do Cesarean is not true. I paid consultation fee for a specialist and had discussion regarding the problem.He suggested for a test and later he suggested to meet general physician to confirm whether we can use the same medications or not which we were using prior. when we went to meet him, the staff again asks for consultation fees. they did not allow to meet doctor just to show medication. when we spoke with concerned person he is explaining we need to pay salaries to each doctor so you need to pay. Hi, my father met with an accident last yr. There was a brain injury. No hospital took the case referred to Gandhi and said only 5% hope is there. Finally we admitted in NIMS panjagutta for 25 days but there was no progress. Somebody suggested Prasad hospital. We admitted. Here also said the same, due to disciplined staff and good hygiene my father started recovering within a week. Now he is perfectly stable.

Response at ER was good, however later no proper treatment was given, unnecessarily created chaos and put patient and attendant in tremendous trauma. When got PT discharged and took to better hospital for to know all the tests done were not correct and PT is doing fine with all test results normal. Chest X ray was done with gold chain still around PT neck, I leave it to you to imagine how well qualified and experienced are the staff. Money is the priority.

Consulted Dr Vamsi Krishna had a good experience. Doctor does take special attention and care. Hospital should improve nurses and care takers attentiveness as they don't come frequently to check on patient's medication.

Dr.Raghav is too good at treating patients. Worst hospital, very negligent staff, always looking out for money, improper diagnosis and reports not delivered on time. Never go for treatment here, staff behaviour is very poor and irresponsible. Doctors are not available when required, there is no backup doctor, most of them are only with basic qualifications. There is a display of list of specialists but no one will there when required. Had another issue with xray and when called the reception, the receptionist kept disconnecting the call. Asked for the procedure to give a formal complaint but they kept giving excuses without taking complaint
