Very unprofessional and arrogant staff at the emergency. We came to the hospital to visit Dr Khaleel ullah, he advised us to go the emergency and undergo the pop procedure. However, Dr khaleelullah and dr sharjahan was very professional and polite but the staff at the emergency made us very difficult. All the curtains were untidy, there were also blood stains in some of them, and when we asked about this they started arguing. They are charging alot for such a poor and untidy facility. They are forcing us to remove the shoe at the door but at the same time all the staff is wearing footwear and even the floor was untidy with lot of dust and hair on it! Management should take this very seriously regarding staff at the emergency department and the untidy facility over there!

Had a very bad experience, One of the worst hospitals in Hyderabad, Specially so called reputed doctors, they have asked us to put our patient on ventilator and dialysis on same time, we have refused to do because we saw the situation of our patient, then next minute the doctor came out and tild us we cannot keep patient here because of hospital policy. Then they advise us to make the payment. Only they want money, giving all wrong information and putting blames on one another, please if you love your family please don't take any one there.

Very good hospital. Specially Doctors are very courteous and understanding. They explain things to you clearly and clear your doubts as well. Nursing staff are phenomenal and really are on their heels to help you out. Cleanliness and hygiene is very good. Recently Visited Olive Hospital Near Nanal Nagar for 2nd Dose of Covid Vaccination. I see that it has a seperate Vaccination room at 2nd floor. The staff was really good and received us in well mannered way and the Vaccination Room was very well clean and Hygiene.. I guess most of the people are not known that, here Vaccination is also giving in Olive Hospital at price of 780/- Rs (Covishield) which i took on 27th Sep 2021 and it hardly took 10 minutes of time for me to get vaccinated.. I must say one thing People who can afford amount and wants Hygiene can come here to get themselves vaccinated...People who resides nearby to mehdipatnam and by far from olive hospital can also reach this hospital for vaccine without any hesitation.. Timings u can call the olive hospital for that, Of my knowledge it would be from 8 am to 8:00 Pm Overall My experience is Super satisfied.. 👍👍👍

The review or feedback considered as trash by management in particular negative, they are not serious. Doctors timing for their OP clinics are pathetic, don’t have courtesy to patients waiting since hours. For Dr Aftab, they asked ask to come between 7-8 to open the file and doctor will come between 8-9 but he will not turn within this time too. Poor patients have to wait. Imagine those who come at 7 and open the file? Number of times given feedback but not a single call received. I have asked concern team to arrange meeting with management but they are busy counting money……. Anyway if we want we have to suffer all these after paying their required amount as they wish……

Past few years it was good, but now became waste. We joined our parent twice once in December at that time creatinine level was 3.1 give some treatment and discharge get charged approx 3.5 for 1 week. We rejoin on Jan 2023, creatinine level got 6 still didn't cure we got to know that they can't handle the patient so we changed the hospital now she is feeling very well after changing the hospital

For the sake of yourself and your loved ones please do not visit this hospital in case you feel like getting admitted. This place is only okay for consultations and for people who have insurances. The reason being that their billing department works faster than their actual nursing staff. Basically they charge extremely high and the services they provide are pathetic. Their nurses are rude and impolite and doctors will keep in you in icu no matter how better you get. They will shift you to a room only when they hit their quota of billing from their bosses. Honestly if this review even changes one person’s mind from entering their premises i would be thankfull to god almighty.

This is one of the best hospitals in Hyderabad. The physicians and nurses are highly trained and professional. I had to take my 94 year old dad with urine infection. Thanks to the expert medical care by Dr. Bansal and staff, he recovered fast.This is a no nonsense place. Rooms are not fancy but the level of care is comparable to the best hospitals in the US. The services provided were more than our expectations. Dad was seen by a nutritionist as well and sent home with a meal plan. Thank you Olive!

Extremely happy and satisfied with our experience here. Staff was helpful, surgery was affordable, Doctors were very friendly and helpful. Even the room had an amazing ambience with a vibrant view from the window. Emergency care was also impressive.

I would say they charged more than CARE HOSPITAL and treatment is not high like care. Each time they take a test, it's just like a movie. There's a 90's old system where you have to pay your bills day to day and get approval from management. It's like extra tension to family. Their strategy is to take money day by day and test by test without giving the time to understand what is going on. Whenever patients in hospitals need medical attention and We are not in condition to think, what to do, they are taking advantage of the situation and taking extra money, extra test and expensive. Its been an extremely satisfying experience at this hospital. The doctors have given my mother excellent support. The speed at which the imaging and diagnostics team produced reports was amazing which helped the specialists to assess my mother‘s condition and start treatment without delay. The nursing and support staff were very professional in performing their duties. The housekeeping and canteen services were very satisfactory. I also would like to thank staff from the public relations for supporting us whenever we needed help with anything.

My sister was admitted for COVID treatment. The average daily cost is around 1 lakh, which is far higher for facility they offer. Just pharmacy bill of 4 days was 2+ Lakh for 4 days. I recommend his hospital only when you have enough money to afford. This time I was there for OPD and wait time to make bill before seeing doctor was 25 mins.

I wanted to give zero but had no option. Ek number k lootere and chor. Liars and looters they say one amount but on discharge definitely charge 10000 more and force you pay them. Worst hospital. NIDHI BANG PALLOD - Amateur Doctor ( MY WIFE DIED ON OT TABLE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE, HAD NO PHYSICALL PAIN OR SICKNESS, WAS ADMITTED FOR ABORTION AS SUGGESTED BY DR NIDHI ) - STAY AWAY RATHER THAN REGRETTING LATER. I AM SHOCKED OLIVE ALLOWS SUCH DOCTORS IN OT. I Admitted my wife in Olive for an abortion ( 6 Weeks Pregnant ) on 15th Oct'21, as the doctor suggested that continuing with it will have a 80% chance of failure. Dr. Nidhi Bang Pallod, treated her and promised that this is most regular laparoscopic procedure she does ( Almost 40 to 50 a month ) with success and zero risks. My Dear wife went in to the OT and never came back, she died on the OT table. I am not a Doctor, but I know that My wife was medically fit and had no pre-existing illness. The Entire team of senior Cardiac Doctors/Surgeons could not save her, and I was informed that there was a life risking complication, after my wife was already dead. @Others : Sharing this, cause I don't want any one else to feel as miserable as I do right now.( Note : It was Dr. Nidhi Band Pallod's case ) I am still moving back and forth to Police station, waiting for medical board's report to prove doctor's negligence, has been more than 13 months already.

So far the best hospital (No exaggeration) Came here for an emergency due to an unfortunate accident. Team of doctors were readily available and checked up if the situation was ok or not. Later had to do treatment. The treatment went very effortlessly and smooth, doctors were professional and polite. Talking about the prices of treatment, they are competitively priced better than many big hospitals. Also thanks to the working staff (nurses, wheelchair pusher) for helping me out.

I got my ACL surgery done by Dr Salman (orthopedic) and I must admit that he is probably the best orthopedic in Hyderabad. No other doctor comes close to his level of expertise and excellence in his field. It's been 6 months post-surgery for me and I feel totally normal like i used to be before. I've got my regular knee movement back and my knee is now completely stable. The way he interacts with patients and understands the exact problem is just amazing. Thanks to Dr Salman for being cooperative and handling my surgery so well. Very grateful for being one of his patients.

I would like to give zero star to the hospital and to the doctor kulkerni who always scare the patient and attender with unsympathetic words, kabhi bhi kch b hoskata hai being a doctor he should be empathetic towards his patient &Attender’s, and also no proper services provided such as no A/C no space no bed, duty doctor are careless doesn’t take care of Icu patients. Very bad hospital we took our patient with a complaint of just burning sensation in chest but the unfit and Ineligeble doctors who are good for nothing misdiagnosed him as cardiac arrest and within 3 hours they put our patient on ventilator then said that he needs angiogram immediately even he was on ventilator they shelled out lakhs of bill amount from us and handed over the dead body of our brother who was healthy enough it was surely a murder it’s very bad hospital please don’t take your patient to this hospital if you want your patient to survive you can as well take to government hospital very very bad and faltoo hospital with murderer doctors

Worst experience and negligence treatment from Dr. Khaja Ahmed khan imtiyaz .... we've admitted my grandmother for loss of appetite & fever. They put her in AMC ward for 1 day & took 43000 /- rs from us and she was only on salines, inspite of explaining everything about her health condition they did not treated and didn't diagnose the kidney stone problem. There was no change in her health condition after 4 days we took her to olive they charged again for CT & other tests and found the problem. They are more concentrated on looting money than providing proper treatment to patients

You don't have issues with Cafeteria and house keeping only issue with nursing department, they won't follow doctors instructions as per schedule. Nursing staff also very arrogant.

Not able to lower creatinine from 3.5, creatinine increased upto 7 but not opted to dialysis got fits then moved patient in ICU saying need to check brain status.. but no dialysis yet... Later moved to other hospitals did dialysis in a day patient has shown improvement and recovered eventually

Hello everyone, My name is Mohammed Abdul Kaleem I'm 65 years of age I stay in tolichowkhi.i have gone all the big hospitals in Hyderabad for my heart bypass surgery, i stop here in olive hospital after consulting Dr Syed Nasheed ali what a magical surgeon he is i cannot express my words here.only i can say without Dr Nasheed ali my surgery won't be possible .thank you olive hospitals for having such doctors which is very rare in India.

This hospital gave the hardest time of my life. My mother was hospitalized under Dr. Satish and no doctor came for rounds and we were told that he was on leave after one day of admitting in the hospital. I had to go down call a doctor and check her reports. Everytime we enquire the nurses about discharge they kept saying 10 mins which extended to two hours...no proper response from them Imagine a patient hospitalised and no doctor was assigned to her... Anyone with sane mind please do not visit this hospital. One night stay turned into hell.

We have been visiting olive hospitals for many years and highly recommended it. Thier staff, service, in patient and out patient is very good. Nurses are also very cordial and helping staff is well equipped to handle patients as per need.

This is worst hospital ever I have visited. The speciality of the employees in this hospital is that " If you talk in Hindi, they will speak in English and if u talk in English they will speak in Hindi. And by mistakenly if u talk in TELUGU, they will treat you as you are from slum area and they will start treat you very rudely". This is applicable from low grade employee to higher grade employee. I strongly recommend the people that please think before you visit this hospital.

Dont get fooled by positive reviews. Had admitted my family member in emergency. They said they will keep patient for 24 hours in ICU for observation. ran each and every test possible. After 24 hours the nurses care was pathetic as the patient condition was visibly worsening whenver i was allowed to visit. We are not allowed too in the ICU to see their care and blindly trust them. Finally got her discharged at my own risk even after much resistance from PRE who was unwilling to let his money flow go away. Alhamdulillah satisfied and patient recovered after shifting out from the hospital at the right time. Avoid this olive hospital as much as possible or have someone you know inside, as even though doctors are good they fleece patients in many other ways. Its just business for them with maximum targets. This is my personal experience and others may disagree. However use your discretion to avoid repenting later.

Dr. Farida has Mother like Aura. From Day 1, She has treated my Wife like her own Daughter. I am overwhelmed with the response and Services of Olive. You get more facilities here than required. All Staffs and Services are Excellent too. I do recommend Olive to everyone. Taking lot of Memories from Here. Got New Year Gift on 1st Jan .Blessed with Baby Girl...My Angel.

1 of the worse hospital ever. 17 days 12 lakhs charges. To much expensive but no result and lost of live. As Dr and management are addicted to only. Icu nurses are always busy in mobiles. Careless of serious patience in icu and zero cleaning to patience which causes serious infections to patience. Management keep hiding treatment of patience with his.her family. I request u please do not trust any hospital and Dr. Specially for covid patience..

Excellent service and best place to get treated. Dr. Farida Naim Husain is super awesome. I would also appreciate Dr. Khizar Daimi and Dr. Hajra Tabassum are best doctors in Hyderabad for kids. Nurse Swati and Nurse Mary so kind and stood with us throughout the journey.

Our relationship with Dr. Majid Khan was professional and personal. He has healing touch as we came into Olive in an emergency situation he cooled us with us perfect touch and counselling. He done miracle for us, my wife (patient) and my self ever grateful for his guidance and professionalism.

So much caring can be seen at Olive hospital. My dad was CKD patient and getting dialysis here. Gods grace and Doctors as well as hospital staff are so important in a man's last days. My dad had these and at the age of 70, he was treated with love and he could not feel it with pain. Very generous with patients which cannot be found in many many corporate hospitals.

Had the worst experience ever. I have been visiting this hospital for every ailments but the staff behaviours to patients attendees is rediculous...can see no compassionate in their eyes.

I met with an accident and was taken to emergency at Olive hospital and I was told I had 2 fractures on my jaw and face bones there I saw DR B S SHERAZ who came to see me late in the night.he was gentle n explained my parents about surgery n how it will save my face from getting disfigured. Thank you  Dr Sheraz for performing surgery on my face without any marks seen. I am very happy.

Very unprofessional and arrogant staff at the emergency and ICU department. We came to the hospital to visit my mother as she was undergoing with the treatment in ICU, but the staff especially the bouncer made us very difficult. All the curtains & floor were untidy. They are charging alot for such a poor and untidy facility. They are forcing us to remove the shoe at the door but at the same time all the staff is wearing footwear and even the floor was untidy with lot of dust and hair on it! Management should take this very seriously regarding staff at the ICU/AMC department and the untidy facility over there!

Unorganised, highly irresponsible and untrained nurses, poor housekeeping. Sister applied ECG leads without gel which caused the skin to come out after removal of ECG lead, formed an ulcer. Being a doctor, i wont recommend this hospital to any pt atleast for admissions

One of best hospitals for a middle class family.. Dr. Shaikh Imran neurosurgeon is such a nice person… he operated my father for spine surgery.. he always asked if we as a relative have any doubts to ask.. staff is also polite.. ward boys need more training and politeness.

Excellent hospitality services with very attentive nurses team. The nurses are very polite and friendly and give best nurses care. The food from canteen is always on time . The Operations Team is very responsible.The room is very comfortable too. Dr. Bhansal sir and Dr. Viquasuddin sir have given great treatment to me which helped for my speedy recovery.I would definitely suggest olive hospital in future for family and friends.👍😊
