Worst Management of Hospital. No hospital staff bother about the patients waiting in the waiting lobby.. Infact there is no proper waiting area for the people. People are kept waited at the cafeteria. There is no proper ventilation for the people. Hospital is equipped with Full Centralized AC but they don't use it .. instead they keep only one fan for the whole waiting area. Hospital management are so talented that they are saving bills by shutting off AC. Only staff people use h chilled AC in their own rooms. Consultant ion fees are reaching the sky limits .. 1700 rs per single visit .. wow .. People are treated like animals ..

I would be frank with you all, my rating is not for doctor but on the hospital and the management. Doctors and their treatment are like 5 start. But post surgery their slow service for anything say housekeeping or call nurses, etc. Bed won't work, lights won't work, air condition of room doesn't work., we have do regressive calling. I don't feel this branch is worth for such price bracket, it's expensive. Hospital must focus to increase the staff and fast service. Also educate their reception ppl on the service so that at first step customer gets correct info rather 'please wait we are checking with concern department or doctor'

One of the worst hospitals, my three family members got admitted in this hospital and none were survived. Doctors will say everything is okay, and after a couple of days, the story will change We don't know what kind of medicine is given to the patient and when we ask they say we are doing our best. In the last when there billing target is achieved they will tell different reasons, like the patient body did not respond to the medicines or age factor and so on...I just want to be clear, what kind of doctors are you, when you know the patient condition why you dont tell there family members clearly before admitting that we cannot survive him, its better you keep him home in front of all the family members, so that he can spend his last survival hours among them. why the doctors force the patient relatives to get him admitted, are they doing it right, only the God and the doctors know if they are right.Even after the death non of the hospitals will provide the patient summary report regarding what kind of medicines were given to that patient when undergoing treatment, only the reports were handed over to the attenders or relatives. what about the treatment you did ? what kind of medicines you have used to the problems facing by the patient, no one will question about that. I request all the people/citizens, who lost there loved ones, please start asking these corporate hospitals, when you are charging so much heavy amount for treatment, the let us know the medicines used for the patients while undergoing treatment. If you are really wished to treat the patient then there should be transperancy. So that we and our future generation have trust on you. My appeal is that Govt. should pass a bill in parliament, stating the patient relatives should also know what medicines are given on what time to the patients, due to which the patient got recovered or got other problems. This has to be recorded for every patient who gets admitted in these corporate hospitals like Apollo, Yashoda etc ..

Hospital is very clean and neat and follows safety protocols each and every staff from room service to nurses and very caring and took a good care of patients. They follow a time to time food thank you for the food supply department. Infrastructure is modernised and hospital has different types of plants and greenary for oxygen and patients can cure faster.we are under RTS Naik sir observation he is very friendly and caring and gave some suggestions and made the surgery successful. Joined for a MLD spine surgery for my mother. Everything went smooth with no issues. Mohan sir suggested this hyderguda branch hospital and he has taken good care. Overall great place.

on 4th jan 2020 around 3.00pm we had admitted my father to apollo hospital for lung infection my father was admitted to icu once admitted there rules started nobody can visit the ICU except during visit hours morning 8.30 to 9.00am and evening 6.00 to 6.30pm thats ok for us as we believed that they will take care the patient, around 5.45pm they asked us to come and meet the doctor for conselling and after that we wanted to see the patient, request was granted patient was shivaring and nothing to cover him and the Air Conditioner is directly above his head upon our request they gave blankets to cover and we asked to switch off ac that they did, but there reply was they keep the ac at full as during visiting hours they want to flush out the bacteria away. again after one hour we asked to see the patient, request was granted this time the patient's oxygen level was at 88 and the supply was at 3points upon enquiring with nurse the reply, its doctors instruction to keep at 3point the supply of oxygen after checking the actual supply we noticed that the point is bit blocked the actual supply of oxygen is very less than the desired level ..r they monitoring the patient? r there staff qualified for ICU? now this was such a blunder we decided to shift out to other hospital and inform them for it after informing for discharge also the tests were going on without our concent finally the bill has arrived at 10.30pm wow to our surprise its 50,000 rupees that too the surprising part was the icu bed charges are 14000 rupees. per day.

Shortage of Staff, Shortage of equipment, Pathetic Conditions prevail in this hospital. 1. There is only one Ultra Sound machine at this place. Staff roam around between Cath lab 4th floor, ICU, all the rooms where ever required. 2. BP machines do not work 3. Shortage of staff in emergency wing.

APPLO being such a big Hospital in busy locality of Hyderguda with so many Patients SHOULD HAVE MORE THEN ONE 2D-ECHO testing facility. Whereas it has got only one testing/reporting facility since the only Doctor has to test see and prepare report. It consumes lot of time. I am waiting from more than last 1-1/2 hour ! No respite ! More than 10 Patients are in Que. After getting the report then only my Cardiologist will be able to examine me. Horrible experience of long waiting without respite ! Hope some executive of the Hospital will Readdressal the issue by opening at least 3/4 2 D-day Echo testing facilities.

My room number is 309 and I was admitted on the night of 31st December due to stomach pain. I have been receiving complete treatment for the last two days. But since last two days, due to slight itching at some places on my body, I am demanding some Cream. But no response of any kind is being received on this from the duty doctor and service nurses. After all the right treatment, this kind of behavior for this small thing is beyond my understanding. Full marks for doctors and their staff, especially cardiology department. But there is no neatness in hospital. Dirty Washrooms, congested parking . Medical waste is pilled up in parking area for many days.

My mother (kousalya) undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery on 28th Dec 2019. The surgery was performed by Dr P.L Chary and happy that the surgery went well. But after few hours when we shifted to room there is no supporting duty doctor who can understand or assess the patient situation and she has severe abdominal pain and nausea... when we contacted the rsponce from nursing staff is Doctor is not available and duty will come and check. When we explained the situation to duty doctor he is not that much helpful in relieving the patient problems.. we are dischrging now without single visit from surgery doctor and visit from asst doctor after the surgery as both are not available . The twin sharing room smell is very bad as there is no ventilation.

I went for my annual health checkup. The workers of the hospital, they do it very slowly. take too much time Workers focus on talking more than work You go to another Apollo instead of Hydraguda Apollo. There you will get better service. As far as I think and what is my experience for Apollo.

They have the worst staff. They are so rude even if you ask them something simple. Dr. Prabhakar is the least interested doctor i have ever seen he is always on his phone rather than checking the patient and listening to them. He is one of the worst doctors i ever came across. My mom was so sick and he was on his phone chatting and making us wait 10-15 mins before we tried talking. Please don't keep such doctors who aren't interested to treat the patient. Worst case scenario in terms of washrooms..the entire hospital had one single ladies toilet to use which is on the ground floor..its not even a washroom with two to three toilets..even staff and out patients are using that one single toilet..the horrible smell is spread to the entire diagnostic department where number of patients wait and everyone is bearing with that smell.. such is the case of the so called big hospitals.

Bad customer service, rude behavior

Visited this place for health checkup, worst service. They will kick you here and there even for small information. It's worst than govt hospitals. They included ultrasound in health check package and ultrasound start at 3PM, which means if you're coming for health checkup in the morning 8AM either you need to wait till 4PM in the hospital or you should visit two times in the same day. I'm really frustrated with these guys, even the staff is not well trained they don't know how to manage situations and how to talk to patients.

I had never been admitted to a hospital in my life until being admitted here recently for the treatment of dengue. The food & treatment were good & timely. I have quite the phobia of injections, but the staff here were very patient with me & took the utmost care to make sure I was doing okay. Nurse Virginia especially went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. The ward was cleaned multiple times a day and was always clean no matter the time of day. The staff also take feedback everyday from the patients regarding their comfort, food and accommodations in general. I don’t know what else to review about a hospital, but I came out better than I went in, and that’s all I wanted.

Worst experience,unfortunately we had to go to emergency for my mother head injury. Dr Navya in emergency ward is so irresponsible , she left the patient unattended saying taking CT brain is important than suturing the injuring . My mother had heavy loss of blood and she just time passed sending me to pay the scans, pharmacy, suture material bills and did not do the first aid . We admitted her at 5.35 pm and the suture was done around 7.45 pm. I would like to ask the doctors and management what is important to do when someone has an injury ? Do first aid and stitch the open wound or waste time by sending the patient for CT scan . I can understand if there a delay due to rush at the ward. But apart from us there were hardly any other patients in that ward . Apollo Is a world class hospital , but the service here is so poor and the people are so reckless and irresponsible . Very pathetic service and worst experience we had ,and the second part of the drama is after 10 days when we visited to get the stitches removed Dr Navya was least bothered to attend us and the nurses here reminded us of government hospitals.

If you are visiting this place for covid vaccine make sure you are carrying cash, they don't accept card payments, ATM is near by. After vacation they didn't warn me about side effects. Even government hospitals are giving 6 paracetamol tablets are vaccinated people to take it. Morning slot is 10am -1pm, it's better to come after 12 pm so rush will be less. Most of the people who are coming to get vaccine try to sit away from each other, so in a way social distance is there. Hospital management can streamline it.

No doctors, nobody pays attention to patients. They give Celine and make u sleep .. end of the day bill will have big number. No document shows anything about treatment .. their ultra sound or CT scan works just to meet their targets for the month but not to diagnose the problem. The doctors are very nice but house keeping was not at the mark. While taking xray also, they could not understand the pain of the patient and had to sleep and get up 6times. Patient that time had severe pain in ribs. 4 ribs and collar bone was fractured.

Apollo Hyderguda is near to my residence and hence I prefer going there for health issues. But my overall experience is not good with the hospital. Few experiences are: - sometimes, they don't pick up the calls. Don't understand how patients contact during emergency. - during my 3 days of admission, nurses bothered me every night during sleeping (at around 4am) for blood sample collection, glucose dripping, etc. I was unable to sleep after that. - in single private room, call device was not working, which was replaced after complaints. But I don't understand how will people call anyone during emergencies if this is the case. Such things should be checked at the time of admission, but didn't happen. - my son was suffering from high fever and when I took him to the hospital, the male receptionist told that the available doctor is for 15+ years old patients only and he won't see 13+ kid & suggested to go to Jubilee hills hospital. However when I checked with the doctor personally, he confirmed that he checks up this age group patients as well. When asking the receptionist for the reason for throwing away from the entry point and the reason for his unawareness, he was interested in justifying himself and arguments. - I visited hospital for my wife's health issues on 21st September and doctor advised for an injection. Injection taking charge is ₹50, but the OP billing staff was asking for ₹200 for registration as the UH ID shared by me was not showing active in their system, however it is active in Apollo 247 App. This is seriously frustrating that for paying ₹50, I need to pay extra ₹200. There are few other issues as well, but I don't want to highlight here because as per my last conversation with them, they decided to fire the people because of their behaviour towards patients, which I don't want. Sharing the experience for everyone's awareness and not to fire anyone because of that. People trust on hospitals like Apollo, but there are a lot of things require improvements. Hospital staff is interested in giving complementary services free of cost for removing negative feedbacks, but they never want to improve the services. Seriously one of the worst hospital in Hyderguda, Hyderabad area.

Worst experience I had in this hospital. Customer care hang up the call while booking the appointment and Doctors go for lunch for 1 hour in middle of their working hours and make us wait long period of time unnecessarily.

I was admitted in the ICU and later in a private ward for a total of six days. The staff are polite and the Doctors attentive. However, I feel that that the two nurses in the wards are not enough to take care of more than 20 private wards. At times, the service is slow. If you ring the call bell and ask for the ward boy, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to receive attention. By this time, it is too late for gettin a bed pan. This definitely needs improvement. But the general ambience is good. The room AC does not have temperature control as it is out of order. The food supplied to the patients is exactly the same reach time with just a minor change in one or two items.

I (Mahesh Kumar Pampatti) know for a fact that Doctor is the most respected profession but I never felt so much respect and gratitude for a Doctor in my life until I met Dr. MD Shaeq Mirza (Apollo Hospital Hyderguda). He is simply incredible and awesome from day one; he did a splendid job since his first health exam of my Brother Santhosh Kumar Pampatti, COVID sufferer. Not only has he taken great care of my bro's health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment and he used to call me every morning by 9:30 AM and update me on my brother's health. It is because of him, my brother recovered fast and the Comfort and Care Centre suggested by him helped us a lot. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with the outstanding quality of medical care. I know what our family should have gone through because of COVID affecting my Brother but with ease, we got out of it. I am thankful to Dr. MD Shaeq Mirza and I highly recommend him to my family and friends. Great coordination by Gnana Muppisetty (Apollo Hospital Hyderguda) during the plasma transfusion, wonderful and warm experience from start to end of the treatment. I really appreciate her efforts and patience in handling critical issues.

Took my mother to the ER due to some symptoms. They just treated her for her vomiting and discharged. Apparently she had suffered brain stroke, which they failed to diagnose or even suspect, even with her slurred speech and weakness. Just pathetic service in the ER

Such a big hospital with only one ecg and 2D-echo combined facility. Takes 2-3 hours for simple test diagnostic to complete. When you cannot have more than one machine and person for a test, advice your doctors to accept test reports from outside other diagnostic centers. It's extremely irritating to wait for hours just for one test to get done!!!!!

My daughter is hospitalised here we were given sharing room as per room shortages. Already distrubance of room construction is going on still on and above that we have other patient whose attenadants make a party here on name of discharge. At gate security doesnt allow us saying covid policy and now where is covid policy. Very poor management. Very worst experience.

I have been visiting this hospital for last 5 years, and to see this change in service and place, is excellent. The staff here are very approachable and friendly. The cafeteria is like a foodcourt with very good food. It is good to see new equipment. Dr. Shyamala is excellent and provides very good care. The nursing staff is very caring. Few hiccups with room availability (False promises given) however it was taken care on later stage. Excellent doctors and excellent support provided by entire team. Currently while am typing this review wife is still admitted here. Absolute professional staff ,Hopefully it will maintain the standards.Staff and services was one of the main reasons for me to get her discharged from hospital where she was already admitted and bought her to Apollo Hyderguda branch.

Good doctors but very bad service experience for taking appointments over phone, the receptionist always transfers my call to respective department and nobody picks up and when you go directly to the hospital they say that the appointments are done for the day! Or you have to wait for 2-3 hours. You don't even receive a call back even after letting them know that the respective department is not answering! Ridiculous. Very irresponsible.

The doctors and staff are too good but they could not control the public like in the ICU waiting lounge there were about 25 or more people for a single patient and the staff could not ask them to leave as the patient was a VIP Due to that there was no place to sit or stand and the parking too was full I request the concerned authorities to plz take care of this This incident is from yesterday that is 30th Nov 2022 and even today

This review is not for hospital but only for Dr Bhanu Prasad, nephrologist. He is one of the best doctors i have seen in all my life. More than an outstanding doctor, he is a very good & respectful human being. He has ensured that my mother's failed kidneys come back to normal state within a few weeks. He has coordinated very well with all the referral doctors involved in the treatment and ensured that my mother's health keeps improving constantly. He has treated my mother with utmost care as if he is treating his own mother. There are many good people & good doctors in the world but combination of both of these qualities in one person is hardly seen and Dr Bhanu is one such great doctor. A grand salute to Dr Bhanu and heartfelt thanks and well wishes to him & his family.

I'm here to talk about the staff/assistants who work under doctors . Their behaviour is really horrible towards patients and they even don't bother about patients. They literally make patients to wait for hours ( they don't give proper response when we ask for doctors appointment on phone call, though we get an appointment and we come on time they let us to wait for atleast an hour which is terirble for the patients who comes from long distance .They ( doctors personal staff ) show their attitude towards patients don't know why . Doctors are so humble and They are good at their patients. But when it comes to billing staff and doctors personal staff they are really bad at their work . I request management to kindly take a overlook upon certain people. Parking is really bad at this place , wallet parking staff they don't respond when we arrive 😑 which is annoying. Please make sure patients like us don't suffer in future 🙏 Humble request . Thank you

Hospital is very clean and neat and follows safety protocols each and every staff from room service to nurses and very caring and took a good care of patients. They follow a time to time food thank you for the food supply department. Infrastructure is modernised and hospital has different types of plants and greenary for oxygen and patients can cure faster.we are under RTS Naik sir observation he is very friendly and caring and gave some suggestions

We got admitted and undergone bypass surgery under Dr.Harish Badami.He had explained us the total process with proper counselling and also the entire team has taken good care of us. If any one have extra money or insurance then only go for this hospital. This is the worst place because their will add extra things in your billing which makes nonsense like for example in mine case, Only 1 mask was used and they charged for 6 mask which amounted for approx 1170 rupees and when I asked for explaination they told ward guy mask, doctor mask and what not does nurse change everytime she goes to particular patients. As I was getting late i haven't checked for other details and even I was having insurance so I don't go through each and everything. GUYS BE CAREFUL WHILE PAYING IN Any Of This KIND OF HOSPITAL. GO THROUGH EACH AND THING THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA IN MANY CASES.

The services provided are excellent. They are creative and exceptional to mankind. The ward secretary Mrs.Swaroopa services are admirable and wish her great success. Nursing staff also very good. I feel very happy.

Doctors and nurses took very good care. House keeping was always prompt in responding. There is always scope for improvement especially with Nursing service. Food was very nice. They did ensure to keep it light and tasty so that patient could eat it comfortably.

There is no cleaning everywer mold in room in bathroom bathroom is tho pathetic plz no patient should get admitted here its my very bad experience 1st three photos are of my room i m admitted here see how dirty they are 3&4th pic is of curtain hanging which fell down by nurse and they shifted other patient but not fixing it i cannot change my clothes here due curtain reason 5th pic is from Sunday that is like that wen i took admission no house keeping is cleaning it 5 pic is of my curtain yu can see spot there which means they dont wash curtains 7&8th pic is also rooms see how well the walls are decorated and rest pictures are of washroom you can how dirty it is there are black bacteria running water mould how will patients get cured here ?? M not even recovering from 3 days m admitted i have 2 small kids at home no nurse attend if we dont ring bell and today wen i called duty doctor to check on me she came after n hour she is telling me there’s only one night doctor per floor and am also in spr(sharing patient room) i dono abt other floors wen i insisted to change my room they told ok but there is also same condition

I was admitted as inpatient in Apollo Hospital , Hyderguda twice during last two weeks due to multiple problems. My age is 81 and needed enhanced care and happy to state that I got the same from the renowned Doctors in the hospital, nursing staff and diagnostic technicians. First about the Doctors. Dr. Krupan Kumar , my Chief physician is a knowledgeable, wonderful and warm person . I greatly appreciate Dr. Krupan Kumar for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Krupan Kumar were all very friendly and very helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Krupan Kumar really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as the care I needed at my age. I had a great experience and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease . I highly recommend him. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. Dr. Krupan Kumar’s expertise and a willingness to listen and discus helped me to recover. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. I Walked out of hospital, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend. Dr. Prabhakar who performed the twin procedures of Endoscopy and Colonoscopy is a very senior and great doctor! He is very understanding and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist. I will feel ungrateful if I do not mention the great care taken by the nursing staff in the process of treatment and recovery. I'd visited the emergency ward yesterday and before as well for the dog bite issue, and was given injections as per the doc's suggestion. I wasn't charged any doc fee before but yesterday I was charged 830 rs, which I didn't mind paying. I'd collected the discharge summary today and was shocked to find that temp, pulse rate, BP, central nervous system, cardiovascular system, abdomen etc was mentioned as examined, but none of these were checked by the doc, so my concern is how can the hospital staff mention something which they haven't checked and for what was I charged the doc fee then?

There is no rule for who comes first and they go first for check up. Anyone will come and go even if there are patients waiting from long time. Dr. B Prabhakar's way of talking is very harsh and he is always in a hurry. Not a good hospital I can recommend all of you to go.

I went for the follow up consultation with Dr. B Prabhakar, he was not even talking properly and he is rushing and keep on telling that there are other patience waiting. Rather than solving the disease he is telling to go other hospital. Very bad experience with this hospital and doctor.

I made a call to Apollo Hyderguda for doctor query, the call was received by archana or aparna on 16 Feb 7:30 pm her behaviour was terrific is she a receptionist or some rythu bazar women selling vegetables but I never go to Apollo Hyderguda or suggest someone to go please respective management look into it.

Listening to patient, doing right diagnosis is very good. Our Doctor cardiologist Mr. Srinivasa Rao is extremely very good at giving right treatment. Vaidyo Narayano Hari is sute to my doctor. The services from staff nurse, supporting staff was really good. On time food to patient and quality of food is fantastic. Thanks to Apollo for giving amazing experience.

Patient: N. Sesha Ram (Room No. 208A) My Brother got High Fever. So we have joined him in Apollo Hospitals - Hyderguda. The Hospital is big and very spacious, with ultra modern facilities and fully equipped with Latest equipment and Machinery. Hospital is in very pleasant Ambience and environment is very nice. Upon seeing at first sight itself we felt very confident that my Brother will get Good Treatment here. After reaching *"Apollo Hospital"* we have joined my Brother in Emergency Ward, under the Supervision of Dr. Mirza. They kept my Brother in Emergency Ward for 2 hours for primary treatment. Then shifted to Room and he was there for 3 days (31st 1st 2nd). Duty Doctors visited quite regularly throughout day and the Nursing staff recorded and registered every reading and levels on hourly basis and did the needful. My Brother was completely and fully recovered and was discharged on 2nd November 2023. Incharge Doctor Dr. Mirza was well supported by Dr. Sanjay Sinha (Urologist) and Dr. Bhanu Prasad (Nephrology) with their observations and recommendations. All these 3 Doctors are Very knowledgeable, experienced, confident and accurate about their treatment. All are soft in nature. Night Duty Doctors Dr. Akash and Dr. Ali did their job perfectly. Nursing (Sisters) staff are Polite, Caring and gave full attention all the time. Ayaas and Cleaning members are very duty bound. Front Office + Reception and Billing staff (Mathangi Satish) are very humble and very friendly, always gave good guidance to us. Here I would like to add one more person Dietician/Nutritionist, is very polite and answered all questions with patience and cleared our doubts with detailed explanation. All the Departments in Apollo Hospital have very good Co-operation, Coordination and Understanding between them, this one point helped *"Apollo Hospital"* to rise to this height, I believe. *"Apollo Hospital"* hospitality is very much impressive. I was having appointment with Dr. B Prabhakar, he is informing me that why did I come to him, go to some other hospital. Dr. B Prabhakar has no manners to talk and he has told several times that please go to other hospital. Worst hospital experience I have ever faced.

Most of the team are well experienced especially consultants and incharges, overall good experience but staff retention should be focused and few policies should be upgraded.
