Very Worst administration I have ever seen in my life.. no proper information regarding appointment and no proper response from the administration unit..even after booking appointment also they made us to wait till the evening... This Asian Institute Hospital is located in the Banjara Hills near the Banjara hills traffic p.s. This is a nice hospital. non-covid hospital. Need to wear masks since Covid-19 Pandemic. parking space is available. Lifts are there too. 4th floor is the top. pharmacy , Radiology zone and reception are in the ground floor. Consultation charges are Rs.750 per patient. Face masks without filters are allowed if not at the entrance itself they will be provided. For patients with stable condition will be suggested to Urologist first time and then if required will be suggested to see Nephrologist. some Washrooms are common for both men and women. while some are for staff and others for patients. better know which one before using it. Footwear must be removed before entering consultaion room. Also, small chamber like isolation for doctor's space following covid-19 restrictions. Patient file will be given and it must be retained for next visit. Insurance claims office is in the first floor. Also, dialysis treatment is in the same floor. Canteen and Parking is in the basement. covid test is also in the basement. However , Covid test is only done when the doctor has prescribed to the patient and also clearly mentioned in OP card. Had admitted my dad for Prostate Operation. As promised they kept just for 2 nights and 3 days. As communicated, everything went in timely manner. All nurses, staff and security were very nice and has served really well! Almost, 90% was covered under corporate insurance. The only additional charge of 10k for Covid safety measures is a bit more but they do take that safety and it may be worth it. Would recommend this hotel strongly for its service and doctors 🙏

As an outsider this has been one of the smoothest and best experience I could have asked for. My father in law needed to diagnose his prostate and we came to Hyderabad with very limited time in hands. Right from day one, the process has been very straightforward. The admin staff has been extremely helpful, cooperative, and communicative throughout the process. After carrying out the test, it was determined that he needed to go via surgical process. Even the paperwork and on-boarding of patient to OT room was done in a timely manner. Dr. PC Reddy has been amazing individual sharing his insights and explaining the diagnosis clearly without any confusion. Another individual who stood out the most from the rest of the staff was “Maahi”. She was an outstanding admin nurse who helped us with the tests, communication with doctor, and all the paperwork over the entirety of our stay. Because of her I really didn’t have to worry one bit. She was very thorough, and knew exactly what needed to be done. All I did was hand her the report/ files and she worked out her magic. AINU truly has some outstanding staff at hand and they should be appreciated and retained at all cost. Food selection in cafeteria was descent, the hospital was very well maintained following all necessary hygienic protocols. Overall 10/10 on-service, treatment, delivery, and responsiveness of staff.
