Got a chance to experience this hospital. A baby girl was born to us and the experience was very smooth. From sister Monica who was very helpful in the start in teaching various exercises to finally delivering the baby normally. The hospital staff n doctors have pushed us till the last moment for a natural birth and tried to avoid c section. At point we both lost hope for a normal delivery but still they gave us a lot of confidence and finally baby was delivered normally. Kudos to the doctors, nurses, midwives n everyone else. Just the one thing which we dint like was the guards n staff are very strict with the visitor rules. They dont allow anyone to see the baby also. We came from Maharashtra and there were a lot visitors coming but they dint allow anyone to see which was very sad. Need to improve in that regard a bit but rest our experience was fantastic. And very grateful for that.

I got the chance to experience normal vaginal delivery and my baby decided to come on new year's Eve. Unfortunately I didn't consult this hospital throughout pregnancy and came only a day before my baby's birth. I am glad I chose this hospital for delivery at least. Loved the experience of labor n delivery. All staff members are so kind and professional. I truly am grateful for memorable experience. Lots of love to midwives, doula, cleaning staff etc. Highly recommend this hospital. Wish I had come earlier. - Vinita

Detailed explanation by doctors. Polite floor staff. Doctors, nurses and floor staff are very approachable. However the insurance claim process is late and needs follow up. Paid full from hand inspite of having cash less. Got refund after going through few surprises and 48 hours. My advise to management is to maintain clarity in communication and be transparent with the claim process.Writing this after 3 such experiences in the last 5 years journey with Fernandez. Thank you for follow up on the reviews and feedback. My recommendation to in patients is to keep checking regularly with insurance team for a better experience and faster discharge. Unless we quote our needs the discharge process may be delayed.

Well-organized setup. Professional approach as per standing British OB&G set norms. We have rested our trust in them after thorough observation and enquiry and also from our past experiences and connect with them during our first childbirth. I also add a word to an appreciation for Dr Jogita and her team of residents, their commitment and dedication to her patients are phenomenal. Thanks for being there for us all.

Terrible Waiting period was drastic. If someone visits it by taking permissions from offices for an hour or 2 just for normal consultation also then you are done. They don't care about appointment time , they will make us wait. Even after 2 or 3 reminders, we will get our turn to visit doctor. Okay lets say may be the hospital is filled with lots of patients so doctor is unable to give us the exact time but where are patients?? I went there for 2 times i can see hardly few patients over there in my 1st visit but it took a complete day of mine just for normal scanning. Coming to the 2nd time visit its too much there are hardly 3 to 5 waiting out but even for that they just wasting others time. All i can see is just showing and making everyone waiting over there irrespective of our own work schedules We will take appointment for one specialist and there will be some other to come and treat us๐Ÿ™. Worst management and i had irritating experience. I wont even suggest this hospital to anyone ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

If you are looking for normal delivery than this is absolutely not the right place, they make sure that you end up with c-section even though mother and baby position/condition is good and doing well. They do not have experienced doctors at all, Majority of doctors are very juniors and doesn't have any pratical knowledge. Apart from brand name this hospital is fit for nothing. We visited Stork Home Fernandez from day one of pregnancy and met consultant (Gynaecologist) on monthly basis, weekly basis and even twice in a week based on doctor's advice for all the 9 months. All the scans were done as per the doctor suggestion and babies head position was perfect in all the scans and ready for normal delivery from 7th month. We thought that everyting was going right. Finally after 9 months we admitted mother in hospital for labor as suggested by doctor (which was absolutely wrong time and we are misguided and cheated by doctor only for reaping more money, but believed in doctor as everyone does), they have advised us some tests (this is where the real game starts) and we started doing them one after other and babies head position is at right place even at the time of admission, but while conducting the tests during labor doctor didn't handle the mother properly because of not having proper experience in labor, they did some wrong treatment and finally babies head position changed, they came to us and said we need to go for c-section and gave us only 30 minutes to decide, which was big surprise and shock to us. We didn't have any option (we are not given any option) expect to go for c-section. Only couple of doctors one pediatrician (male) and one lactician (female) are good and rest of them are worst. I am not mentioning consultant name on humanitarian basis. But for mother and babies well being I very strongly recommend anyone not to visit this place because for every human being their family is very important.

Worst experience : - A low risk pregnancy got complicated because of pure negligence. - Minimum basics are not followed which caused a life threatening situation - This happened to a patient who is a Gynecologist by herself. If this happened to her think about the others. - No proper followup of the patients - No discrimination b/w HIGH risk and low risk patients(No proper doctor visit to the patient, Nobody knows which doctor comes for the rounds ) - No proper communication to the patient or to family members about the complications occurred during delivery, No monitoring of the patient according to the complication

This is the worst hospital I've seen in my life. They make sure that it's not a normal delivery but a c section. They charge exorbitantly. They put the lives of patients in danger. Hence, be careful. They don't have an in-house surgeon. Can you believe it? The Doctors don't answer your questions and are extremely rude, especially Dr. Sonal. The Doctors consider themselves as demigods but actually know absolutely nothing. They almost killed my wife because of which I had to book a case against them in the High Court. A simple C Section costed me over Rs 4 Lakhs (including all the unnecessary tests) They experiment on a patient's body.

This one star is for Dr Jogitha Unni- the on call obgyn who did my delivery. - not only did she admit to letting her ego get in the way of her decision making during my delivery, but she was almost vindictive through my delivery, making it a traumatic experience for me. A Doctor- someone we trust to keep ourselves and our babies in safe hands , actually let her EGO get the better of her ( her own words minutes after i delivered ).

I have given 1 star for the management. Doctors are good expect that everything is wrong here. The waiting time is so long below are the incidents we faced. 1) I was 36 weeks pregnant and they asked to come for the scan in my previous visit I asked them to give them the appointment and I confirmed twice with them and the receptionist told it is confirmed and asked me leave with the arrogant tone. When I came for scan they said it is not booked and asked me to wait and I waited for 2 hours then I was exhausted and cried then they sent me for the scan. The management and scan don't have empathy they ask you to wait and don't take care about the pregnant women. 2) After delivery as I have low milk supply, I literally need to beg for formula milk to nurse every time. After asking for multiple times they used give after an hour. During discharge they kept reports with them and got us delayed by an hour. 3)After child birth ROP screening they made me to wait for 4 hours with two newborns. 4) BERA hearing test we waited for 4 hours. It is minimum curtesy to inform the procedure and reduce the waiting time as with newborns waiting for these many hours is difficult.

Writing a detailed & heartfelt review based on our birthing experience with 4 nights stay as it might be helpful for others and for the hospital: 1) Doctors : All the doctors whom we came across were well experienced and the way in which they handled us as first time parents is really commendable. Dr. Siri, Dr. Swetha Padma, Dr. Ayesha, Dr. Geya, Dr. Kasthuri Sarvotham, Dr. Sakshi and Dr. Safeena were involved in our delivery and right from consultation and till the final delivery and post natal period and they offered amazing medical support. They knew what they were doing and supported us emotionally when we were in pain both physically and mentally. A painful SGA labor resulted in a normal instrumental delivery because of their support. 2) Nursing experience and midwife: * The nursing team played a pivotal role after the delivery. The baby had inhaled motion during delivery and had breathing difficulties and was also diagnosed with Jaundice and placed under phototherapy. We did not find it easy to mange the new born as there were many challenges. Huge appreciation to Nurse Amani who took care of our baby during her night shifts in first floor. The baby did not sleep all night and she constantly supported us by taking care of the baby right from feeding and placing the baby under phototherapy and also got us accustomed to baby care, so she will always be there as an angel savior in our hearts because of the care she provided which was very much needed. Nurses Sravanthi, Swarnalatha, Rama & Priyanka provided really good support, they were very well experienced in nursing the baby. Other nurses whom we came across were good too, but as there were lot of documentation and also when the number of babies are more in the floor and the requirement is high, they were not able to fulfill all our requests which we made, so we had to keep them reminding. * Manjula from midwifery supported us right from 7th month. On the day of delivery, she managed to visit us while we were in labor and offered key help in identifying the present labor stage and informing the doctors accordingly, this helped us avoid pain killers and have a normal deliver inspite of high labor pain. 3) Cleaning, Mother care and Baby care: The rooms were cleaned frequently and the cleaning and maintenance team in first floor did a wonderful job. There was a separate team to bath the mother and the baby and change the bedsheets and they performed a really good job. They did not hesitate to help the mothers during their first bath and toilet sessions after the delivery and they did their duty very well. They also refused to take any money which we proposed to give out of gratitude. However, immediately after the labor the labor room and the equipment used were not cleaned to perfection. The hospital should definitely look into how the labor room and equipment are cleaned immediately after delivery. 4) Price, Amenities and Food: * The price which we paid for the entire baby delivery process was really reasonable for the quality of support which they provided. * The rooms were spacious and had most of the amenities, but few were not upto the mark. The bathroom exhaust was not working. The AC had limited direction settings and it was really difficult to set the flow. The set top box remote was not synchronized with the TV so we did not use the TV at all as there was no easy way to control the volume. * The food and service was quite off and on and it has to be definitely improved as the hospital does not encourage outside food. 5) Doulas: Getting a Doula during your labor is like winning a lottery and only few get it. We opted for the service but as there were only three of them and they had other labor and training sessions and could not help us in labor. The hospital can increase the number of Doulas as there is more demand. Overall it was a wonderful experience for us irrespective of few disappointments. We are glad for choosing Fernandez.

No complain about doctor and treatment,It is all about the team who made the rules and doctors who are abiding by. You take an appointment ,pay Rs500 in miyapur and visit your doctor. doctor gives you bunch of necessary test and ask you to visit after a week with reports but this time online. Doctor consultation ONLY to know report result use to be free if you visit in 15days but now it is video consultation so now pay rs650 AGAIN. Dear Management we are patient,we are not money minting machines. Please do not behave like vultures. We already are going through a lot otherwise no healthy person would like to visit doctor. Stop your business. You test are anyway costlier than other places eg urine culture is rs700 else where whereas you charge rs1100 In response to the reply from Fernandez: Why you need MR no and want me to drop mail? What I highlighted in the review is quite clear..If I am visiting doctor again within 15days no mater its face to face or via telephonic charges should not be taken as it is just follow up and doctor only forces you to go for telephonic as they will just check the report that she only prescribed a week before. So just look into it as all people who visits you are not billionairs

We had a pathetic experience in this so called "mother friendly" hospital (sick). We went for a regular checkup on the due date as my wife was still not experiencing the labor pains.. The Mid-wife who examined my wife suddenly claimed that the tummy fluid has dropped to level 5 and it was critical to go for an induced labor and asked to get admitted immediately, which was ridiculous because just a couple of days ago the same lady examined and reported a good level 12. Nevertheless fearing the worse we had got admitted and the doctor induced labor pains. My wife had to be in this labor pain for about 45 hours and they said the cervix is just dilated to 1 cm. whereas it should be 10 cm for delivery. Another doctor manually broke the water by rupturing the wall. this caused the baby heart-beat to fall considerably. The more shocking thing was the night duty staff was more relaxed at this and suddenly after the morning shift came in they were creating a scene of panic in the ward. A couple of doctors came in and were indirectly pushing us for a C-Section. for which we finally admitted to. (In the case-summary however it was reported that we opted for a c-section (laughs)). Treatment towards my wife in the labour ward at the time of c-section was no good. She had been through a severe pain in the last 48 hours and then these people in the ward were pathetic. NO BIRTHING PLAN PREFERENCES WERE ENQUIRED AND FOLLOWED> NOT EVEN A SKIN-to-SKIN WAS PROVIDED TO MY WIFE!!! After the operation, I was asked to stau way for bout 6 hours and it was only my Wife and the baby at the mercy of the nurse who was VERY RUDE. our baby was crying and when my wife who was still under lower body anesthesia could not get off the bed and carry the baby from the crib, asked the nurse to give her in her arms so that she could feed her, SHe came in angrily and yelled what do you want?!! When she re-iterated to give her the baby from the crib, she brought the baby and angrily pushed the baby against my wife!! My wife still has tears re-imagining the situation! I strongly recommend no to choose this pathetic hospital ! Good luck!

The emergency service is never good. They donโ€™t pick calls. They give wrong scan closures. The doctors are not interested. And if a patient is pregnant, itโ€™s supposed to be their priority. But they donโ€™t care at all. Everyone you go for an emergency, the doctor is always negative about what will happen. They always say we canโ€™t help if anything happens. They never care.

Attended child birth class in this unit. The doctor explained all the information in a theory and practically in great detail. She patiently answered all the questions. After the class both me and my partner were at ease and all our questions were answered. I felt a sudden awakening of the magic of child birth and will now be more confident of the whole process

I have been admitted for a day here for monitoring baby condition. Though it's expensive but it's all worth it. The way Fernandez manages everything online an offline is really good. The attached room pic is of basic deluxe room for both patient and one attendee. It's good with all required amenities. The food for mother is not allowed from outside and they maintain good amount of protein in every meal they send and they send it on very timely basis. The stay was stress-free and relaxing.

Extremely satisfied by the service provided by Stork Home. The staff is well qualified and well mannered. I was apprehensive about breast feeding but the Lactation counselling was very helpful. All the Lactation counselors are very proficient in their job and always provided me with correct advice and support. Specially Dr. Latha, who has been very patient and professional. My baby is four months old now and completely breast fed thanks to their constant support and care.

The best hospital for maternity matters with no doubt can say. The respect and the service and the friendly behavior from everyone ( Doctors and staff) you get it here. Top level doctors to least level workers are amazing in this hospital. They fallow world class standards in birthing and they respect ancient India procedures in birthing. You will know lot of facts in birthing through their child birthing classes. Child birthing classes are one more amazing child his in this hospital.

I followed up my pregnancy, which was my first, under Dr. Rajitha Reddy and my experience turned out to be amazing. I had developed itching in the later months, which was due to a pregnancy complication and my platlets had fallen down to as low as 58 thousand by the start of my ninth month which the reason why I had to undergo a c- section. The team in stork home took care of all of it very well. Dr. Rajitha stood by me throughout with detailed professional discussions and explanations. She made sure that I stayed just how we are supposed to stay in pregnancy, happy! My platlets were monitored under the supervision of Dr. Hemalatha and resumed to good amounts before surgery thus helping me avoid the need of any blood transfusion. Coming to my c section experience, the operation theatre was in perfect setup, with the best of medical assistants and other paramedical staff. Though it was my first experience for a spinal anaesthesia as well, but Dr. Santosh made sure it was a smooth sail, his energy calmed me by itself. Dr. Vinutha operated on me for the section and was great. Both me and my husband are doctor's, in the nine month long duration we could have found many things below a 5star rating, but trust me we found none! But my review does come with a piece of suggestion for the new mom and dad's, if you are visiting here please surrender and trust the place to get the best of experience for your beautiful new start, for the rest they will take care! Good luck.

We had the pleasure of delivering our first born at Fernandez recently. Fernandez stands by the statement โ€œBuilt for Birthingโ€ at every touch point. Right from the entrance with a valet and woman security guard equipped with wheelchair to offer support any type of support to carrying mothers, till our journey to labour ward with talented and highly skilled professional staff.. the 269 days of pregnancy felt like a cake walk every second we spent in the hospital. We are absolutely grateful to have had such a great team working together and taking care of us throughout the journey. Thank you! If you still have second thoughts, pay a visit to the rooms/labour ward and thank me later ๐Ÿ˜Š

Excellent service and very good in addressing the issues, preparing mother's for natural birth. Physiotherapy is really good and Dr.Sushma was really helpful with various excercises suitable for the mother depending on their condition which made the labour easy and natural. I definitely recommend them.

Both my deliveries were at Stork home. I had excellent experience with delivery, post partum care and baby care. They encourage mid wife led normal deliveries and there are also experienced doctors to handle high risk deliveries. Excellent staff who are disciplined and quick to respond. Only issue I faced was the waiting time during general check ups of pregnancy at Miyapur branch. It would be great if they can handle the appointment schedules better.

Thanks a lot to Dr. Tara, Dr.Geya, Dr. Jogitha and team for taking such good care of me and taking timely necessary action for my high risk pregnancy. Doctors, nurses and support staff are very helpful and calm. Especially Nurses in the labour ward, they are very calm and always smiling. That gives lot of mental support during labour. Kudos to you guys! Thanks to Dr.Sunil and NICU staff. They took care of my baby so well. Edit- I removed the cons after getting call from the management that they looked into the issue. But there was a similar experience to my friend couple of months back. Cons- The lactation consultant here was pathetic. She was very rude and disrespectful. They donโ€™t show any empathy to new mothers/first time moms. I was changing diaper of my baby girl one day after csection and had lot of pain. My husband saw and immediately tried to pitch in. She was so rude and asked my husband not to do and i should only take care of it. Why is she bothered who changes the diaper. She was very cranky and responded very rudely when i asked her couple of questions. I was literally crying after all this and nurse who saw this was consoling me. I had a very bad experience. A couple of months back one of my friend to whom I referred this hospital also faced similar issue with the lactation consultant. I really donโ€™t understand why they donโ€™t talk positively. If you guys are not giving emotional support for new mothers, atleast donโ€™t be so rude it will only push them into depression and lose hope on breastfeeding. Also, donโ€™t include the lactation consultant counseling in the delivery package. Iโ€™m sure nobody will want to pay for this kind of counseling. Please donโ€™t spoil the mental health of a new mom. Already they will be going through so many emotions and will be drained out. This will only make them worse.

There is a lot of coordination issue at Fernandez, everytime we visit there will be a new junior doctor and they say that everything is on app but still they don't have context of the patient and we need to explain everything from the first, and today we had a worse exp with Dr.G.Sirisha (Asst. Of Doctor Rajitha Reddy) she was so arrogant and the way she spoke made us anxious, she was so rude. Fernandez has an app and all the tests and prescriptions will be uploaded on that, but the doctors has no skill on how to use technology, she was angry since we were not carrying the physical copy of the previous priscriptions So finally decided not to visit this Hospital again. How dare she threaten us when we refused to get admitted because my wife BP is 140/ 90. She said that anything can happen because of not getting admitted. BY THE WAY WHO GAVE THE RIGHT TO A MEDICAL DOCTOR TO INSIST TO GET ADMITTED AGAINST THE WILL OF A PATIENT? They only can suggest not threaten or insist

As usual, a great place for expecting parents. Super happy to have a great team who serve patients with empathy with world class & top notch medical skills. Special mention of Dr Vinatha and Dr Swathi who have been very very supportive and empathetic through the ups and downs. Very strongly recommend.

Visited for general checkup. > parking seems little issue, you need to drop keys and leave your car. > Reception is not that welcome so does the inside staff. Compact room. > Booked for 12:45 appointment, we got a call and asked to visit 1 hours before and we made to wait for 2 hours for no reason. > No proper response from staff, Left without visiting visiting doctor.

Very worst hospital. No proper care and no one responsible for the patient. Went here after many referrals but very much disappointed. Rude behaviour by staff and doctors and no proper intimation on appointments. Itโ€™s fully money minded without any proper care and responsibility.

One of the worst hospitals in Hyd . They fix the appointment at 3pm we have to be 30 mins before and had to wait till 5pm. They will admit the patient without any geninue reason in the name of observation and without giving any prescription they will just discharge the patient saying every thing is normal They need 5 hours to write discharge summary with out giving any treatment and prescription. even now my wife is admited in the hospital. her mobile is been switched off since 3 hours dont even know whats happening inside . staff here is very rude . one thing i want to remind the management is you are giving us service since we are paying you. Dont try act as if you are giving free service . worst experince

Waiting waiting waiting........ Waiting....... Waiting... They will ask us to come to the hospital 30 mins before appointment time, so we went as they asked. After going to the hospital, they asked to wait for 30 mins as doctor is in with other patient. So we waited for 1 hr and still they asked us to wait for some more time. After 1:30 hr of the appointment time, when we went and asked what is going on, then they asked us to wait for 30 more mins.

The staff is very courteous and polite, it is maintained very well in terms hygeine and cleanliness. Doctors are highly qualified as per their website. Attendant wasn't allowed to see the Dr. with the patient due to the corona flare which is understandable. Had a very nice experience for our first visit. Would suggest plan your appointments accordingly in advance to avoid unexpected delays.

This was our second child birth at Fernandez Stork Home and the only reason for returning here was nothing but the staff attitude and care. Stork home stands for its tradition and the leadership and guidance of Dr Evita is evident in the services they provide. We were skeptical about water birth this time but the assurance and support was phenomenal. Have already recommended 5 colleagues to stork home and will recommend more to this institution. Few staff members or rather I would call them family members of Fernandez is Mid wives Kala and Kalyani along with Dr Vinata and Dr Shailaja and Midwife Consultant Dr Inderjeet Kaur. Our angel is born on 25 Dec 2020. Thank you Fernandez family.

I had an exceptional experience at Stork homes - Fernandez Hospital . The staff was caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The medical professionals were thorough in their assessments and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comforting environment. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical assistance.
