I am here to share the Apollo Clinic cafeteria reviews. This cafeteria is used for hospital staff along with visitors. This is not at all cleaned. The area smells badly, don't know why this Apollo management didn't see anything about this. Chairs are broken, limited tables and too occupied by the hospital staff, visitors has to wait for the sitting. Open dustbins there, you could imagine by seeing the photos. Cafeteria services are very bad, it's takes lot of time to deliver the food. Parking - Parking management also very worst, there are no one to assist, when you come they will take your car key, but when you leave there will be lot of cars behind your vehicle, but none of them will help. You have to find the vehicles drivers by your own way. Really frustrating.

I consulted Dr Uzma for Thyroid treatment . Definitely i recommend her. She is patient enough to hear about my issue and lifestyle . She also explained me about root cause for each of the symptoms and also suggested measures to control it . She is best in town ,as i visited multiple endocrinologist in past , I was very comfortable discussing with her.

Worst hospital. They take appointments and do not follow it. You still have to wait for hours even after taking appointments. Receptionist was rudest person. I dont know how others are writing 5 star reviews for this place.

I took an online 16:10 general checkout appointment as I didn't want to wait during this covid times. I reached the center 10 minutes prior. But when I reached the reception, they mentioned that the doctor hasn't arrived yet and they had no idea how long I had to wait inspite of checking multiple times. Besides the 700/- consultation fee,100/- registration, they had hidden charges of 100/- for covid safety but I fail to understand why as they didn't have sanitizer at the security point before entering, a guy at the reception desk didn't use the mask and has been attending patients and the place wasn't hygienic. It is Apollo after all, it's supposed to be hygienic whether during covid or not, neither did they provide me gloves, mask or face shield. Then why was I charged for covid safety? This is not expected from Apollo. And I had to wait for an hour to see the doctor. Very unpleasant experience.

Worst hospital. They take appointments and do not follow it. You still have to wait for an hour even after taking appointments. My baby fell and was hurt and the receptionist was sitting chilling and did not even bother to come and check if she got hurt. Receptionist have no manners of how to talk to clients. Just because of brand name they cannot run the hospital.

Met with doctor veerender orthopedic for spine related problem.given a good suggestion had a nice experience.swapna the assistant of orthopedic thanks to her also for sending st right time.

Worst laboratory services. Not giving the report on promised time. They don't understand the urgent case requirements. They are handling the test as joke. It's a matter of life of a baby. If anything goes wrong due to delayed treatment who will take the responsibility. Very bad service.

Hi I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is a total disaster. No management what so ever and a few blood work with couple of checks takes 6 hours that too with constant follow ups. I highly recommend that people don’t waste their time going here. There are way better organized centres. Lesson learnt hard way. Avoid this place at all costs.

Allows online appointment ( I did through Ask Apollo app). Has sanitization facility at entrance. Medical store / pharmacy present at entrance itself. All covid norms are followed by staff and they don't hesitate to tell those violating distancing and PPE norms.

I have visited the center, my review is purely on the behaviour of administration staff. I visited here for vaccine, firstly hospital is neat and higene no doubt. I had a bad experience with administration staff who sits at billing, they made a bill on wrong name, spelling is totally wrong. I have been trying ever since to get it corrected it is not corrected yet. I need the bill on my name to get it reimbursed, which I couldn't do. It's absolutely irresponsibility of the staff. Secondly I don't know why they have to ask or rather force visitors to post 5 star rating in front of them before they leave the facility. Apollo is such a huge chain it shouldn't stoop down to the level at which they force people to post ratings. !!!! DONT GO BY THESE RATINGS, ALTHOUGH APOLLO IS A GOOD HOSPITAL THE RATINGS HERE ARE KIND OF FORCED/INFLUENCED.

I have no problem with the treatment since it was only vaccination. The administrative process is really bad as there are too many activities to be completed for a vaccine and the staff are also lethargic which lead to more delay. Irrespective of paying 950 the service or administration is really really bad. (Claiming registration charges as 100... I did not understand as this will be done on Govt portal)

I had an ACL Reconstruction and Meniscus repair surgery, performed by Dr. Veerendra Mudnoor. I had a good experience during the course of my surgery, post surgery treatment and consultation. I would refer people to go with Dr. Veerendra for any Orthopaedic or Sports injury consultation. I have improved a lot in the last 5 months and all credits to the Doctor and the staff.

Visited for health checkup. Everything is good. Especially technician Akhila from TMT cardiac test was very helpful and gave all the required information.

I went for Executive Health Check package, and the experience was really good. The reception staff was very supportive and quick in answering any queries I had. They also recommended which package will suit me best based on my current medical condition. The entire process of Full Health Checkup went quite smoothly, and all the tests were done in a couple of hours, without much waiting for each tests. Results were also sent to me on WhatsApp promptly the very next day. Hard copies of reports were also provided on the day of consultation. Everything seems organized in the entire process of Full Health Checkup.

Keerthana and Madhuri were very helpful during the checkup however when it comes to providing the report for simple tests, they took more than 2 days. Would not consider having my tests done here if there is urgency to get the reports promptly.

The radiologist Dr. Swetha was very helpful in explaining the process and requirements of taking an x-ray. The complete process was completed smoothly without any hassle and had a comfortable experience. Thank you team.

It was a great experience with Dr Vindhya G. She is very friendly, co-operative and understanding... Due to Covid situation we were not able to come to hospital for physical checkups but dr. guided us over telephonic conversation. She suggested us to go only those tests which are necessary, no other expensive tests. In labor room also, she was guiding my wife , giving her mental strength and it helped my wife to overcome the labour pain and helped her in having successful normal delivery.

Worst Cardiologist doctor. One of the worst experience ever. I had high BP and visited the hospital in the noon hours. Emergency doctor handled it very well and suggest me to visit any Cardiologist doctor for a safer side. I had booked an appointment in the similar hospital with Dr.Tripti Deb. It took almost 2 hours for my overall consultancy ( not because there was huge rush but because doctor was more on her phone). Soon After all the test were done as advised by doctor, Dr said that I am fine and need not worry but she didn't even prescribe me a medicines and her nurse told me to leave. When I reminded her regarding the medicines, she called me in and made me wait for few more minutes. While I was inside her cabin there was another patient sitting on the desk, and another patient lying on the 2d echo bench and she was busy in handling the Practo/ some online patient.. She was almost handling 4 patients at a time.. And after all the drama, she told me that I AM ON A VERGE OF HEART ATTACK and should take a blood thinner along with strict diet.. She even advised to get the complete Apollo package test(corporate business scam). Few minutes ago I was alright and all of a sudden how can I be on a verge of a Heart attack? Utterly shame to see that such doctors working in a precious institute like Apollo are handling their patients in such a way.. A strict action should be taken and such doctors should be suspended immediately. Never ever will visit the Apollo hospital.

This place is utterly waste Incase you want to get the tests done with empty stomach especially for elders.I took my grandfather to get CECT abdomen scan, which has to be done with empty stomach.He is an 82 years old and had some solid food only the previous day afternoon.From then he was on liquid diet till next morning as the doctor suggested.The staff who asked us to come at 9:30 AM did not turn up till 10:20 AM and took another 10 mins to set up the equipment.We had to spend another hour before the test as the patient had to consume water phases wise and walk for 20 mins.In such cases, there was not even one back up person or assistant who can help on this before the technician comes.No one at the hospital bothered to address the issue even raising concerns multiple times to the supervisor, Neelender.I am not sure why the staff does not understand that people come to hospital because of some emergency and that should be addressed the earliest.I would not prefer this place for elders.I had similar experience when I took my father couple of months ago.Wish I could give negative feedback.

Very poor standard of communication, wonder if she is a doctor at this reputed corporate hospital or an anganwadi worker with no training in how to talk to a patient. I got my surgery done for treating complete ACL tear here. Dr. Veerendra sir operated. His way of treating and the staff here are very cooperative. I had a teleconsultation with Dr Neelmani Soni at 4-30 pm today wet my wife Vanaja Madhavan .It is 6-40 pm now.Ihave reminded 5 times but still i have not received the Prescription.I have to arrange for home sampling tomorrow which I can do only after getting the prescription.I have never met with such a unhelpfil response from Apollo.Pl send me the prescription immediately.

I tried to book online appointment. It is the worst experience I can have from a medical institute for a patient. Even though I paid the required consultation amount(500/-) beforehand, no doctor called me and when I called to enquire about when will I get the call from doctor they keep on postponing from their side. One customer care personal even told me that it is showing that my consultaiton is already done. I hope they revert my fee as I never got any consultation from doctor. Really disappointed by Apollo hospital. They used to have high standards previously.

Did health check labs were good, but Doctors for Dietitian consultation, Ophthal consultation and Physiotherapist are just want to spread their business. They don’t have knowledge in their expertise area. Always busy in phone, plying game or whatsaap. DONT waste money for Dietitian consultation, Ophthal consultation and Physiotherapist in this clinic.

It's clean with good management that takes care. Staff if ready to help and assist whenever required. This image is of waiting room after covid vaccination is taken. If u have taken appointment for covid vaccination and booked for particular slot, make sure that u are not in hurry. Batch wise with max 20- 25 people are allowed and given dose one by one. And after vaccination each one is kept in observation and have to wait in waiting room for min 15min. So make sure you make yourself free for min. 1-2hrs time.

For Doctor consultation by which consultation had happened smooth and easy thanks to her and thanks to Apollo

First of all, I would like to thank the entire team of Apollo cradle for taking care of the enitre pre & post delivery process with atmost care and responsibility. Nevertheless there are a few Pros and Cons as below: Pros: 1) Excellent team of doctors 2) NICU facilities 3) Hospitality Cons: 1) Insufficient Manpower (Nursing) 2) co-ordination between teams was lacking, which lead to delay in medication and other childcare activities 3) patients and attenders need to follow up a lot with staff for pety things, which make us feel like personal care is lacking.

Worst payment system I have no idea why this still following old payments methods. Staff and doctor are very supportive and good.

Extremely satisfied with the birthing experience at Apollo Cradle Kondapur. Doctor Prameela Sekar was the best choise we made for our baby. Nurses and staff were also very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and facilities were also very good and prompt. The final settlement was very close to what was discussed while booking the package.

The doctor who treated my husband's renal stones is nice, he is an expert and responds well to Whatsapp texts(Dr Priyank) Other than him, few polite nurses and house keeping - really disappointed with everything else. Cafeteria : Worst sit out area. Couldve really been better, though they tend to room deliveries quite OK. Billing : The Billing Team uses really old systems and processes and is not at all fast in their work or responses. To process 3 files they take the whole day totally opposite to this fast paced world. With such good doctors and some good team, the experience could've been really better if the above mentioned are taken care of. Thanks.

It's a manageable health center, not as big as jubilee hills one, but good enough with multispeciality portfolio. I have used this place for orthopedic in patient facility, pediatric out patient, dermatologist out patient facility. Sometimes you may have to wait for doctor beyond the time and always confirm telephonically before coming that doctor is consulting without delays. You may have to park in basement, as in front parking is often full

Best hospital only for cesarean, They don’t do normal delivery, 99% they do cesarean only 1% chance for normal delivery…. I prefer healthy pregnant women should not plan for delivery here…

I have a horrible experience with respect to parking. The security simply told parking is full. When I asked where should I park, without any response simply they moved away. I had to park my car almost 1 km away at the road side and bring the patient by walk. Never expected such stupid experience from such a premium brand.

Was denied appointment when I visited at the centre. I had booked through my company sponsored Visit app, and I had received a confirmation from Apollo as well. But when i visited the center at the appointment time, I was refused accessed saying that I need to pay, and they cannot honour the appointment they earlier gave me. Should be avoided at all costs since they are not serious about people's health and only care about the money.

Had my health check up done. Especially TMT Prashanthi did a fabulous job. But i have changed my opinion after booking DR consultation at Apollo. They ask us to book appointment though their app. But it's waste of time. DR doesn't come on time and the staff encourage walk in consultation. They make patients wait for hours and no one is bothered once you make the payment. Really bad service.

I have scheduled an appointment with a doctor. I got a call from back office that doctor is not available. They asked me if they should reschedule the appointment for which I confirmed the time. When I went in the next day, there was no appointment for me and they made me wait for a very long time. I told them to verify yesterday’s appointment for which they did not respond well. They were asking me to complain if I want which was not my intention. I would suggest to call back the call center twice if the appointment is booked whoever want to go to a doctor who is available only in apollo.

X-ray and Mammography service is good and I would recommend this hospital for these tests. Swetha the person who has taken these tests is very friendly and make you comfortable while these tests were taken

Radiology department is horrible. They didn't do the USG properly. They are just randomly putting everything on the report. I had done my USG in March and this report is exactly opposite from the report sent in March. Please don't go to Apollo clinic for a health checkup.

I consulted Dr.Veerendra mudnoor, orthopedic surgeon for my orthobproblem. He gave ecellent treatment .HE won't give unnecessary medication. One of my friends also consulted him and took treatment from him. Especially the way he treats a patient is v v good.

Inspite of taking appointment they make you wait in long queues As a hospital it's their duty to provide mask for free but they make you purchase it from their own pharmacy for every single service. Good way to scam people.
