The Gym looks very old Don't have a cycle and a trademill. So if you are going to loose weight here dont choose this gym. Trainer is not that familiar with what kind if exercises suits whose body. They will just tell what they know and what they want. I chose the morning slot and did it for hardly a month and i hurt my back because of wrong cardio exercise given by a trainner and im still suffering.......
