Worst place ever.. receptionist named sai was very rude .rooms are not clean not a safe place at all . Please dnt go with ur partner i dnt recommend this oyo to couples not at all safe

First the pros. The guy at the reception was nice and cordial. I got a large well lit room at 1400. so far so good. now the cons. There is no service not even a cup of tea you can get in room. The room had no window. bed had cockroach on it. the bed sheet had not been cleaned for months. toilet was dirty and the floor was sticky. worst before check out the reception guy asked me to give a review and almost cajoled me for a 5 star review. This is so unfair for tourists like me who depend a lot on other tourists rating. It's like forcing me to cheat on other Travelers. that's when I decided to write a review properly.

Don’t trust these reviews, those are not true , the rooms are very pathetic, full of bugs , not even clean bedsheets, worse conditions of room , they charge of water bottles also , trust me don’t dare to book this place

Denied check in. When called customer care they said the amount cannot be refunded. Unprofessional behaviour by both the hotel management and the customer care.

After booking before 7 days management refuse to give room. Worth management. Customers said that there is rooms are not safe.

Old place renovated not the best atmosphere ok kind of stuff. Next to railway track bustling trains.

Booked it after reading good reviews. Worst experience I have ever had with oyo stay. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty bed-sheet, pillow covers and towel, no windows, stinking room. Outside area is also not good and have dumping yard outside. I booked it for 3 nights but had to checkout within 10 minutes of entering the room. My booking was prepaid but I did not care and it was almost impossible to stay there for more 10min. And on top of that the reception guy did not bother to ask me reason of leaving the property, he just said “okay”.

We were informed late at night after reaching the hotel that they have overbooked the hotel and they gave our fully paid reserved room to someone else so there is no room for us. It was 2:30 AM in the morning. The staff didn’t even have the decency to offer water while we waited for a cab to go search for another room in the middle of the night. Worst customer service.

Staff and services are super supportive and,I'm happy to rate 10 Star out of 10

Just as a warning -they don't accept foreigners. We find out about this on spot at 23.00 after booking the hotel weeks in advance. Luckily the lovely receptionist help us to find a different hotel.

A DISGRACE - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SHADY PLACE - ROOMS OFFERED FOR TWO HOURS TO FINISH THE JOB AND GO ( IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN ) 1.With some difficulty I was able to locate this Oyo Room, Thanks to google maps. 2.This hotel is bang opposite to few railway tracks. Constant trains pass by and you get to hear loads of horns from the trains. 3.When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist without greeting told me that I do not have a booking. 4. I showed him the booking made via agoda. 5. He told me that it is not reflecting on his oyo app therefore he could not do anything. 6. He asked me to contact agoda and told me that this issue will not get resolved and asked me to get help myself instead of offering any assistance to contact oyo customer care. 7. While I was calling the agoda helpline, a lady came to the reception and and asked a room for 600 for two hours. 8. Mr Sai ( I believe the receptionist's name was ) told that it is New Year's Eve and he could not come down further. He offered her the room for 1200. The lady started bargaining and said that he can also collect some money from somebody who is going to accompany her for the two hours of the room. Clearly, the lady and the person were not related to each other and wanted to share the room for two hours. 9. Mr Sai, kept getting calls for rooms for short durations without any oyo booking. 10. There was another gentleman who arrived later at the reception. He asked us to go to the 2nd floor in the waiting lounge / area to try to fix this issue, but Mr Sai said that there was no use staying here, and asked us to leave. 11. When I asked Mr Sai that could I pay directly at the hotel and later get a refund from agoda. Mr Sai said, that the room rent was more than 4000 per room night due to new years eve and said that I can get cheaper hotels if I get a Ola and go to near by places. 12. I told him , that after a long journey, and all this drama, I did not mind paying, but he then said that there are no rooms available. 13. Clearly, he wanted us to leave. This the worst experience I have had with any hotel in my entire life. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL ESP WHEN YOU HAVE COME WITH YOUR FAMILY

Rooms are spacious however, hygiene is an issue. I've noticed fungus on the washroom walls and taps. Aside that, it's okay.

the hotel staff is very friendly and very much helpfull the whole staff from reception Mr.Pradeep and Sai and from restaurant Mr. rajender is a wonderful chef and I don't remember the house keeping boy's name but even they were up to the mark 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very Good and comfortable stay, nice to visit every time when ever comes to vijayawada. I m seeing same maintenance from last 6 yes.. Same neat and clean rooms, thts Y I recommend everyone one who needs good clean rooms at good budget..

This hotel not even deserve one star. Overall rating is that shutdown such type of hotels and major credit goes to their staff behavior. Last but not least HORRIBLE

Very nice hotel and good rooms

Rude receptionist to start with. Stinky neighborhood and rooms, literally. Full of Mosquitoes. No breakfast given though included in the booking. All in all worst OYO ever been to.

The location is good. Hotel staff were good, well behaved and co-operative. However, the rooms were not that clean as I had expected. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, no windows in room so it was kind of suffocating. Also, minimal covid norms were followed which was concerning. Overall it could be a okayish budget friendly option in a good location of the city.

This was the place where I have stayed in when I had a trip to Hyderabad The receptionist welcomes the guest in a very polite manner which was liked by me . The reception area also provides with the good atmosphere and a seating arrangement as well The rooms are spacious with all the amenities,clean and maintained washrooms,AC and TV in good working condition

Room was clean and neat. But in my room the ac is not working (cant switch on) condition. They said 'give some time', but after 2-3 call for reception they told us 'their is no other room available for change, and ac have some technical issues'. At this condition in a month of may i stay whole night without AC. At morning in breakfast idali, sambar & only upma was available. No tea or coffee, they say No milk for that day available. Overall experience was Mixed.

Worst place with worst service, very poor and smelly property. We reached there at 1 am (me and my wife). The owner is very mean, he cancelled our booking before we reached their as my booking had discount coupon applied on it and then in mid night when we had no where to go he started asking for double amount from us, beware such greedy people.

Good place, good people. The rooms are good for the price point. The location is very nice. Just across is lush green cover to make your stay peaceful.

The stay was pleasant and all the requests were taken care of by the manager Pradeep & Sai who were very professional and helpful at all times. The property was hygienically well maintained.

Nice ambience and the food is decent. I liked the 2 nd floor resturant setup. Value for money.

The place is ok, but the person at the front desk is one of the most rude person I have met. He has no respect and is just there to make money without doing anything.
