Worst hotel to stay. Receptionist having bad attitude towards customer. Complete non cooperative type. Toilet condition bad. Average room better hotel near by.

As far as to location is concerned it is very near to bus stop ADJACENT to vijayawada high way . Though the rooms are spacious amenities can be improved. Room service is also ok , but a little bit time is taken . No restaurant facility. If you want any thing they get it from out side restaurant. I stayed for two days , there was no T V relay .In spite of continuous complaints , they come attend , and make it run for few moments , the moment they leave the room back to square one , it will not work . Don't know the reason Last but not the least they don't even provide you mineral drinking water , you have to purchase drinking water in spite of room rent a bit expensive. Inter com phone's never work . Over all the RESIDENCY will be ok for just night stay, relax ,and check out in the morning. Not valued for the rent , not fully satisfied A mere ok .

Please train your staff sply receptionist, he don't behave properly with guest's very arrogant person. For 24hrs he charged 2800 which is not at all worth for that rooms, washrooms are not clean and room smells really bad.

Excellent maintenance with good pricing near LB nagar...My first preference in LB nagar

Beds are good , and location is convenient, but chairs , cots, and staff .. heavy cost but plastic chairs ,mainely all switch boards are damaged, have to improve.. ac vent have holes.. not much good room space for that cost.. lots For family not suitable..

Stayed for a week here for busines purpose...hotel staff , receptionist and all other things are very well mannered, friendly, good...Do check this hotel if people visiting to hyderabad. Very near to metro

Worst hotel I saw in my life yet know..Room service was not good and room was also not at all hygienic..

We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too

A little bit pricey but rooms are good, employees are a little bit lazy,easy for all types of commuting.

I had checked in this hotel with my family at midnight... got one room on 2nd floor, after checkin we found out the flush of bathroom was not working I requested staff to change the room despite 3 to 4 rooms being vacant the manager rejected our request and told he will get the flush repaired in morning.. on approaching the manager in morning They kept saying the plumber is coming but he didnt turned up.... Poor service of the room... Disappointed with the stay

Worst place to stay....they denied online booking & asking for extra money to book room at arrival...it was night time so I had no other option....but it got worse....rooms are not clean.bathroom stinking and door was broken.A/C not working...hotel staff was arrogant and saying 'yaha PE Aisa hi hai,otherwise you can look for other hotels'...do ever book this fu*ki*g hotel

Had a great stay here. A very accessible place in the city near the main road. Easy to find transport to anywhere in the city. We had booked online but the hotel was generous enough to let us in early before the check-in time

The front office guy (who addressed himself as manager) was very rude when we denied to pay extra charge he allegedly asked for. Then he asked us to vacate within two hours of check-in. When we pointed out thats its all his mistake, he did let us continue there. But will never ever go there again.

The property is located in a good place. Staff were very helpful. Good for one day stay.

Negative point -Flush was not working in the bathroom, bathroom not cleaned,one light switch was not working so it remains ON every time lastly I removed the bulb & while check out i put as it is. Plus point -Location is good,near bus stand,bed cleaned,room also cleaned , reception is easily reachable,good staff behaviour

Hotel location is good, but is staff behaviour is not good. Hotel charge is to much high but service is third class. Please my request to you don't book this hotel.

Rs 2300 for AC room for 24 hours stay (2 members). Restaurant is not available here. You can call the staff and order food to bring from outside.

Powercuts, broken switch boards, water shortage in the morning to bad taps. Horrible experience. Hope to never go back here. Lastly they didn't heed my request to change the room.
