A very cozy café, perfect for dates. The quality of the food is great. The Pizza was especially filling. Unfortunately there’s no system for reservations, so one might be left waiting for a while to dine in, depending upon the time of day one decides to go. Will defined visit & order again.

Food is OK. Service is poor, staff is arrogant and inefficient. Overall a disappointing experience. They also close too early, last beverage order 9.30pm and last drink at 10.15pm they said but refused to take a hot chocolate order at 10.05pm. Also objected us from joining tables for a group of 11. Every establishment can have its rules but it should be made clear at the entrance and even later there is a polite way of saying it. It was almost like we were being bestowed a favor by the outlet. Not going to visit again.

The asthetics is very nice ....colour palette of the cafe is also very nice ...gives english feels. Chicken burger was awsome. Though I love cheese there was a little too much of cheese in a sandwich. The macarons were too sweet for my liking. But other desserts are really very nice and tasty. I would like to visit again and try more food and dessert.

Delightful desserts, elite experience. Feranoz is the go-to place whenever you have desserts on your mind. Ambience is cozy and the prices are reasonable. They have a savoury menu as well that is yet to be explored. Can't be disappointed here!

A cute little dessert place that specialises in the bakery range (no icecreams here). You will be reminded of Concu for sure, but I liked it better than Concu for the simple fact that it is a fairly reasonably priced experience despite the premium ambience. We ordered the Rocher, Cheesecake and a chocolate pastry (forgot the name) for the three of us who went there, had a great time having it and paid a bill slightly north of 500 INR. You should consider heading here for dessert if you're planning on a meal nearby in Banjara hills. There's some parking space for cars nearby and you'll probably easily find seats at most times.

Not only that multiple choices of croissants are available here, and also desserts. Those are all eye catching and mouth watering. Sandwiches will be served in very freshly baked breads. French fries are also in very good taste.

A nice ambience and kid friendly dessert place... Great to hangout with friends, relatively moderate in pricing. By the time we reached it was almost Closed... so couldn't order Anything, but surely gonna visit soon and update this Review.

Went to this cafe to meet a friend over a coffee, good location and good ambience. The dessert counter design looks like a rip off from concu. The staff's very inattentive inspite of being a self service place. We had coffee and it was good.

It's a cafe and the stuff is 👍. Ambience is very pleasant and good. Had Croissant and Hazelnut Cappuccino which tasted awesome again. Good place to visit

Minus 10 if I can give This is how they deliver pizza. It’s actually the second time happening to us. Very disappointing esp with the hype this place has. Once is a mistake Twice is a blunder My kid’s stomach is upset since evening Don’t fall for the Instagram hype being created for this cafe

Presentation of food items is great. Taste is good, not worth all the hype. Price, I thought, is on the higher side - might be because we were not quite satisfied with the products. Went to exclusively taste Hot Chocolate. I think it it's just fine. Consistency - more diluted for hot chocolate. Dulce Banana is very good. Newyork Cheesecake is good. Chocolate Eclair is just fine.

The overall taste was good as this was my first time so I didn’t knew hot chocolate there was so damn popular definitely gonna try it next time InShaAllah ☕️ But the pizza and that chocolate pastry was so delicious. I've been to the place multiple times and love their macarons..the best macrons in the city I've also tried thier eclair, cinnamon rolls, pizza and loved them as well. Surely a place worth visiting for the desires of the sweet tooth

One of the best cafe in the city. Tried BBQ Chicken pizza & Alfredo chicken pasta. The taste was absolutely amazing and the quantity was more than enough for two people. The ambience was good and quite good place to hang out with friends.

Y'all must try Pizza, it's amazing.. mainly non-veg pizza 🍕 After that choclate eclair is a Must!! The Wrap and Burger taste was moderate.

A plush and refreshing ambience with a decent variety of pastries & croissant.. Tried their Chocolate Croissant with a Chocolate noir pastry followed by Hot Chocolate. The taste was good croissant was fresh and soft. A cool place to hang out for deserts & coffee.

A dessert shop in Banjara hills that has been there for quite a few years. The aesthetic is minimal and it's quite a small place. To my surprise, the dessert counter looks exactly like Concu ( I would prefer concu anyday). It can't be a coincidence. We ordered eclair, macaroons and medovik. For the price, they were worth it. What I personally didn't like was the noisy environment. The metal chairs on the hardwood floors and the small space with no acoustics makes it very unpleasant. Being a Saturday afternoon, it was crowded. On other days, perhaps this place would be more peaceful.

Ah a great place. They've delicious pizza and best peri peri fries in whole Hyderabad, coming to Patisserie umm they're way to sweet for me but overall a brilliant experience.
