Rude security. We were searching for apartment for rent. As we found the apartments good, we went to ask the security regarding the same. Their expressions as if we are some beggars😂 We hate that place. Looks wise its a very luxurious apartment.

good gated accommodation in the heart of the city

I would not say it's the best but it does provide a comfortable living. During the recent floods in Hyderabad our basements were flooded and all the vehicles were submerged in water for a week. Some vehicles got destroyed completely. It was indeed a frightening experience. So many residents had to shift out of the complex because electricity and water supply was disrupted. Old people were stranded as the lifts were not functioning.

It is huge gated community flats mainly housing North Indians Marwaris n Gujaraties, though Approach is tardy, once inside it is pleasant, situated in heart of City, near old airport,it adds to comfortable living.

It's A Great Place For Children Adult Everyone.

Total. 200 flats. Divided with 4 multistorey building , A, B c D wings , every building has 11 floors. After roof top available , complete view of tank bund can seen & enjoy every flat carpet area is about 4150 sft , place is peaceful safe & secured , good maintenance , & security , for visitors separate parking space is available , very close to main road market. , Worth to stay for who believe in luxurious & comfortable living ,

Very bad security management. They don't even respect any guest in polite manner. Very rude & ridiculous. They think that they are standing in LOC and they are the commandos of India. Need to take action on them as sexual harassment.

Beautiful gated community in the middle of the city. It has very good amenities including a pool and sophisticated gym. Good place to live and things are well organized
