This is a famous and 200 years old Sri Ganesh Temple situated in Secunderabad, Telangana. The Ganesh temple is very near to Secunderabad Metro station, Secunderabad Railway station and Rathifil bus stand. Lord Shiva, Sri Navagraha, Sri Subramanya Swamy, Sri Anjaneya, Sri Uma Maheshwari, RahuKetu and Maha Ganapathi Mandapam are the other deities in the temple. Kalasarpa pooja and Rahu Ketu Abishekams are performed. Online Booking facility is available

An approximately 2 century old temple, sharing a wall with Secunderabad railway station. Situated in a very busy locality, the area is always teeming with traffic and pedestrians. In spite of the noisy surroundings, the atmosphere inside is serene and calm and conducive to introspection and meditation There are several small temples inside, though the principal deity worshipped here is Lord Ganesha.

This Ganesha Temple gives peace of mind to anyone who visits it. It is situated just outside of Secunderabad Railway station and best spot to start your day by praying to Lord Ganesha. 8:00 am to 9:30 am is the best time to go as there will be less crowd and you can have your darshan peacefully.

Sri Ganapathi Temple in Secunderabad deserves a special mention in terms of architectural grandeur and spiritual holiness. Historians believe that the magnificent idol of Lord Ganesh was discovered in 1824 by the Indian soldier of the Madras Regiment, while they were digging portable water well there. With great devotion, the Sepoy devoted the idol and installed it in an architecturally wonderful temple, built according to Aagama Sastra. This temple is located near rathifile bus station and Secunderabad railway station. This temple is now acclaimed as one of the big temples of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, captivating devotees with their rare spiritual environment. It is also said that the idols of Sri Navagraha Valli Deva Sena Sametha Sri Subrahmanya Swamy and Sri Anjaneya Swamy were consecrated and installed inside the temple in 1932.

A very popular place of worship. Close to Rathifile bus stand and Secunderabad station. Access by MMTS, Metro Blue & Green lines and TSRTC buses from every part of the city. No parking for either 4 or 2 wheelers. Extremely busy road with heavy traffic and footpaths near non-existent due to kiosks. Even stopping a vehicle to alight creates a traffic jam. Nearest parking (paid) is Secunderabad railway station south as well as north side.

Nice temple 5/5. It's quite surprising that inside the temple is quiet, because it is attached with platform 1 of railway station. Whenever I come here, i feel good. It's neat and peaceful. The only thing bad about this place is that the workers and security people are associated with the private shoe stand person and wherever you leave your footwear, they'll take it to that shoe stand keeper and leave it with them (even if you get your bike and leave it besides your bike). You come out of the temple and be surprised to see where your footwear are. Now, not surprisingly but cunningly they'll charge money for keeping your foot wear. I would donate money to temple, but this behaviour by them is not acceptable. It's all business.

This is one of the oldest temples in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The main deity in the temple is Lord Ganesha. The temple is open from 6.30 am everyday. Besides Lord Ganesha the temple is famous for Lord Hanuman, Lord Shiva, Goddess Durga. This is located on the main road of Secunderabad Railway station. One must visit this temple when you are in Hyderabad.

It's nice temple, quite a big place, but the shoe stand and the parking slot is not organized properly. The temple officials should arrange it in such a way that we leave our footwear and then wash our hands n go inside the temple. Rather we have to leave our footwear n walk on the road Bearfoot n then enter the temple. No proper place to wash our hands n feet.

Perform Rahu Ketu Pooja here, which is the only temple apart from Srikalahasti offering this ritual. The cost is ₹650-700, and the timings are from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Very well maintained temple. Other idols are also in the same arena..siva..Vishnu..Durga Devi.. You can sit peacefully for sometime in the large hall. Couples tie Mudupu (cradle) for pregnancy Legacy says that you will be blessed. Main problem is no specific parking for temple. Located at the busiest lane of Secbad station.

My favorite temple. Powerful, Peaceful, and always have some activity for each festival and prominent days. Staff can be better, show no respect to visitors and they are headstrong possibly due to cast feelings.

I have always loved this temple right from childhood to adulthood. It is situated on the main road, so parking of cars should be done in streets nearby. Since it is on the main road, it is a good idea to hold on to kids tighter, or they may run into vehicles. Worth a visit.

Dear sir, Swamy saranam ayyappa. I have full belief in Secunderabad Ganesh temple, so I visit the temple daily before I go to the office and  I  use to take daily Archana ticket it was fine all these days, today, as usual, I took tickets 3 tickets for Archana, 1 to Ganesh (Rs20)2 to Subramanya Swamy (Rs20)3 to ammavari  (Rs50) I had a good time at Ganesh Ji and Subramanya Swamy both poojari did super  Archana I was happy, when I came near ammavari  temple Poojari told me to do  pradashanalu, as I was done, after that I gave Archana a ticket to poojari, by time (11:10 am) he told to me wait, I sat beside, in this between  1 devote came offered sum amount, for him pooja finished, and after that 1 more devote came near poojari and told he is from his hometown, they both were in a big discussion, I was stilling waiting by time (11:40 am),  as a continuation to above,  poojari was discussing his land issues with that devote than I thought, of this temple is for rich people and for relatives,I moved from there without Archana because I have to go to the office, moreover poojari was full of busy speaking with his relatives. can you please say me why I should wait for  20mins? as I bought an Archana ticket my suggestion please remove Archana tickets because no one is getting money freely, nobody has that much time to wait, because of poojari personal work. from today I will say all my friends and relatives to carry amount  if they are going to  Secunderabad Ganesh temple, daily I am facing some problems with poojari today experience was very bad, please be in my place and think. I came near the ticket counter to give complete on poojari  then and there itself but the temple superintendent was not there, temple team updated me I am bringing this complete to your kind notice because it should not repeat with other devote. (i hope you will help me) from tomorrow I will come to the temple but I will not take any Archana ticket because I don't want to waste the time, I will go to there temple where I will get good peace and pooja Great temple peace of mind even the temple located at beside railway station and bus junction heavy traffic area i am in ayyappa mala, Swamy saranam ayyappa.
