A little internal to moulali, on a small hill, with wonderful scenic views. I was really overwhelmed with joy after reaching here as the atmosphere of the place is so serene. The temple is quite vast with a large Rajagopuram at the entrance and surrounded by greenery. The shiva and matha parvathi shrine is at the center with Subhramnaya Swami, Ganapathi, ayyappa and goshala covering the other places of the temple. At the right side of the entrance there is shree Anjineya Swami temple and on the left side there is the temple office. Also you can reach from a special entrance on the left side to shree Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple. Special pujas are done on special occasions throughout the year.

" Abode of Lord Shiva "The major attraction of Kailasagiri is the 40 feet tall statue of Shiva and Parvathi. Kailasagiri derives its name from this statue depicting the abode of Lord Shiva and Parvathi. This hilltop can be reached by ropeway as well as by road. It has some 500 steep steps....It is the centre of attraction a beautiful astonishing place..Make a visit be spiritual

The temple premises is good, cleaned and very divine, situated on a small hill top surrounded by a residential colony. Didn't liked the area around the temple as there was like slum area people living nearby. Not much friendly. No shops or eateries nearby. But inside the temple it's a totally different world.

Very peaceful and clean temple. You can feel the energy here. Lord Siva is the main God here. Seperate temple is there for Lord Narasimha. Load Ayyappa also there. Located at on the hill top. Approach road is quite narrow. Parking big enough for 10 cars and many two wheelers. .

Kailasagiri is a hilltop park in the city of Visakhapatnam in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.[3] The park was developed by the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) and comprises 380 acres (150 ha) of land covered with flora and tropical trees. The hill, at 173 metres (568 ft), overlooks the city of Visakhapatnam. The Government of Andhra Pradesh awarded Kailasagiri as its "Best Tourist Spot" in 2003.[citation needed] On average, around three hundred thousand Indian and foreign tourists visit the park every year. To protect the environment, VMRDA has declared the hill a plastic-free zone.[3] A cable car connects to the top of the hill, the first of its kind in Andhra Pradesh.[4] Kailasagiri is located around 10 km from the Visakhapatnam Railway Station and around 8 km from Visakhapatnam Dwaraka Bus Station.

Kailasagiri Temple is a very peaceful temple. My wishes are always fulfilled by Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati. I firmly believe in this temple. Swami Ayyappa's Temple is also here. Vast area. Located on top of a small hill. The Pujaris perform all Hindu rituals in a proper manner. Ample parking area with a clean & tidy approachable area. Very neatly maintained. I attain peace of mind on my visits here.
