Lacks the finesse required to be a 4 star. Rooms have some appliances missing. Some plug points were not working. TV screen was damaged. The door key card stopped working after two days. The toilet flush was out of water for over 3 hours during the day. Food was decent. Would've given 4 stars, but they insisted on taking my phone and giving a rating and review on my behalf (and yes now I recommend not to trust reviews praising some particular names of the staff). I hope they realize reviews can be edited as well. Overall, have been to reasonably better hotels at comparable prices.

Its 1 bhk kind but first impression is the last .. while enter stingy smell. a). May be post lockdown not many visiting. b). May be due to rain dullness is there. But management should take care 2. Come-on no exhaust in washroom. Its quite general stuff 3. Sofa, curtain, bed everywhere can fell moisture and smell 4.Funny part - electricity tripping, 5. Beautiful part shower- water went while bathing 😁 6. No extra towel/ foot mat provided 7. Except regular bathing accessories no room slipper, scrub and so provided. Prime hotel do provides. Never been so disgusted in my life with any hotel experience than this. It has spacious rooms and is in a good location. But that's it. While there is long list of sad things. The rooms and linen is dirty and housekeeping doesn't clean the room even after telling multiple times. No hand towels. No outside food allowed. Hot water is available only for 2.5 hours.And they don't even tell u before. Cigarettes in the hotel corridor. No visitors allowed. There is much more. Don't choose this hotel, it will definitely be a bad experience.

Worse hotel ever I stayed in. I would never recommend this to anyone. I never expected such a hotel is running. The location is good that's why it still running otherwise it will not long. The room door can't open properly. It was opening like a horror movie door which closed for a long time. The bathroom door can't close properly. The room is full of cockroaches and at night rat sounds will come from the roof. I request to change the room three times because AC is not working but no one listens or came for maintenance. I was standing to say something in front of reception for around 30min, reception guy was talking on his personal mobile and didn't even care so left from there. The cup that they serve for morning breakfast tea was a lipstick mark. There was a printer, I request to take a print-out for my flight health declaration form but they denied it. They will not help you with anything. My 3 nights were hell. I wonder if there is even such a hotel.

I am surprised to see a bunch of positive reviews. I don't think it can be classified as a 4-star hotel by any stretch. The rooms are old-styled, you can apparently see marks and spots on the walls, pillows, etc. The plug points are at odd locations!! Near the door at the bottom of the wall. TV wasn't working when I checked-in. The wifi did not work for almost 3 out of 4 days in my room.. something so basic that a 2-star hotel would ensure it's provided! The worst part was upon complaining and asking about estimated time till it works, the response was- "when it works, you will know .. it will connect"!! Pathetic service! The bathroom lights started blinking continuously throughout my stay, was too tired to ask them to get it fixed because it was not a priority. The pool was under-maintenance.. and ongoing construction around the area. One could tell that the lift wasn't cleaned in weeks.. work out covering, 1-2 lift just didn't work. too small for just 3 people too. However, the 1 star is primarily because the HOUSEKEEPING ENTERED MY ROOM IN MY ABSENCE, TWICE.... DESPITE WARNING ONCE IT HAPPENED!! Horrible experience overall in terms of the basic service and maintenance!

We had booked the hotel for 4-5 days. It has good, spacious rooms and ok-ish breakfast. The good things ends there.. The service is very poor, from housekeeping to room service. Staffs are though polite but not at all helpful. The hotel is located 600-700 meters inside the gate. That's one of the biggest problem and if u order something from outside u have to travel all the way to main road to pick it up. The hotel charges u for plates and cutlery. Not recommended if u are looking for good service. Recommended if u want a spacious room.

I was disappointed TBH. The building is good & so was the room. Unfortunately there isn't much staff. Looks like they're running at below required staff. No door man. No bellman. Had a broken and non-functional electric kettle. Most in house restaurants are also closed except for one. Make no mistake about the hotel is in very good location. Nice garden & entrance. Pity.

Ellaa hotel is an overall good place to stay. However, certain aspects of their services could be improved. Pros: Had a spa with experienced staff Spacious rooms better priced food compared to other hotels Breakfast spread is really good with a lot of options Cons I was told that a guest can get only 4 bottles of water for free. Beyond that they will charge the guest for every bottle of water requested. Frequent power cuts during my stay TV screens was damaged. The balcony was not clean.

Booked the hotel for 11 days but unfortunately left within 1 day.. hotel location is around 800m-1km inside the main road. Staffs are not welcoming.. as soon as I entered the receptionist told that hot water is not available.. The room allocated to me was at the corner of hotel. The door lock key card never worked in first attempt even the staff were unable to open it. Finally after couple of minutes it worked and entered the room just to be dissatisfied completely. The room smelled of cigar smoke and with no ventilation, the furniture was outdated and had molds in it, spider nets all over the bed ceiling, unclean toilets with no proper water pressure, the bathroom mirror had dark spots and had started growing molds couldn't even see face in it, window curtains were dirty black and smelled.. The bed sheets and pillows had dark spots on it and smelled so bad and full of nicotine.. complained about the smell and they sent the staff to spray room freshner.. After some time started having breathing problem so opened the gallery door and kept it open till 2 midnight after which I went to sleep, but the torture was yet to be done when AC started making noise like generator.. At night you could hear the sound of water gushing through pipes.. The plates and spoons were not cleaned properly.. I doubt if the rooms were ever cleaned properly.. I decided to look for better option nearby and move out of it.. This is not even worthy of 2 star hotel.. It has old and outdated rooms and not maintained. The only good thing was rooms are big but of no use at all..

The room was really small. I paid some Rs 2640 for one night's stay and asked them prior saying that I have a kid and accommodate us with a nice room. I don't blame the staff but the room could have been better, my concern is my little kid, there were cockroaches in the corner although the room looked tidy outwardly. The bathroom is a big minus, although it looked clean, it wasn't built properly. A small mug of water on the floor spreads all over the place, there are no proper toiletries, maybe they'll provide you if you ask, but I was prepared so didn't ask them. This will be a finer visit for singletons, but with kids, definitely cut this hotel, with naughty kids it is a dangerous place. There is a dangerous open staircase, if you are not cautious this will hurt your heart more. Last I could have got a better room at some other place with this price, I had no time to argue since it was pretty late.

The location is good. Its close to DLF Cybercity. Stayed there for 10 days. The service and hospitality is good as well. The food is tasty and worth the cost. You get complimentary breakfast with good number of options. I quite liked the stay here. Security isn't a concern either as I was staying solo didn't face any issues. One can opt for this hotel. One must always opt for a hotel close to the places they have to visit especially in hyd as it gets very difficult to travel with auto on rainy days.

Booked occupancy in corporate fare and it was very poor experience in terms of all facilities, faced PEST ISSUES in rooms, food facility was very inadequate with breakfast menus' while received same menus' everyday, staff was NOT OBIDIENT on ordering the food facility, very poor knowledgeable person in terms of billing and invoicing at reception who has waste my 2 hours time in billing on check-out, last and most important HOTEL IS NOT FILLING GST ON TIME I lost my credential amount of GST exemption because of the same reason. Its now a 3 star property that has lived its age.Renovation was ongoing in some parts. Basic amenities like wifi were missing. I was told IT manager is being contacted for access to wifi , but no resolution. Had to manage data on my own.For drinking water had to repeatedly call room service and housekeeping but still it didn't reach the room. Bath towels were not kept by housekeeping. Would recommend to explore other options instead.

A nice, moderately priced, place to stay in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Hotel is reasonably clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are helpful and well-behaved. Recommended particularly for those coming to AIG Hospital from West Bengal as the place is just about 1.5km away (5mins of Auto ride max.). Not recommended for those looking for the typical Bengali flavour though.

In the bathroom, there was an issue with the door & hot water is made available only at selective times. The wifi speed is languid. There is a problem with the sliding shelf. Appropriate maintenance checks to be put in place.

With change in management the quality is not as it was earlier. They hv buffet breakfast. Average food taste. Lot of mosquitoes in room.

Avoid this hotel completely, other better hotels like Sheraton, Fortune Inn and Lemon Tree are nearby and have much better service. This hotel feels like your are living in cramped up township. It's very far from main road and located inside a township. The residents start objecting about music playing at 9 pm itself, and call up police as well. The staff is polite but I have seen them living in shanties inside the township and not wearing masks. The food served is not awfully but just ok-ok.

At the outset, this is just a 3 star hotel at best. GOD only knows who has given this place a 5* rating in Yaatra. Staff and service boys are polite and that's the best thing about the Hotel. Rating it to 5* as per price it is available. It is hardly 100 meter from main road. Rooms sizes are very good (it's kind of suit room size). Room service was also good. Breakfast menu was short but i think it is justified with the price.

Treebo Acsys is a good hotel for business travellers. The rooms are not big enough for family accommodation. Rates are economical. Location very convenient if you've work in Gachinowli or Hitech city area. They offer free breakfast which is a frugal fare but ok to start the day. Lunch and dinner on a la carte basis. Good taste good portions.

Hey all, This is the best place to hang out with friends at a very reasonable and affordable prices.. The support staff and the rooms decorm was upto the mark as far as the price and the location of the hotel is concerned. Staff is friendly and able to do the needful when required.

Our stay was comfortable. Staffs are really cordial and supportive within their limited capacity. Specially Deepak did excellent to help us in our necessary requirements.

I was put up here as part of my business trip with a breakfast included package. Rooms are dimly lit and really not maintained anymore. I am not sure if it is the pandemic that took the toll or not, but dated rooms with wallpaper coming off. On the last night I stayed here found a cockroach as well as mosquitoes. To be perfectly honest, all that I was doing was sleeping in the bed for 6-7 hours due to the hectic nature of my trip. I also lost electricity in my room for 10-15 mins on my first night and had to call the front desk to have it fixed. The breakfast buffet spread is pretty much the same every day and is actually very good and delicious and with a lot of variety for any decent hotel of this size. I believe this is a preferred hotel for corporates since that's whom you find most on any day given its proximity to the Financial district and HiTec city. I wouldn't write it off completely but had this property been a little well maintained, it would really be an icing on the cake. The location is brilliant - it's accessible as well as located at the dead-end with zero bustle and very serene mornings. For the price it might be worth it, but definitely not my best experience.

This place doesn't deserve four star rating. Reception staff, restaurant, room service staff are the only good thing about this hotel. Rest, it is a very old property, broken furniture, stained baths and towels, non-functional tv and wifi. Had to call 10 times to get the tv and wifi fixed. And, till the time I was there, wifi couldn't get fixed, ended up missing some important meetings.

We got upgraded to presidential suite...the room was alright...but the cooling was pathetic in the bedrooms. Food was good. Sevice wise I wasn't happy as we ordered food from outside....hotel only agreed to provide plates and no cutlery.

They are maintaining hygiene through the hotel. Breakfast complimentary is from the same restaurant they have. I also stayed alone 2 times. I feel comfortable and safe. It's at noiseless calm area in Gachibowli which I like the most and felt good for room tarriff.

We paid 20k for 2 nights, look at the photos and make your own judgment if it’s worth the price. The place isn’t clean at all. Mosquitoes in the room, we checked out early.

The should totally knock down and build a new structure. interiors are old, peeling off. No deep cleaning done. Heater doesn't give hot water. wallpapers peeling off, wooden skirting coming off. Wooden condiment tray is cracked and looks like gonna break anytime. Poor lighting. The balcony i paid extra for, the plants are all dead. Who puts mini bar on the floor? room smells musty. I asked to change room and they said the musty smell is due to smokers from other rooms. They think I cant differentiate smoke and musty smell? Sink and mini pantry are irrelevant. Totally deceived by the pictures put up in Agoda plus the 4star labelling. Agoda should really check the hotel conditions and see if honest low ratings are screened in the reviews. the only good thing is the staff are very helpful. more like hElla hotel. will never recommend to anyone nor repeat a stay here. One of the worst experiences I had was with the Ellaa Hotel. I stayed there for two days, and I consider myself lucky that I didn't book it for my long trip, avoiding wasting my money there. During the two-day stay, I booked an executive suite, which looked amazing in the pictures but turned out to be a disappointment in reality. Firstly, I struggled with the room key. I had to insert it at least ten times every time I wanted to open the door. Secondly, their AC system seemed like it was from the 80s, and I had to search for instructions on how to use it. Moving on to the interior, I don't have words to describe it. The curtains were stained, the wooden furniture was damaged here and there, and the bathroom mirror was so stained that I couldn't see my face properly. Apart from that, they didn't have hot water facilities at 7 am in the morning for some unknown reason. When I called housekeeping at 7 am, someone came to check everything and said they would get back to me in five minutes. However, they didn't return until 10 am. When I tried calling them, they didn't pick up, and even when I reached the receptionist, they kept telling me they would check in five minutes. After an hour, they still had no answers, and because of their incompetence, I almost missed my flight. Frustrated, I decided to check out without taking a bath. Moreover, the room had a lot of mosquitoes, making it an unpleasant experience for their customers. It's important for hotels to address customer concerns promptly and provide a comfortable stay.

The location is very good near the Radisson hotel in the center of the city. Auto uber ola everything is available all the time. AIG hospital is very close to this property. The behaviour of the staff is very polite and good. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was also neat. The size of the room is not so much bigger but comfortable. Breakfast is complementary and it's very tasty. Room service is also perfect.

If you are used to staying at Suite rooms in luxury hotels, you might not like this too much. This is kind of an Aparthotel, which has good facilities for a comfortable stay and privacy. The staff is helpful but not proactive, some basic etiquettes are missing. So you would not experience a very welcoming feeling but if you don't want all that, it's good to stay. Nearby there is a nice long garden for a walk or exercise. Overall a peaceful place.

Recently, I traveled to Hyderabad and had stayed at Ellaa for the first time. To my surprise it was a great experience. Closer to airport and more convenient for one to travel for work and travel. The ambience was quiet with a warm hospitality. The staff was curtious and was ready to assist with anything related to my cab booking to shopping. To add to the list the cafe and resturant of the hotel had amazing varieties to offer. In nutshell I would recommend anyone traveling to that side of the country to positively try Ellaa for a wholesome experience.

My stay was excellent for several reasons... The greeting at the reception alone made me feel like I am at home, such wonderful, courteous, affectionate ,caring staff. The hotel is situated in a wide area. It has a quite subtle aesthetic lobby (Front office). The lobby staff was courteous. The service of the banquet staff needs to be more steady otherwise all the support from the staff was given whenever asked. The banquet food was quite delicious but the refilling of the food took a little longer. The PDR and Lawn area was splendid. Overall the Hotel is a lavish 3-4 star category Hotel and gave a wonderful experience.

I am from tamilnadu for the last 2 days of staying in this hotel. Receptionists are welcome and greetings are awesome. Rooms like heaven. Neat and clean. All kinds of staff are very polite and guide me. Restaurant b/fast is menu is a world crown. That means all country food is available there. Over all I given 5*.
