Dear Ladis and Gentlemans, i had very very very bad experience in this White Ridge Hotel had been to hyd for site seeing with family (14 members ) and took 5 rooms. Day 1 Dont what happend(after we left from room) Day2 : Morning we all came out and handedover 1 room key to cleanup,all other rooms keys with us. aftersometime to take something in the room i went to hotel agian,the story begains now,found someone there inside the room and they locked from inside,had to call to reception and those guys came(receptionist and Room boy ) ,try to open the door but could not,finally they had to claim other side of the window and entered into the room and open the door. Now : who is there in the room ? how they got master key to open ? we started watching CCTV footage ( even this setting not porper,no proper date and time )finally i need to step into setting and get lobby footage Found unbelievable videos. after we left, remaining all 4 room opened without taking customer permission and checked for valuable items. when person was inside my room i just went and tried opeing it(which is mentioned on the top) Person took amount from pockets and bags ( around 5k) from all the rooms,this could be increased i have not went room again. The grate person who opened the all the room is Room Boy(dont ask me how he got master keys from the reception ) finally, we had big fight between hotel management ( got very useless response from them) Don't even choose this hotel in Hyderabad,once you lock your and go out,with master key hotel people will enter to your room take what ever they want( i have proof footage if any one ask )

To be very realistic, this is a place for couples for quick in and out. There is minimal regard for room cleanliness, bedsheet quality or even the smell in the rooms. Cockroaches everywhere. Room changed at request, however room size, quality, dirt on the walls and the floor simply doesn’t qualify the place for business trip. Cut costs for trip and end up compromising quality of night sleep. Do not believe the great rating for this place if you regard hygiene as a part of your hotel room quality check.

Worst Hotel Room Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and it was the worst experience of my life. The room was incredibly unclean and full of cockroaches. It was completely unacceptable. The air conditioning was not working and it was sweltering inside. To make matters even worse, there was no basin and no mirror. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. The lack of hygiene and basic amenities was a complete disaster.

Hi Team OYO, I have recently visited OYO 40852 Hotel White Ridge as an unmarried couple age above 21+. As there were many reviews about these hotels looting more money and giving worst rooms I did not pay online even though I was getting a discount for paying online but when reached the hotel the demanded 1,000/-. The receptionist say that ''we can't give you a room at this cost'' and he lied to us saying that he will note down the Booking ID number, he took the mobile from our hands and in the process of noting down the ID number he gave the rating on his own (I checked my mobile before hand overing it to him). Now you know how they got 4+ rating? After reaching the room I checked mobile I was shocked to see that the rating option is not visible. The people in receptionist aren't well trained on how to treat their customers. They are rude and demanding giving cheap stares at customers. And the location is worst like it's in a colony just beside a school. I thought of questioning him at that time but I don't want a mess as we are a couple together and people these days upload anything and everything online without any consent from the people side. They are taking color xerox of identity proofs and they look very suspicious to me. I entered the hotel room with cockroaches welcoming us and even while locking the door the cockroaches jumped onto me. The door mat at the bathroom is completely wet making us disgusted to walk. The bathroom was so dirty and greasy, even a poor person houses bathroom looks better, there were used condoms at the damaged side of the bathroom and a soap was sticked inside the bucket which clearly shows that the bathroom and the rooms has not been cleaned and sanitised. The bedsheet has lot of stains, while the AC is jammed with dust. I really don't wanna give details about my booking ID as I fear they might have any hidden cameras and if you question them saying that this particular guest raised a complain, then they might reveal our videos (As I mentioned before I suspect them a lot). I completely blame OYO if any such thing happens. Previously we had a experience with other hotel as we raised a complaint they called us and abused us. Everybody knows we couple stay for 5-6 hours and why did you'll removed ''6 Hours Stay''. We stay for 6-7 hours hardly but had to pay for more than 24 hours of stays amount. What is your management doing without taking any action? I started visiting hotels only with the trust I have on OYO, but you'll are looting us very badly.

Budget room's most probably given to the couple's parking good but congested roads. Food they will arrange but not allowed from outside. Rest is your own view's. 5floors sometimes lift not works After night sleep I found bugs it was very disgusting.

Worst place I have ever visited in my lifetime. The service was very poor and the service person was very rude. We ended up cleaning the rooms which were full of cockroaches.And most importantly,please don't check the "breakfast" option,when booking through the oyo app, they aren't providing any breakfast here.

Even 1 star is not applicable to this hotel.. Such a worst one..no cleanliness, bedsheets have stains.. Rooms are not spacious, demanding high price (1500/-)and adding GST which is not at all worthy. Cockroaches in the Dustbin🤢. There is no geaser , proper facilities are not at all provided. From outside it looks good but inside it's very bad👎

My experience was not good. Untill i have made payment for the room, that too in advance at the time of booking, everything was wonderful. After that they started avoiding services or any communication. If i have booked a room for two people i should be provided two separate cover sheets, two towels. Even after requesting they did not even care to do the needful. Malfunctioned mattress and stained cushion would not have been an issue of discussion here if they would have behaved properly. Please do not go with the pics on Oyo, please check cushions, get the bed sheets checked, sit on the mattress to check whether the springs inside the mattress are uncomfortable. And do not make advance payment. I know the stained cushion, the malfunctioned mattress could be rectified but the way the behaviour of staff changed after payment surprised me. They must have taken me to be a one time travelling guest happened to have taken lodging at there place. But they spoiled the experience.

Bad experience..... Very cheap hotel... ❌Not hygienic - bedsheets are not clean and washed Room also dirty.... ❌No toiletries are provided....if you ask for towel or tissue they simply say we don't have right now... ❌No power backup - if power supply gets cutoff all the way you need to wait until it gets back.... They don't have any generator or inverter.... ❌Bad lift - it stuck wherever it want and all you need to shout help help !

Worst ever experience. WATER STOPPED IN MORNING. Talks suger sweet while booking and checking in later rude language and mostly no service. Rooms are basic. Less then like 2 star hotel. TV and wifi not working. I recommend no not to book this hotel.

One of the worst hotel in Dilsuknagar Brothers trust me these guys are charged extra money even I booked the room in oyo and that reception guy says u can contact customer care on this darely. If we negotiate on this simply the reception guy says there is no rooms available fo what u can do like that. Trust me brother and sisters don't go to this hotel and one more thing rooms very dirty they won't change the bed sheets too . Please go another one Don't go to this hotel this is my advice as a True Hyderabad Citizen .I swear brothers don't trust this hotel

Chala worst cleaning is very poor washrooms also not working taps .bed is too worst. Mattress inside springs is to much . sleep less nit. Not prefer worst experience.

Service is not good. No minimum maintenance in the room and room service is also very worst. Room is also very dusty and not proper sanitized even after a lot of remainders. Small small insects are coming out from the bed. Washrooms are also not clean. Better to go any other near by.

This hotel is purely budget and for bachelors. The sheets were stained and room had a stinch. The carpet at entrance of bathroom was wet and room had cockroaches. Worst is at checkout the reception guy asked for 5 star rating and was forcing me to give good rating. I marked three stars because of his pressure. So u will find another review by me which says the stay was good. But it was actually wrong. There was no hot water to bathe. This is a BLACK ridge.

1. Room was not cleaned 2.there is no resturant 3.No Car parking 4. Washroom was not maintained properly:_ basin tab connection was removed, shower was not fitted etc. 5. There was cigarette smells and ash were not removed until 3 reminder. 6. Untrained service boy:- opened door directly without knowing a single time.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had. The hotel staff are very rude and don't even care about the customers. The front desk person extremely rude and I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. They don't accept the bookings either from Oyo or any other platform. Please keep this in mind.
